发明内容

另一方面,提供了一种终端的采集模组的组装方法,所述终端包括:前壳,与所述前壳依次扣合的后壳和电池盖,组装到所述前壳上的主板,其特征在于,所述终端还包括金属支架框和采集模组,所述采集模组用于采集外部参数;所述组装方法包括:将所述采集模组粘贴于所述金属支架框内;将所述金属支架框粘贴于所述后壳;将所述采集模组与所述主板进行电连接;扣合所述电池盖, 使所述采集模组的采集面通过所述电池盖上的开孔外露于所述电池盖。
结合第二方面,在第二方面的第一种可能的实现方式中,所述电池盖为非金属材质电池盖。

实施本发明实施例提供的一种终端及终端的采集模组的组装方法,具有如下有益效果:
通过将采集模组粘贴于金属支架框内,并将金属支架框粘贴于终端的后壳,无需将采集模组组装在电池盖上,通过金属支架框支撑,解决了采集模组使用过程中按压支撑失效的问题,且采集模组和金属支架框粘贴在后壳上属于二级外观面组装,解决了一级外观面组装电池盖轻微划伤会导致指纹识别模组连带报废的问题,整个采集模组组装简单且成本低。

具体实施方式
本发明实施例提供一种终端及终端的采集模组的组装方法,通过将采集模组粘贴于金属支架框内,并将金属支架框粘贴于终端的后壳,无需将采集模组组装在电池盖上,通过金属支架框支撑,解决了采集模组使用过程中按压支撑失效的问题,且采集模组和金属支架框粘贴在后壳上属于二级外观面组装,解决了一级外观面组装电池盖轻微划伤会导致指纹识别模组连带报废的问题,整个采集模组组装简单且成本低。
本实施例涉及的终端可以是手机、平板电脑等便捷式终端。一般地,该终端包括:前壳,与所述前壳依次扣合的后壳和电池盖,组装到所述前壳上的主板,在本实施例中,该终端还包括:粘贴于所述后壳上的金属支架框和粘贴于所述金属支架框内的采集模组,所述采集模组与所述主板进行电连接,所述电池盖具有开孔,所述采集模组的采集面通过所述开孔外露于所述电池盖,所述采集模组用于采集外部参数。
主板上排布了终端的各个电子元器件,主板通过BTB与电池连接。采集模组与电池、主板上的控制模块连接,以从电池获取电源,根据控制模块的指令采集外部参数并返回给控制模块。
在本实施例中,金属支架框上设置有容纳采集模组的第一开孔,组装时,将采集模组置于该第一开孔中,并进行粘贴。采集模组用于采集外部参数的采集面朝向电池盖。在电池盖上也设置有第二开孔,采集模组用于采集外部参数的采集面通过第二开孔外露于电池盖,可以是采集模组与电池盖齐平或稍凸出于电池盖。该金属支架框可以是钢质支架框或其他金属材质的支架框,金属支架框具有较好的支撑力,由于采用金属支架框对采集模组进行支撑,不会导致采集模组使用过程中按压支撑失效的问题。
在该实施例中,将采集模组组装在后壳上,而非电池盖上,采集模组和金属支架框粘贴在后壳上属于二级外观面组装,解决了一级外观面组装电池盖轻微划伤会导致指纹识别模组连带报废的问题,整个采集模组组装简单,且成本低。
优选地,所述电池盖为非金属材质电池盖,例如塑料电池盖,因为有金属支架框的支撑,采用塑料电池盖也不会导致采集模组使用过程中按压支撑失效的问题,而且采用塑料电池盖降低了终端的制造成本,也减轻了终端的重量。
优选地,该采集模组包括:指纹识别模组,摄像头模组,红外扫描模组和激光模组。
进一步地,在所述采集模组和所述第二开孔之间还可以设置金属装饰件,即将金属装饰件填充在采集模组和电池盖上的第二开孔之间,可以起到支撑采集模组的作用,还可以起到装饰作用。
下面以两个具体的示例描述采集模组的组装:
图2为本发明实施例提供的一种采集模组组装示意图。在图2中,采集模组15粘贴到金属支架框16后,再和后壳14粘贴组装,三者形成一个组件;主板13组装到前壳12,采集模组15与主板13通过BTB进行电连接,然后采集模块15、金属支架框16和后壳14的组件组装到主板;最后,后壳14和前壳12通过卡扣预定位,再进行螺丝定位。后壳14和电池盖11具有开孔,所述采集模组的15采集面通过后壳14和电池盖11的开孔外露于终端。
在图2中,所述金属支架框16粘贴于所述后壳14朝向所述主板13的一侧,即后壳14位于金属支架框16的上面。
