进一步地,所述前叉扣合装置还包括防转件、调节锁紧件、及套装于所述调节锁紧件上的卡接件,所述防转件固定于所述卡接件并与所述第二连接座连接,所述第二连接座设有第一卡槽,所述第一连接座设有第二卡槽,所述卡接件与所述第一卡槽和所述第二卡槽均卡接固定。
进一步地,所述前叉扣合装置还包括固定于所述调节锁紧件上的顶出件,所述顶出件设有第一卡接凸缘,所述卡接件设有第二卡接凸缘,所述卡接件可转动地固定于所述顶出件,且所述第一卡接凸缘与所述第二卡接凸缘配合卡接。
进一步地,还包括轮轴支撑机构,所述轮轴支撑机构包括固定于所述后轮 后叉上的轮座、嵌装于所述轮座的轮轴、用于将所述轮轴固定于所述轮座内的锁紧件、套装于所述轮轴上的滚动机构、及用于防止所述轮轴弯折的至少一个防折弯件,所述轮座设有固定架,所述轮轴具有装配轴架,所述固定架和所述装配轴架均设有位置相对应地至少一个装配孔,所述防折弯件穿设于所述装配孔。
进一步地,所述后叉扣合装置还包括用于所述后轮后叉相对所述车主架转动的转动机构,所述转动机构的的转动中心线与所述后轮的轴线的倾斜角度范围为1.5~2.5度。
本发明的有益效果在于:
上述折叠自行车通过所述前叉扣合装置、所述后叉扣合装置及所述斜向转动机构,可以方便快捷实现车辆折叠时所述前轮、所述后轮及所述车把本体旋转贴合至所述车主架并同时与地面抵紧接触,由此便于折叠后的车体站立,可靠性高,同时车轮面积占比大,车体各部件贴合更加紧密且收藏的好,占用更小的空间,便于存放和携带。

具体实施方式
下面对本发明的实施例进行详细说明:
如图1至图3所示,一种折叠自行车,包括车主架100、前轮前叉200及可转动固定于所述前轮前叉200上的前轮210、后轮后叉300及可转动固定于所述后轮后叉300上的后轮310、前叉扣合装置400、后叉扣合装置500、固定于所述车主架100上的斜向转动机构110、设置于所述斜向转动机构110上的车把支撑件120、及可滑动地固定于所述车把支撑件120的车把组件130;
所述前叉扣合装置400包括设置于所述车主架100上的第一连接座410、及设置于所述前轮前叉200上并与所述第一连接座410转动连接的第二连接座420,所述后叉扣合装置500包括设置于所述车主架100上的扣座510、及设置于所述后轮后叉300上并与所述扣座510连接的扣合件520,所述车把支撑件120包括锁紧机构121,所述车把组件130包括车把本体131、设置于所述车把本体131上的防转动部132、及固定于所述车把本体131上的定位件133,当折叠自行车处于折叠装配状态时,所述第二连接座420相对所述第一连接座410转动,所述前轮210旋转贴合至所述车主架100,所述扣合件520与所述扣座510分离,所述后轮310旋转贴合至所述车主架100并与所述前轮210扣合,且所述前轮210和所述后轮310相互平行且轴心重合,所述车把本体131相对所 述车把支撑件120滑动,所述定位件133与所述锁紧机构121卡紧,所述车把支撑件120通过所述斜向转动机构110旋转贴合至车主架100,所述前轮210、所述后轮310及所述车把本体131均与地面抵紧接触。
其中,通过所述前叉扣合装置400、所述后叉扣合装置500及所述斜向转动机构110,可以方便快捷实现车辆折叠时所述前轮210、所述后轮310及所述车把本体131旋转贴合至所述车主架100并同时与地面抵紧接触,由此便于折叠后的车体站立,可靠性高,同时车轮面积占比大,车体各部件贴合更加紧密且收藏的好,占用更小的空间,便于存放和携带。
当上述折叠自行车需要正常骑行使用时,只需将所述前轮前叉200通过销轴机构转动展开,使所述第一连接座410和所述第二连接座420拼合扣接,将所述后轮后叉300通过销轴机构转动展开,使所述扣合件520与所述扣座510连接,最后将所述车把本体131通过所述斜向转动机构110旋转回位,竖立于所述车主架100上方,此时所述防转动部132与所述锁紧机构121配合连接以实现所述车把本体131的定位,由此即可完成展开操作,以方便人们骑行使用,上述展开方式操作简单、省时省力,且车体连接稳固,可靠性高。
在本实施例中优选的所述前轮210与所述后轮310折叠后相互扣合、平行且轴心重合,所述车把本体131亦贴合至所述车主架100、并与所述车主架100平行布置,由此可以使得折叠收合后的车体体积更加紧凑、占用空间更小。
