电动车,包括电动滑板车、电动自行车,是指以蓄电池作为辅助能源在普通车的基础上,安装了电机、控制器、蓄电池等部件机电一体化的个人交通工具;刹车系统是电动车上最重要的组成部分之一,刹车系统关系到生命安全,故稳定、可靠、能迅速制动的刹车系统一直是人们追求的目标。

为了解决以上的问题,本实用新型一种稳定、可靠、能迅速制动的电子刹车系统。
本实用新型的技术方案是这样实现的:
本实用新型公开了一种电子刹车系统,用于电动车上,所述的电子刹车系统包括安装于所述的电动车上的控制器,与所述的控制器相连接的蓄电池、充电电池、无刷电机及用于检测所述的无刷电机的定子和转子的相对位置信号的多个霍尔元件,所述的控制器具有以下电路单元:
模数转换单元,用于将所述的多个霍尔元件采集到的信号模拟量转化为数字量;
采集单元,用于采集正常驱动信号和/或刹车信号;
刹车调整单元,用于接收到所述的采集单元的获得的刹车信号时,发送断电信号及要求多个霍尔元件进行反转的信号;
电机驱动单元,用于当获得所述的断电信号及要求多个霍尔元件进行反转的信号时,进行数/模转换,执行刹车动作,使所述的无刷电机停止运转。
进一步地,所述的多个霍尔元件的数目为3个。
进一步地,所述的3个霍尔元件产生8个信号:001、010、011、100、101、110、111、000,所述的控制器自动删除两个非法状态:000、111,从六个状态信号产生电机驱动信号。
进一步地,所述的充电电池在制动瞬间和下坡制动时会对所述的蓄电池产生短时返充电。
进一步地,所述的电子刹车系统还连接深度调节系统,所述的深度调节系统包括:与所述的控制器相连接的线性霍尔刹把或指拨、电门锁、转把及用于检测转把位置的传感器,所述的控制器集成以下电路单元:
检测单元,用于检测所述的线性霍尔刹把或指拨是否按下;
电门锁检测单元,用于检测所述的电门锁是否打开;
转把角度调控单元,用于当检测到所述的转把从最低位转到最高位时,从所述的最高位开始往下调节,如果在最高位放开所述的线性霍尔刹把或指拨,这时的电子刹车系统的刹车深度最大,随着往下调节时放开所述的线性霍尔刹把或指拨,电子刹车系统的刹车深度也会随之降低,此时调整好的电子刹车系统深度自动存入所述的控制器。
进一步地,所述的电动车包括电动滑板车、电动自行车。
实施本实用新型的一种电子刹车系统,具有以下有益的技术效果:
本实用新型当有电刹信号时,能在断电的同时将霍尔信号人为调整,使电机处于反转状态,相当于将磁场逆转,达到迅速制动的效果。

