近年来,由于广播电视的多信息化,电视节目的数量越来越多,随着电视节目的多样化,人们对电视观看的要求也在不断增加,智能电视的出现,让信息产业进入智能时代。

随着电视节目推荐技术的快速发展,基于大数据或者用户个人习惯进行电视节目的智能推荐已经非常普遍。但是在实现本申请过程中,发明人发现现有技术中至少存在如下问题:在电视节目的推荐场景中,对于一个家庭共同一个电视的场景,电视节目的智能推荐往往不能准确的匹配到目前正在使用电视的单个用户。因此,目前的智能电视的节目推荐存在准确性不够高的问题。

本发明实施例提供一种智能终端、遥控器、推荐方法及系统,用以解决现有技术中存在的智能电视的节目推荐准确性不够高的问题。

为了解决现有技术中存在的智能电视的节目推荐准确性不够高的问题,本发明实施例提供一种智能终端、遥控器、推荐方法及系统,来提高智能电视的节目推荐准确性。
具体的,本发明实施例中,本发明提供两种不同应用场景的推荐方法:
第一种应用场景下,由遥控器上的指纹识别区域进行用户指纹信息的采集,由智能终端或遥控器对采集的指纹信息进行识别,进而准确地确定出与
该指纹信息匹配的具体用户,然后根据该具体用户在历史时间段内的使用记录,或者根据该具体用户首次在智能终端上录入指纹后预先定制的节目信息,为该具体用户推荐与该用户匹配的电视节目,如与该用户的操作习惯匹配的桌面,或者与该用户的观看习惯匹配的电视节目。
第二种应用场景下,由遥控器采集用户指纹信息,并对指纹信息进行识别,准确的确定出与该指纹信息匹配的具体用户,然后遥控器向智能电视发送包含具体用户的标识信息的指令,指示智能电视根据该具体用户在历史时间段内的使用记录,为该具体用户推荐与该用户匹配的电视节目,如与该用户的操作习惯匹配的桌面,或者与该用户的观看习惯匹配的电视节目。
本发明实施例提供的适用于上述两种应用场景下的推荐方法实现了对不同用户的识别,基于记录的各个用户的使用记录,进行与各个用户匹配的节目推荐,进行提高了智能电视节目推荐的准确率。
实施例1
如图1所示的第一种推荐方法的主要流程,这个推荐方法是基于由遥控器采集指纹信息,由智能终端根据指纹信息识别出具体的用户信息的应用场景,具体包括:
步骤101,智能终端接收遥控器发送的第一指令,第一指令中包括遥控器采集到的指纹信息;
步骤102,智能终端对指纹信息进行识别;
步骤103,智能终端在识别出指纹信息与预先存储的第一用户的指纹信息匹配时,根据第一用户在历史时间段内的使用记录,生成并显示向第一用户推荐的显示内容;其中,第一用户在历史时间段内的使用记录是在历史时间段内通过指纹信息识别出第一用户后记录的第一用户的使用信息。
对于上述方法流程,涉及的智能终端可以是智能电视,或者能够通过遥控器获取指纹信息的其他显示设备。
对于上述方法流程的遥控器,进行如下说明:
遥控器为设置有指纹识别区域,指纹识别区域可以是具有指纹识别功能
的按键,也可以是非按键区域,但具有指纹识别功能。具有指纹识别功能的按键可以是遥控器上的任一个集成了指纹识别模块的按键,如开机键,enter键等,也可以是遥控器上增加的一个专门用于进行指纹识别的按键。
一种实施方式中,指纹识别区域可以一直处于上电状态,实时处于采集用户的指纹信息的状态。但如果指纹识别区域一直处于上电状态,会增加遥控器的耗电量。
一种实施方式中,在遥控器接收到智能终端发送的指纹识别指令后,将指纹识别区域置为上电状态,开始进行指纹信息的采集。在不需要进行指纹采集的场景下,智能终端向遥控器发送关闭指纹识别功能的指令,遥控器接收到关闭指纹识别功能的指令之后,将指纹识别区域置为关闭状态,此时,若指纹识别区域为具有指纹识别功能的按键,具有指纹识别功能的按键作为遥控器的普通按键使用。