此外,所述车把本体131折叠之后与地面支撑接触,通过所述锁紧机构121与所述定位件133的卡紧结构来实现所述车把本体131的稳固支撑。当然,根据不同的地形地貌,可以调整所述定位件133在所述车把本体131上的不同位置,从而获得不同所述车把本体131的支撑长度,以实现凹陷、隆起等不同地貌位置的稳固站立,从而提高车体的可靠性和灵活性。
如图7所示,进一步的,所述前叉扣合装置400还包括固定于所述调节锁紧件440上的顶出件460,所述顶出件460设有第一卡接凸缘,所述卡接件450设有第二卡接凸缘,所述卡接件450可转动地固定于所述顶出件460,且所述第一卡接凸缘与所述第二卡接凸缘配合卡接。
所述调节锁紧件440设有调节把持件,在所述卡接件450随所述调节锁紧 件440一同移动时,具体是通过安装于所述调节锁紧件440上的所述顶出件460的顶出作用,通过所述顶出件460的所述第一卡接凸缘与所述卡接件450的所述第二卡接凸缘卡接配合,从而提供给所述卡接件450带动作用,随所述调节锁紧件440一同移动,而进行扣合时,则是通过调节把持件的抵挡作用使所述卡接件450移动,上述结构设计简单巧妙、工作可靠。
另外,所述车把组件130还包括防转动部132,所述防转动部132包括沿所述车把本体131延伸方向周向设置的多个条形凸起。本实施例中优选的,多个所述条形凸起可以是截面为三角形、半圆形等的齿形结构,且保证该多个条形凸起沿所述车把本体131的延伸方向具有一定长度,其作用在于当与所述锁紧机构121配合连接时,通过该齿形结构可以防止所述车把本体131与所述车把支撑件120发生相对转动,提高所述车把本体131的装配稳固性。
在一个优选的实施例中,所述车把组件130还包括定位件133,所述定位件133包括定位滑块134和锁紧调节件135,所述定位滑块134设有通孔,所述锁紧调节件135穿设于所述通孔并与所述车把本体131抵紧。所述定位件133包括定位滑块134和锁紧调节件135,所述定位滑块134设有通孔,所述锁紧调节件135穿设于所述通孔并与所述车把本体131抵紧。其中,所述定位滑块134可自由地在所述车把本体131上滑动,之后通过所述锁紧调节件135锁紧固定,其作用在于在折叠收合时不仅可以对所述车把本体131起到定位作用,以确保其折叠后的稳固,同时还可以通过调节该定位滑块134在所述车把本体131上的位置来调整折叠收合后所述车把本体131的高度,使其能够接触地面,从而对整个车体起到辅助支撑作用。
如图2所示,此外,所述后叉扣合装置500还包括用于所述后轮后叉300相对所述车主架100转动的转动机构530,所述转动机构530的的转动中心线与所述后轮310的轴线的倾斜角度范围为1.5~2.5度。将所述转动机构530的转动中心线与所述后轮310的轴线倾斜角度的范围限定为1.5~2.5度,不仅可以实现所述后轮310向所述车主架100方向的翻折,同时还可以保证偏转的角度不至于过大,导致折叠收合后的车体宽度过大,占用过多空间。
进一步地,如图4,图5所示,上述折叠自行车还包括车把扣合装置600, 所述车把扣合装置600包括设置于所述车主架100上的固定座620、及设置于所述车把支撑件120上的扣接件640,所述车把组件130旋转贴合至所述车主架100时,所述扣接件640与所述固定座620配合卡接。当折叠自行车进行折叠收合时,所述车把组件130通过所述斜向转动机构110向所述车主架100方向斜向旋转并贴合,之后通过设置于所述车把组件130上的所述扣合件520与设置于所述车主架100上的所述固定座620扣合卡接,可以实现折叠自行车车把的可靠固定,避免容易发生松动不利于搬抬,同时与车主体发生碰撞,不仅会产生噪音,而且还会因撞击产生擦伤等伤痕,影响车辆的美观和寿命。
如图6所示,所述固定座620包括卡接槽622,所述卡接槽622包括相互连通的插接槽口624和限位槽口626,所述扣合件520由所述插接槽口624伸入并卡接于所述限位槽口626。其中,当所述扣合件520与所述卡接槽622扣合卡接时,首先从所述插接槽口624插入,之后再滑动至所述卡接槽622深处并卡接于所述限位槽口626,以防止所述卡接件450脱出。优选的,所述插接槽口624的开口处设有圆角,可以使所述卡接件450卡入时更加顺滑、省力。另外,进一步地,所述限位槽口626的宽度小于所述扣合件520的最大截面长度。限定所述限位槽口626的宽度小于所述扣合件520的最大截面长度,具体是指小于所述卡接件450的最大长度,如此便可以使所述扣合件520牢靠的卡接于所述卡接槽622内,避免受力脱出,使扣合结构的作用失效。
