[0002] 水晶头是线缆连接特别是网络连接中重要的接口部件, 是一种能沿固定方向插 入设备端口并可防止水晶头自身从设备端口脱落的塑料接头。 水晶头主要用于 连接网卡端口、 集线器、 交换机及电话等装置, 适用于设备间或水平子系统的 现场端接。

[0046] 综上所述, 本发明提供一种能够降低绞距破坏程度的水晶头, 水晶头的幵口由 两相对短边框和两相对长边框围成, 幵口与水晶头内腔连通, 每个边框具有位 于幵口的边框侧和远离幵口的边框侧, 其中一个长边框外向弯曲凸起以在其面 向幵口的边框侧上形成一凹面, 在其背离幵口的边框侧上形成一凸面, 以此来 增大幵口的横截面积。 本发明还提供一种通讯缆线, 通过增大其幵口的横截面 积使得插入内腔的线缆部分只有一段护套被去除, 而靠近幵口的一段护套可以 不用去除, , 从而缩短了绞距被破坏的线缆的长度, 从而有效降低双绞线之间 的信号串扰, 增强了网络传输效果。 金属屏蔽罩通过设置能够朝向第一幵孔内 弯折变形的金属弹片, 以使得金属弹片抵靠在屏蔽网上, 结构简单, 设计巧妙 , 从而实现良好的屏蔽接地效果。 本发明还在第一塞子的内孔中可更换地安装 一第二塞子, 第二塞子可根据线缆的线径而自由更换, 以使得水晶头能够适用 多种线径的线缆。

[权利要求 4] 如权利要求 3所述的具有金属屏蔽罩的水晶头, 其特征在于, 所述水 晶头本体具有四个本体侧壁, 包括第一本体侧壁、 第二本体侧壁、 第 三本体侧壁和第四本体侧壁, 所述四个本体侧壁合围形成所述内腔, 其中所述第一本体侧壁与第三本体侧壁相对, 所述第二本体侧壁与第 四本体侧壁相对, 所述第一幵孔形成于所述第二本体侧壁上, 所述金 属屏蔽罩具有一与所述第一幵孔对应的第二幵孔, 所述按压弹片设置 在所述第四本体侧壁上。
[权利要求 5] 如权利要求 4所述的具有金属屏蔽罩的水晶头, 其特征在于, 所述金 属屏蔽罩包括第一屏蔽罩侧壁、 第二屏蔽罩侧壁和第三屏蔽罩侧壁, 所述第一屏蔽罩侧壁和第三屏蔽罩侧壁分别自所述第二屏蔽罩侧壁的 两相对边延伸, 所述第二幵孔形成于所述第一屏蔽罩侧壁与第三屏蔽 罩侧壁之间, 所述至少一金属弹片可转动地连接至所述第一屏蔽罩侧 壁和 /或第三屏蔽罩侧壁上。
[权利要求 6] 如权利要求 5所述的具有金属屏蔽罩的水晶头, 其特征在于, 所述金 属弹片的数量为两个, 所述两金属弹片分别可转动地连接至所述第一 屏蔽罩侧壁和第三屏蔽罩侧壁上。
如权利要求 6所述的具有金属屏蔽罩的水晶头, 其特征在于, 每一所 述金属弹片具有一朝向对方金属弹片的自由末端, 所述自由末端的一 角设置一缺口, 且两自由末端的缺口相互错幵, 以使得两金属弹片的 转动互不影响。
如权利要求 5所述的具有金属防护罩的水晶头, 其特征在于, 所述第 二端的幵口由第一、 第二、 第三和第四边框围成, 每个边框具有位于 所述幵口的边框内侧和背离所述幵口的边框外侧, 所述第二边框向外 弯曲凸起以在其面向所述幵口的边框内侧上形成一凹面, 而在其背离 所述幵口的边框外侧上形成一凸面。
如权利要求 8所述的具有金属防护罩的水晶头, 其特征在于, 所述第 一屏蔽罩侧壁远离所述第二屏蔽罩侧壁的一边缘朝向所述第三屏蔽罩 侧壁延伸出一第一金属片, 所述第三屏蔽罩侧壁远离所述第二屏蔽罩 侧壁的一边缘朝向所述第一屏蔽罩侧壁延伸出一第三金属片, 所述第 一和第三金属片贴靠在所述第二边框上。
一种通讯缆线, 包括线缆和连接在所述线缆一端的水晶头, 所述水晶 头包括具有内腔的水晶头本体及一金属屏蔽罩, 所述金属屏蔽罩套设 在所述水晶头本体上, 所述水晶头本体具有相反的第一端和第二端, 所述第一端设有金属端子, 所述第二端设有与所述内腔连通的幵口, 所述线缆包括数股线芯、 包覆所述数股线芯的屏蔽网以及包覆所述屏 蔽网的护套, 所述线缆一端自所述幵口插入所述内腔并与所述金属端 子电性连接, 其特征在于, 所述水晶头本体设有一与所述内腔连通的 第一幵孔, 所述金属屏蔽罩对应所述第一幵孔位置设有能够朝向所述 第一幵孔内弯折变形的至少一金属弹片, 以使得所述金属弹片向所述 第一幵孔内弯折变形吋可抵靠在所述屏蔽网上。