上述方法流程中的第一指令是指遥控器采集到用户的指纹信息后,向智能终端发送的。第一指令也可以是遥控器接收到智能终端发送的进行指纹识别指令之后,启动指纹识别功能,采集用户的指纹信息,然后向智能终端发送的。
在上述方法流程之前,智能终端会记录各个用户的指纹信息。各个用户在首次使用智能终端时,智能终端会记录各个用户的指纹信息,并根据各个用户的指纹信息对该用户的操作习惯等进行记录与统计。各个用户通过遥控器具有指纹识别功能的按键将各自的指纹信息存储在智能终端中,例如,用户1通过遥控器按键选择智能电视界面上的指纹采集操作界面,用户根据指纹采集操作界面显示的操作提示,在具有指纹识别功能的按键上录入指纹,直至智能终端提示指纹录入成功。再例如,开机键集成了指纹识别模块,当用户首次开机时,智能电视会记录该用户的指纹信息。指纹信息首次录入成功之后,该用户还可进行节目的预先定制操作,如显示亮度、声音等界面元素的设置以及第三方应用程序APP、新闻、音乐、相册、视频等节目的个人定制。当用户再次使用智能终端时,遥控器具有指纹识别功能的按键内的指
纹识别模块会识别出为哪一个用户在使用该智能终端,智能终端确定哪一个用户在使用该智能终端时,根据已经记录的与该指纹信息匹配的用户的定制操作与操作习惯等记录对用户进行智能推荐。
步骤101中,智能终端接收到的用户指纹信息是遥控器具有指纹识别功能的按键内的指纹识别模块采集并识别出的指纹特征代码。遥控器采集到指纹信息之后,也可以对指纹信息进行加密之后再发送给智能终端。
步骤102中,智能终端内设置有指纹识别算法,按照指纹识别算法识别出接收到的指纹信息中的指纹特征,从预先存储的指纹特征与用户指纹信息的映射关系中,查找与该指纹特征匹配的用户指纹信息,即可确定出接收到的用户指纹信息与哪一个用户的指纹信息匹配。每个用户的指纹特征是唯一的,因此,第一用户的指纹特征对应第一用户的指纹信息,第二用户的指纹特征对应第二用户的指纹信息。指纹特征与用户指纹信息的对应关系存储在智能终端内。
步骤103中,若识别出接收的用户指纹信息与预先存储的第一用户的指纹信息匹配,即可确定当前使用智能终端的用户为第一用户,此时,就可以为第一用户进行显示内容的推荐。
步骤103中,第一用户是使用智能终端的多个用户中的一个,比如家庭成员包括爸爸、妈妈、爷爷和儿童共用一个智能电视,根据上述方法流程,当爸爸通过遥控器输入指纹时,智能电视能够识别出输入的指纹信息是爸爸的指纹,此时第一用户指爸爸。当爷爷通过遥控器输入指纹时,智能电视能够识别出输入的指纹信息是爷爷的指纹,此时第一用户指爷爷。因每个人的指纹都是不同的,因此,根据指纹识别确定使用智能电视的具体用户,再对具体用户进行节目推荐,可使智能电视进行节目推荐的准确率得以提高。
步骤103中,智能电视向第一用户推荐的显示内容包括很多种,比如桌面内容的推荐,视频的推荐,电视购物商品的推荐,APP的推荐,新闻的推荐等。第一用户在历史时间段内的使用记录包括第一用户的历史操作习惯,如亮度,音量等界面元素的使用习惯,还包括第一用户的历史观看记录,例
如照片库、视频库,登录的APP,浏览的新闻等记录。
下面介绍智能电视对第一用户进行显示界面的推荐过程:当第一用户在历史时间段内(如一个月内)的使用记录包括第一用户的历史操作习惯时,智能电视根据第一用户的历史操作习惯,确定出第一用户喜好的界面元素,根据第一用户喜好的界面元素,生成并显示向第一用户推荐的显示界面。

