依据本公开的一个方面,提供了一种城市森林高层别墅,包括:室外花园庭院,所述室外花园庭院包括:下层室外花园庭院和上层室外花园庭院,其中,与所述下层室外花园庭院垂直对应的上层楼的室外的上层室外花园庭院与所述下层室外花园庭院不在同一个方向设置或完全错开设置,所述下层室外花园庭院和上层室外花园庭院均具有两层楼的高度。
所述城市森林高层别墅建筑每个户型住户的主要房间,如客厅、主要卧室,所述主要房间的窗户垂直对应的上层楼室外和垂直对应的下层楼室外,都不设置室外花园庭院,以达到所述主要房间的直接采光。
可选地,根据每层楼的户型住户的数量和建筑楼层的层数循环往复布置所述室外花园庭院;
下层户型与垂直对应的上层户型的花园庭院在不同方向,是通过下层户型与上层户型垂直对应的房间外墙向不同方向开设门带窗而实现进出上下层不同方向室外花园庭院的。
可选地,将所述室外花园庭院所垂直对应的上层楼和下层楼外墙开窗的室内房间设置为辅助用房。
可选地,所述辅助用房的窗户的下口应离房间地面0.1米~1.4米高度,并应在窗户的下口设置一块外窗台板,用以遮挡住往下的视线,以实现垂直对应的下一层楼室外花园庭院的私密性。
可选地,所述室外花园庭院外挑到1米~10米,并以下沉板上翻梁和以牛腿斜柱方式做支撑。
可选地,所述室外花园庭院的下沉板在找平后,向建筑外墙的方向有防水坡度,并在坡度最低的靠墙处设置排水口。
可选地,所述室外花园庭院的下沉板在找平后设置防水层,在所述防水 层上层还应做细石砼的防水层保护层,以防止树根下穿,破坏防水层。
可选地,在所述下沉板上翻梁结构中下沉板底与上翻梁顶面有0.1米~1米的高低差,以便回填土壤和种植花草树木。
可选地,所述城市森林高层别墅还包括以下一项或多项:花草树木、铺设花园庭院道路、景观和休闲平台。
可选地,所述花草树木包括:大树、低矮植物、灌木和花草,大树的高度为3米~5米,在每棵大树下还应设置一个向上0.2米~1米的树池,以增加大树土层厚度,低矮植物、灌木和花草的高度为0.1米~3米。
可选地,每座室外花园庭院种植3米~5米的大树2棵~6棵,1米~3米的小树20棵~100棵,1米以下的灌木100株~400株,以及花草植物若干,并大树应靠近外墙栽种和将树干固定在外墙上。
可选地,一座室外花园庭院的绿化面积在20~120平方米之间,并应在花园庭院的外沿处设置室外栏杆。
可选地,所述城市高层别墅建筑还包括设置在室外花园庭院中的自动滴灌喷灌设备系统。
可选地,所述下层室外花园庭院位于奇数楼层,所述上层室外花园庭院位于偶数楼层。
可选地,所述城市森林高层别墅的使用功能为住宅、公寓、宾馆、酒店、饭店、办公楼和写字楼中的任意一种。
上述技术方案具有如下优点或有益效果:在建筑的外墙上和楼层的平面布局上均采用了独具匠心的全新设计,充分利用了该建筑的全部外墙及外墙空间,使该新型建筑体除主要房间的窗户外,从外观上几乎完全看不见楼体干涸的外墙面,而只能看见伸出外墙面的室外花园庭院和庭院里的花草树木。同时它的巧妙设计也使得其室外花园庭院获得了全方位的私密性,实现了全部主要房间的直接采光,同时还将其室外花园庭院的空间高度与本体建筑两层楼层同高,其空间高度的舒适感、空间感、采光以及视野,是以前传统建筑的花园阳台的低矮空间无法比拟的。以前也有建筑虽然拥有两层楼层高的花园阳台,但其上下层到处都是窗户,并左右上下花园阳台也全部都能相互看到对方,使所有住户都完全没有私密性和安全感。
城市森林高层别墅,因与传统建筑相比,不增加任何建筑占地它可建在城市中心任何地方,不像传统别墅大都建在很远的郊区,给人们生活、工作、学习、医疗等都带来很大困难。
它弥补了国内外所有类似建筑都无法逾越的三大缺陷(如其花园庭院左右上下邻居都能看到、都能翻越、无私密性、无安全感、主要房间都是黑房子等弊端)。城市森林高层别墅的所有室外花园庭院,任何邻居都看不到,更无法翻越,有了绝对的私密性、安全感,同时还使主要房间都有了直接采光,避免了黑房子!
