本申请实施例将翻译任务推送给第一用户,并由第二用户对第一用户的翻译结果进行反馈,根据翻译结果的反馈信息,对所述翻译结果进行处理,由于不需要机器翻译,相比机器翻译本申请实施例提高了翻译的精准度。
众包指的是一个公司或机构把工作任务以自由自愿的形式外包给非特定的大众网络。
本申请实施例将众包方式应用在翻译过程中。实际本申请实施例中有两个众包过程:众包过程一:将翻译任务推送给第一用户,并获取第一用户的翻译结果的过程;众包过程二:将第一用户的翻译结果推送给第二用户,并获取第二用户的反馈信息的过程。
本申请实施例翻译任务对应对象。不同的翻译任务对应的对象可以不同,也可以相同。
其中,本申请实施例可以应用于购物场景,比如A国卖家需要将商品通过网站买给B国买家,则A国卖家至少需要将商品标题翻译为B国的语言;也可以应用于其他需要进行翻译的场景。本申请实施例发布翻译任务的发布方可以是卖家,也可以是电商平台方(比如阿里巴巴国际批发网站)。
如果本申请实施例应用于购物场景,则任何能够进行交易的对象都可以作为本申请实施例的对象,比如商品、服务等。
如果本申请实施例应用于购物场景,比如A国卖家需要将商品通过网站卖给B国买家,则一个翻译任务可以是一个商品标题。
需要说明的是,翻译任务是商品标题只是举例说明,翻译任务还可以包括任何与商品有关,并且需要在网页上展示的信息,比如商品参数、商品功能、商品介绍等。
如果本申请实施例应用于购物场景,则本申请实施例的第一用户和第二用户可以是买家,也可以是任何用户。翻译任务发布方一般是卖家,也可以是第三方平台(例如阿里巴巴采购批发平台)。

在实施中,本申请实施例可以设置翻译任务集合和翻译结果集合,这两个集合可以通过数据库存储,并以列表形式展现。当然,这两个集合也可以通过其他方式存储以及展现。
其中,翻译任务集合包括需要进行翻译的翻译任务;翻译结果集合包括需要进行反馈的翻译结果。
如果有用户发布翻译任务,可以将发布的翻译任务加入到翻译任务集合中;如果获取到第一用户的翻译结果,可以将翻译结果置于翻译结果集合中。
可选的,所述翻译任务对应对象,根据下列方式确定翻译任务集合:
根据对象的对象信息,从对应有翻译任务的对象中选择部分或全部对象,并将选择的对象对应的翻译任务置于所述翻译任务集合中。
对象信息是可以反映对象的任何信息。本申请实施例应用的场景不同,对象信息也不同。比如本申请实施例应用于购物场景,对象信息包括但不限于下列信息:对象的曝光度、对象的时效性、对象的交易记录、发布翻译的用户需要对对象进行翻译的优先级等。
其中,对象的曝光度是指对象在网站上被用户浏览的次数。
对象的时效性是指对象在网站上售卖的时间。
对象的交易记录是指对象在网站上卖出的数量。
发布翻译的用户需要对对象进行翻译的优先级反映用户需要进行翻译的需求程度。
如果对象信息包括多个信息,可以将各个信息进行量化处理后,再根据各个信息的权值得到每个对象对应的对象信息值,并根据对象信息值的大小,从对应有翻译任务的对象中选择部分或全部对象。
由于对象的对象信息有可能在不断变化,所以本申请实施例可以周期根据对象的对
象信息,从对应有翻译任务的对象中选择部分或全部对象,并将选择的对象对应的翻译任务置于所述翻译任务集合中。
可选的,将翻译任务推送给第一用户时,从翻译任务集合中为第一用户选择至少一个翻译任务;将选择的翻译任务推送给所述第一用户。
在所述获取所述第一用户的翻译结果之后,将获取到的所述第一用户的翻译结果置于翻译结果集合中;从所述翻译结果集合中为第二用户选择至少一个翻译结果;将选择的翻译结果推送给所述第二用户。
由于用户发布的翻译任务会不断增长,如果翻译任务集合中有大量翻译任务,会降低向第一用户推送翻译任务的效率。基于此可选的,可以周期性的更新翻译任务集合中的翻译任务,比如删除无效的翻译任务。
具体的,确定所述翻译任务集合对应的对象中已失效的对象;
删除所述翻译任务集合中确定的对象对应的翻译任务。
已失效的对象可以是所述翻译任务集合中对应的翻译任务超过翻译时长的对象。比如翻译时长为100小时,如果翻译任务集合中一个对象对应的翻译任务的翻译时长超过100小时,就将该对象作为已失效的对象。
如果本申请实施例应用于购物场景,已失效的对象还可以是没有在网站上售卖的对象,比如下架、缺货等。
由于第一用户不断地进行翻译,所以翻译结果的数量也会不断增加,如果翻译结果集合中有大量翻译结果,会降低向第二用户推送翻译结果的效率。基于此可选的,可以周期性的更新翻译结果集合中的翻译结果,比如删除已经进行反馈的翻译结果。