请参照图2,进一步地,上述折叠自行车还包括车轮扣合装置700,所述车轮扣合装置700包括设置于所述前轮210或所述后轮310的轮毂上的卡座720、及设置于所述后轮310或所述前轮210的轮毂上的卡合件740,所述卡座720与卡合件740配合卡接。其中,所述卡座720可以安装于所述前轮210或所述后轮310的轮毂中心处,所述卡合件740亦可以安装于所述前轮210或所述后轮310的轮毂中心处,在此不作具体限定。当所述前轮210和所述后轮310旋转贴合至所述车主架100的下方时,通过所述卡座720和所述卡合件740卡接,可以实现前后轮310的相对固定,避免在存放或搬运过程中随意摆动,造成操作不便。在本实施例中所述卡座720优选采用弹性性能好的橡胶、塑料等材料制作,可以确保其与所述卡合件740在频繁的卡合、分离的操作中具有尽量长的 寿命。
此外,所述斜向转动机构110包括转轴112、设置于所述车主架100上的第一转座114、及设置于所述车把支撑件120上的第二转座116,所述转轴112的中心线与所述车主架100倾斜布置,且所述第一转座114通过所述转轴112可转动地固定于所述第二转座116。将所述转轴112的中心线与所述车主架100呈倾斜的布置状态,当所述车把支撑件120相对车主架100转动时,可以避免两者发生干涉,避免造成折叠式车把机构的折叠不顺畅及收合困难等问题。
如图7所示,进一步地,所述前叉扣合装置400还包括防转件430、调节锁紧件440、及套装于所述调节锁紧件440上的卡接件450,所述防转件430固定于所述卡接件450并与所述第二连接座420连接,所述第二连接座420设有第一卡槽422,所述第一连接座410设有第二卡槽412,所述卡接件450与所述第一卡槽422和所述第二卡槽412均卡接固定。
当所述扣合装置的所述卡接件450与所述第一卡槽422和所述第二卡槽412进行卡接装配,以连接固定所述连接座和所述车架连接件时,或使所述卡接件450通过所述调节锁紧件440从所述第一卡槽422和所述第二卡槽412内脱出,实现所述连接座相对所述车架连接件的折叠转动时,通过设置于所述卡接件450上的所述防转件430,可以避免所述卡接件450随意地在所述调节锁紧件440上转动,从而保证其与所述第一卡槽422和所述第二卡槽412形成相对布置的预装配状态,避免每次进行安装固定时需要将所述卡接件450摆正的操作步骤,由此使得上述折叠前叉扣合装置400的操作更加方便快捷、使用体验感好。
具体的,所述卡接件450为截面为C字型的条形卡块,该C字型条形卡块的两个自由端即为所述第一条形卡接部和所述第二条形卡接部,所述第一卡槽422和所述第二卡槽412均于所述卡接件450相对设置,且所述第一卡槽422与所述第一条形卡接部的高度相匹配,所述第二卡槽412与所述第二条形卡接部的高度相匹配,当旋动所述调节锁紧件440使所述卡接件450向所述第二连接座420靠近时,所述第一条形卡接部和所述第二条形卡接部便可以顺利的卡接入对应的槽内,通过与槽壁的抵紧限位作用,来实现所述第二连接座420和所述第一连接座410的扣合,该扣合机构的结构简单,操作方便,工作可靠。当 然,在另一个实施例中,也可以采用将所述第二连接座420和所述第一连接座410内嵌于上述C字型条形卡块的容纳部内的连接结构来实现扣合固定。
如图8所示,上述折叠自行车还包括轮轴支撑机构800,所述轮轴支撑机构800包括固定于所述后轮后叉300上的轮座810、嵌装于所述轮座810的轮轴820、用于将所述轮轴820固定于所述轮座810内的锁紧件830、套装于所述轮轴820上的滚动机构840、及用于防止所述轮轴820弯折的至少一个防折弯件850,所述轮座810设有固定架812,所述轮轴820具有装配轴架822,所述固定架812和所述装配轴架822均设有位置相对应地至少一个装配孔860,所述防折弯件850穿设于所述装配孔860。
上述防折弯件850为螺栓、螺钉等,通过在所述轮轴820的所述装配轴架822设置至少一个所述装配孔860,并将螺栓等部件安装于所述装配孔860内,可以增加所述轮轴820的径向刚度和强度,提高轮轴820的抗折弯性能和抗剪切性能,保证所述轮轴820在长期使用或受瞬时冲击力时不被折弯,从而保持较高的使用寿命。
