Description

一种家用电器的调平装置及具有该装置的家用电器 技术领域
本发明涉及家用电器技术领域,具体地,涉及一种家用电器的调平装置及具有该装置的家用电器。
背景技术
家用电器,一般在壳体的底部都设置调平装置,在放置家用电器时,通过调节调平装置可使其达到稳定放置状态,调平后放置后,调平装置可支撑家用电器使其保持稳定。
以洗衣机为例,如图1所示,现有洗衣机一般都是在壳体的底板901或者整机底部安装有调平底脚,调平底脚包括螺杆A、螺母垫片B和橡胶垫C,螺母垫片B可以在螺杆A上下旋动,螺杆A也可以在底板901的螺孔中上下旋动,通过调平底脚的螺杆A旋入底板901的螺纹孔的长度来实现洗衣机的高度调整,大部分洗衣机的调平底脚逆时针旋转为调高,顺时针旋转为降低高度,在调整该脚高度后,将防止松动的螺母垫片B拧紧以保持稳固。
上述洗衣机的调平底脚,虽然实现了洗衣机的调平,但需要用户进行手动调节,若洗衣机自重较大或者设置空间狭小,用户操作即为不便。另外,洗衣机在长期的工作过程中的震动也对调平调平底脚产生作用,易导致其支撑失效,造成洗衣机放置的不平。
例如,现有8KG滚筒洗衣机一般80Kg左右,较为沉重,消费者调节极为不便,即便完成调节也不能保证洗衣机调整为最佳状态,洗衣机在洗涤尤其是由0r/min加速到1400r/min左右进行甩干脱水时,洗衣机一旦不水平或者虚腿问题存在,将导致极大振动,极大的影响了消费者的使用舒适性。
另外,洗衣机不平导致的震动可能会使调平底脚螺丝松动,使调平底脚托架垂直移动,这种不稳定性可能会改变洗衣机的水平状态,导致产生更强烈的震动。这种恶性循环使得洗衣机用的时间长了,噪音会变得越来越大,对洗衣机本身也造成一定的损伤,缩短了使用寿命。
因此,现有洗衣机的调平存在需要手工调节,费时费力且精度较差的问题。
有鉴于此,特提出本发明。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种家用电器的调平装置,具体地,采用了如下的技术方案:

进一步地,所述家用电器包括壳体,壳体的底板四个角上或者沿壳体的底板圆周方向均匀设置至少四个调平底脚,所述调平底脚中至少两个相互连通;每个调平底脚内填充液压介质和气体,在第一压力范围内,每个调平底脚内的液压介质与气体之间相互作用实现活动部伸缩,进行自动调平,在第二压力范围内,相互连通的调平底脚内的液压介质与气体之间相互作用实现活动部伸缩,进行自动调平。
进一步地,所述的调平底脚包括底脚座、柱塞结构和至少一条高压油管,底脚座内隔离出气室和油室,油室内填充液压介质,气室和油室通过节流孔、阀孔相互连通;所述的柱塞结构一端具有塞体,塞体可相对滑动的设置油室内且保持油室密封,柱塞结构的另一端具有支撑体;所述的高压油管分别连通两个调平底脚的气室。

实施例一
如图6所示,本实施例所述家用电器包括壳体9,壳体901的底板上设置至少两个所述调平底脚10,每个调平底脚10内填充液压介质和气体,在不同压力下,每个调平底脚10内的液压介质与气体之间相互作用实现活动部伸缩,进行自动调平。
本实施例的调平底脚10独立设置,每个调平底脚10中的液压介质和部分气体在不同压力下,可以在每个调平底脚10的中空腔室8内相互流动,实现不同的压缩量。进而实现承受大压力下的调平底脚10压缩量大,承受小压力的调平底脚10压缩量小,以自动实现洗衣机的调平。
同时,本实施例的调平装置在洗衣机的洗涤、脱水过程中还能对偏载自调平,因而实现更低振动和更小的噪音。

本实施例的调平底脚只具有一个中空腔室8,因此,若要实现液压介质在柱塞结构2受压时随之流动,中空腔室8内需要填充一部分的气体,因此,液压介质的体积小于封闭腔室的最大容积。
本实施例的柱塞结构2受到压力时,液压介质压缩封闭腔室内的气体,压力越大,柱塞结构2压缩进入底脚座1的长度越长,进而实现高度的调节。