在实施中,如果翻译任务集合中的一个翻译任务已经有翻译结果,则可以将该翻译任务标记为已结束,这样后续再向第一用户推送翻译任务时,剔除标记为已结束的翻译任务;
也可以增加一个任务完成集合,将翻译任务集合中已经有翻译结果的翻译任务移到任务完成集合中。
可选的,如果翻译结果集合中的一个翻译结果,则可以将该翻译结果标记为已结束,这样后续再向第二用户推送翻译结果时,剔除标记为已结束的翻译结果;
也可以增加一个反馈完成集合,将翻译任务集合中已经处理的翻译结果移到反馈完成集合中。
除了周期性的更新翻译结果集合中的翻译结果,还可以对需要加入到翻译结果集合
中的翻译结果进行检验,并将通过检验的翻译结果加入到翻译结果集合中。
可选的,获取所述第一用户的翻译结果之后,判断获取的所述第一用户的翻译结果是否符合筛选条件;
如果符合筛选条件,则将获取到的所述第一用户的翻译结果置于翻译结果集合中;
否则,删除获取的所述第一用户的翻译结果。
其中,所述筛选条件包括但不限于下列条件中的部分或全部:
筛选条件1、翻译结果对应的语言与翻译任务对应的语言匹配。
这个条件可以提出不是需要翻译的语言的翻译结果。
比如需要将中文翻译成英文,则翻译任务对应的语言为英文,如果翻译结果对应的语言为英文,就确定语言匹配,如果翻译结果对应的语言不是英文,比如是俄文,则确定语言不匹配。
筛选条件2、翻译结果的长度与翻译任务对应的目标长度的差值的绝对值在设置的长度范围内,其中所述翻译任务对应的目标长度为机器对所述翻译任务进行翻译得到的翻译结果的长度。
虽然机器翻译的不准确,但是机器翻译和第一用户翻译得到的翻译结果的长度不应该相差太多,如果相差太多说明第一用户翻译得到的翻译结果偏差比较大,从而可以剔除偏差比较大的翻译结果。
这里的翻译结果的长度的单位可以是长度计量单位,比如厘米、毫米等;也可以是语言单位,比如字母、字符等。不管是什么单位,翻译结果的长度和预设的长度范围的范围需要一致。
比如翻译结果的长度的单位为字母,预设的长度范围为10~50个字母,如果机器翻译的翻译结果的长度为460个字母,第一用户的翻译结果的长度为500个字母,相差40个字母,在预设的长度范围内,则确定翻译长度匹配;如果机器翻译的翻译结果的长度为460个字母,第一用户的翻译结果的长度为600个字母,相差140个字母,不在预设的长度范围内,则确定翻译长度不匹配。
筛选条件3、翻译结果中不包括设置的关键信息。
这里的关键信息可以是一些禁止在网络上使用的信息,比如违禁词(例如骂人的词语、反动词语等),其中不同的翻译语言,以及如果需要将翻译结果在网络上发布,则针对不同的国家,包含的违禁词可以不通过。比如在A国,XXX是违禁词,但是在B过XXX可能就不是违禁词,基于此,在确定违禁词时,可以针对不同的语言,以及不
同的国家分别确定;并且在比对时,也需要根据翻译结果的发布场景确定需要比对的违禁词。
比如如果在A国发布,则需要将XXX作为违禁词;如果在B国发布,则XXX不需要作为违禁词。
如果翻译结果中不包括设置的关键信息,则确定翻译结果可以使用;否则,确定翻译结果不能够使用。
需要说明的是,上述3个筛选条件只是举例说明,任何能够对获取的所述第一用户的翻译结果进行筛选的条件都可以作为本申请实施例的筛选条件。
在实施中,为第一用户选择翻译任务时,可以从翻译任务集合中随机为用户选择至少一个翻译任务。
可选的,本申请实施例还可以采用下列任务选择方式中的部分或全部,从翻译任务集合中为第一用户选择至少一个翻译任务:

其中,所述翻译任务集合对应的对象包括所述翻译任务集合中至少一个翻译任务对应的对象,比如翻译任务集合包括翻译任务1、翻译任务2和翻译任务3。翻译任务1对应对象1,翻译任务2对应对象2,翻译任务3对应对象3。则翻译任务集合对应的对象为对象1、对象2和对象3。
如果与第一用户有关系的对象为对象1和对象2,则可以将对象1对应的翻译任务1和/或对象2对应的翻译任务2推送给第一用户。
其中,本申请实施例中的A和/或B的形式包含三种意思:1、只有A;2、只有B;3、有A和B。后续出现的A和/或B的形式不在单独解释。

本申请实施例应用的场景不同,对象类别也不相同,比如如果本申请实施例应用于购物场景,则对象类别可以包括但不限于下列类别:服装、玩具、食品等。
这里设置的对象类别可以是第一用户自己设置的对象类别;也可以是系统根据第一
用户的偏好为第一用户设置的对象类别。比如本申请实施例应用于购物场景,可以根据第一用户经常购买的对象,确定第一用户的偏好。假设第一用户经常购买服装,则确定第一用户偏好的对象类别为服装。
在实施中,设置的对象类别可以是一个,也可以是多个。
