The centre of the external pot (4) protrudes upward to form a hollow ventilation post (10), the ventilation post (10) is in communication with the hot air outlet (8), an elevated base of the external pot (4) is arranged inside the pot body (2), and the side wall of the external pot (4) is separated from the inner wall of the pot body (2). The centre of the bottom surface of the frying basket (3) is provided with a positioning hole (11), the ventilation post (10) extends upward to pass through the positioning hole (11) so that a base of the frying basket (3) is arranged inside an inner chamber of the external pot (4), the bottom surface of the frying basket (3) is provided with an oil leaking hole, and the outer surface of the frying basket (3) is separated from the inner surface of the external pot (4). The air fryer has a simple and reasonable structure.