这样,使得第一调平底脚组1001的液压介质和部分气体在不同压力下,可以在这两个调平底脚间相互流动;使得第二调平底脚组1002的液压介质和部分气体在不同压力下,可以在这两个调平底脚间相互流动。
如图10所示,本实施例的另一种实施方式:在洗衣机的底板901的四个角上安装固定了四个底脚,多个高压油管7形成的第一高压油管组701连通通洗衣机的底板901左侧的两个调平底脚,组成第一调平底脚组1001,底板901右侧的两个底脚为固定底脚27,即高度不可自动调节的普通底脚,主要起到支撑作用;或者,多个高压油管7形成的第二高压油管组702连通洗衣机的底板901右侧的两个调平底脚,组成第二调平底脚组1002,底板901左侧的两个调平底脚为固定底脚27,即高度不可自动调节的普通底脚,主要起到支撑作用。这种实现方式可实现一定程度的调节,且能降低成本。
如图11所示,在洗衣机的底板901的四个角上安装固定了四个调平底脚,多个高压油管7形成的第三高压油管组703连通通洗衣机的底板901后面的两个调平底脚,组成第三调平底脚组1003;多个高压油管7形成的第四高压油管组704连通洗衣机的底板901前面的两个调平底脚,组成第四调平底脚组1004。
这样,使得第一调平底脚组1003的液压介质和部分气体在不同压力下,可以在这两个调平底脚间相互流动;使得第二调平底脚组1004的液压介质和部分气体在不同压力下,可以在这两个调平底脚间相互流动。
如图12所示,本实施例的另一种实施方式:在洗衣机的底板901的四个角上安装固定了四个底脚,多个高压油管7形成的第三高压油管组703连通通洗衣机的底板901后面的两个调平底脚,组成第三调平底脚组1003,底板901前面的两个调平底脚为固定底脚27,即高度不可自动调节的普通底脚,主要起到支撑作用;或者,多个高压油管7形成的第四高压油管组704连通洗衣机的底板901前面的两个调平底脚,组成第四调平底脚组1004,底板901后面的两个底脚为固定底脚27,即高度不可自动调节的普通调平底脚,主要起到 支撑作用。这种实现方式可实现一定程度的调节,且能降低成本。
如图13所示,壳体9的底板901四个角上或者沿壳体9的底板圆周方向均匀设置相互连通的至少四个调平底脚10;每个调平底脚10内填充液压介质和气体,在第一压力范围内,每个调平底脚10内的液压介质与气体之间相互作用实现活动部伸缩,进行自动调平,在第二压力范围内,相互连通的调平底脚10内的液压介质与气体之间相互作用实现活动部伸缩,进行自动调平。这种方式,实现了所有调平底脚之间的连通,液体介质可在所有调平底脚之间进行流通,调整范围更大,调整效果更好。
具体地,所述的调平底脚10内部具有用于填充液压介质和气体的封闭腔室,所述的封闭腔室上连通至少一个高压油管7,每个所述调平底脚10的高压油管7分别连通至连通装置15以实现所有调平底脚10之间的相互连通。
因此,本实施例的调平装置实现承受大压力下的调平底脚压缩量大,承受小压力的调平底脚在油压的作用下还能伸长,进而自动实现洗衣机的调平。同时,本实施例的调平装置在洗衣机的洗涤、脱水过程中还能对偏载自调平,因而实现更低振动和更小的噪音。
实施例三
如图14、图15及图16所示,本实施例的具有自动调平功能的洗衣机调平底脚,包括底脚座、柔性容纳体21和调整脚19,所述的底脚座内具有中空腔室,中空腔室至少包括用于填充气体的气室4,柔性容纳体21设置在中空腔室内且与气室4连通。
所述的柔性容纳体21内部具有容纳腔室,容纳腔室内部填充液压介质,在压力作用下液压介质可向气室4流通。
所述调整脚19的一端可相对滑动的设置在中空腔室内,柔性容纳体21与调整脚19相接触或者连接。
本实施例的自动调平功能的洗衣机调平底脚根据液压原理,在调平底脚中填充液压介质,调平底脚对于不同的压力,由于液压介质的流动性使得调平底脚自动进行适应性的调整。