其中,所述翻译任务集合对应的对象包括所述翻译任务集合中至少一个翻译任务对应的对象。假设翻译任务集合包括翻译任务1、翻译任务2和翻译任务3。翻译任务1对应帽子,翻译任务2对应上衣,翻译任务3对应薯条。则翻译任务集合对应的对象为帽子、上衣和薯条。
如果设置的对象类别为服装,则从帽子、上衣和薯条中选择属于服装的对象,即帽子和上衣;可以将帽子对应的翻译任务1和/或上衣对应的翻译任务2推送给第一用户。

例如对象信息包括曝光度,对象A的曝光度是100,对象B的曝光度是50,那么优先翻译商品A。
例如对象信息包括有效性2015年12月1日,卖家发布对象A,2016年3月1日卖家发布对象B,对象A还没有下架。在选择翻译任务时,进行对象B的翻译。

本申请实施例应用的场景不同,对象类别也不相同,比如如果本申请实施例应用于购物场景,则对象类别可以包括但不限于下列类别:服装、玩具、食品等。
这里设置的对象类别可以是第二用户自己设置的对象类别;也可以是系统根据第二用户的偏好为第二用户设置的对象类别。比如本申请实施例应用于购物场景,可以根据第二用户经常购买的对象,确定第二用户的偏好。假设第二用户经常购买服装,则确定第二用户偏好的对象类别为服装。
在实施中,设置的对象类别可以是一个,也可以是多个。
其中,所述翻译结果集合对应的对象包括所述翻译结果集合中每个翻译结果对应的对象。假设翻译结果集合包括翻译结果1、翻译结果2和翻译结果3。翻译结果1对应帽子,翻译结果2对应上衣,翻译结果3对应薯条。则翻译结果集合对应的对象为帽子、上衣和薯条。
如果设置的对象类别为服装,则从帽子、上衣和薯条中选择属于服装的对象,即帽
子和上衣;可以将帽子对应的翻译结果1和/或上衣对应的翻译结果2推送给第二用户。
结果选择方式三、从所述翻译结果集合对应的对象中确定符合设置的对象信息的至少一个对象,并从所述翻译结果集合中选择确定的对象对应的翻译结果。
对象信息是可以反映对象的任何信息。本申请实施例应用的场景不同,对象信息也不同。比如本申请实施例应用于购物场景,对象信息包括但不限于下列信息:对象的曝光度、对象的时效性等。
在实施中,可以设置多个对象信息,也可以设置一个对象信息。
假设对象信息为曝光度,设置曝光度大于50;则从翻译结果集合对应的对象中筛选曝光度大于50的对象。
其中,所述翻译结果集合对应的对象包括所述翻译结果集合中每个翻译结果对应的对象。假设翻译结果集合包括翻译结果1、翻译结果2和翻译结果3。翻译结果1对应帽子,翻译结果2对应上衣,翻译结果3对应薯条。则翻译结果集合对应的对象为帽子、上衣和薯条。
如果对象信息为曝光度,设置曝光度大于50。确定翻译结果集合对应的每个对象的曝光度,假设帽子为40、上衣为64和薯条为74,则符合设置的对象信息的对象为上衣和薯条。可以将上衣对应的翻译结果2和/或薯条对应的翻译结果3推送给第二用户。
需要说明的是,上述三种反馈选择方式只是举例说明,任何能够将翻译结果推送给第二用户的方式都适用本申请实施例。
可选的,本申请实施例还可以对第一用户进行筛选,以便第一用户能够满足不同的翻译要求。
具体的,针对一个第一用户,判断该第一用户当前是否能够进行翻译;如果是,则从翻译任务集合中为第一用户选择至少一个翻译任务;否则停止为所述第一用户选择翻译任务。
在实施中,可以设置一些翻译条件,对第一用户的能力等发面进行检验,如果第一用户满足翻译条件中的部分或全部后,则确定所述第一用户当前能够进行翻译。
翻译条件可以包括但不限于下列条件中的部分或全部:
第一用户已设置翻译语言,这里可以规定第一用户需要设置自己擅长翻译的语言;
未禁止第一用户进行翻译,这里可以根据第一用户的翻译历史数据决定是否要禁止第一用户进行翻译,比如有些第一用户翻译的准确率很低,可以禁止这些第一用户进行翻译;
第一用户的反馈等级不小于设置的反馈等级,这里可以根据第一用户的翻译历史数据为每个第一用户设置等级,等级可以根据第一用户翻译数量、翻译结果的反馈通过率、被发布任务的用户采用的翻译结果的数量等至少一个因素进行设置,并且根据翻译情况可以对第一用户的等级进行调整(提高或降低),不同等级的第一用户,每天可以做的翻译任务量是不同的;
第一用户当天已翻译的翻译任务数量不大于第一用户设置的当天翻译的总数量,这里第一用户可以设置一天最多能够翻译多少,如果超过这个数量就停止向该第一用户推送翻译任务;
第一用户当天已翻译的翻译结果数量不大于设置的当天允许翻译数量,这里系统会设置第一用户一天最多能够翻译多少,如果超过这个数量就停止向该第一用户推送翻译任务。
需要说明的是,上述翻译条件只是举例说明,其他能够对第一用户进行筛选的条件都适用本申请实施例。