其中,假如推荐优先级设为五个等级,设定阈值可以确定为第二个等级,推荐优先级超过第二个等级的节目类型都可以作为候选节目类型。
值得说明的是,智能电视通过远端服务器获取候选节目类型相匹配的实
时节目信息。智能电视的历史观看记录中也包括第一用户预先定制的一些电视节目的观看记录。通过上述方法向第一用户推荐电视节目,可以根据第一用户的喜好变化,实时为第一用户推荐电视节目。比如第一用户在第一季度观看的旅游类节目比较多,智能电视通过上述方法流程可以为第一用户推荐较多的旅游类电视节目。第一用户在第二季度观看的体育节目比较多,智能电视通过上述方法流程可以为第一用户推荐较多的体育类电视节目。与现有的根据定制节目进行节目推荐的方法比较,上述推荐方法更加灵活,能够动态适应用户的喜好变化。

第一,遥控器不需要进行用户指纹信息的存储、指纹信息与用户的匹配,避免了大量的运算工作,这样遥控器可以选用较低性能的的处理器(CPU),进而降低遥控器的制作成本。
第二,因智能终端可以通过网络与云端服务器进行通讯(如通过无线网获取在线观看的电视节目等),智能终端内集成的指纹识别算法,可以进行实时的OTA升级(空中下载技术),实现指纹识别算法的不断优化。
第三,智能终端进行用户指纹信息的存储、用户指纹信息的识别之后,确定使用智能终端的具体用户之后,可以根据具体用户信息,扩展其他的应用场景,例如为该具体用户提供隐私空间,为该用户提供一个用于存储重要素材、提醒事项等内容的空间,该用户录入指纹之后即可查看。
本发明实施例中,由遥控器进行用户指纹信息的采集,由智能终端接收遥控器采集的指纹信息,智能终端通过对指纹信息进行识别,准确的确定出与该指纹信息匹配的具体用户,然后根据该具体用户在历史时间段内的使用记录,为该具体用户推荐与该用户匹配的电视节目,如与该用户的操作习惯匹配的桌面,或者与该用户的观看习惯匹配的电视节目。本发明实施例提供的推荐方法实现了对不同用户的识别,基于记录的各个用户的使用记录,进行与各个用户匹配的节目推荐,进行提高了智能电视节目推荐的准确率。

本发明实施例提供第二种推荐方法,这个推荐方法是基于由遥控器采集指纹信息,根据指纹信息识别出具体的用户信息,然后由智能终端基于具体的用户信息,为该具体用户进行节目推荐的应用场景,如图2所示,智能终端侧的推荐方法流程主要包括:
步骤201,智能终端接收遥控器的第一指令,第一指令中包括第一用户的标识信息;第一指令是遥控器在采集到用户的指纹信息后,识别出指纹信息与预先存储的第一用户的指纹信息匹配时发送的;
步骤202,智能终端根据第一用户的标识信息,获取第一用户在历史时间段内的使用记录;第一用户在历史时间段内的使用记录是在历史时间段内确定第一用户的标识信息之后,记录的第一用户的使用信息;
步骤203,智能终端根据第一用户在历史时间段内的使用记录生成并显示向第一用户推荐的显示内容。
该实施例中,第一指令是遥控器采集到用户的指纹信息后,向智能终端发送的;或者,第一指令遥控器接收到智能终端发送的指纹识别指令之后,启动指纹识别功能,采集到用户的指纹信息后,向智能终端发送的。
上述步骤201中,第一用户的标识信息可以是遥控器为第一用户生成的唯一标识号,智能终端内存储了第一用户的标识信息与第一用户在历史时间段内的使用记录的对应关系。因此,智能终端根据第一用户的标识信息,即可获取第一用户在历史时间段内的使用记录,并为第一用户推荐个性化的显示内容。

