Description
本发明要求2016年4月6日递交的发明名称为“背光模组及显示装置”的申请号201610209107.6的在先申请优先权,上述在先申请的内容以引入的方式并入本文本中。
本发明涉及液晶显示技术领域,特别涉及一种背光模组及显示装置。
随着技术的发展,使用者对显示装置的外观及性能要求已不能满足于传统的平面结构,目前市面上出现曲面结构,以符合人体工学设计需求,提高用户的视觉和触觉的舒适度。与平面结构显示装置的组成结构相同,曲面显示装置包括显示面板、背板、前框、胶框和背光源等等,其中曲面背光源采用侧入式LED(Light emitting diode,发光二极管)。如图1,其中显示面板(未示)、背板1、导光板2和光学膜片3组均为曲面结构,且曲率相同,其中灯条4为直条状结构,光线垂直于灯条电路板表面发出,灯条背向LED的表面贴合于背板的左右侧壁,如图1所示。灯条发出的光由导光板均匀反射至光学膜片组,光经光学膜片组优化后可传输至显示面板。但由于灯条的设计是放在背光源的左右两侧,势必经过导光板反射后,中间的亮度大于左右两边的亮度,会使得显示面板亮度不均匀。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种背光模组及显示装置,保证显示装置发光均匀性。
本发明提供一种显示装置,其包括曲面显示面板及作为所述曲面显示面板的背光模组,所述背光模组包括框体、弧形的导光板及背光灯条,所述背光灯条包括基板及数个灯源,所述基板的表面为弧形面,所述导光板设有两个相对的曲边,所述弧形面的曲率与所述曲边的曲率相同;所述灯源排列于所述弧形
面上,所述弧形导光板及背光灯条收容于所述框体内,所述背光灯条位于所述导光板的曲边的一侧且所述灯源的出光侧朝向所述导光板。
其中,所述基板包括散射铝板及设于散射铝板的柔性电路板,所述弧形面为所述柔性电路板的表面。
其中,所述灯源的侧面为出光面,所述弧形面朝向与所述导光板的出光面相同。
其中,所述导光板的各个点厚度相同。
其中,所述背光模组还包括光学膜片,所述光学膜片为曲面光学膜片且所述光学膜片的曲率与所述导光板的曲率相等。
其中,所述背光灯条为两个,分别位于所述导光板的两个曲边的一侧。
其中,所述曲边的曲率与所述曲面显示面板曲率相同。
其中,所述曲面显示面板为液晶曲面显示面板。
本发明的显示装置的背光灯条曲率与导光板的曲率相同,并且背光灯条的出光侧为侧面并直接朝向所述导光板的曲边,保证灯源与导光板贴合度;所述背光灯条平行于导光板的曲边设置,灯源发出的光沿导光板平行传播,进而改善背光源的亮度均性,提高均匀度。

请参阅图2与图3,本发明佳实施方式提供一种背光模组及显示装置,显示装置如液晶电视,电脑屏幕或者手机屏幕、掌上电脑屏幕等。所述显示装置包括曲面显示面板10及为所述曲面显示面板10提供背光源的所述背光模组15。所述背光模组15包括框体151、弧形的导光板152及背光灯条154。所述背光灯条154包括基板及数个灯源155,所述基板的表面为弧形面157,所述导光板152设有两个相对的曲边1521,所述弧形面的曲率与所述曲边1521的曲率相同。所述灯源155排列于所述弧形面上,所述弧形导光板152及背光灯条154收容于所述框体151内,所述背光灯条154位于所述导光板152的曲边的一侧且所述灯源155的出光侧1551朝向所述导光板152。其中,所述曲面显示面板为液晶曲面显示面板。灯源155的侧面即为出光侧1551(图4箭头所示即为出光方向),其与导光板152的曲边1521贴合设置,相较于灯源侧向放置,而顶面对向导光板的结构而言,本申请的灯源侧向对着导光板,避免自身重力发生倾斜影响光线进入。
