本发明另一实施例提供一种商品共享/赠予系统,包括:接收模块,用于接收用户发送的购买商品指令并确认完成付款;存储模块,用于将已付款商品保存在已登录账户的商品存储库中,所述已付款商品的属性至少为已支付、商品所有权可转移、无提取信息;发送模块,用于根据用户指令,发送选定商品的共享信息,或选择对应平台中的关联账户并发送选定商品的赠予信息;以及转移模块,用于确认受赠方或被共享端是否接受商品,如果是,则根据对应的受赠方或被共享端的反馈信息转移或共享商品所有权,并将接受的商品保存在对应受赠方或被共享端的对应账户下,否则将商品保留在原账户。
本发明又一实施例提供一种服务器,至少包括上述的商品共享/赠予系统。
本发明再一实施例提供一种商品共享/赠予操作方法,包括:购买商品并完成付款;将已付款商品显示在已登录账户的商品存储库中,所述已付款商品的属性至少为已支付、商品所有权可转移、无提取信息;发送选定商品的共享信息,或选择对应平台中的关联账户并发送选定商品的赠予信息;以及显示受赠方或被共享端接受商品的反馈信息,并将已赠予商品从所述存储库中移除。
本发明再一实施例提供一种商品共享/赠予操作系统,包括:支付模块,用于购买商品并完成付款;显示模块,将已付款商品显示在已登录账户的商品存储库中,所述已付款商品的属性至少为已支付、商品所有权可转移、无提取信息;发送模块,用于发送选定商品的共享信息,或选择对应平台中的关联账户并发送选定商品的赠予信息;以及反馈模块,用于显示受赠方或被共享端接受商品的反馈信息,并将已赠予商品从所述存储库中移除。
本发明中,用户能灵活地转移商品所有权、自由选择提取时间、多样化的提取方式,有利于更为人性化地管理商品。此外,受赠方或被共享端能够根据自己的喜好或需求接受他人赠送或共享的商品,而赠送方和受赠方或被共享端之间,能够根据双方的操作即时通信,提高了交易过程的沟通体验感。

具体实施方式
以下结合说明书附图对本发明的优选实施例进行说明,应当理解,此处所描述的优选实施例仅用于说明和解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明,并且在不冲突的情况下,本发明中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。
参照图1,本发明实施例提供一种商品共享/赠予方法,应用于互联网平台。本实施例中,所述互联网平台至少包括一个网络服务器100以及多个用户终端200,所述用户终端200通过所述网络服务器100相互通信。更具体的,所述互联网平台主要用于网络购物。所述用户终端可以是电脑、手机、PDA等。此外,可以理解的是,本发明中的“商品”应包括实体商品以及服务。
图2为本发明的商品共享/赠予方法第一实施例的流程示意图。在该第一实施例中,所述商品共享/赠予方法包括:
步骤S101,网络服务器接收用户发送的购买商品指令并确认完成付款。本实施例中,所述网络服务器接收到用户终端发送的购买商品指令后,反馈对应的商品交易信息(例如商品明细、价格、库存数量等)至用户终端,并根据用户在该平台或第三方支付平台完成支付的操作,确认完成付款。
具体来说,用户完成付款的方式包括:用户线上购买商品,并完成线上付款;或用户线下选择商品,并完成线上付款;以及用户完成线下付款,并通过商家发送完成付款的指令来确认完成付款。其中,线上付款完成后,网络服务器会接收到完成付款的信息,从而确认完成付款。而如果用户是线下付款,则可以由商家在平台上确认完成付款。
步骤S102,网络服务器将已付款商品保存在已登录账户的商品存储库中,所述已付款商品的属性至少为已支付、商品所有权可转移、无提取信息。其中,所述无提取信息指无绑定身份信息、无联系方式、无物流信息以及无提取验证码。
本实施例中,所述互联网平台包含有云端存储空间,所述云端存储空间包含所述商品存储库,所述已付款商品的相关信息均保存在所述云端存储空间中。优选的,本实施例中,所述商品存储库中的商品至少包括自购商品(即所述已付款商品)、受赠商品以及共享商品三类。更具体的,所述自购商品上显示有自购标识,例如是用“自购”字样标识或空白标记;所述受赠商品上显示有受赠标识,例如是“赠”字样标记;以及所述共享商品上显示有共享标识,例如是“享”字样标记。