另外,本实施例的自动调平功能的洗衣机调平底脚将液压介质盛放在密封的柔性容纳体21内,且该柔性容纳体21被安置于调整脚19内部,有效解决液压介质泄露的问题,确保调平底脚工作的稳定性。
因此,本实施例的洗衣机调平底脚结构简单,成本较;使用方便,可靠性高;可显著降低振动,降低噪音,提高洗衣机的用户体验的舒适度。
具体地,本实施例所述底脚座的中空腔室内设有阀板17,阀板17将中空腔室分隔成上、 下两个腔室,上腔室为用于填充气体的气室4;所述柔性容纳体21的一端开口,内部具有容纳腔室,容纳腔室内部填充液压介质;所述的柔性容纳体21设置在下腔室内,柔性容纳体21的开口与阀板17之间密封连接,阀板17上设置用于在压力作用下液压介质流向气室的导通孔;所述调整脚19的一端可相对滑动的设置在中空腔室的下腔室内。
本实施例底脚座的中空腔室被分隔成两个相互连通的腔室,其中一个腔室作为气室4,另个腔室内设置柔性容纳体21,同时调整脚19也可相对滑动的设置在中空腔室的下腔室内,这使得柔性容纳体21处于调整脚19与中空腔室的下腔室之间的封闭腔室内,当调整脚19受压收缩时会挤压柔性容纳体21,柔性容纳体21内的液压介质在挤压时进行流通实现自动调平。
进一步地,所述的底脚座包括相互连接的缸体16和护套18,缸体16和护套18之间设置阀板17,阀板17上部为缸体16,缸体16内部腔室为气室4,阀板17下部为护套18;所述的柔性容纳体21设置在护套18内,所述调整脚19的一端可相对滑动的设置在护套18内。
本实施例在进行阀板17、缸体16以及护套18的装配时,由于柔性容纳体21内的液压介质的流通,需要保持装配的密封性。因此,本实施例所述的缸体16、阀板17和护套18通过螺栓紧固在一起,缸体16、阀板17和护套18分别对应设置有螺孔24;所述护套18上端口内侧具有环形凹部1802,所述柔性容纳体21的开口向外侧翻边形成密封边结构2101;所述的密封边结构2101安装在环形凹部1802内,缸体17、阀板16和护套18紧固后,密封边结构2101被压合在环形凹部1802内实现密封连接。
进一步的,本实施例的阀板17与缸体16之间设置有密封环22,使两者之间保持密封连接,避免漏气漏油。
本实施例护套18的端部设置内环凸台1801,调整脚19的端部设置外环凸台1901;所述的内环凸台1801与外环凸台1901相互卡合,本实施例的内环凸台1801与外环凸台1901配合形成锁止机构23,用于避免调整脚19从护套18中脱出。,
进一步地,内环凸台1801的直径小于外环凸台1901的直径,对调整脚19具有止锁功能,防止调整脚19可以随意由护套18中脱落,导致柔性容纳体21无限膨胀导致护套18高压爆裂,或者柔性容纳体21直接接触地面因锐物而造成爆裂。
本实施例的柔性容纳体21为采用柔性材料制成的波纹管结构,波纹管结构的上端开口,下端封闭,封闭端与调整脚相接触或者连接。柔性容纳体21采用柔性材料制成具有更好的形变,以适应调整脚19的伸缩挤压,波纹管结构使得在大的压力作用下可以压缩,在小压 力下恢复。
本实施例的阀板17上设置节流孔5和/或阀孔6,节流孔5使得液压介质和气体可以缓慢通过。阀孔6上设置阀片25,使得调平底脚突然受大力或者承受大的压力情况下,密封阀孔6,进行节流,避免液压介质压力过大造成调平底脚故障。。
本实施例的缸体16具有用于与洗衣机底部相连接的螺纹柱20,螺纹柱20直接可以拧入洗衣机底板的螺纹孔中。当然可以联想到的是,可以取消螺纹柱20,设置一些通孔结构,然后再通过螺栓或者螺钉将调平底脚固定在底板901上。
本实施例的调整脚19的内部具有中空腔室,调整脚19安装在护套18上后包裹着柔性容纳体21,在压力作用下,作用于柔性容纳体21,液压介质向气室4流通,柔性容纳体21带动调整脚19伸缩,实现自动调平。