值得说明的是,在这种应用场景下,由遥控器采集指纹信息,根据指纹信息识别出具体的用户信息,由智能终端向确定的第一用户推荐显示内容,避免了遥控器向智能终端发送用户指纹信息,可以防止用户指纹信息在向智能终端发送过程中被截获或破解,具有较高的安全性。
值得说明的是,本发明实施例中的遥控器不仅具有指纹采集和识别功能,还具有根据指纹信息识别出该指纹信息与预先存储的哪一个用户的指纹信息匹配的功能。也就是说遥控器既包括用于进行指纹采集和识别的指纹识别模块,又包括用于确定采集的用户指纹信息与哪一个用户的指纹信息匹配的指纹识别算法。
各个用户在首次使用带有指纹识别功能的遥控器时,先通过遥控器上具有指纹识别功能的按键,或者专门的指纹识别区域进行指纹信息的录入操作,遥控器会记录各个用户的指纹信息与用户标识信息的对应关系。
在第一用户使用智能终端时,遥控器根据采集的指纹信息,确定指纹信息与第一用户的指纹信息匹配后,根据第一用户的指纹信息与第一用户的标
识信息的对应关系,将第一用户的标识信息发送给智能终端,智能终端对根据第一用户的标识信息,对该第一用户的操作习惯、历史观看节目等进行记录与统计。这样智能终端内就存储了第一用户的标识信息与第一用户的历史使用记录的映射关系。当第一用户再次使用智能终端时,遥控器会根据采集的指纹信息确定出使用智能终端的用户为第一用户,然后将第一用户的标识信息发送给智能终端,智能终端根据第一用户的标识信息,获取第一用户在历史时间段内的使用记录,根据第一用户在历史时间段内的使用记录生成并显示向第一用户推荐的显示内容。

本发明实施例提供第二种推荐方法,这个推荐方法是基于由遥控器采集指纹信息,根据指纹信息识别出具体的用户信息,然后由智能终端基于具体的用户信息,为该具体用户进行节目推荐的应用场景,如图3所示,遥控器侧的推荐方法流程具体包括:

该实施例中,第一用户的标识信息可以是遥控器为第一用户生成的唯一标识号。

在实际应用中,具有指纹识别功能的按键,或者设置了专门的指纹识别区域中的指纹识别模块可以一直上电,也可以在需要启动指纹识别功能时进行上电,上电后的指纹识别模块用于采集并识别出用户录入指纹的指纹特征代码。
遥控器内会预先记录各个用户的指纹信息。各个用户在首次使用带有指纹识别功能的遥控器时,先通过遥控器上具有指纹识别功能的按键,或者专门的指纹识别区域进行指纹信息的录入操作,遥控器会记录各个用户的指纹信息与用户标识信息的对应关系。
遥控器按照指纹识别算法确定采集的用户指纹信息与哪一个用户的指纹信息匹配的过程,包括:遥控器按照指纹识别算法识别出接收到的指纹信息中的指纹特征,从预先存储的指纹特征与用户指纹信息的映射关系中,查找与该指纹特征匹配的用户指纹信息,即可确定出接收到的用户指纹信息与哪一个用户的指纹信息匹配。每个用户的指纹特征是唯一的,因此,第一用户的指纹特征对应第一用户的指纹信息,第二用户的指纹特征对应第二用户的指纹信息。指纹特征与用户指纹信息的对应关系存储在遥控器内。若遥控器识别出接收的用户指纹信息与预先存储的第一用户的指纹信息匹配,即可确定当前使用智能终端的用户为第一用户。

- 一种推荐方法,其特征在于,包括:接收遥控器发送的第一指令,所述第一指令中包括所述遥控器采集到的指纹信息;对所述指纹信息进行识别;在识别出所述指纹信息与预先存储的第一用户的指纹信息匹配时,根据所述第一用户在历史时间段内的使用记录,生成并显示向所述第一用户推荐的显示内容;其中,所述第一用户在历史时间段内的使用记录是在所述历史时间段内通过指纹信息识别出所述第一用户后记录的所述第一用户的使用信息。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述使用记录包括所述第一用户的历史操作习惯;根据所述第一用户在历史时间段内的使用记录,生成并显示向所述第一用户推荐的显示内容,包括:根据所述第一用户的历史操作习惯,确定出所述第一用户喜好的界面元素;根据所述第一用户喜好的界面元素,生成并显示向所述第一用户推荐的显示界面。

- 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,在识别出所述指纹信息与预先存储的第一用户的指纹信息匹配之后,所述方法还包括:确定与所述第一用户的指纹信息对应的指纹类型;根据预先存储的指纹类型与用户操作级别的对应关系,确定所述第一用户的操作级别;确定所述第一用户的操作级别低于设定值时,根据预先设置的对用户操作级别低于设定值的用户的使用限制条件,对生成的所述节目列表中的部分节目添加限制条件。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述显示向所述第一用户推荐的显示内容之后,所述方法还包括:接收所述遥控器发送的第二指令,所述第二指令是根据所述第一用户的的快捷键操作生成的;根据所述第二指令,获取并显示与所述第一用户的快捷键操作匹配的显示内容,其中,所述智能终端存储了所述第一用户预先设置的各个快捷键操作所对应的显示内容。
- 一种推荐方法,其特征在于,包括:采集用户的指纹信息;向智能终端发送第一指令,所述第一指令中包括所述遥控器采集到的指纹信息。