请参阅图1,本实用新型的实施例,一种电子刹车系统1,用于电动车上,电子刹车系统包括安装于所述的电动车上的控制器10,与控制器10相连接的蓄电池20、充电电池30、无刷电机40及用于检测无刷电机40的定子和转子的相对位置信号的多个霍尔元件50,控制器10具有以下电路单元:
模数转换单元101,用于将所述的多个霍尔元件50采集到的信号模拟量转化为数字量;
采集单元102,用于采集正常驱动信号和/或刹车信号;
刹车调整单元103,用于接收到所述的采集单元102的获得的刹车信号时,发送断电信号及要求多个霍尔元件50进行反转的信号;
电机驱动单元104,用于当获得断电信号及要求多个霍尔元件50进行反转的信号时,进行数/模转换,执行刹车动作,使无刷电机40停止运转。
本实用新型是一种充分利用无刷系统电子换向的特点,使用线性霍尔元件调节输出,可通过编程控制电机的不同运动状态,从而达到电动车制动的电子刹车系统。电子刹车系统内含2套电机驱动程序,第1套是正常状态,控制电机的正常驱动、刹车断电;第2套为电刹控制程序,当有电刹信号时,程序启动,断电的同时将霍尔信号人为(程控)调整,使电机处于反转状态,相当于将磁场逆转,达到迅速制动的效果。
多个霍尔元件50的数目为3个。
用无刷电机系统的三相六状态PWM驱动方式,检测电机定子和转子相对位置的3个霍尔元件产生的8个信号:001、010、011、100、101、110、111、000,控制器10自动删除两个非法状态:000、111,从六个状态信号产生电机驱动信号。
充电电池30在制动瞬间和下坡制动时会对蓄电池20产生短时返充电。电子刹车系统不会消耗蓄电池电能,相反,在制动瞬间和下坡制动时会对电池产生短时返充电,虽然作用时间短,但对于电池极板却可以起到一定的维护效果,有利于延长电池的使用寿命。
电子刹车系统1还连接深度调节系统2,所述的深度调节系统包括:与控制器10相连接的线性霍尔刹把21(或指拨)、电门锁22、转把23及用于检测转把23位置的传感器24,控制器10还集成以下电路单元:
检测单元31,用于检测线性霍尔刹把21否按下;
电门锁检测单元32,用于检测电门锁22是否打开;
转把角度调控单元33,用于当检测到转把23从最低位转到最高位时,从最高位开始往下调节,如果在最高位放开线性霍尔刹把21,这时的电子刹车系统1的刹车深度最大,随着往下调节时放开线性霍尔刹把21,电子刹车系统1的刹车深度也会随之降低,此时调整好的电子刹车系统1深度自动存入所述的控制器10。
深度调节系统2提供用户可根据自己骑行的舒适度来自行调整电子刹车系统的刹车深度,可实现从最弱到最强的调整,调整方法:
深度调节系统2开始工作,先按下线性霍尔刹把21,再打开电门锁22,然后将转把23从最低位转到最高位,再从高位开始往下调节,如果在最高位放开线性霍尔刹把21,这时的电子刹车系统的刹车深度最大,随着往下调节时放开刹把,电子刹车系统的刹车深度也会随之降低,此时调整好的电子刹车系统深度自动存入控制器10(单片机)。
该系统的特点,可根据实际需要调节制动力矩的强弱,从而改变制动距离的长短,可靠、平稳、安全;
实施本实用新型的一种电子刹车系统,具有以下有益的技术效果:
本实用新型当有电刹信号时,能在断电的同时将霍尔信号人为调整,使电机处于反转状态,相当于将磁场逆转,达到迅速制动的效果。

  1. 一种电子刹车系统,用于电动车上,所述的电子刹车系统包括安装于所述的电动车上的控制器,与所述的控制器相连接的蓄电池、充电电池、无刷电机及用于检测所述的无刷电机的定子和转子的相对位置信号的多个霍尔元件,其特征在于:所述的控制器具有以下电路单元:
    模数转换单元,用于将所述的多个霍尔元件采集到的信号模拟量转化为数字量;
    采集单元,用于采集正常驱动信号和/或刹车信号;
    刹车调整单元,用于接收到所述的采集单元的获得的刹车信号时,发送断电信号及要求多个霍尔元件进行反转的信号;
    电机驱动单元,用于当获得所述的断电信号及要求多个霍尔元件进行反转的信号时,进行数/模转换,执行刹车动作,使所述的无刷电机停止运转。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电子刹车系统,其特征在于,所述的多个霍尔元件的数目为3个。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的电子刹车系统,其特征在于,所述的3个霍尔元件产生8个信号:001、010、011、100、101、110、111、000,所述的控制器自动删除两个非法状态:000、111,从六个状态信号产生电机驱动信号。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的电子刹车系统,其特征在于,所述的充电电池在制动瞬间和下坡制动时会对所述的蓄电池产生短时返充电。
  5. 根据权利要求1至4任一项所述的电子刹车系统,其特征在于,所述的电子刹车系统还连接深度调节系统,所述的深度调节系统包括:与所述的控制器相连接的线性霍尔刹把或指拨、电门锁、转把及用于检测转把位置的传感器,所述的控制器集成以下电路单元:
    检测单元,用于检测所述的线性霍尔刹把或指拨是否按下;
    电门锁检测单元,用于检测所述的电门锁是否打开;
    转把角度调控单元,用于当检测到所述的转把从最低位转到最高位时,从所述的最高位开始往下调节,如果在最高位放开所述的线性霍尔刹把或指拨,这时的电子刹车系统的刹车深度最大,随着往下调节时放开所述的线性霍尔刹把或指拨,电子刹车系统的刹车深度也会随之降低,此时调整好的电子刹车系统深度自动存入所述的控制器。