本实施例的洗衣机调平底脚以气体作为弹性介质,液体介质作为传力介质,不但具有良好的缓冲能力,还具有减振作用,同时还可根据承受压力的大小调节调平底脚自身的高度。
当调平底脚载荷大时,调整脚19上移使充满液压介质的柔性容纳体21的中空腔室容积减小,迫使液压介质通过节流孔5或者阀孔6进入气室4,使气室4容积减小,气体压力升高,整个调平底脚的高度变小。当外界载荷等于气体、液压介质的压力时,调整脚19便停止上移,因此,调整脚19上移进入护套18的距离与承受的载荷大小相关。这时,调整脚19与洗衣机底板901的相对位置不再变化,完成洗衣机调平底脚的自动调整。
如图17所示,具体讲解调平原理,当洗衣机安装后,由于地面26不平,导致不同的调平底脚的水平高度不同,位于地面凹坑2601处的调平底脚位置低。由此可以知道的是,位置高处调平底脚首先承受洗衣机的重量,并且承受的重力大,位置低调平底脚由于虚腿或者承受的重力小。位置高处调平底脚的调整脚在大的压力下将上移,整个调平底脚的高度变小使充满液压油的柔性容纳体的中空腔室的容积压缩减小,迫使液压介质进入节流孔或者阀孔通过高压油管组进入位置低处调平底脚内,使位置低处调平底脚的柔性容纳体的液压介质越来越多,使得柔性容纳体膨胀推动调整脚伸长。
当位置高处调平底脚和位置低处调平底脚的液压相同,液压介质不再由高压油管组流动,调整脚与洗衣机底板的相对位置不再变化,完成洗衣机调平底脚的自动调整。
在洗衣机洗涤或者甩干的过程中,由于液压介质还可以缓慢流动自调平,洗衣机的振动噪音大大降低。
本实施例同时提供了一种具有上述的具有自动调平功能的洗衣机调平底脚的洗衣机,包括壳体9,壳体9的底部安装多个所述的洗衣机调平底脚,洗衣机调平底脚内部填充的液 压介质可在洗衣机调平底脚内部和/或洗衣机调平底脚之间流通实现调平。
本实施例的洗衣机出厂设置优选的是四个洗衣机调平底脚的高度一致,洗衣机随机放置在一个不平整的底面上,四个洗衣机调平底脚会根据底面的不平状况承受不同的压力,而后调整脚的压入护套的长度不同,进而实现洗衣机的自动调平。
需要对上述实施例进一步说明的是:
1、本发明实施例中的调平底脚两两联通,也可以是三个乃至更多,数量N≥2,优选两个,成本最低,且能够实现较好的效果。
本发明实施例中使用连通装置15的四个端口分别连接四个调平底脚,可以推理到的是使用一个具有三、五、六,N个端口的连通装置15,其所述端口分别连接三、五、六,N个调平底脚。上述实施例仅仅是能够实现所述功能情况下用最适合的4个,以实现成本的控制到最小。
2、本发明实施例以滚筒洗衣机为例,阐述了本发明实现滚筒洗衣机自动调平的原理和方法,可以很容易联想到的是本发明可以应用到波轮洗衣机。
3、本发明实施例以洗衣机为例,阐述了本发明实现洗衣机自动调平的原理和方法,可以很容易联想到的是本发明可以应用到冰箱、冰柜、洗碗机、空调室内机、饮水机、微波炉、烤箱、落地空调扇、空气净化器等家用电器上。
以上所述仅是本发明的较佳实施例而已,并非对本发明作任何形式上的限制,虽然本发明已以较佳实施例揭露如上,然而并非用以限定本发明,任何熟悉本专利的技术人员在不脱离本发明技术方案范围内,当可利用上述提示的技术内容作出些许更动或修饰为等同变化的等效实施例,但凡是未脱离本发明技术方案的内容,依据本发明的技术实质对以上实施例所作的任何简单修改、等同变化与修饰,均仍属于本发明方案的范围内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种家用电器的调平装置,其特征在于,所述的家用电器的底部安装有调平底脚,所述的调平底脚包括固定部和活动部,固定部和活动部之间形成中空腔室,中空腔室内填充液压介质;在压力作用下,所述的液压介质可在调平底脚内部的中空腔室和/或调平底脚之间的中空腔室流通实现活动部伸缩,进行自动调平。