Description

팔레트 마스카라 와이퍼 및 이를 구비한 팔레트 마스카라 용기
본 발명은, 팔레트 마스카라 와이퍼 및 이를 구비한 마스카라 용기에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는, 사용자가 브러쉬에 묻은 화장품 내용물을 적절하게 덜어서 사용함과 아울러 브러쉬에 묻은 화장품 내용물을 긁어낼 수 있는 팔레트 마스카라 와이퍼 및 이를 구비한 마스카라 용기에 관한 것이다.
마스카라는 속눈썹을 짙게 하는 화장품으로서 점착성이 있는 크림 형태를 갖고 있고, 그 마스카라는 내용물을 브러쉬 또는 연질의 고무재 블레이드 등으로 된 어플리케이터에 묻혀 속눈썹에 바른다.
마스카라를 브러쉬 또는 연질의 블레이드 등의 어플리케이터에 묻혀 사용할 때에 어플리케이터에 너무 많은 량의 마스카라 액이 묻어나오면 어플리케이터를 갖는 솔대를 옮기는 과정에서 어플리케이터에 수용되어 있는 마스카라가 흘러내리게 된다. 이로 인해 속눈썹에 마스카라 액이 과다하게 묻어서 마스카라로 화장한 속눈썹이 뭉치게 되는 단점이 있다.
이러한 단점을 없애기 위하여 솔대를 용기로부터 뽑아낼 때 솔대 하단의 어플리케이터를 훑어 적당량의 마스카라 액이 어플리케이터에 남도록 하는 와이퍼가 개시되어 있다.
한편 이전의 마스카라는 브러쉬를 화장품 용기로부터 인출한 후에 브러쉬에 묻은 마스카라 액을 적절하게 덜어서 사용하지 못해 불편함이 있으므로 이에 대한 개선책이 요구된다.

이들 도면에 도시된 바와 같이, 본 실시예에 따른 팔레트 마스카라 용기(1)는, 화장품 내용물이 저장되는 용기 본체(100)와, 용기 본체(100)에 분리 가능하게 결합 되는 브러쉬 캡(200)과, 브러쉬 캡(200)에 결합 되는 브러쉬 지지대(300)와, 브러쉬 지지대(300)에 결합 되는 브러쉬(400)와, 용기 본체(100)에 결합 되어 브러쉬(400)에 묻은 화장품 내용물을 덜어서 사용하도록 안내함과 아울러 화장품 내용물을 긁어낼 수 있는 와이퍼(500)를 구비한다.
용기 본체(100)의 상단부에는, 도 1에 도시된 바와 같이, 나사산이 마련되고, 이 나사산을 통해 브러쉬 캡(200)은 용기 본체(100)에 분리 가능하게 나사 결합 될 수 있다.
본 실시 예에서 용기 본체(100)의 내부에는 액상의 마스카라 용액이 저장될 수 있다.
브러쉬 캡(200)은, 도 1에 도시된 용기 본체(100)의 상단부에 분리 가능하게 나사 결합 되며, 사용자의 손잡이 장소로 제공될 수 있다.
브러쉬 지지대(300)는, 도 1에 도시된 바와 같이, 둥근 원형 형태로 마련될 수 있고, 그 상단부는 브러쉬 캡(200)에 끼워 맞춤 결합 될 수 있고, 그 하단부는 브러쉬(400)의 결합 장소로 제공될 수 있다.
본 실시 예에서 브러쉬 지지대(300)는, 도 2에 도시된 바와 같이, 브러쉬 캡(200)에 일측부가 결합 되는 확장 지지대(310)와, 확장 지지대(310)의 단부에 연장 마련되며 하단부에 브러쉬(400)가 결합 되는 연결 지지대(320)를 포함한다.
본 실시 예에서 확장 지지대(310)의 폭(t1)은, 도 2에 도시된 바와 같이, 브러쉬 지지대(300)의 폭(t2) 보다 크게 마련될 수 있다.