以上所述实施例的各技术特征可以进行任意的组合,为使描述简洁,未对上述实施例中的各个技术特征所有可能的组合都进行描述,然而,只要这些技术特征的组合不存在矛盾,都应当认为是本说明书记载的范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种折叠自行车,其特征在于,包括车主架、前轮前叉及可转动固定于所述前轮前叉上的前轮、后轮后叉及可转动固定于所述后轮后叉上的后轮、前叉扣合装置、后叉扣合装置、固定于所述车主架上的斜向转动机构、设置于所述斜向转动机构上的车把支撑件、及可滑动地固定于所述车把支撑件的车把组件;
    所述前叉扣合装置包括设置于所述车主架上的第一连接座、及设置于所述前轮前叉上并与所述第一连接座转动连接的第二连接座,所述后叉扣合装置包括设置于所述车主架上的扣座、及设置于所述后轮后叉上并与所述扣座连接的扣合件,所述车把支撑件包括锁紧机构,所述车把组件包括车把本体、设置于所述车把本体上的防转动部、及固定于所述车把本体上的定位件,当折叠自行车处于折叠装配状态时,所述第二连接座相对所述第一连接座转动,所述前轮旋转贴合至所述车主架,所述扣合件与所述扣座分离,所述后轮旋转贴合至所述车主架并与所述前轮扣合,且所述前轮和所述后轮相互平行且轴心重合,所述车把本体相对所述车把支撑件滑动,所述定位件与所述锁紧机构卡紧,所述车把支撑件通过所述斜向转动机构旋转贴合至车主架,所述前轮、所述后轮及所述车把本体均与地面抵紧接触。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的折叠自行车,其特征在于,还包括车把扣合装置,所述车把扣合装置包括设置于所述车主架上的固定座、及设置于所述车把支撑件上的扣接件,所述车把组件旋转贴合至所述车主架时,所述扣接件与所述固定座配合卡接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的折叠自行车,其特征在于,所述固定座包括卡接槽,所述卡接槽包括相互连通的插接槽口和限位槽口,所述扣合件由所述插接槽口伸入并卡接于所述限位槽口。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的折叠自行车,其特征在于,所述限位槽口的宽度小于所述扣合件的最大截面长度。
  5. 根据权利要求1至4任一项所述的折叠自行车,其特征在于,还包括车轮扣合装置,所述车轮扣合装置包括设置于所述前轮或所述后轮的轮毂上的卡 座、及设置于所述后轮或所述前轮的轮毂上的卡合件,所述卡座与卡合件配合卡接。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的折叠自行车,其特征在于,所述斜向转动机构包括转轴、设置于所述车主架上的第一转座、及设置于所述车把支撑件上的第二转座,所述转轴的中心线与所述车主架倾斜布置,且所述第一转座通过所述转轴可转动地固定于所述第二转座。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的折叠自行车,其特征在于,所述前叉扣合装置还包括防转件、调节锁紧件、及套装于所述调节锁紧件上的卡接件,所述防转件固定于所述卡接件并与所述第二连接座连接,所述第二连接座设有第一卡槽,所述第一连接座设有第二卡槽,所述卡接件与所述第一卡槽和所述第二卡槽均卡接固定。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的折叠自行车,其特征在于,所述前叉扣合装置还包括固定于所述调节锁紧件上的顶出件,所述顶出件设有第一卡接凸缘,所述卡接件设有第二卡接凸缘,所述卡接件可转动地固定于所述顶出件,且所述第一卡接凸缘与所述第二卡接凸缘配合卡接。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的折叠自行车,其特征在于,还包括轮轴支撑机构,所述轮轴支撑机构包括固定于所述后轮后叉上的轮座、嵌装于所述轮座的轮轴、用于将所述轮轴固定于所述轮座内的锁紧件、套装于所述轮轴上的滚动机构、及用于防止所述轮轴弯折的至少一个防折弯件,所述轮座设有固定架,所述轮轴具有装配轴架,所述固定架和所述装配轴架均设有位置相对应地至少一个装配孔,所述防折弯件穿设于所述装配孔。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的折叠自行车,其特征在于,所述后叉扣合装置还包括用于所述后轮后叉相对所述车主架转动的转动机构,所述转动机构的转动中心线与所述后轮的轴线的倾斜角度范围为1.5~2.5度。