城市森林高层别墅一栋建筑,就如同一座树木葱郁的山峰,一片建筑,就如同一片森林和一座天然氧吧!
一亩建筑占地,可在空中带来十亩绿化庭院,使土地价值凭空增值十倍!使家家户户既有室内房子,又有室外长满花草树木的庭院!
本建筑发明是一种比传统所有建筑更具创新、更具人性的绿色环保建筑,彻底打破了人们居家以外墙为界的束缚,将所有建筑外墙墙面都100%充分利用,建成了室外空中花园庭院。使家家户户在空中都拥有一座两层楼高又三面环景的超大庭院,使家人们随时都可以在这座私家庭院里种菜、种花、遛狗、养鸟,聚会、聚餐,以及呼吸新鲜空气、沐浴阳光和欣赏外面的世界!
它将是人类建筑史上的一次重大革命,就如同砖瓦房淘汰茅草房一样,未来它必将全面淘汰目前的鸟笼式住宅,开创一个居住新的时代!

具体实施方式
下面将参照附图更详细地描述本公开的示例性实施例。虽然附图中显示了本公开的示例性实施例,然而应当理解,可以以各种形式实现本公开而不 应被这里阐述的实施例所限制。相反,提供这些实施例是为了能够更透彻地理解本公开,并且能够将本公开的范围完整的传达给本领域的技术人员。
参见图1,本公开的实施例提供了一种城市森林高层别墅,包括:室外花园庭院,该室外花园庭院分为下层室外花园庭院1和上层室外花园庭院2,其中,下层室外花园庭院1与垂直对应的上层室外花园庭院2不在同一个方向设置或完全错开设置。
即,在下一层楼室外设置了下层花园庭院1,其垂直应对的上一层楼室外不再设置室外花园庭院,只有在垂直对应的下一层楼室外没有设置花园庭院的上一层楼室外才设置上层室外花园庭院2,这样便使得下层室外花园庭院1和上层室外花园庭院2全部都有两层楼的高度(如图2所示)。
参见图4、图7、图8和图9,在主要房间(例如客厅、主要卧室等)开设了窗户的外墙面所垂直对应的上层和垂直对应的下层均不设置室外花园庭院,以达到其主要房间的直接采光,但在需要时,在不影响采光和私密性的情况下,在个别主要房间开窗的外墙面(如图7中A户型和B户型其中一个5号窗、图8中A户型5号窗),也可设置传统的一层楼高的小阳台或小平台。
以上述主要房间为卧室为例,参见图3,主要卧室窗户5、6分别对应一个卧室,主要卧室窗户5、6分别对应的卧室所垂直对应的上一楼层和下一楼层都不设置室外花园庭院,使该主要卧室均可以直接采光;以上述主要房间为客厅为例,是在没有开窗户的上一楼层和下一楼层才设置了室外花园庭院,同样,其外墙面设置了窗户的下一楼层也没有设置室外花园庭院。
继续参见图2和图3,下一层户型与所垂直对应的上一层户型的室外花园庭院设置在不同方向,下一层户型或上一层户型的室外花园庭院垂直对应的客厅在不同方向开设进出室外花园庭院的门带窗3、4,而转换进出其室外花园庭院的。需要说明的是,本楼层客厅没有室外花园庭院的外墙面应不开窗户。
即,下一层住户可以通过门窗带3进出其下层室外花园庭院1,而上一层住户则通过门窗带4进出其上层室外花园庭院2。
在本实施例中,在下层室外花园庭院1或上层室外花园庭院2所垂直对应的上层外墙开窗的室内房间设置为辅助用房,如:厨房、卫生间、工人房、 更衣间、储藏室等,需要说明的是,在本实施例中并不限定辅助用房的具体使用功能。
参见图1,辅助用房(例如工人房、厨房)的窗户7、8的下口离房间地面0.1米~1.4米高度,并在其窗户7、8的下口设置一块外窗台板9,用以遮挡住往下的视线,以实现垂直对应的下一层室外花园庭院的私密性。
参见图6,所述的城市森林高层别墅的室外花园庭院,可外挑1米~10米,一般外挑6米。室外花园庭院的钢筋混泥土地板的结构为下沉板上翻梁和以牛腿斜柱10、外挑梁11的方式做支撑。