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种家用电器的调平装置,其特征在于,所述家用电器包括壳体,壳体的底板上设置至少两个所述调平调平底脚,每个调平底脚内填充液压介质和气体,在不同压力下,每个调平底脚内的液压介质与气体之间相互作用实现活动部伸缩,进行自动调平。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种家用电器的调平装置,其特征在于,所述的调平底脚包括底脚座和柱塞结构,底脚座内隔离出气室和油室,油室内填充液压介质,气室和油室通过节流孔、阀孔相互连通;所述的柱塞结构一端具有塞体,塞体可相对滑动的设置油室内且保持油室密封,柱塞结构的另一端具有支撑体。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的一种家用电器的调平装置,其特征在于,所述的调平底脚包括底脚座和柱塞结构,底脚座内部具有中空腔室,柱塞结构一端具有塞体,塞体可相对滑动的设置中空腔室内且保持密封形成封闭腔室,所述的封闭腔室内填充液压介质,液压介质的体积小于封闭腔室的最大容积。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种家用电器的调平装置,其特征在于,所述家用电器包括壳体,壳体的底板四个角上或者沿壳体的底板圆周方向均匀设置至少四个调平底脚,所述调平底脚中至少两个相互连通;每个调平底脚内填充液压介质和气体,在第一压力范围内,每个调平底脚内的液压介质与气体之间相互作用实现活动部伸缩,进行自动调平,在第二压力范围内,相互连通的调平底脚内的液压介质与气体之间相互作用实现活动部伸缩,进行自动调平。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种家用电器的调平装置,其特征在于,所述的调平底脚包括底脚座、柱塞结构和至少一条高压油管,底脚座内隔离出气室和油室,油室内填充液压介质,气室和油室通过节流孔、阀孔相互连通;所述的柱塞结构一端具有塞体,塞体可相对滑动的设置油室内且保持油室密封,柱塞结构的另一端具有支撑体;所述的高压油管分别连通两个调平底脚的气室。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的一种家用电器的调平装置,其特征在于,所述的调平底脚包括底脚座、柱塞结构和至少一条高压油管,底脚座内部具有中空腔室,柱塞结构一端具有塞体,塞体可相对滑动的设置中空腔室内且保持密封形成封闭腔室,所述的封闭腔室内填 充液压介质,液压介质的体积小于封闭腔室的最大容积;所述封闭腔室的顶部分别设置节流孔和阀孔,高压油管分别连通两个调平底脚的节流孔和两个调平底脚的阀孔。
  8. 根据权利要求5所述的一种家用电器的调平装置,其特征在于,所述的调平底脚包括四个,分成两组相互连通的调平底脚组,相邻两个调平底脚之间或者对角设置的两个调平底脚之间分别相互连通。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的一种家用电器的调平装置,其特征在于,所述家用电器包括壳体,壳体的底板四个角上或者沿壳体的底板圆周方向均匀设置相互连通的至少四个调平底脚;每个调平底脚内填充液压介质和气体,在第一压力范围内,每个调平底脚内的液压介质与气体之间相互作用实现活动部伸缩,进行自动调平,在第二压力范围内,相互连通的调平底脚内的液压介质与气体之间相互作用实现活动部伸缩,进行自动调平;
    优选地,所述的调平底脚内部具有用于填充液压介质和气体的封闭腔室,所述的封闭腔室上连通至少一个高压油管,每个所述调平底脚的高压油管分别连通至连通装置以实现所有调平底脚之间的相互连通。
  10. 一种家用电器,其特征在于,具有如权利要求1-9任意一项所述的调平装置。
