Description

液晶面板包装箱
本发明要求2016年4月15日递交的发明名称为“液晶面板包装箱”的申请号201610234432.8的在先申请优先权,上述在先申请的内容以引入的方式并入本文本中。
技术领域
本发明涉及液晶显示技术领域,特别涉及一种液晶面板包装箱。
背景技术
在液晶显示器生产领域,液晶显示器的生产包括一个组装过程,即将液晶玻璃面板、主控电路、外壳等部分进行组装,其各部件是先生产好封存起来,待后续组装成整个液晶显示器。液晶玻璃面板生产完成后封存在液晶玻璃面板包装箱中,然后成箱地运送往相应的组装工站。
出货的包装材料除了最外层的纸箱,就是内部的包装箱,目前所用的包装箱通过面与面接触实现堆叠,为了提升组装时间,包装箱在堆叠是要保证向一致,这样堆叠又很容易让装作业人员弄混方向,降低包装速度。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种液晶面板包装箱,可以提升包装速度。
本申请提供的液晶面板包装箱,用于承载液晶面板,其包括外箱体及收容于外箱体内的两个承载盘,每一所述承载盘包括本体及多个规则排布的定位扣,所述本体包括第一表面及与所述第一表面相背的第二表面,所述定位扣由第一表面向第二表面凸设形成,并且所述定位扣位于第一表面上部分为凹部,位于所述第二表面的部分为凸起,所述凹部底部设置的插孔,所述插孔延伸至所述凸起内部,所述两个承载盘堆叠设置,位于上一层的承载盘的凸起插入另一个所述承载盘的插孔内并过盈配合。
其中,所述插孔与所述凸起横截面为十字形或者等边三角形。
其中,所述本体与所述定位扣通过注塑一体成型。
其中,所述插孔与所述凸起为锥形柱体。
其中,每一所述承载盘的第一表面设有多个定位槽,所述多个定位扣围绕所述多个定位槽排布。
其中,每一所述承载盘的第二表面周缘设有周壁,两个所述承载盘堆叠设置,位于上一层的承载盘的周壁包覆位于下一层的承载盘的周缘。
其中,所述承载盘由塑料与有机材料混合制成。
其中,所述多个定位扣均匀排列于所述本体四周。
本申请所述的包装箱的承载盘设有插孔并延伸至所述凸起内部,两个承载盘堆叠时,位于上一层的承载盘的凸起插入另一个所述承载盘的插孔内并过盈配合,不尽增加撑稳定性,而且所述插孔与所述凸起横截面为十字形或者等边三角形对称结构,便于凸起与所述插孔的插入配合,节省了包装工时。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
请参阅图1、图2与图3,本发明佳实施方式提供一种液晶面板包装箱,用于承载液晶面板,具体的,在液晶面板与模组及外壳等组装构成显示装置前,需要将液晶面板运输至组装生产线进行组装,运输过程中需要多液晶面板包装 防止损坏,并且又要便于拆包取出液晶面板,因此使用承载盘便于取放。本实施例中的所述包装箱包括外箱体(图未示)及收容于外箱体内的两个承载盘10。每一所述承载盘10包括本体11及多个规则排布的定位扣12,所述本体11包括第一表面及111与所述第一表面111相背的第二表面112。所述定位扣12由第一表面111向第二表面112凸设形成,并且所述定位扣12位于第一表面111上部分为凹部121,位于所述第二表面112的部分为凸起122,所述凹部121底部设置的插孔123,所述插孔123延伸至所述凸起122内部,所述两个承载盘10堆叠设置,位于上一层的承载盘10的凸起121插入另一个所述承载盘10的插孔123内并与所述插孔的孔壁抵持,可以理解为凸起121与插孔123过盈配合。
本实施例中,所述承载盘为长方形盘状,为模内注塑成型,所述本体11与所述定位扣12通过注塑一体成型,进而使所述定位扣12呈中空柱状,位于第一表面111上部分为凹部121,位于所述第二表面112的部分为凸起122。所述承载盘10由塑料与有机材料混合制成,提高吸塑能力。
请一并参阅图3,本实施例中所述多个定位扣12排列于所述本体四周,并且可以均匀排布或者按照承重位置排布。可以有效支撑承载盘10的受力部位,而且所述定位扣12的位置可以根据承载盘10需要称重的强度来设置。所述插孔123与所述凸起122为锥形柱体,当两个承载盘10堆叠时,位于上一层的承载盘10的凸起122可以顺利地插入所述插孔123内,凸起122的外周面与所述的插孔123内周面贴合过盈配合,如此上层承载盘10的凸起122即不会抵压到下层承载盘的第一表面,而且所述凸起122的外周面与所述的插孔123内周面部分叠加互相支撑可以满足支撑稳定性。
进一步的,所述插孔123与所述凸起12横截面为十字形或者等边三角形或者类似等边三角形的对称图案。等边三角形或者十字形状为对称结构,承载盘在堆叠时,如果定位扣的数量级位置相同,那么组装无需注意承载盘的方向是否正确均可完成堆叠,节省包装时间。
进一步的,每一所述承载盘10的第一表面111设有多个定位槽13,所述多个定位扣12可以围绕所述多个定位槽13排布。本实施例中,每一所述承载盘10的第二表面112周缘设有周壁113,两个所述承载盘10堆叠设置,位于 上一层的承载盘10的周壁113包覆位于下一层的承载盘10的周缘。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种液晶面板包装箱,用于承载液晶面板,其中,所述包装箱包括外箱体及收容于外箱体内的两个承载盘,每一所述承载盘包括本体及多个规则排布的定位扣,所述本体包括第一表面及与所述第一表面相背的第二表面,所述定位扣由第一表面向第二表面凸设形成,并且所述定位扣位于第一表面上部分为凹部,位于所述第二表面的部分为凸起,所述凹部底部设置的插孔,所述插孔延伸至所述凸起内部,所述两个承载盘堆叠设置,位于上一层的承载盘的凸起插入另一个所述承载盘的插孔内并与所述插孔的孔壁抵持。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的液晶面板包装箱,其中,所述插孔与所述凸起横截面为十字形或者等边三角形。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的液晶面板包装箱,其中,所述本体与所述定位扣通过注塑一体成型。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的液晶面板包装箱,其中,所述插孔与所述凸起为锥形柱体。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的液晶面板包装箱,其中,每一所述承载盘的第一表面设有多个定位槽,所述多个定位扣围绕所述多个定位槽排布。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的液晶面板包装箱,其中,每一所述承载盘的第二表面周缘设有周壁,两个所述承载盘堆叠设置,位于上一层的承载盘的周壁包覆位于下一层的承载盘的周缘。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的液晶面板包装箱,其中,所述承载盘由塑料与有机材料混合制成。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的液晶面板包装箱,其中,所述多个定位扣均匀排列于所述本体四周。