在本实施例中,室外花园庭院的支撑结构包括:钢筋混泥土底板外挑梁11、支撑室外花园庭院的牛腿斜柱10和防护栏杆14。下沉地板与外挑梁底齐平,外挑梁下沉板结构的主要作用是便于在室外花园庭院填置土壤,同时庭院在填土后仍会低于客厅室内地面,照顾了住户进出室外花园庭院的便利。所述下沉板底与上翻梁顶面有0.1米~1米的高低差,优选0.6米左右的高低差,以便回填土壤和种植花草树木。所述下沉板在找平后,应向建筑外墙的方向有防水坡度,并在坡度最低的靠墙处设置排水口。所述花园庭院的下沉板在找平后,应做永久性防水层,在防水层上层还应做3厘米~5厘米细石砼的防水层保护层,以防止树根下穿,破坏防水层。
参见图6,牛腿斜柱10用于对室外花园庭院钢筋混泥土底板及外挑梁11起支撑作用。
在本实施例中,城市森林高层别墅的层数根据其建筑所需要的高度循环往复布置,户型仍可以为:一层一户、一层两户、一层三户、一层四户、一层五户、一层六户等任意户型,并且每层的户型尺寸或面积仍可根据需要进行随意更改、变化,参见图7~图10,分别示出了一层二户、一层三户、一层四户和一层六户的楼层示意图。需要说明的是,在本实施例中并不限定楼层的户数和户型。
继续参见图6,下层室外花园庭院1和上层室外花园庭院2设置有花草树木、铺设花园庭院道路、景观和休闲平台,其中花草树木均应选择适应当地气候条件生长的品种。
上述花草树木包括:大树、低矮植物、灌木和花草,其中,大树的高度 为3米~5米,每棵大树下还应设置一个向上0.2米~1米的树池,优选0.5米左右,以增加大树土层厚度。低矮植物、灌木和花草的高度为0.1米~3米。每座室外花园庭院种植有3米~5米的大树2-6棵,1米~2米的小树20棵~100棵,1米以下的灌木100株~400株,花草植物若干。每棵大树应靠近外墙栽种,并将其树干固定在外墙上,以解决高层防风问题;小树和花草植物,土壤即可将其固定。
如图5所示,下层室外花园庭院1种植的花草树木12以及上层室外花园庭院2种植的花草树木13,共同绿化了一整栋城市森林高层别墅,使之远看如同一座树木葱郁的山峰。
可选地,上述室外花园庭院的绿化面积在20平方米~120平方米之间,并应在花园庭院的外沿处设置防护栏杆14。室外花园庭院防护栏杆14用于对室外花园庭院里的人和物起保护作用,防止高空坠落。
可选地,所述城市高层别墅建筑还包括,设置在室外花园庭院中的自动滴灌喷灌设备系统,上述花园庭院的所有花草树木,应采用自动滴灌喷灌技术予以浇灌,以减少养护成本和家中无人时的自动养护。
上述下层室外花园庭院1为奇数楼层,上述上层室外花园庭院2为偶数楼层,所述城市森林高层别墅的所有外墙墙面只设置室外花园庭院,不再设置任何传统阳台平台。
参见图7、图10,在本公开的实施图例中,一层两户、一层三户、一层四户、一层六户的室外花园庭院都分别设置在不同方向,所有设计的主要房间,通过主要卧室窗户5、6直接采光。所有室外花园庭院垂直对应的上一层外墙面开窗的下口位置都设置有外窗台板9,其房间全部都做辅助用房,如厨房、工人房、卫生间等。并且,室外花园庭院是可以将在一个平面上的花园庭院一分为二,改进而成为两个或三个花园庭院的,如图7、图8、图9和图10中的附图标记1所示。还需要特别说明的是,在需要时,本公开下层室外花园庭院,仍可设在偶数楼层,上层室外花园庭院,仍可设在奇数楼层,这都不会对本公开的结构原理及技术要求带来任何影响。
可选地,上述城市森林高层别墅的使用功能是住宅、公寓、宾馆、酒店、饭店、办公楼和写字楼中的任意一种。
以上所述的是本公开的可选实施方式,应当指出对于本技术领域的普通人员来说,在不脱离本公开所述的原理前提下还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也在本公开的保护范围内。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种城市森林高层别墅,包括:室外花园庭院,所述室外花园庭院包括:下层室外花园庭院和上层室外花园庭院,其中,与所述下层室外花园庭院垂直对应的上层楼的室外的上层室外花园庭院与所述下层室外花园庭院不在同一个方向设置或完全错开设置,所述下层室外花园庭院和上层室外花园庭院均具有两层楼的高度;