- 一种遥控器,其特征在于,包括:指纹识别模块,用于采集并识别用户的指纹信息;处理模块,用于在所述指纹识别模块识别出所述指纹信息与预先存储的第一用户的指纹信息匹配时,指示收发模块向智能终端发送第一指令,所述第一指令中包括所述第一用户的标识信息;所述收发模块,用于向所述智能终端发送所述第一指令;其中,所述第一指令用于指示所述智能终端根据第一用户的标识信息,获取所述第一用户在历史时间段内的使用记录;根据所述第一用户在历史时间段内的使用记录生成并显示向所述第一用户推荐的显示内容;其中,所述第一用户在历史时间段内的使用记录是在所述历史时间段内确定所述第一用户的标识信息之后,记录的所述第一用户的使用信息。
- 一种推荐系统,其特征在于,包括:遥控器,用于采集并识别用户的指纹信息;在识别出所述指纹信息与预先存储的第一用户的指纹信息匹配时,向智能终端发送第一指令,所述第一指令中包括所述第一用户的标识信息;所述智能终端,用于接收所述遥控器发送的所述第一指令;根据所述 第一用户的标识信息,获取所述第一用户在历史时间段内的使用记录;根据所述第一用户在历史时间段内的使用记录生成并显示向所述第一用户推荐的显示内容;其中,所述第一用户在历史时间段内的使用记录是在所述历史时间段内确定所述第一用户的标识信息之后,记录的所述第一用户的使用信息。
- 一种智能终端,其特征在于,包括:收发器,用于接收遥控器发送的第一指令,所述第一指令中包括所述遥控器采集到的指纹信息;存储器,用于存储的用户指纹信息和指纹特征的对应关系;处理器,用于对所述收发器接收的所述指纹信息进行识别;并在识别出所述指纹信息与预先存储的第一用户的指纹信息匹配时,根据所述第一用户在历史时间段内的使用记录,生成并显示向所述第一用户推荐的显示内容;其中,所述第一用户在历史时间段内的使用记录是在所述历史时间段内通过指纹信息识别出所述第一用户后记录的所述第一用户的使用信息。
- 一种遥控器,其特征在于,包括:指纹采集器,用于采集用户的指纹信息;收发器,用于向智能终端发送第一指令,第一指令中包括采集到的指纹信息。
- 一种智能终端,其特征在于,包括:收发器,用于接收遥控器发送的第一指令,所述第一指令中包括第一用户的标识信息;所述第一指令是所述遥控器在采集到用户的指纹信息后,识别出所述指纹信息与预先存储的第一用户的指纹信息匹配时发送的;处理器,用于根据第一用户的标识信息,获取所述第一用户在历史时间段内的使用记录;所述第一用户在历史时间段内的使用记录是在所述历史时间段内确定所述第一用户的标识信息之后,存储器,用于记录所述第一用户的使用记录;所述处理器,还用于根据所述第一用户在历史时间段内的使用记录生成 并显示向所述第一用户推荐的显示内容。
- 一种遥控器,其特征在于,包括:指纹采集器,用于采集并识别用户的指纹信息;处理器,用于在所述指纹识别器识别出所述指纹信息与预先存储的第一用户的指纹信息匹配时,指示收发器向智能终端发送第一指令,所述第一指令中包括所述第一用户的标识信息;所述收发器,用于向所述智能终端发送所述第一指令;其中,所述第一指令用于指示所述智能终端根据第一用户的标识信息,获取所述第一用户在历史时间段内的使用记录;根据所述第一用户在历史时间段内的使用记录生成并显示向所述第一用户推荐的显示内容;其中,所述第一用户在历史时间段内的使用记录是在所述历史时间段内确定所述第一用户的标识信息之后,记录的所述第一用户的使用信息。