步骤S103,根据用户指令,网络服务器发送选定商品(本实施例中包括自购商品、受赠商品)的共享信息,或选择对应平台中的关联账户并发送选定商品(包括自购商品、受赠商品以及共享商品)的赠予信息。
需要说明的是,在本实施例中,他人共享的商品,应不能赠予,也不能再共享。然而,本发明并不以此为限,在其他实施例中,所述共享商品可根据具体需求,开放再赠与或再共享的权限。
具体来说,当需要共享商品时,用户首先选定自购商品或受赠商品及数量,然后向网络服务器发送共享该商品的指令,网络服务器接收到指令后,会根据用户的选择,在对应的应用平台或者群组,发送所述共享信息。可以理解的是,所述共享信息包含了商品的描述信息,例如商品名称、商品图标、商品网页链接、商品数量等。更具体的,本实施例中,当共享商品时,步骤S103包括以下子步骤:
子步骤S103a,共享端在商品存储库中选择一个或者多个已付款的自购商品或受赠商品,并选择二维码共享操作;
子步骤S103b,网络服务器根据共享端的选择,生成对应商品的共享二维码,并发送至共享平台,或发送至对应的账户群。具体的,所述二维码包含分享端选择的已付款商品及数量、共享指令,被共享端扫描此二维码时,平台将商品同时显示在分享端和被分享端的商品存储库中。
当需要赠送商品时,用户首先选定自购商品、受赠商品或共享商品及数量,然后向网络服务器发送赠予该商品的指令,网络服务器接收到指令后,会根据用户的选择,向对应的账户或群组,发送所述赠予信息。可以理解的是,所述赠予信息包含了商品的描述信息,例如商品名称、商品图标、商品网页链接、商品数量等。
更具体的,本实施例中,当赠予商品时,步骤S103包括以下子步骤:
子步骤S103c,赠与方选择对应平台中的关联账户或群组,以及在商品存储库中选择一个或者多个自购商品、受赠商品或共享商品,并选择二维码赠予操作;
子步骤S103d,网络服务器根据用户的选择,生成对应商品的赠予二维码并发送至选定的关联账户或群组。具体的,所述二维码包含赠与方选择的商品及数量、赠予指令,受赠方扫描此二维码时,平台将商品从赠与方的商品存储库中转移到受赠方的商品存储库。
步骤S104,网络服务器确认受赠方(赠予对象)或被共享端是否接受商品,如果是,则执行步骤S105,根据对应的受赠方或被共享端的反馈信息转移或共享商品所有权,并将接受的商品保存在对应受赠方或被共享端的对应账户下。其中,所述商品所有权指对商品的提取和转移权等。如果未接受商品赠予,则执行步骤S106,将商品保留在原账户。
具体的,网络服务器根据反馈信息,确认受赠方或被共享端是否接受商品,如果是,则根据对应的受赠方或被共享端的反馈信息转移或共享商品所有权,并将接受的商品保存在对应受赠方或被共享端的对应账户下。其中,所述共享商品所有权指共享端以及被共享端同时具有商品所有权,共享端具有商品处置权,而被共享端仅具有商品提取权。所述商品处置权包括对商品进行退货、赠予、提取等操作的全部权限,所述商品提取权则仅限于商品提取。本实施例中,受赠方或被共享端扫描所述二维码时,触发网络服务器将二维码对应的商品从赠送方或共享端的商品存储库中转移到赠予对象的商品存储库中。
本实施例中,当受赠方接受商品时,将商品信息从赠予方的账户中移除,同时在受赠方的账户中显示所述受赠商品。当被共享端接受商品时,则不会 将商品信息从共享端的账户中移除,而是在共享端和被共享端同时显示所述共享商品。
步骤S107,网络服务器确认是否接收到对应商品的提取请求信息,如果接收到提取请求信息,则执行步骤S108,根据对应的提取请求信息,提醒商家启动发货操作。其中,所述提取请求信息包括商品及数量、提取操作、物流信息、以及选定的商户,所述提取操作例如包括二维码现场提货、到店自提、送货到家、选择快递等,本发明不以此为限。如果未接收到提取请求信息,则执行步骤S109,保持商品状态不变。
本实施例中,当需要提取商品时,用户在商品存储库中选择一种或者多种商品及确定数量,平台系统提供可供货的商户给用户选择,使得用户能够选择感兴趣的商户,以及选择二维码现场提货、到店自提、送货到家、快递其中任一者操作。