为了鼓励用户参与翻译,本申请实施例还可以设置积分和排行榜,根据每个第一用户完成的翻译任务的情况获得对应的积分,并根据每个第一用户的积分进行排名。
进一步,还可以在确定每个第一用户的等级时也可以将每个第一用户的积分作为参考因素。
可选的,本申请实施例还可以对第二用户进行筛选,以便第二用户能够满足不同的反馈要求。
具体的,针对一个第二用户,判断该第二用户当前是否能够进行反馈;如果是,则从翻译结果集合中为第二用户选择至少一个翻译结果;否则停止为所述第二用户选择翻译结果。

第二用户当天已反馈的翻译结果数量不大于设置的当天允许反馈数量,这里系统会设置第二用户一天最多能够反馈多少,如果超过这个数量就停止向该第二用户推送翻译结果。
需要说明的是,上述反馈条件只是举例说明,其他能够对第二用户进行筛选的条件都适用本申请实施例。
为了鼓励用户参与反馈,本申请实施例还可以设置积分和排行榜,根据每个第二用户完成反馈的情况获得对应的积分,并根据每个第二用户的积分进行排名。
进一步,还可以在确定每个第二用户的等级时也可以将每个第二用户的积分作为参考因素。
可选的,由于有可能第一用户和第二用户是同一个用户,所以针对一个用户可以将该用户作为第一用户的积分以及作为第二用户的积分相加得到总积分,根据每个用户的总积分进行排名。
在实施中,还可以监控每个第一用户的翻译结果的状态,以便第一用户查看。
翻译结果的状态包括:
审核中:提交的翻译结果还在检查,未放入翻译结果集合中;
反馈中:第二用户正在对翻译结果进行反馈;
反馈通过:第二用户对翻译结果的反馈通过,结果为“好”
反馈拒绝:第二用户对翻译结果的反馈为不通过,结果为“坏”
已发布:反馈通过的翻译结果会推送给翻译任务的发布方,翻译任务的发布方将翻译结果发布到线上。
可选的,本申请实施例可以设置一个时长,如果推送给第二用户的翻译结果,在设定时长内第二用户并没有进行反馈,则后续停止获取该第二用户针对该翻译结果的反馈信息,这样可以缩短整个反馈的时间。
具体的,将选择的翻译结果推送给所述第二用户之后开始计时,并在设定时长内获取所述第二用户针对所述翻译结果的反馈信息。
若在设定时长内未获取所述第二用户针对所述翻译结果的反馈信息,则停止获取所述第二用户针对所述翻译结果的反馈信息。
具体时长可以根据经验、仿真等方式确定,并在后续过程中不断调整。
由于根据所述翻译结果的反馈信息,对所述翻译结果进行处理的一个前提条件是需要获取一个反馈结果对应的足够多的反馈信息才可以对该反馈结果进行处理,所以本申请实施例可以设置一个阈值,只有所述翻译结果的反馈信息的数量大于设定的阈值后,再根据所述翻译结果的反馈信息,对所述翻译结果进行处理。
这个阈值可以根据经验、仿真等方式确定,并在后续过程中不断调整。
在实施中,可以对同一翻译结果的反馈信息进行收集,检查是否有足够的反馈信息,如果反馈信息的数量没有大于阈值,会继续收集。
其中,本申请实施例可以要求第二用户对翻译结果进行“好”或“坏”的反馈信息。
如图2A所示,在为第一用户推送翻译任务后,第一用户可以在图2A所示的网页上进行翻译,图中的网页显示的翻译任务是将英文翻译为俄语。
如图2B所示,第二用户可以在图2B所示的网页上对翻译结果进行反馈。
需要说明的是,图2A和图2B的网页样式只是举例说明,其他网页样式也同样适用本申请实施例。
当已经收集到足够多的反馈信息后,会对翻译结果进行最终的评价。
首先确定对翻译结果反馈为“好”的人数的比率:

如果对翻译结果反馈为“好”的人数的比率不小于设定的门限值,则确定翻译结果的最终反馈为“好”;否则,确定翻译结果的最终反馈为“坏”。
当确定翻译结果的最终反馈后,会标记翻译结果的状态为如下两种其中一个:
accepted(接受):当最终反馈为good时设置标记为accepted;
refused(拒绝):当最终反馈为bad时设置标记为refused。
当确定最终反馈后,一个翻译任务的翻译流程就结束了。
可选的,根据所述翻译结果的反馈信息,在确定所述翻译结果准确后,将所述翻译结果推送给所述翻译结果对应的所述翻译任务的发布方。
即当翻译结果标记为accepted时,将所述翻译结果推送给所述翻译结果对应的所述翻译任务的发布方;
当翻译结果标记为refused时,不将所述翻译结果推送给所述翻译结果对应的所述翻译任务的发布方。
需要说明的是,上述“好”或“坏”的评价只是举例说明,也可以让第二用户对翻译结果进行打分,根据每个第二用户给出的分数,确定翻译结果最后的一个分值。
对于翻译任务的发布方可以是任何需要进行翻译的用户。比如如果本申请实施例应用于购物场景,则翻译任务的发布方可以是卖家。