또한 본 실시 예에서 확장 지지대(310)의 폭(t1)은 도 5에 도시된 팔레트 홀(522)의 직경(d1)과 대응 즉 확장 지지대(310)의 표면이 팔레트 홀(522)과 접촉되게 마련될 수 있다. 이 경우 확장 지지대(310)가 팔레트 홀(522)을 통과할 때 확장 지지대(310)에 묻은 화장품 내용물을 긁어낼 수 있는 이점이 있다. 그리고 본 실시 예에서 확장 지지대(310)는 브러쉬 캡(200)을 용기 본체(100)에 결합 시 팔레트 홀(522)을 밀폐할 수 있다.
나아가 본 실시 예에서 연결 지지대(320)의 폭(t2)은 도 5에 도시된 와이퍼 로드(540)에 의해 마련되는 홀의 직경(d2)과 대응 즉 연결 지지대(320)의 표면이 와이퍼 로드(540)에 의해 마련되는 홀과 접촉되게 마련될 수 있다. 이 경우 연결 지지대(320)가 와이퍼 로드(540)에 의해 마련되는 홀을 통과할 때 연결 지지대(320)에 묻은 화장품 내용물을 긁어낼 수 있는 이점이 있다.
그리고 와이퍼(500)에 묻은 화장품 내용물은 팔레트 홀(522)과 와이퍼 로드(540)를 통과할 때 일정 양 제거될 수 있다.
브러쉬(400)는, 도 1에 도시된 바와 같이, 브러쉬 지지대(300)의 연결 지지대(320)에 결합 되며, 부채꼴 형상을 갖는 납작한 형태를 복수로 금속 와이어에 고정시켜 마련되어 일정 부피를 갖도록 마련될 수 있다.
또한 본 실시 예에서 브러쉬(400)는 한 쌍의 긴 금속 와이어의 사이에 복수의 브러쉬사를 편평하게 배치하고, 한 쌍의 금속 와이어를 나선형으로 꼬아 복수의 브러쉬사를 고정시켜 마련될 수 있다.
본 실시 예에서 브러쉬(400)는 납작한 형상으로 마련될 수도 있고, 일반 브러쉬와 같은 원통형 형상으로 마련될 수도 있다.
와이퍼(500)는, 용기 본체(100)의 상단부에 결합 되어 확장 지지대(310)의 표면과 브러쉬(400)에 묻은 화장품 내용물을 긁어(wiping) 냄과 아울러 브러쉬(400)에 묻은 화장품 내용물을 덜어서 브러쉬(400)에 묻은 화장품 내용물의 양을 원하는 만큼 조절할 수 있도록 하는 역할을 한다.
본 실시 예에서 와이퍼(500)는, 도 1에 도시된 바와 같이, 용기 본체(100)의 상단부에 탈착 가능하게 결합 되는 와이퍼 바디(510)와, 와이퍼 바디(510)의 상단부에 마련되는 팔레트부(520)와, 와이퍼 바디(510)의 상단부 가장자리에 마련되어 와이퍼 바디(510)의 인출을 가이드 하는 인출 가이드부(530)를 포함한다.
와이퍼(500)의 와이퍼 바디(510)는, 도 4에 도시된 바와 같이, 하측부가 개방되고 상측부가 팔레트부(520)에 의해 대부분 막혀 지도록 마련되고, 와이퍼 바디(510)의 높이 방향으로 내부 직경이 일정한 원통형 형상을 가질 수 있다.
본 실시 예에서 와이퍼 바디(510)의 외벽에는, 도 1에 도시된 바와 같이, 걸림턱(511)이 마련되고, 이 걸림턱(511)은 용기 본체(100)의 상단부에 걸림 지지 되어 와이퍼 바디(510)의 삽입 깊이를 제한한다. 본 실시 예에서 걸림턱(511)은 와이퍼 바디(510)의 외벽을 원형으로 연속적으로 둘러싸도록 마련될 수 있다.
또한 본 실시 예에서 와이퍼 바디(510)의 외벽에는, 도 1 및 도 4에 도시된 바와 같이, 복수의 스토퍼 링(512)이 마련된다. 이 복수의 스토퍼 링(512)은 용기 본체(100)의 내벽에 접촉되어 와이퍼 바디(510)의 흔들림을 방지함과 아울러 용기 본체(100)의 내벽과 접촉 면적의 감소로 와이퍼 바디(510)의 삽입 및 인출을 용이하게 하는 역할을 한다.