本实施例中,所述导光板152还包括两个平行的直边,所述两个平行的直边分别连接所述两个曲边1521。其中,所述曲边1521的曲率与所述曲面显示面板曲率相同。所述导光板152的各个点厚度相同,保证出光的均匀性。所述框体151包括周框及围绕周框一侧设置的承载边,所述周框与承载边围成收容导光板152与背光灯条154的空间。其中,所述背光模组还包括光学膜片158,所述光学膜片为曲面光学膜片且所述光学膜片158的曲率与所述导光板的曲率相等。所述光学膜片贴于所述导光板152的出光面上。
进一步的,所述基板包括散射铝板1541及设于散射铝板1541的柔性电路板1542,所述弧形面157为所述柔性电路板1542的表面,即背向所述散射铝板1541的表面。所述散射铝板1541为长条板体,其可以是具有弧面的弧形板或者具有弧形槽的板体,弧面或弧形槽用于承载所述柔性电路板1542是保证柔性电路板1542的弧形面157的曲率。本实施例中所述散射铝板1541的一表面具有弧形槽,即槽的底壁为弧形,所述柔性电路板1542贴合于槽底壁上
并形成所述弧形面。散射铝板1541与弧形槽相反的表面为平面,便于与框体151装配,并保证灯条的装配稳定性。所述弧形面朝向与所述导光板152的出光面相同。所述基板端部还设有驱动连接器156,用于连接电源驱动柔性电路板。
进一步的,所述灯源155的侧面156为出光面。可以理解,所述背光灯条为两个,分别位于所述导光板152的两个曲边1521的一侧。
本发明的显示装置的背光灯条154曲率与导光板152的曲率相同,并且背光灯条154的出光侧为侧面并直接朝向所述导光板152的曲边,所述背光灯条平行于导光板152的曲边设置,灯源155发出的光沿导光板平行传播,进而改善背光源的亮度均性,提高均匀度。
以上所揭露的仅为本发明较佳实施例而已,当然不能以此来限定本发明之权利范围,本领域普通技术人员可以理解实现上述实施例的全部或部分流程,并依本发明权利要求所作的等同变化,仍属于发明所涵盖的范围。
Claims (13)
- 一种背光模组,其中,所述背光模组包括框体、弧形的导光板及背光灯条,所述背光灯条包括基板及数个灯源,所述基板的表面为弧形面,所述导光板设有两个相对的曲边,所述弧形面的曲率与所述曲边的曲率相同;所述灯源排列于所述弧形面上,所述弧形导光板及背光灯条收容于所述框体内,所述背光灯条位于所述导光板的曲边的一侧且所述灯源的出光侧朝向所述导光板。
- 如权利要求1所述的背光模组,其中,所述基板包括散射铝板及设于散射铝板的柔性电路板,所述弧形面为所述柔性电路板的表面。
- 如权利要求2所述的背光模组,其中,所述灯源的侧面为出光面。
- 如权利要求1所述的背光模组,其中,所述导光板的各个点厚度相同。
- 如权利要求4所述的背光模组,其中,所述背光模组还包括光学膜片,所述光学膜片为曲面光学膜片且所述光学膜片的曲率与所述导光板的曲率相等。
- 如权利要求1所述的显示装置,其中,所述背光灯条为两个,分别位于所述导光板的两个曲边的一侧。
- 一种显示装置,其中,包括曲面显示面板及为所述曲面显示面板提供光源的背光模组,所述背光模组包括框体、弧形的导光板及背光灯条,所述背光灯条包括基板及数个灯源,所述基板的表面为弧形面,所述导光板设有两个相对的曲边,所述弧形面的曲率与所述曲边的曲率相同;所述灯源排列于所述弧形面上,所述弧形导光板及背光灯条收容于所述框体内,所述背光灯条位于所述导光板的曲边的一侧且所述灯源的出光侧朝向所述导光板,所述曲边的曲率与所述曲面显示面板曲率相同。
- 如权利要求7所述的显示装置,其中,所述曲面显示面板为液晶曲面显示面板。
- 如权利要求7所述的显示装置,其中,所述基板包括散射铝板及设于散射铝板的柔性电路板,所述弧形面为所述柔性电路板的表面。
- 如权利要求9所述的显示装置,其中,所述灯源的侧面为出光面。
- 如权利要求7所述的显示装置,其中,所述导光板的各个点厚度相同。
- 如权利要求11所述的显示装置,其中,所述背光模组还包括光学膜片,所述光学膜片为曲面光学膜片且所述光学膜片的曲率与所述导光板的曲率相等。
- 如权利要求7所述的显示装置,其中,所述背光灯条为两个,分别位于所述导光板的两个曲边的一侧。
