Description

一种基于RFID的物联网电商商品包装结构及其应用方法 技术领域
本发明涉及物联网电商领域,具体的说,是涉及一种基于RFID的物联网电商商品包装结构及其应用方法。
背景技术
目前随着互联网科技的发展,网络购物已是大众很追捧的一种潮流,足不出户就可以选购到自己心仪的商品。但是现有的物联网系统中存在着各种缺陷:
如图1所示,由于电商中的假冒商品检查识别困难,导致一些电商将假冒商品混入销售,传统的电商结构中没有商品的唯一代码及其识别方法,没有查询商品真伪的手段与平台,让消费者真假难分,消费者在没有核查商品之前签字收货,消费者收到假货后才进入漫长的投诉退货中,让消费者处于劣势地位,同时损害了品牌商、制造商及消费者的利益。
传统的电商假冒商品影响了电商的声誉,所以一些品牌产品不愿进入传统电商销售渠道,大大影响了电商的发展。
传统电商屏蔽了品牌商、制造商的信息,致使商品信息缺失电商的最重要资源,“低价竞争”是传统电商特色,不利于制造业的发展,不利于质优品牌商品发展。
发明内容
为了克服现有的技术的不足,本发明提供一种基于RFID的物联网电商商品包装结构及其应用方法。
本发明技术方案如下所述:
一种基于RFID的物联网电商商品包装结构,其特征在于,包括商品、RFID包装以及带有芯片代码的出货单,所述RFID包装包括商品外包装以及嵌于所述外包装内部的RFID芯片,所述RFID芯片包括TID区、EPC区以及用户区,所述TID区内设有唯一的芯片序号,所述EPC区内设有商品代码,所述用户区内写有商品的种类代码、品牌代码以及型号代码;所述带有芯片代码的出货单上打印有所述商品代码和所述芯片序号。
进一步的,所述带有芯片代码的出货单设于所述RFID包装的外侧。
进一步的,所述商品代码包括订单代码和商品序号。
进一步的,所述RFID芯片通过无线电波与射频识别装置连接。
更进一步的,所述射频识别装置为具有识别UHF频段RFID芯片信息功能的手机。
更进一步的,所述射频识别装置为微型手持读写器。
根据上述的一种基于RFID的物联网电商商品包装结构的应用方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1:通过RFID芯片包装商品,使其具有唯一的芯片序号;
S2:接收消费者的订购信息后,制定电商销售订单;
S3:向RFID芯片中写入出售商品的信息;
S4:打印带有芯片代码的出货单,带有芯片代码的出货单上印有商品代码和芯片序号;
S5:将带有芯片代码的出货单固定在商品的外包装的外面;
S6:商品交给快递公司,发运给消费者;
S7:消费者收到快递商品,在签字签收之前实施不开包检查;
S8:检查合格后,消费者在快递单上签字收货。
进一步的,所述步骤S1中,
若电商为品牌商、制造商自营电商,则电商直接通过RFID芯片包装商品;
若电商为非制造业电商,则品牌商、制造商自营电商向非制造业电商发出授权商品,非制造业电商自行采购RFID芯片并对每件商品进行包装。
进一步的,所述步骤S3包括,
S31:向RFID芯片中的EPC区写入商品订单号及商品序号;

下面结合附图以及实施方式对本发明进行进一步的描述:
如图2所示,一种基于RFID的物联网电商商品包装结构,包括商品2、RFID包装以及带有芯片代码的出货单4。
RFID包装包括商品1的外包装3以及嵌于外包装3内部的RFID芯片2,RFID芯片2具有读距远的特点,不用打开商品外包装3也可以读取到RFID芯片2代码信息。RFID芯片2包括TID区、EPC区以及用户区。TID区内设有唯一的芯片序号,RFID芯片2刻制时制做的不可改写硬件码;EPC区内设有商品代码(包括订单代码和商品序号);用户区内写有商品的种类代码、品牌代码以及型号代码。
带有芯片代码的出货单4设于RFID包装的外侧,其上打印有商品代码和芯 片序号。
RFID芯片2通过无线电波与射频识别装置连接(图中未示出)。射频识别装置为具有识别UHF频段RFID芯片信息功能的手机或微型手持读写器。
一种基于RFID的物联网电商商品包装结构的应用方法,分为电商为品牌商、制造商自营电商或者是非制造业电商。
1、如图3所示,若电商为品牌商、制造商自营电商,包括以下步骤:
S1:若电商为品牌商、制造商自营电商,则电商直接通过RFID芯片包装商品,使其具有唯一的芯片序号。
S2:接收消费者的订购信息后,制定电商销售订单,制定电商销售订单后将该商品的订单信息、RFID芯片代码存档备案至商品信息网。
S3:向RFID芯片中写入出售商品的信息,具体的:
S31:向RFID芯片中的EPC区写入商品订单号及商品序号;
S32:向RFID芯片中的用户区内写入商品的种类代码、品牌代码以及型号代码。
S4:打印带有芯片代码的出货单,带有芯片代码的出货单上打印商品代码和芯片序号。
S5:将带有芯片代码的出货单固定在商品的外包装的外面。
S6:商品交给快递公司,发运给消费者。
S7:消费者收到快递商品,在签字签收之前实施不开包检查,具体的:

S42:向RFID芯片中的用户区内写入商品的种类代码、品牌代码以及型号代码。

S6:将带有芯片代码的出货单固定在商品的外包装的外面。
S7:商品交给快递公司,发运给消费者。

电商进行商品包装、接收订单、发货,一直到消费者不开包检测、签收过程等“下行”的过程为整个系统运作的“芯片”的流程,其是“物”的流程;消费者对商品进行检测和信息查询、对货物进行拒收等的“反馈”和“上行”的流程为整个系统运作的“互联网”的流程,其是“网络”的流程,“物”的流程和“互联网”的流程相互协作、相互配合才构成了整个物联网,进而构成了本发明的物联网电商的运作流程。物联网电商确保了每一个消费者采购的唯一商品,从指定厂家、经销商及其物流服务商都是唯一明确的,商品出现问题,可以从任意节点进行追溯,确定问题,保证平台内所有角色及产业链的生态平衡,良性发展。
本发明中,查询电商是否出售假冒及非授权商品的资源具有以下优点:
①商品上的RFID芯片是电商诚信的保证,使得商品有了不可以拷贝仿制,不可以二次使用的代码与载体
②RFID芯片信息上传记录在品牌商、制造商的“商品信息网”,供品牌商、制造商查询核查有无假冒及计划外非授权商品出售——监管电商的平台

本发明实施可行性分析:
①每件电商商品安装芯片,登入商品信息网——电商物联网。
②品牌商、制造商监管电商不售假冒商品,不售计划外非授权商品,受到品牌商、制造商的欢迎。
③电商提供诚信保证,获得品牌商、制造商的认可,从而获得更多的商品资源,提高电商的声誉与市场规模。
④RFID芯片、RFID包装的价格因用量增加而不断下降。
⑤具有读取RFID芯片信息功能的手机尚未普及时,电商向消费者提供廉价的微型手持读写器。
⑥诚信电商销售品牌商品、高档食品、药品、服装、日化用品、字画工艺品、电子商品、汽车配件等价值较高的商品,可以接收RFID芯片的附加成本。
如图5所示,一种电商应用实施例的流程图,该应用方法不受商品的种类、品牌限制。在本发明中,RFID芯片是电商提供的唯一代码与载体,芯片提供了诚信保证。RFID包装在商品上安装芯片确保芯片不可二次使用;具有RFID芯片读取功能的手机识别RFID芯片代码,再与出货单的信息核对,不相同即为货不对版,拒收商品。实现不开包验货,确保消费者的利益,成为电商过程中的强者。
品牌商、制造商的“商品信息网”记录了电商订单及RFID芯片信息,方便消费者核查,获得品牌商、制造商的信息,鉴别真伪。品牌商、制造商通过“商品信息网”中电商上传的订单信息、RFID芯片信息,监察电商是否出售假冒商品,出售计划外的非授权商品。
诚信电商保护了品牌商、制造商的利益,获得了品牌商、制造商的信任,同 时也获得了更多的商品资源。
诚信电商保护了消费者的利益,得到了消费者信任,获得了更大的市场规模。

    所述RFID包装包括商品外包装以及嵌于所述外包装内部的RFID芯片,所述RFID芯片包括TID区、EPC区以及用户区,所述TID区内设有唯一的芯片序号,所述EPC区内设有商品代码,所述用户区内写有商品的种类代码、品牌代码以及型号代码;
    所述带有芯片代码的出货单上打印有所述商品代码和所述芯片序号。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的基于RFID的物联网电商商品包装结构,其特征在于,所述带有芯片代码的出货单设于所述RFID包装的外侧。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的基于RFID的物联网电商商品包装结构,其特征在于,所述商品代码包括订单代码和商品序号。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的基于RFID的物联网电商商品包装结构,其特征在于,所述RFID芯片通过无线电波与射频识别装置连接。
  5. 根据权利要求1-4所述的一种基于RFID的物联网电商商品包装结构的应用方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
    S1:通过RFID芯片包装商品,使其具有唯一的芯片序号;
    S2:接收消费者的订购信息后,制定电商销售订单;
    S3:向RFID芯片中写入出售商品的信息;
    S4:打印带有芯片代码的出货单,带有芯片代码的出货单上印有商品代码和芯片序号;
    S5:将带有芯片代码的出货单固定在商品的外包装的外面;
    S6:商品交给快递公司,发运给消费者;
    S7:消费者收到快递商品,在签字签收之前实施不开包检查;
    S8:检查合格后,消费者在快递单上签字收货。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的基于RFID的物联网电商商品包装结构的应用方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S1中,
    若电商为品牌商、制造商自营电商,则电商直接通过RFID芯片包装商品;
    若电商为非制造业电商,则品牌商、制造商自营电商向非制造业电商发出授权商品,非制造业电商自行采购RFID芯片并对每件商品进行包装。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的基于RFID的物联网电商商品包装结构的应用方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S3包括,
    S31:向RFID芯片中的EPC区写入商品订单号及商品序号;
    S32:向RFID芯片中的用户区内写入商品的种类代码、品牌代码以及型号代码。
  8. 根据权利要求5所述的基于RFID的物联网电商商品包装结构的应用方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S7包括,
    S71:用具有识别UHF频段RFID芯片信息功能的手机或微型手持读写器读取商品的RFID芯片信息,如果读不到RFID芯片信息,拒收快件,将快递商品还给快递员;
    S72:读到RFID芯片信息后,从商品外包装取到带有芯片代码的出货,比较RFID芯片代码是否与带有芯片代码的出货的代码相同,如果不同,拒收货不对版商品,如果相同,则检查合格。
