Description

在废物的回收利用中,需要采取有效措施去除废物中的诸如粉灰、颗粒等杂质。以废纸回收为例,回收的废纸包括办公废纸、废旧包装箱、废旧水泥袋等。为了实现废纸的再利用,需要将废纸中的杂质尽量去除干净,使得后续得到的纸浆的灰分含量接近原纸的灰分含量(5%以下)。

本领域技术人员应当理解,喂料组件70的不仅限于图5中所示出的情况,根据不同使用环境,喂料组件70还有其他设置方案。例如机械手等。
在图5所示的实施例中,入料通道60的两侧还设置有导向组件80,导向组件80用于将伸出于入料通道60边缘的废纸导进入料通道60内,以避免废纸在输送过程中掉落或卡在壳体30的进料口处。
导向组件80可以设置成导向辊,导向辊的轴线与废纸的输送方向大致垂直,当导向辊沿自身的轴线旋转,废纸被导进入料通道60内。
本领域技术人员应当理解,导向组件80不仅限于图5中所示出的情况,根据不同使用环境,导向组件还有其他设置方案。
在图5所示的实施例中,刀架21位于入料通道60的下方,并且刀架21的底部设置有滚轮211。同时,废纸破碎装置1还包括轨道90,滚轮211能够在轨道90上滚动,以使刀架21能够远离或靠近飞刀12。活动的刀架21可方便调整第一刃部121和第二刃部221之间的配合间隙,同时方便底刀22的更换。
刀架21还可通过驱动组件212被驱动或保持静止。驱动组件212例如可以是液压驱动组件,气压驱动组件,还可以是螺纹驱动组件等。
根据本实用新型实施例的废纸破碎装置可以作为造纸企业的废纸回收利用系统的一部分被使用,以提高利用废纸生产的再生纸的质量。
尽管已经参考示例性实施例描述了本实用新型,但是应理解,本实用新型并不限于上述实施例的构造。相反,本实用新型意在覆盖各种修改例和等同配置。另外,尽管在各种示例性结合体和构造中示出了所公开实用新型的各种元件,但是包括更多、更少的元件的其它组合也落在本实用新型的范围之内。
Claims (10)
- 一种废纸破碎部件,其特征在于,所述废纸破碎部件包括:刀辊,能够沿自身的轴线旋转;飞刀,安装在所述刀辊上并且包括第一刃部;刀架;底刀,安装在所述刀架上,所述底刀包括与所述第一刃部配合以切断废纸的第二刃部,并且所述第二刃部沿所述刀辊的轴向延伸,其中所述第一刃部相对于所述第二刃部倾斜,以当所述刀辊转动时,所述第一刃部能够从其第一端开始逐渐与所述第二刃部配合,并且至少在所述第一端与所述第二刃部相对应的部分形成有相配合的齿部。
- 根据权利要求1所述的废纸破碎部件,其特征在于,所述齿部为锯齿形结构。
- 一种废纸破碎装置,其特征在于,所述废纸破碎装置包括权利要求1至2中任一项所述的废纸破碎部件。
- 根据权利要求3所述的废纸破碎装置,其特征在于,还包括壳体,所述废纸破碎部件在所述壳体内对废纸进行破碎处理。
- 根据权利要求4所述的废纸破碎装置,其特征在于,所述壳体包括进料口和出料口,靠近所述进料口的一侧设置有输入组件,靠近出料口的一侧设置有输出组件,大块废纸通过所述输入组件被输送至所述进料口,破碎后的废纸碎片通过所述输出组件被输送离开所述出料口。
- 根据权利要求5所述的废纸破碎装置,其特征在于,还包括设置在所述输入组件与所述废纸破碎部件之间的入料通道和喂料组件,所述喂料组件将所述入料通道上的废纸送入所述废纸破碎部件。
- 根据权利要求6所述的废纸破碎装置,其特征在于,所述喂料组件包括转动连接于所述壳体内的喂料辊。
- 根据权利要求7所述的废纸破碎装置,其特征在于,所述喂料辊设置有多个并且沿所述废纸进入所述废纸破碎部件的方向排布,所述多个喂料辊距离所述入料通道的高度沿所述废纸进入所述废纸破碎部件的方向 逐渐降低。
- 根据权利要求6所述的废纸破碎装置,其特征在于,还包括设置在所述入料通道两侧的导向组件,所述导向组件用于将伸出于所述入料通道边缘的废纸导入所述入料通道内。
- 根据权利要求9所述的废纸破碎装置,其特征在于,所述导向组件包括导向辊,所述导向辊能够沿自身轴线旋转。