在实施中,还可以将翻译任务对应的翻译结果和原译文放在一起,以便翻译任务的发布方进行查看,并且还可以保存翻译任务的发布方对翻译结果的评价说明。
在翻译任务的发布方选择将翻译结果上线后,将翻译结果在网络上发布,从而使其他用户可以看到翻译结果。
如图3所示,本申请实施例为第一用户推送翻译任务的方法包括:
步骤301、针对一个第一用户,判断第一用户是否能够进行翻译;如果是,则执行步骤302;否则,跳出本流程。

下面以应用于购物场景为例对本申请的方案进行详细说明。假设对象为商品,翻译任务的发布者为卖家,第一用户和第二用户都是买家。
如图6所示,本申请实施例应用于购物场景的进行翻译的示意图中,卖家有需要翻译的信息,会将信息发布到网络侧,网络侧根据需要翻译的信息生成翻译任务;
网络侧将商品对应的翻译任务推送给买家进行翻译,并将翻译结果推送给买家进行反馈,最后将反馈结果给卖家,卖家根据反馈结果可以选择将翻译结果发布到商品多语
言站点,供买家查看。
基于同一发明构思,本申请实施例中还提供了一种进行翻译的系统,由于该系统解决问题的原理与本申请实施例进行翻译的方法相似,因此该系统的实施可以参见方法的实施,重复之处不再赘述。

由于第一用户不断地进行翻译,所以翻译结果的数量也会不断增加,如果翻译结果集合中有大量翻译结果,会降低向第二用户推送翻译结果的效率。基于此可选的,更新模块706可以周期性的更新翻译结果集合中的翻译结果,比如删除已经进行反馈的翻译结果。

如图8所示,本申请实施例应用于购物场景的系统包括4个装置,分别是翻译商品推荐装置、买家翻译装置、买家反馈装置和卖家发布翻译装置。
1.翻译商品推荐装置:根据买家购买过的交易记录、商品的曝光度、商品的当前状态性、卖家对商品翻译的优先级设定等从原文商品库中进行商品选择,将选择的商品对
应的翻译任务加入到翻译任务集合。
2.买家翻译装置:买家登录翻译系统后,从翻译任务集合给买家推荐翻译任务,买家进行多语言翻译,例如将商品标题从英语翻译到俄语。
3.买家反馈装置:买家会对其他买家的翻译结果进行评价,提交对翻译结果“好”或者“坏”的评价,针对每个翻译结果会分配一定数量的买家进行反馈,只有反馈数目超过一定的数量并且“好”的比率超过一定的阈值的翻译结果才会推送给卖家。
4.卖家发布翻译装置:卖家对接受到的买家的翻译结果,可以进行翻译结果评价,将翻译结果发布到多语言商品系统中,其他买家就可以看到最新的商品的翻译结果。
其中,任务推送模块700和翻译结果获取模块701位于买家翻译装置;结果推送模块702、信息获取模块703和处理模块704位于买家反馈装置;集合确定模块705和更新模块706位于翻译商品推荐装置。
如图9所示,本申请实施例应用于购物场景的系统中除了图8中的装置,还包括基础装置和翻译数据库。
其中,翻译数据库包括翻译任务集合和翻译结果集合。
翻译商品推荐装置可以提供ODPS(Open Data Processing Service,开放数据处理服务,比如阿里巴巴的大数据处理和服务平台)。
翻译商品推荐装置根据买家购买过的商品的交易记录、商品的曝光度、商品的有效性(是否在线)、卖家对商品翻译需求的优先级设置及商品所属的国家分站等信息中的至少一种进行待翻译商品的选择,之后将待翻译商品相关的数据存储到ODPS平台上。通过ODPS平台将待翻译的商品的翻译任务添加到数据库的翻译任务集合中,并定时对数据库进行更新。
由于不同国家翻译的语言有可能不同,并且不同国家的用户会登录到所在国家的站点,所以在确定翻译任务集合时,可以将对象的翻译任务置于需要发布的国家的站点对应的翻译任务集合中。
本申请实施例的系统还包括基础装置,买家可以通过基础装置对自己擅长的语言方向进行设置,例如英语到俄语的翻译;可以选择自己喜欢商品分类;同时可以设置每天愿意接受翻译的翻译商品总数量和反馈任务的总数量;
基础装置可以根据买家翻译任务完成、反馈任务完成、卖家发布翻译结果等,给买家一定的积分,同时对买家的进行排序达到激励买家的目的。
基础装置还可以根据买家的积分数目、翻译结果的反馈通过率、被卖家发布翻译结
果的数量,对买家进行等级划分。
基础装置还可以根据买家的翻译结果的反馈通过率,反馈任务的结果的一致性比率不同,可以对买家的翻译能力和反馈能力进行限制。如果翻译结果的反馈通过率低于一定的阈值,则禁止买家进行翻译;如果反馈任务的结果与最终的结果不一致的比率比较高,则禁止买家进行反馈。
基础装置还可以对买家的翻译任务和反馈任务进行超时处理。翻译任务和反馈任务超时之后,会将任务标记为无效。
