在本申请实施例提供的方案中,在确定提供终端所需的移动性管理支持时,预先根据终端与移动性管理或移动性有关的信息确定终端的移动性管理映射关系或移动性映射关系,该映射关系表明了在终端所处的条件下需提供的移动性支持级别或移动性管理机制,这样再根据终端的移动性管理映射关系或移动性映射关系确定对终端提供的移动性支持级别或移动性管理机制。
进一步的,在确定移动性支持级别或移动性管理机制后,便可在对终端提供移动性管理过程中向提供移动性支持的相关的设备实体提供移动性支持级别或移动性管理机制的指示。
而提供移动性支持的相关的设备实体则在接到指示后,根据指示为终端提供移动性管理即可。
综上可知,采用本申请实施例中提供的方案可以实现按需移动性管理。

具体实施方式
在支持多种业务多种类终端的下一代网络中,按需移动性管理已经成为提高网络资源利用效率的关键技术之一。然而目前还没有相关的技术来在网络中实现按需移动性管理,因此,本申请实施例中提出了一种按需移动性管理的方案。下面结合附图对本申请的具体实施方式进行说明。
在说明过程中,将从信息服务器与网络侧、终端侧的实施进行说明,其中信息服务器将说明信息建立的过程,网络侧将说明按需提供移动性管理的过程,还将用实例说明为终端侧提供移动性管理的过程,然后还将给出三者配合实施的实例以更好地理解本申请实施例中给出的方案的实施。这样的说明方式并不意味着三者必须配合实施、或者必须单独实施,实际上,当信息服务器与网络侧、终端侧分开实施时,其也各自解决信息服务器与网络侧的问题,而三者结合使用时,会获得更好的技术效果。

实施中,移动性管理主要指网络为终端提供的服务,由网络决定;而移动性是指终端的移动属性,用于描述终端,由终端自身的移动行为决定。
移动性管理映射关系主要是指终端所处条件和网络对此时终端所提供的移动性支持级别或移动性管理机制之间的映射关系;
移动性映射关系指终端所处条件与终端的移动性等级之间的映射关系。
具体的,移动性管理映射关系可能也需要通过移动性映射关系来确定。
实施中,在使用移动性映射关系确定对终端提供的移动性管理级别或机制时,需要考虑根据终端所处的条件是因为“移动性管理映射关系”是单一的表项,一旦“移动性管理映射关系”确定后,网络可以直接确定出移动性支持级别或移动性管理机制。具体可参见下述移动性管理映射关系的具体内容,如:设定签约业务类型为IMS语音/视频业务,终端类型为smart phone,所需的移动性管理为较高的移动性支持级别。
而根据移动性映射关系确定移动性支持级别或移动性管理机制时,移动性映射关系只 是需要考虑的因素之一,网络还可能考虑终端的其他因素,例如终端属性等,具体可包括终端的类型,终端上的业务的连续性要求,终端的用户签约等。
图2为处理移动性管理的方法实施流程示意图,如图所示,可以包括:
步骤201、接收对终端提供移动性支持级别或移动性管理机制的指示;
步骤202、根据所述指示为终端提供相应的移动性管理。

具体实施中,对于通过运营商或网络对该移动性支持级别或移动性管理机制进行更新和/或调整,根据实际需要,移动性管理映射关系是终端所处的条件与所需的移动性支持级别或移动性管理机制,但是在根据移动性管理映射关系确定出对终端提供的移动性支持级别或移动性管理机制后,还可以根据实际需求进行修改或者调整,具体的可以直接被运营商或网络修改,例如通过网络运营系统中的策略控制功能对它直接进行修改。
实施中,所述终端的移动性等级,可以包括以下信息之一:
无移动性,受限的移动性,低移动性,无限制移动性。
实施中,在确定对终端提供的移动性支持级别或移动性管理机制后,还可以进一步包括:
向按移动性支持级别或移动性管理机制对终端提供移动性管理支持的设备给出指示。
具体的,在提供确定移动性支持级别或移动性管理机制的设备上确定级别或机制后,便可指示具体的RAN或者CN上的提供移动性管理支持服务的设备开始执行,以给终端提供所需的移动性支持,在指示时,该指示的目的是告知提供移动性管理支持的具体设备 执行移动性支持,因此具体的指示方式以及内容可以按照实践需要进行设定,这是本领域技术人员容易理解的。
实施中,按移动性支持级别或移动性管理机制对终端提供移动性管理支持的设备,是根据需要提供服务的移动性管理子功能,和/或,各移动性管理子功能的位置确定的。
实施中,需要提供服务的移动性管理子功能包括以下功能之一或者其组合:切换控制,位置注册,寻呼。
实施中,各移动性管理子功能的位置位于RAN(Radio Access Network,无线接入网),或者CN(Core Network,核心网)。
具体实施中:
运营商与用户签约时,根据终端类型,SIM(Subscriber Identity Module,用户识别模块)卡类型,签约业务类型等确定该终端用户的初始签约的移动性支持级别并写入签约信息。后续基于该终端的移动轨迹进行数据挖掘,获取终端的移动性规律,对该终端签约的移动性支持级别进行修改并保存。
当终端接入网络时,网络侧根据终端请求的业务信息以及其所在的位置信息,在签约信息中保存的签约的移动性支持级别中进行查找,获取终端当前的移动性支持级别,根据获取的移动性支持级别,并确定相应的移动性管理功能为终端提供服务。
下面再以实例进行具体说明,在实例的说明中将主要以移动性管理映射关系为例进行说明,但本领域技术人员容易根据移动性管理映射关系与移动性映射关系的共性与不同设计出相应的涉及移动性映射关系的方案。
实施例1,签约信息中的移动性管理级别
定义未来5G网络中签约的移动性支持级别或者移动性管理机制,例如Level I,Level II,Level III;Centralized MM,Distributed MM……
运营商与用户签约时,根据终端类型,签约业务等确定该终端用户的初始签约的移动性支持级别并写入签约信息,例如针对签订了IMS(IP Multimedia System,IP多媒体子系统)语音/视频业务的smart phone(智能手机),写入较高的移动性支持级别,对于签订小数据传输的机器通信类终端,写入移动性受限的支持级别。如下表4-1所示:

另外,运营商在确定终端的移动性支持级别或者移动性管理机制还考虑到终端的通信模式,例如终端永远处于连接态,终端只支持单向数据发送(e.g.MO(Mobile originated)only),终端使用offline(离线)数据传输模式,终端使用游牧接入模式等。基于终端通信模式的考虑,在最终对终端使用的移动性管理机制中,向终端提供不同的位置管理,例如针对永远处于连接态的终端不提供位置管理功能,对于只支持单向数据发送的终端(MO only)不提供Paging(寻呼)功能。因此终端的签约中可能包含通信模式或与位置管理方法相关的信息。进一步的,终端的通信模式还可能有多种,终端可以在不同场景下,例如不同时段,不同地点,或者基于用户的不同设置,采用不同的通信模式或位置管理方法,因此终端的签约中还可能包含不同通信场景下的通信模式或位置管理方法相关的信息。
后续运营过程中,基于终端的移动规律和业务类型(例如如果终端用户订阅的业务种类发生变化),运营商的网络运营支撑系统对终端的可能移动性支持级别进行修改,表4-2为smart phone的签约示例:

实施例2
终端接入时,确定终端当前的移动性管理级别或者移动性管理机制。
当终端接入网络时,网络中的移动性支持级别确定功能需要确定当前提供给终端的移动性支持级别或者移动性管理机制,该过程中,网络需要获取终端请求的业务的描述,终端的位置,以及终端的签约信息。
图3为确定终端当前移动性支持级别流程示意图,如图所示,可以包括:
步骤301、接收终端接入请求,获取当前TAI(Tracking Area ID,跟踪区标识)和Application ID(应用标识);
步骤302、查找用户签约信息,确定当前的移动性支持级别或者移动性管理机制;
步骤303、确定移动性管理具体机制;
步骤304、在RAN(Radio Access Network,无线接入网)和/或CN(Core Network,核心网)使用相应的移动性管理子功能。
移动性支持级别确定功能根据终端请求的业务描述和/或终端位置查找终端签约信息中的签约的移动性支持级别或者移动性管理机制,找到对应的移动性支持级别或者移动性管理机制,移动性支持级别确定功能即可确定相应的移动性管理机制,随后使用相关的各控制面移动性管理子功能为终端提供服务,例如切换管理,位置管理等。
如果终端接入时,仅进行控制面注册,没有请求任何业务,即既没有请求建立用户面连接也没有请求小数据传输,移动性支持级别确定功能应能直接确定或者根据签约中的潜在移动性支持级别确定其移动性支持级别。
另外,若签约信息中包含终端的通信模式或位置管理方法相关的信息,则网络还根据相关信息,确定移动性支持级别或者移动性管理机制;或签约信息中包含终端的多种通信 模式或位置管理方法,则网络还需获取终端当前的通信,并根据终端当前的通信模型确定最终的移动性管理中的位置管理功能。
实施例3
已接入终端请求新的业务时,确定终端当前的移动性管理级别和/或移动性管理机制。
如果终端当前仅进行控制面注册,没有获取任何业务,则网络中的移动性支持级别确定功能获取终端请求的业务描述和/或终端位置查找终端签约信息中的签约的移动性支持级别或者移动性管理机制,找到对应的移动性支持级别或者移动性管理机制,并确定具体的移动性管理机制。随后针对该终端,仅使用该移动性管理机制服务。
如果终端当前已经获取业务,则网络中的移动性支持级别确定功能获取终端请求的业务描述和/或终端位置,查找终端签约信息中的签约的移动性支持级别或者移动性管理机制,找到对应的移动性支持级别或者移动性管理机制,并确定具体的移动性管理机制。若该移动性管理机制已经被用于向终端提供服务,则使用已有的移动性管理功能向终端提供服务,否则启用该移动性管理机制向终端提供服务,即同时使用多种移动性管理机制向终端提供服务。
实施例4
终端切换或位置更新时,确定终端当前的移动性管理级别或者移动性管理机制。
图4为终端位置变化后确定其当前移动性支持级别流程示意图,如图所示,可以包括:
步骤401、终端发生切换或位置更新后,获取终端位置信息,例如TAI;
步骤402、根据新位置信息和/或业务信息确定移动性管理级别或者移动性管理机制;
步骤403、移动性管理级别是否相同?是则转入步骤404,否则转入步骤405;
步骤404、继续使用原移动性管理机制;
步骤405、根据新的移动性支持级别或者移动性管理机制确定新的具体移动性管理机制;
步骤406、在RAN和/或CN使用相应的移动性管理子功能。
当终端发生切换或位置更新后,网络中的移动性支持级别确定功能需根据终端切换后的位置,进一步的,根据终端获取的业务信息,获取终端当前的移动性支持级别和/或具体移动性管理机制。
实施例5
根据确定的移动性支持级别或者移动性管理机制,确定具体的移动性管理机制。
图5为按需移动性管理机制中的移动性管理功能分布示意图,在网络中的移动性支持级别确定功能确定终端当前的移动性支持级别或者移动性管理机制后,确定合适的移动性 管理机制,最终确定需要提供服务的移动性管理子功能,例如切换控制,位置注册,寻呼等,并且确定各移动性管理子功能的位置,例如位于RAN(Radio Access Network,无线接入网)或CN(Core Network,核心网),如在图5所示的架构中,控制面移动性管理子功能可以在本地服务中心或者网络服务中心,移动性锚点可以使用本地移动性锚点或者中心移动性锚点。如果网络中的移动性支持级别确定功能根据终端当前的移动性支持级别或者移动性管理机制,确定出的移动性管理机制要求使用RAN侧移动性管理子功能提供服务,但是网络在RAN侧并没有部署相关的服务,例如没有部署图5所示的Local service Center,则移动性支持级别确定功能应能够调整移动性管理机制,使用核心网中相应的移动性管理功能。
基于同一发明构思,本申请实施例中还提供了一种提供移动性管理支持的装置、一种处理移动性管理的装置,由于这些装置解决问题的原理与一种提供移动性管理支持的方法、一种移动性管理的处理方法相似,因此这些设备的实施可以参见方法的实施,重复之处不再赘述。