更具体的,本实施例中,选择感兴趣商户的时候,网络服务器会根据用户当前所在的位置或保存在网络服务器中的地址,列出距离较近的供货商户供用户选择。在其他实施例中,网络服务器可根据商品的名称等,列出全部商户供用户选择,或者根据用户设定的条件,选择性列出商户以供用户选择。
如果用户选择二维码现场提货,则网络服务器生成提货二维码并发送至用户,所述用户在现场给商户扫描二维码,从而完成提货。此时,提取操作完成,网络服务器触发该平台或第三方支付平台向商户付款。
如果选择到店自提,则网络服务器将相关信息通知至选定的商户。在受赠方或被共享端完成到店自提的操作之后,用户提供已收货的确认信息。此时,提取操作完成,网络服务器触发该平台或第三方支付平台向商户付款。本实施例中,选择到店自提时,网络服务器会根据用户当前所在的位置或保存在网络服务器中的地址,提供距离较近的供货商户供用户选择。
如果选择送货到家,则网络服务器将收货地址、收货人联系方式等通知至选定的商户。在用户收到商品后,提供已收货的确认信息。此时,提取操作完成,网络服务器触发该平台或第三方支付平台向商户付款。
如果选择快递,则网络服务器将收货地址、收货人联系方式等通知选定的商户。在用户收到商品后,提供已收货的确认信息。此时,提取操作完成, 网络服务器触发该平台或第三方支付平台向商户付款。
可以理解,选择商户和选择提货操作的步骤可以根据实际情况进行调整,本申请不限制上述步骤的执行顺序。
在本实施例中,当被共享端完成提取商品的操作时,所述网络服务器才将商品信息从共享端的账号中移除。例如,如果共享商品数量是1个,被共享端提取商品后,网络服务器同时将商品信息从共享端的账号中移除,而当同一种共享商品的数量是多个时,被共享端每提取一个商品,则网络服务器同时将共享商品数量减去1。
此外,需要说明的是,在本实施例中,对于共享商品,可进一步包括步骤:
步骤S110,判断接受共享商品的被共享端数量是否大于共享商品总数量,如果接受共享商品的被共享端数量大于共享商品总数量,则执行步骤S111,网络服务器根据提取操作完成时间的先后顺序,向被共享端提供提取操作,直到完成提取的商品总数量等于共享商品总数量为止。如果接受共享商品的被共享端数量小于等于共享商品总数量,则执行步骤S112,网络服务器向所有被共享端提供提取操作。本发明的商品共享/赠予方法,受赠方或被共享端能够根据自己的喜好或需求接受他人赠送或共享的商品,而赠送方和受赠方或被共享端之间,能够根据双方的操作即时通信,提高了交易过程的沟通体验感。
第二实施例
请参阅图2,本发明第二实施例提供的商品共享/赠予方法与第一实施例基本相同,其区别在于,所述步骤S103不同于第一实施例。具体的,需要共享商品时,步骤S103包括:
子步骤S103a’,在商品存储库中选择一个或者多个自购商品或受赠商品;
子步骤S103b’,选择一个或者多个朋友或者共享朋友组;以及
子步骤S103c’,发送商品共享链接给对应的朋友账号。
需要发送赠予信息时,步骤S103包括:
子步骤S103d’,在商品存储库中选择一个或者多个自购商品、受赠商品 或共享商品;
子步骤S103e,选择一个或者多个赠予对象;以及
子步骤S103f,选择直接赠予、抢选商品、随机抽选商品操作其中任一者,并发送赠予指令。其中,所述直接赠予指赠送方将所选的商品及数量赠送给赠与对象,赠予对象手动确认接受或者自动接受商品,每个接受赠予的对象可得一份商品。所述抢选商品指赠送方将所选的商品及数量,发送给赠与对象选择,并设置单人最多可选的商品数量,在先选先得的规则下,当赠与对象选择某一商品时,其将获得该商品的所有权,平台将商品从赠送方的商品存储库中转移到赠予对象的商品存储库。所述随机抽选商品指赠与对象按时间先后以及平台设置的规则抽取商品。
第三实施例
请参阅图4,在第三实施例中,所述商品共享/赠予方法进一步包括:
步骤S401,根据账户中现有商品总价值和/或用户信誉,确定对应账户的透支额度。本实施例中,网络服务器根据现有商品的价格总值,以及根据预定规则赠送给用户的信誉价值数额,将两者之和确定为对应账户的透支额度。