上面提到的装置,在实施中可以一个装置只包括一个服务器,也可以一个装置包括多个服务器。这个需要根据具体运算量以及数据量确定。
本申请实施例除了上面介绍的有益效果,还有如下有益效果:
1.可以让第一用户以免费的方式对商品的标题进行翻译。由于第一用户地理位置的不同,风俗习惯等的不同,实际上众多的本地用户是乐意免费帮助多语言网站提高翻译质量,贡献自己的翻译力量的。
2.根据第一用户特点为第一用户推送翻译任务可以让第一用户乐意为多语言站提供更多的翻译结果。
3.在反馈时采用短超时多轮反馈的策略,从而快速的产出一个对象的翻译结果对应的反馈结果。系统分配给第二用户的反馈任务对应的时长都比较短,如果第二用户在时长内没有完成反馈任务,会将反馈任务分配给其他的第二用户进行反馈,加速反馈任务的完成,得到最终的反馈结果。
4.系统在收集到一定数量的反馈结果后,通过计算判定最终反馈结果是通过后,才会当作高质量的翻译结果才会对推送给翻译任务发布者。
5.翻译任务发布者对第一用户完成的翻译结果可以发布上线,从而完成多语言站商品标题翻译的质量提高。
本申请实施例可以利用社会化的生产力,补充了机器翻译的不足之处,并且以免费的方式提高了网站的商品标题原文质量,提高了买家的购物体验。
本申请实施例如果应用于购物场景,可以针对B2C(Business-to-Customer,商户对个人)平台上的商品标题的翻译,当然也适合商品详情、评论的翻译。同时也可以扩展到B2B(Business-to-Business,商户与商户)领域,甚至是C2C(Customer-to-Customer,个人对个人)领域。

Claims (33)
- 一种进行翻译的方法,其特征在于,该方法包括:将翻译任务推送给第一用户;获取所述第一用户的翻译结果;将所述翻译结果推送给第二用户;获取所述第二用户针对所述翻译结果的反馈信息;根据所述翻译结果的反馈信息,对所述翻译结果进行处理。
- 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述将翻译任务推送给第一用户,包括:从翻译任务集合中为第一用户选择至少一个翻译任务;将选择的翻译任务推送给所述第一用户。
- 如权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述翻译任务对应对象;所述从翻译任务集合中为第一用户选择至少一个翻译任务,包括:从所述翻译任务集合对应的对象中确定与所述第一用户有关系的至少一个对象,并从所述翻译任务集合中选择确定的对象对应的翻译任务;其中,所述翻译任务集合对应的对象包括所述翻译任务集合中至少一个翻译任务对应的对象。
- 如权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述翻译任务对应对象;所述从翻译任务集合中为第一用户选择至少一个翻译任务,包括:从所述翻译任务集合对应的对象中确定符合设置的对象类别的至少一个对象,并从所述翻译任务集合中选择确定的对象对应的翻译任务;其中,所述翻译任务集合对应的对象包括所述翻译任务集合中至少一个翻译任务对应的对象。
- 如权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述翻译任务对应对象;所述从翻译任务集合中为第一用户选择至少一个翻译任务,包括:从所述翻译任务集合对应的对象中确定符合设置的对象信息的至少一个对象,并从所述翻译任务集合中选择确定的对象对应的翻译任务;其中,所述翻译任务集合对应的对象包括所述翻译任务集合中至少一个翻译任务对应的对象。
- 如权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,该方法还包括:确定所述翻译任务集合对应的对象中已失效的对象;删除所述翻译任务集合中确定的对象对应的翻译任务。
- 如权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述翻译任务对应对象;根据下列方式确定翻译任务集合:根据对象的对象信息,从对应有翻译任务的对象中选择部分或全部对象,并将选择的对象对应的翻译任务置于所述翻译任务集合中。
- 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述获取所述第一用户的翻译结果之后,将选择的翻译结果推送给所述第二用户之前,还包括:将获取到的所述第一用户的翻译结果置于翻译结果集合中;所述将选择的翻译结果推送给所述第二用户,包括:从所述翻译结果集合中为第二用户选择至少一个翻译结果;将选择的翻译结果推送给所述第二用户。