后壳14与金属支架框16之间可采用点胶或者粘胶粘贴,采集模组15可通过背胶粘贴于金属支架框16。在采集模组15和金属支架框16之间还可以填塞泡棉,在金属支架框16与主板13之间可填塞接地泡棉和屏蔽罩,泡棉具有密封、防水和防潮的功能。
图3为本发明实施例提供的另一种采集模组组装示意图,在图3中,采集模块25粘贴到金属支架框26后,再和后壳24粘贴组装,三者形成一个组件;主板23组装到前壳22,采集模组25与主板23通过BTB进行电连接,然后 组装采集模块25、金属支架框26和后壳24组件到主板23;后壳24和前壳22通过卡扣预定位,再进行螺丝定位。
电池盖21具有开孔,所述采集模组的25采集面通过电池盖21的开孔外露于所述电池盖21。
在图3中,所述金属支架框26粘贴于所述后壳24朝向所述电池盖21的一侧,即后壳24位于金属支架框26的下面。
后壳24与金属支架框26之间可采用点胶或者粘胶粘贴,采集模组25可通过背胶粘贴于金属支架框26。在采集模组25和金属支架框26之间还可以填塞泡棉,在后壳24与主板23之间可填塞接地泡棉和屏蔽罩,泡棉具有密封、防水和防潮的功能。
根据本发明实施例提供的一种终端,通过将采集模组粘贴于金属支架框内,并将金属支架框粘贴于终端的后壳,无需将采集模组组装在电池盖上,通过金属支架框支撑,解决了采集模组使用过程中按压支撑失效的问题,且采集模组和金属支架框粘贴在后壳上属于二级外观面组装,解决了一级外观面组装电池盖轻微划伤会导致指纹识别模组连带报废的问题,整个采集模组组装简单且成本低。
图4为本发明实施例提供的一种终端的采集模组的组装方法的流程示意图,该终端包括:前壳,与所述前壳依次扣合的后壳和电池盖,组装到所述前壳上的主板,以及金属支架框和采集模组,所述采集模组用于采集外部参数;
所述组装方法包括:
S101,将所述采集模组粘贴于所述金属支架框内。
具体地,将采集模组通过两个定位孔放在金属支架框组装定位夹具上,然后取金属支架框,撕除金属支架框上面的离型纸(金属支架框四周粘贴有背胶等粘贴材料,未使用前采用离型纸覆盖),通过金属支架框上的定位孔对齐夹具的定位柱,将金属支架框扣在夹具上,与采集模组相粘贴。定位孔的孔径可以为0.7mm-1.0mm。
金属支架框上设置有容纳采集模组的第一开孔,组装时,将采集模组置于该第一开孔中,并进行粘贴。采集模组用于采集外部参数的一面朝向电池盖。
该金属支架框可以是钢质支架框或其他金属材质的支架框,金属支架框具 有较好的支撑力,由于采用金属支架框对采集模组进行支撑,不会导致采集模组使用过程中按压支撑失效的问题。
S102,将所述金属支架框粘贴于所述后壳。
将后壳通过定位孔放在定位夹具上,对后壳进行点胶,检查点胶路径是否有偏位、刮胶、断胶、多胶等不良情况,然后将点好胶的后壳放入采集模组组装定位夹具,用吸笔吸取采集模组,以夹具定位柱为基准组装采集模组到后壳。
作为一种实现方式,如图2所示,可以将所述金属支架框16粘贴于所述后壳14朝向所述主板13的一侧,即后壳14位于金属支架框16的上面。
作为另一种实现方式,如图3所示,可以将所述金属支架框26粘贴于所述后壳24朝向所述电池盖21的一侧,即后壳24位于金属支架框26的下面。
S103,将所述采集模组与所述主板进行电连接。
由于后壳与主板位于同一侧,将采集模组与主板采用BTB进行电连接,无需较长的FPC。主板上排布了终端的各个电子元器件,主板通过BTB与电池连接,从而采集模组与电池、主板上的控制模块连接,以从电池获取电源,根据控制模块的指令采集外部参数并返回给控制模块。
S104,扣合所述电池盖,使所述采集模组的一面通过所述电池盖上的开孔外露于所述电池盖。
最后,扣合电池盖。在电池盖上设置有第二开孔,采集模组用于采集外部参数的一面通过第二开孔外露于电池盖,可以是采集模组与电池盖齐平或稍凸出于电池盖。对于后壳14位于金属支架框16的上面的情况,后壳14上还开设有第三开孔,采集模组通过第三开孔和第二开孔外露于终端。
在该实施例中,将采集模组组装在后壳上,而非电池盖上,采集模组和金属支架框粘贴在后壳上属于二级外观面组装,解决了一级外观面组装电池盖轻微划伤会导致指纹识别模组连带报废的问题,整个采集模组组装简单,且成本低。
