Description

一种漏电脱扣和电磁脱扣一体化的脱扣系统 技术领域
本发明涉及一种低压电路终端电器,具体为一种漏电断路器一体化的漏电脱扣和电磁脱扣系统。
背景技术
漏电断路器应用广泛,主要用于,工业,商业,民用住宅等场所,主要用于短路过载保护和漏电保护。漏电断路器的电磁系统提供瞬时电流保护即短路保护,漏电脱扣系统提供漏电保护,现有产品一般分别设置漏电脱扣系统和电磁脱扣系统,分别采用两套不同线圈骨架,动静铁芯,铁芯弹簧和顶杆。或者通过加长电磁系统在电磁系统前端或后端设置漏电线圈来实现,采用上述方式必须增加产品宽度或长度,漏电断路器难以小型化。静触头和磁轭两个零件采用焊接方式连接在一起,加工工艺复杂,静触头易变形,存在焊接不牢和温升高的风险;并且产品体积较大,动静铁芯只能从线圈骨架一侧装入,产品装配返修麻烦等缺陷。
技术问题
本发明克服现有漏电断路器中脱扣系统结构的不足,提供一种系统具有体积小,容易实现小型化,并采用一体化的磁轭,使工艺更简单并减少温升高的风险,动静铁芯可从线圈骨架两侧装入,产品装配方便等优点的新型的漏电脱扣和电磁脱扣一体化的脱扣系统。
技术解决方案
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案如下:一种漏电脱扣和电磁脱扣一体化的脱扣系统,包括有磁轭、静铁芯、动铁芯、铁芯弹簧、顶杆、漏电线圈、线圈骨架和电磁线圈,其中静铁芯、动铁芯、铁芯弹簧和顶杆置于线圈骨架中部的通孔中,所述漏电线圈绕设在线圈骨架的外周上,其特征在于:所述电磁线圈绕设在漏电线圈的外周,所述漏电线圈和电磁线圈共用同一套静铁芯、动铁芯、铁芯弹簧和顶杆,所述磁轭包括有第一侧边、第二侧边和下底边,所述第一侧边和第二侧边分别位于线圈骨架的两侧。
有益效果
通过采用上述方案,漏电线圈和电磁线圈共用同一套静铁芯,铁芯弹簧,顶杆和动铁芯,使整体漏电脱扣系统和电磁脱扣系统体积和尺寸更小,有利于实现产品的小型化。

本发明的再进一步设置是:所述线圈骨架包括有圆柱管、设置在圆柱管两端的第一挡板和第二挡板,第一挡板的外侧设置有限位片,所述限位片的顶端设置有挂钩,动铁芯置于线圈骨架中部通孔后其尾端与挂钩抵触,所述圆柱管位于第二挡板的一端内侧面上沿其轴向设置有凸筋,所述静铁芯插入圆柱管后通过凸筋与圆柱管实现紧配。
通过采用上述方案,我们可以非常方便的把动铁芯和静铁芯安装在线圈骨架上,具体表现在,限位片的设置可以很好的把动铁芯限位在线圈骨架中,在需要取出时只需要把限位片上的挂钩撬动即可,另外凸筋的设置是为了很好的把静铁芯固定设置在线圈骨架内,这里设置凸筋的设置通常在三条或三条以上。

  4. 根据权利要求3所述的漏电脱扣和电磁脱扣一体化的脱扣系统,其特征在于:所述限位片绕着圆柱管的通孔周边设置,限位片的一侧或两侧设置有挡片,挡片与限位片之间间隔设置,挡片和限位片形成一个半圆圈,所述第一挡板上设置有一个缺口,该缺口供电磁线圈的延伸脚伸出,所述缺口的一侧设置有凹槽,该凹槽供漏电线圈的引线伸出,所述静铁芯的端部设置有凸台,该凸台从线圈骨架的端部探出设置。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的漏电脱扣和电磁脱扣一体化的脱扣系统,其特征在于:所述磁轭的第一侧边和第二侧边上均设置有卡口,其中第一侧边的卡口卡设在挡片和限位片构成的半圆圈上,第二侧边上的卡口卡设在静铁芯的凸台上。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的漏电脱扣和电磁脱扣一体化的脱扣系统,其特征在于:所述磁轭下底边的宽度与电磁线圈绕设后的筒径相当。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的漏电脱扣和电磁脱扣一体化的脱扣系统,其特征在于:所述磁轭下底边的宽度与电磁线圈绕设后的筒径相当。