- 如权利要求8所述的方法,其特征在于,所述翻译任务对应对象;所述从所述翻译结果集合中为第二用户选择至少一个翻译结果,包括:从所述翻译结果集合对应的对象中确定与所述第二用户有关系的至少一个对象,并从所述翻译结果集合中选择确定的对象对应的翻译结果;其中,所述翻译结果集合对应的对象包括所述翻译结果集合中每个翻译结果对应的翻译任务的对象。
- 如权利要求8所述的方法,其特征在于,所述翻译任务对应对象;所述从所述翻译结果集合中为第二用户选择至少一个翻译结果,包括:从所述翻译结果集合对应的对象中确定符合设置的对象类别的至少一个对象,并从所述翻译结果集合中选择确定的对象对应的翻译结果;其中,所述翻译结果集合对应的对象包括所述翻译结果集合中每个翻译结果对应的翻译任务的对象。
- 如权利要求8所述的方法,其特征在于,所述翻译任务对应对象;所述从所述翻译结果集合中为第二用户选择至少一个翻译结果,包括:从所述翻译结果集合对应的对象中确定符合设置的对象信息的至少一个对象,并从所述翻译结果集合中选择确定的对象对应的翻译结果;其中,所述翻译结果集合对应的对象包括所述翻译结果集合中每个翻译结果对应的翻译任务的对象。
- 如权利要求8所述的方法,其特征在于,所述获取所述第一用户的翻译结果之后,将获取到的所述第一用户的翻译结果置于翻译结果集合中之前,还包括:确定获取的所述第一用户的翻译结果符合筛选条件;其中,所述筛选条件包括下列条件中的部分或全部:翻译结果对应的语言与翻译任务对应的语言匹配;翻译结果的长度与翻译任务对应的目标长度的差值的绝对值在设置的长度范围内,其中所述翻译任务对应的目标长度为机器对所述翻译任务进行翻译得到的翻译结果的长度;翻译结果中不包括设置的关键信息。
- 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述将翻译任务推送给第一用户之前,还包括:确定所述第一用户满足翻译条件;其中,所述翻译条件为下列中的部分或全部:第一用户已设置翻译语言;未禁止第一用户进行翻译;第一用户的反馈等级不小于设置的反馈等级;第一用户在第一时段内已翻译的翻译任务数量不大于第一用户设置的在第一时段内翻译的总数量;第一用户在第二时段内已翻译的翻译结果数量不大于设置的在第二时段内允许翻译数量。
- 如权利要求8所述的方法,其特征在于,所述从所述翻译结果集合中为第二用户选择至少一个翻译结果之前,还包括:确定所述第二用户满足反馈条件;其中,所述反馈条件为下列中的部分或全部:未禁止第二用户进行翻译;第二用户的反馈等级不小于设置的反馈等级;第二用户在第三时段内已反馈的翻译结果数量不大于第二用户设置的所述第三时段内反馈的总数量;第二用户在第四时段内已反馈的翻译结果数量不大于设置的所述第四时段内允许反馈数量。
- 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述获取所述第二用户针对所述翻译结果的反馈信息,包括:将选择的翻译结果推送给所述第二用户之后开始计时,并在设定时长内获取所述第二用户针对所述翻译结果的反馈信息。
- 如权利要求15所述的方法,其特征在于,该方法还包括:若在设定时长内未获取所述第二用户针对所述翻译结果的反馈信息,则停止获取所述第二用户针对所述翻译结果的反馈信息。
- 如权利要求15所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述翻译结果的反馈信息,对所述翻译结果进行处理之前,还包括:确定所述翻译结果的反馈信息的数量大于设定的阈值。
- 如权利要求1~17任一所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述翻译结果的反馈信息,对所述翻译结果进行处理,包括:根据所述翻译结果的反馈信息,在确定所述翻译结果准确后,将所述翻译结果推送给所述翻译结果对应的所述翻译任务的发布方。
- 一种进行翻译的系统,其特征在于,该系统包括:任务推送模块,用于将翻译任务推送给第一用户;翻译结果获取模块,用于获取所述第一用户的翻译结果;结果推送模块,用于将所述翻译结果推送给第二用户;信息获取模块,用于获取所述第二用户针对所述翻译结果的反馈信息;处理模块,用于根据所述翻译结果的反馈信息,对所述翻译结果进行处理。
- 如权利要求19所述的系统,其特征在于,所述任务推送模块具体用于:从翻译任务集合中为第一用户选择至少一个翻译任务;将选择的翻译任务推送给所述第一用户。