와이퍼(500)의 팔레트부(520)는, 도 1 및 도 4에 도시된 바와 같이, 와이퍼 바디(510)의 상단부를 대부분 밀폐하여 마련되어 확장 지지대(310)와 브러쉬(400)에 묻은 화장품 내용물을 긁어냄과 아울러 브러쉬(400)에 묻은 화장품 내용물을 문질러서 그 양을 조절할 수 있도록 하는 역할을 한다.
본 실시 예에서 팔레트부(520)는, 도 4에 도시된 바와 같이, 와이퍼 바디(510)의 상측부를 밀폐하여 마련되며 외부로 인출된 브러쉬(400)에 묻은 화장품 내용물의 양 조절 장소로 제공되는 팔레트 바디(521)와, 팔레트 바디(521)에 마련되는 팔레트 홀(522)을 포함한다.
팔레트부(520)의 팔레트 바디(521)는, 팔레트 바디(521)의 상단부에서 연장 마련될 수 있고, 도 3에 도시된 바와 같이, 와이퍼 바디(510)의 중앙부로 오목하게 함몰 마련됨과 아울러 일측부가 타측부 보다 높도록 경사지게 마련될 수 있다.
본 실시 예는 와이퍼 바디(510)의 외부로 인출된 브러쉬(400)를 팔레트 바디(521)의 외부 표면에 문질러서 브러쉬(400)에 묻은 화장품 내용물의 양을 조절할 수도 있고, 높게 경사진 부분의 팔레트 바디(521)에 브러쉬(400)를 문질러서 화장품 내용물의 양을 조절할 수도 있다.
또한 본 실시 예는 팔레트 홀(522)이 마련된 영역의 팔레트 바디(521)가 다른 영역 보다 낮아 팔레트 바디(521)의 외부 표면에 묻은 화장품 내용물이 팔레트 홀(522)을 통해 용기 본체(100)의 방향으로 중력에 의해 떨어지게 할 수도 있다.
그리고 본 실시 예에서 팔레트 바디(521)의 경사는, 도 4에 도시된 바와 같이, 와이퍼 바디(510)의 일측 높이가 타측 높이 보다 높게 하여 마련될 수도 있다.
본 실시 예에서 팔레트 홀(522)은, 도 4에 도시된 바와 같이, 와이퍼 바디(510)의 중앙부에 배치되도록 마련될 수 있다.
와이퍼(500)의 인출 가이드부(530)는, 도 4에 도시된 바와 같이, 와이퍼 바디(510)의 상단부에 외부로 돌출되도록 마련되어 와이퍼 바디(510)를 용기 본체(100)로부터 분리 시 사용자가 편리하게 잡아 힘을 가할 수 있도록 가이드 하는 역할을 한다.
본 실시 예에서 인출 가이드부(530)는 와이퍼 바디(510)와 일체로 마련될 수 있고, 돌기 형태로 마련될 수 있다.
한편 본 실시 예에서 와이퍼(500a)는, 도 5에 도시된 바와 같이, 와이퍼 바디(510)의 하부에 마련되어 연결 지지대(320)에 묻은 화장품 내용물을 긁어내는 와이퍼 로드(540)를 더 포함한다.
본 실시 예에서 와이퍼 로드(540)는, 도 5에 도시된 바와 같이, 사다리꼴 단면 형상을 가질 수 있고, 와이퍼 바디(510)의 내벽을 연속적 또는 단속적으로 둘러싸도록 마련될 수 있다.
또한 본 실시 예에서 와이퍼 로드(540)에 의해 마련되는 홀의 직경(d2)은 브러쉬 지지대(300)에서 설명한 바와 같이 팔레트 홀(522)의 직경(d1) 보다 작게 마련될 수 있다.