步骤S402,确认对应账户是否执行透支购买,如果是,则进一步执行步骤S403,确认对应账户的透支购买额度,并根据该透支购买额度,冻结该账户中对应价值的已付款商品。可以理解的是,冻结已付款商品的目的是为了避免用户提取商品过多,因此,对于冻结哪些已付款商品并非本发明需要限定的,仅需要保证剩余商品总价值大于或等于透支购买额度即可。如果对应账户未执行透支购买,则执行步骤S404,进入正常付款界面。
请参阅图5,其为本发明的商品共享/赠予系统500实施例的功能模块图。所述系统至少包括接收模块10、存储模块20、发送模块30、转移模块40以及提取模块50。
所述接收模块10用于接收用户发送的购买商品指令并确认完成付款。具体请参阅步骤S101。
所述存储模块20用于将已付款商品保存在已登录账户的商品存储库中,所述已付款商品的属性至少为已支付、商品所有权可转移、无提取信息。具 体请参阅步骤S102。
所述发送模块30用于根据用户指令,发送选定商品的共享信息,或选择对应平台中的关联账户并发送选定商品的赠予信息。具体请参阅第一实施例和第二实施例中的步骤S103。
所述转移模块40用于确认受赠方或被共享端是否接受商品,如果是,则根据对应的受赠方或被共享端的反馈信息转移或共享商品所有权,并将接受的商品保存在对应受赠方或被共享端的对应账户下,否则将商品保留在原账户。具体请参阅步骤S104~S106。
所述提取模块50用于确认网络服务器是否接收到用户提交的提取请求信息,如果接收到提取请求信息,则根据对应的信息,提醒商家启动发货操作。否则,保持商品状态不变。具体请参阅步骤S107~S109。
优选的,所述系统进一步包括透支额度评估模块60以及冻结模块70。
所述透支额度评估模块60用于根据对应账户中现有商品总价值和/或用户信誉,确定账户的透支额度。具体请参阅步骤S401。
所述冻结模块70用于确认对应账户是否透支购买,如果是,则进一步确认对应账户的透支购买额度,并根据该透支购买额度,冻结该账户中对应价值的已付款商品。具体请参阅步骤S402~S404。
请结合图1与图5,本发明还提供一种服务器100,其至少包括上述的商品共享/赠予系统500。所述服务器100为以上实施例所述的网络服务器,在此不再赘述。
请参阅图6,本发明还提供一种商品共享/赠予操作方法,包括:
步骤S601,用户登录平台的账户,通过所述用户终端购买商品并完成付款。
步骤S602,用户终端将已付款商品显示在已登录账户的商品存储库中,所述已付款商品的属性至少为已支付、商品所有权可转移、无提取信息。其中,所述无提取信息指无绑定身份信息、无联系方式、无物流信息以及无提取验证码。
步骤S603,用户通过所述用户终端和网络服务器发送的商品共享信息,或选择对应平台中的关联账户并发送选定商品的赠予信息。

所述显示模块702用于将已付款商品显示在已登录账户的商品存储库中,所述已付款商品的属性至少为已支付、商品所有权可转移、无提取信息。本实施例中,所述商品存储库还包括受赠商品和共享商品。
所述发送模块703用于供用户通过所述用户终端和网络服务器,向其他关联用户发送选定商品的共享信息,或选择对应平台中的关联账户并发送选定商品的赠予信息。
所述反馈模块704用于显示受赠方或被共享端接受商品的反馈信息,并将已赠予商品从所述存储库中移除。

  1. 一种商品共享/赠予方法,包括:
    接收用户发送的购买商品指令并确认完成付款;
    将已付款商品保存在已登录账户的商品存储库中,所述已付款商品的属性至少为已支付、商品所有权可转移、无提取信息;
    根据用户指令,发送选定商品的共享信息,或选择对应平台中的关联账户并发送选定商品的赠予信息;以及
    确认受赠方或被共享端是否接受商品,如果是,则根据对应的受赠方或被共享端的反馈信息转移或共享商品所有权,并将接受的商品保存在对应受赠方或被共享端的对应账户下,如果未接受商品赠予,则将商品保留在原账户。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的商品共享/赠予方法,其特征在于,所述商品存储库中至少还包括受赠商品以及共享商品,所述方法进一步包括步骤:
    在所述受赠商品上显示受赠标识,以及在所述共享商品上显示共享标识。
  3. 如权利要求1或2所述的商品共享/赠予方法,其特征在于,所述根据用户指令发送共享信息的步骤包括:
    在商品存储库中选择一个或者多个商品;
    选择二维码共享操作;以及
    生成对应商品的共享二维码并发送。
  4. 如权利要求1或2所述的商品共享/赠予方法,其特征在于,所述根据用户指令发送共享信息的步骤包括:
    在商品存储库中选择一个或者多个商品;
    选择一个或者多个朋友或者共享朋友组;以及
    发送商品共享链接给对应的账号。
  5. 如权利要求1或2所述的商品共享/赠予方法,其特征在于,所述选择对应平台中的关联账户并发送选定商品的赠予信息的步骤包括:
    在商品存储库中选择一个或者多个商品;
    选择二维码赠予操作;以及
    生成对应商品的赠予二维码并发送。
  6. 如权利要求1或2所述的商品共享/赠予方法,其特征在于,所述选择对应平台中的关联账户并发送选定商品的赠予信息的步骤包括:
    在商品存储库中选择一个或者多个商品;
    选择一个或者多个赠予对象;以及
    选择直接赠予、抢选商品、随机抽选商品操作其中任一者,并发送赠予指令。
  7. 如权利要求1或2所述的商品共享/赠予方法,其特征在于,所述接收用户发送的购买商品指令并确认完成付款的步骤包括以下两者中其中之一者:
    用户线上选择商品,并完成线上付款;
    用户线下选择商品,并完成线上付款;和
    用户完成线下付款,并通过商家发送完成付款的指令来确认完成付款。
  8. 如权利要求1或2所述的商品共享/赠予方法,进一步包括步骤:
    根据账户中现有商品总价值和/或用户信誉,确定对应账户的透支额度;
    确认对应账户是否透支购买,如果是,则进一步确认对应账户的透支购买额度,并根据该透支购买额度,冻结该账户中对应价值的商品。
  9. 如权利要求1或2所述的商品共享/赠予方法,其特征在于,进一步包括步骤:
    确认受赠方或被共享端是否接受商品,如果是,则根据对应的受赠方或被共享端的反馈信息转移或共享商品所有权,并将接受的商品保存在对应受赠方或被共享端的对应账户下,其中,所述共享商品所有权指共享端具有商品处置权,而被共享端具有商品提取权。
  10. 如权利要求1或2所述的商品共享/赠予方法,其特征在于,进一步包括步骤:
    确认是否接收到对应商品的提取请求信息,如果是,则根据对应的提取请求信息,提醒商家启动发货操作。
  11. 一种商品共享/赠予系统,包括:
    接收模块,用于接收用户发送的购买商品指令并确认完成付款;
    存储模块,用于将已付款商品保存在已登录账户的商品存储库中,所述已付款商品的属性至少为已支付、商品所有权可转移、无提取信息;

    提取模块,用于确认是否接收到对应商品的提取请求信息,如果是,则根据对应的提取请求信息,提醒商家启动发货操作。

    透支额度评估模块,用于根据对应账户中现有商品总价值和/或用户信誉,确定账户的透支额度;
    冻结模块,用于确认对应账户是否透支购买,如果是,则进一步确认对应账户的透支购买额度,并根据该透支购买额度,冻结该账户中对应价值的已付款商品。
  14. 一种服务器,至少包括如权利要求11~13项任一项所述的商品共享/赠予系统。
  15. 一种商品共享/赠予操作方法,包括:
    购买商品并完成付款;
    将已付款商品显示在已登录账户的商品存储库中,所述已付款商品的属性至少为已支付、商品所有权可转移、无提取信息;
    发送选定商品的共享信息,或选择对应平台中的关联账户并发送选定商品的赠予信息;以及
    显示受赠方或被共享端接受商品的反馈信息,并将已赠予商品从所述存储库中移除。
  16. 一种商品共享/赠予操作系统,包括:
    支付模块,用于购买商品并完成付款;
    显示模块,将已付款商品显示在已登录账户的商品存储库中,所述已付款商品的属性至少为已支付、商品所有权可转移、无提取信息;