- 如权利要求20所述的系统,其特征在于,所述翻译任务对应对象;所述任务推送模块具体用于:从所述翻译任务集合对应的对象中确定与所述第一用户有关系的至少一个对象,并从所述翻译任务集合中选择确定的对象对应的翻译任务;其中,所述翻译任务集合对应的对象包括所述翻译任务集合中至少一个翻译任务对应的对象。
- 如权利要求20所述的系统,其特征在于,所述翻译任务对应对象;所述任务推送模块具体用于:从所述翻译任务集合对应的对象中确定符合设置的对象类别的至少一个对象,并从所述翻译任务集合中选择确定的对象对应的翻译任务;其中,所述翻译任务集合对应的对象包括所述翻译任务集合中至少一个翻译任务对应的对象。
- 如权利要求20所述的系统,其特征在于,所述翻译任务对应对象;所述任务推送模块具体用于:从所述翻译任务集合对应的对象中确定符合设置的对象信息的至少一个对象,并从所述翻译任务集合中选择确定的对象对应的翻译任务;其中,所述翻译任务集合对应的对象包括所述翻译任务集合中至少一个翻译任务对应的对象。
- 如权利要求20所述的系统,其特征在于,该系统还包括:更新模块,用于确定所述翻译任务集合对应的对象中已失效的对象;删除所述翻译任务集合中确定的对象对应的翻译任务。
- 如权利要求20所述的系统,其特征在于,所述翻译任务对应对象;所述系统还包括:集合确定模块,用于根据下列方式确定翻译任务集合:根据对象的对象信息,从对应有翻译任务的对象中选择部分或全部对象,并将选择的对象对应的翻译任务置于所述翻译任务集合中。
- 如权利要求19所述的系统,其特征在于,所述翻译结果获取模块还用于:获取所述第一用户的翻译结果之后,将获取到的所述第一用户的翻译结果置于翻译结果集合中;所述结果推送模块具体用于:从所述翻译结果集合中为第二用户选择至少一个翻译结果;将选择的翻译结果推送给所述第二用户。
- 如权利要求26所述的系统,其特征在于,所述翻译任务对应对象;所述结果推送模块具体用于:从所述翻译结果集合对应的对象中确定与所述第二用户有关系的至少一个对象,并从所述翻译结果集合中选择确定的对象对应的翻译结果;其中,所述翻译结果集合对应的对象包括所述翻译结果集合中每个翻译结果对应的 翻译任务的对象。
- 如权利要求26所述的系统,其特征在于,所述翻译任务对应对象;所述结果推送模块具体用于:从所述翻译结果集合对应的对象中确定符合设置的对象类别的至少一个对象,并从所述翻译结果集合中选择确定的对象对应的翻译结果;其中,所述翻译结果集合对应的对象包括所述翻译结果集合中每个翻译结果对应的翻译任务的对象。
- 如权利要求26所述的系统,其特征在于,所述翻译任务对应对象;所述结果推送模块具体用于:从所述翻译结果集合对应的对象中确定符合设置的对象信息的至少一个对象,并从所述翻译结果集合中选择确定的对象对应的翻译结果;其中,所述翻译结果集合对应的对象包括所述翻译结果集合中每个翻译结果对应的翻译任务的对象。
- 如权利要求26所述的系统,其特征在于,所述翻译结果获取模块还用于:在确定获取的所述第一用户的翻译结果符合筛选条件后,将获取到的所述第一用户的翻译结果置于翻译结果集合中;其中,所述筛选条件包括下列条件中的部分或全部:翻译结果对应的语言与翻译任务对应的语言匹配;翻译结果的长度与翻译任务对应的目标长度的差值的绝对值在设置的长度范围内,其中所述翻译任务对应的目标长度为机器对所述翻译任务进行翻译得到的翻译结果的长度;翻译结果中不包括设置的关键信息。
- 如权利要求19所述的系统,其特征在于,所述任务推送模块还用于:在确定所述第一用户满足翻译条件后,将翻译任务推送给第一用户;其中,所述翻译条件为下列中的部分或全部:第一用户已设置翻译语言;未禁止第一用户进行翻译;第一用户的反馈等级不小于设置的反馈等级;第一用户在第一时段内已翻译的翻译任务数量不大于第一用户设置的在第一时段内翻译的总数量;第一用户在第二时段内已翻译的翻译结果数量不大于设置的在第二时段内允许翻译数量。
- 如权利要求26所述的系统,其特征在于,所述结果推送模块还用于:在确定所述第二用户满足反馈条件后,从所述翻译结果集合中为第二用户选择至少一个翻译结果;其中,所述反馈条件为下列中的部分或全部:未禁止第二用户进行翻译;第二用户的反馈等级不小于设置的反馈等级;第二用户在第三时段内已反馈的翻译结果数量不大于第二用户设置的所述第三时段内反馈的总数量;第二用户在第四时段内已反馈的翻译结果数量不大于设置的所述第四时段内允许反馈数量。
- 如权利要求19~32任一所述的系统,其特征在于,所述处理模块具体用于:根据所述翻译结果的反馈信息,在确定所述翻译结果准确后,将所述翻译结果推送给所述翻译结果对应的所述翻译任务的发布方。