优选地,所述电池盖为非金属材质电池盖,例如塑料电池盖,因为有金属支架框的支撑,采用塑料电池盖也不会导致采集模组使用过程中按压支撑失效的问题,而且采用塑料电池盖降低了终端的制造成本,也减轻了终端的重量。
优选地,该采集模组包括:指纹识别模组,摄像头模组,红外扫描模组和激光模组。
进一步地,在所述采集模组和所述第二开孔之间还可以设置金属装饰件,即将金属装饰件填充在采集模组和电池盖上的第二开孔之间,可以起到支撑采集模组的作用,还可以起到装饰作用。
根据本发明实施例提供的一种终端的采集模组的组装方法,通过将采集模组粘贴于金属支架框内,并将金属支架框粘贴于终端的后壳,无需将采集模组组装在电池盖上,通过金属支架框支撑,解决了采集模组使用过程中按压支撑失效的问题,且采集模组和金属支架框粘贴在后壳上属于二级外观面组装,解决了一级外观面组装电池盖轻微划伤会导致指纹识别模组连带报废的问题,整个采集模组组装简单且成本低。
需要说明的是,对于前述的各方法实施例,为了简单描述,故将其都表述为一系列的动作组合,但是本领域技术人员应该知悉,本发明并不受所描述的动作顺序的限制,因为根据本发明,某些步骤可以采用其他顺序或者同时进行。其次,本领域技术人员也应该知悉,说明书中所描述的实施例均属于优选实施例,所涉及的动作和模块并不一定是本发明所必须的。
在上述实施例中,对各个实施例的描述都各有侧重,某个实施例中没有详述的部分,可以参见其他实施例的相关描述。
本发明实施例方法中的步骤可以根据实际需要进行顺序调整、合并和删减。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种终端,所述终端包括:前壳,与所述前壳依次扣合的后壳和电池盖,组装到所述前壳上的主板,其特征在于,还包括:粘贴于所述后壳上的金属支架框和粘贴于所述金属支架框内的采集模组,所述采集模组与所述主板进行电连接,所述电池盖具有开孔,所述采集模组的采集面通过所述开孔外露于所述电池盖,所述采集模组用于采集外部参数。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的终端,其特征在于,所述电池盖为非金属材质电池盖。
  3. 如权利要求1或2所述的终端,其特征在于,所述金属支架框粘贴于所述后壳朝向所述主板的一侧。
  4. 如权利要求1或2所述的终端,其特征在于,所述金属支架框粘贴于所述后壳朝向所述电池盖的一侧。
  5. 如权利要求1-4任意一项所述的终端,其特征在于,所述后壳还包括位于所述采集模组和所述开孔之间的金属装饰件。
  6. 如权利要求1-5任意一项所述的终端,其特征在于,所述采集模组包括:指纹识别模组,摄像头模组,红外扫描模组和激光模组。
  7. 一种终端的采集模组的组装方法,所述终端包括:前壳,与所述前壳依次扣合的后壳和电池盖,组装到所述前壳上的主板,其特征在于,所述终端还包括金属支架框和采集模组,所述采集模组用于采集外部参数;
    所述组装方法包括:
    将所述采集模组粘贴于所述金属支架框内;
    将所述金属支架框粘贴于所述后壳;
    将所述采集模组与所述主板进行电连接;
    扣合所述电池盖,使所述采集模组的采集面通过所述电池盖上的开孔外露于所述电池盖。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的组装方法,其特征在于,所述电池盖为非金属材质电池盖。
  9. 如权利要求7或8所述的组装方法,其特征在于,所述将所述金属支架框粘贴于所述后壳,包括:
    将所述金属支架框粘贴于所述后壳朝向所述主板的一侧。
  10. 如权利要求7或8所述的组装方法,其特征在于,所述将所述金属支架框粘贴于所述后壳,包括:
    将所述金属支架框粘贴于所述后壳朝向所述电池盖的一侧。
  11. 如权利要求7-10任意一项所述的组装方法,其特征在于,所述组装方法还包括:
    在所述采集模组和所述开孔之间设置金属装饰件。
  12. 如权利要求7-11任意一项所述的组装方法,其特征在于,所述采集模组包括:指纹识别模组,摄像头模组,红外扫描模组和激光模组。