  35. 如权利要求31所述的装置,其特征在于,处理器进一步用于采用包括以下信息之一或者其组合的所述终端所处的条件:
    终端的类型,终端所处的时段,终端所处的地点,用户在终端上的设置,终端在网络中的状态,终端请求的业务。
  36. 如权利要求31所述的装置,其特征在于,处理器进一步用于在根据终端的移动性管理映射关系,确定对终端提供的移动性支持级别或移动性管理机制时,根据终端的移动性信息确定终端所处的条件;根据终端所处的条件,从终端的移动性管理映射关系中,确定出终端的移动性支持级别或移动性管理机制。
  37. 如权利要求31所述的装置,其特征在于,处理器进一步用于在根据终端所处的条件和终端的移动性映射关系,确定对终端提供的移动性支持级别或移动性管理机制时,根据终端的移动性信息确定终端所处的条件;根据终端所处的条件及移动性映射关系确定终端的移动性等级;根据终端的属性和终端的移动性等级确定对终端提供的移动性支持级别或移动性管理机制。
  38. 如权利要求31所述的装置,其特征在于,处理器进一步用于在终端的签约信息中或者网络配置信息中确定所述终端的移动性管理映射关系或所述终端的移动性映射关系。
  39. 如权利要求31所述的装置,其特征在于,处理器进一步用于通过运营商或网络对所述终端的移动性管理映射关系或移动性映射关系进行更新和/或调整;和/或,在确定对终端提供的移动性支持级别或移动性管理机制后,通过运营商或网络对该移动性支持级别或移动性管理机制进行更新和/或调整。
  40. 如权利要求31所述的装置,其特征在于,处理器进一步用于采用包括以下信息之一的移动性等级:无移动性,受限的移动性,低移动性,无限制移动性。
  41. 如权利要求31至40任一所述的装置,其特征在于,处理器还用于:
    在确定对终端提供的移动性支持级别或移动性管理机制后,向按移动性支持级别或移动性管理机制对终端提供移动性管理支持的设备给出指示。
  42. 如权利要求31所述的装置,其特征在于,处理器进一步用于根据需要提供服务的移动性管理子功能,和/或,各移动性管理子功能的位置确定按移动性支持级别或移动性管理机制对终端提供移动性管理支持的设备。
  43. 如权利要求42所述的装置,其特征在于,需要提供服务的移动性管理子功能包括以下功能之一或者其组合:切换控制,位置注册,寻呼。
  44. 如权利要求42所述的装置,其特征在于,各移动性管理子功能的位置位于RAN或者CN。
  45. 一种移动性管理的处理装置,其特征在于,包括:
    处理器,用于读取存储器中的程序,执行下列过程:
    根据所述指示为终端提供相应的移动性管理;
    收发机,用于在处理器的控制下接收发送数据,执行下列过程:
    接收对终端提供移动性支持级别或移动性管理机制的指示。