    所述城市森林高层别墅建筑每个户型住户的主要房间的窗户垂直对应的上层楼室外和垂直对应的下层楼室外,都不设置室外花园庭院,以达到所述主要房间的直接采光。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的城市森林高层别墅,其中,根据每层楼的户型住户的数量和建筑楼层的层数循环往复布置所述室外花园庭院;
    下层户型与垂直对应的上层户型的花园庭院设置在不同方向,是通过下层楼与上层楼垂直对应的房间外墙向不同方向开设门带窗而实现进出上下层不同方向的室外花园庭院的。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的城市森林高层别墅,其中,将所述室外花园庭院垂直对应的上层楼和下层楼外墙开窗的室内房间设置为辅助用房。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的城市森林高层别墅,其中,所述辅助用房的窗户的下口应离房间地面0.1米~1.4米高度,并应在窗户的下口设置一块外窗台板,用以遮挡住往下的视线,以实现垂直对应的下一层楼室外花园庭院的私密性。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的城市森林高层别墅,其中,所述室外花园庭院应外挑到1米~10米,并以下沉板上翻梁和以牛腿斜柱方式做支撑。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的城市森林高层别墅,其中,所述室外花园庭院的下沉板在找平后,向建筑外墙的方向有防水坡度,并在坡度最低的靠墙处设置排水口。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的城市森林高层别墅,其中,所述室外花园庭院的下沉板在找平后设置防水层,在所述防水层上层还应做细石砼的防水层保护层,以防止树根下穿,破坏防水层。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的城市森林高层别墅,其中,所述室外花园庭院的下沉板上翻梁结构中,下沉板底面与上翻梁顶面有0.1米~1米的高低差,以便回填土壤和种植花草树木。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的城市森林高层别墅,其中,所述城市高层别墅建筑还包括以下一项或多项:花草树木、铺设花园庭院道路、景观和休闲平台。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的城市森林高层别墅,其中,所述花草树木包括:大树、低矮植物、灌木和花草,大树的高度为3米~5米,并在每棵大树下还应设置一个向上0.2米~1米的树池,以增加大树土层厚度,低矮植物、灌木、花草的高度为0.1米~3米。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的城市森林高层别墅,其中,每座室外花园庭院种植3米~5米的大树2棵~6棵,1米~3米的小树20棵~100棵,1米以下的灌木100株~400株,以及花草植物若干,并大树应靠近外墙栽种和将树干固定在外墙上。
  12. 根据权利要求1所述的城市森林高层别墅,其中,一座室外花园庭院的面积在20~120平方米之间,并应在花园庭院的外沿处设置室外栏杆。
  13. 根据权利要求1所述的城市森林高层别墅,其中,所述城市森林高层别墅还包括设置在室外花园庭院中的自动滴灌喷灌设备系统。
  14. 根据权利要求1所述的城市森林高层别墅,其中,所述下层室外花园庭院位于奇数楼层,所述上层室外花园庭院位于偶数楼层。
  15. 根据权利要求1所述的城市森林高层别墅,其中,所述城市森林高层别墅的使用功能为住宅、公寓、宾馆、酒店、饭店、办公楼和写字楼中的任意一种。