이상에서 살펴 본 바와 같이 본 실시 예는 와이퍼에 마련된 팔레트부에 의해 브러쉬 등에 묻은 화장품 내용물을 1차적으로 긁어낼 수 있고, 브러쉬에 묻은 화장품 내용물을 팔레트부에 덜어서 2차적으로 화장품 내용물의 양을 조절할 수 있으므로 사용의 편리성을 향상시킬 수 있다.
이와 같이 본 발명은 기재된 실시 예에 한정되는 것이 아니고, 본 발명의 사상 및 범위를 벗어나지 않고 다양하게 수정 및 변형할 수 있음은 이 기술의 분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자에게 자명하다. 따라서 그러한 수정 예 또는 변형 예들은 본 발명의 특허청구범위에 속한다 하여야 할 것이다.

Claims (9)

  1. 화장품 내용물이 저장되는 용기 본체;
    상기 용기 본체에 분리 가능하게 결합 되는 브러쉬 캡;
    상기 브러쉬 캡에 결합 되는 브러쉬 지지대;
    상기 브러쉬 지지대에 결합 되는 브러쉬; 및
    상기 용기 본체에 결합 되는 와이퍼를 포함하고,
    상기 와이퍼에는 상기 브러쉬에 묻은 화장품 내용물을 덜어서 사용함과 아울러 화장품 내용물을 긁어낼 수 있는 팔레트부가 마련되는 것을 특징으로 하는 팔레트 마스카라 용기.
  2. 청구항 1에 있어서,
    상기 와이퍼는,
    상기 용기 본체의 상단부에 탈착 가능하게 결합 되는 와이퍼 바디; 및
    상기 와이퍼 바디의 상단부에 마련되는 상기 팔레트부를 포함하는 팔레트 마스카라 용기.
  3. 청구항 2에 있어서,
    상기 팔레트부는,
    상기 와이퍼 바디의 상단부에 연장 마련되어 상기 와이퍼 바디의 상측부를 밀폐하는 팔레트 바디; 및
    상기 팔레트 바디에 마련되는 팔레트 홀을 포함하는 팔레트 마스카라 용기.
  4. 청구항 3에 있어서,
    상기 팔레트 바디는 상기 와이퍼 바디의 중앙부 방향으로 오목하게 함몰 마련되되 일측부가 타측부 보다 높도록 경사지게 마련되고, 상기 팔레트 홀은 상기 팔레트 바디의 중앙부에 마련되는 것을 특징으로 하는 팔레트 마스카라 용기.
  5. 청구항 2에 있어서,
    상기 와이퍼 바디에는 상기 와이퍼 바디의 삽입 깊이를 제한하는 걸림턱이 마련되는 것을 특징으로 하는 팔레트 마스카라 용기.
  6. 청구항 2에 있어서,
    상기 와이퍼는,
    상기 와이퍼 바디의 상단부 가장자리에 마련되어 상기 와이퍼 바디의 인출을 가이드 하는 인출 가이드부를 더 포함하는 팔레트 마스카라 용기.
  7. 청구항 2에 있어서,
    상기 와이퍼는,
    상기 와이퍼 바디의 내벽에 마련되는 와이퍼 로드를 더 포함하고,
    상기 브러쉬 지지대의 확장 지지대는 상기 팔레트 홀에 대응되는 직경을 갖고, 상기 브러쉬 지지대의 연결 지지대는 상기 와이퍼 로드에 의해 마련되는 홀의 직경과 대응되는 직경을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 팔레트 마스카라 용기.
  8. 용기 본체에 결합 되는 와이퍼 바디; 및
    브러쉬에 묻은 화장품 내용물을 덜어서 사용하도록 상기 와이퍼 바디에 마련되며 상기 브러쉬가 통과되는 팔레트 홀을 갖는 팔레트부를 포함하는 팔레트 마스카라 와이퍼.
  9. 청구항 8에 있어서,
    상기 팔레트부는 상기 와이퍼 바디의 중앙부 방향으로 오목하게 함몰 마련되되 일측부가 타측부 보다 높도록 경사지게 마련되고, 상기 팔레트 홀은 상기 팔레트 바디의 중앙부에 마련되는 것을 특징으로 하는 팔레트 마스카라 와이퍼.
