- 如权利要求31所述的装置,其特征在于,处理器进一步用于确定包括以下信息之一或者其组合的所述终端与移动性管理有关的信息,或者,所述终端与移动性有关的信息:终端类型、SIM卡类型,签约业务类型,终端所处的时段,终端所处的地点,用户在终端上的设置,终端在网络中的状态,终端请求的业务。
- 如权利要求31所述的装置,其特征在于,处理器进一步用于采用基于以下信息之一或者其组合而生成的所述移动性管理映射关系或所述移动性映射关系:终端类型,SIM卡类型,签约业务类型,终端的移动性规律,终端的通信模型,网络运营策略。
- 如权利要求33所述的装置,其特征在于,处理器进一步用于采用包括以下关系的移动性管理映射关系:签约业务类型为IMS语音/视频业务,终端类型为smart phone,所需的移动性管理为较高的移动性支持级别;或,签约业务类型为小数据传输,终端类型为机器通信类终端,所需的移动性管理为移动性受限的支持级别;或,终端的通信模式为永远处于连接态,所需的移动性管理为不提供位置管理功能;或,终端的通信模式为只支持终端发起的单向数据,所需的移动性管理为不提供Paging功能;或,终端处于特定的移动区域或者特定的时间段或者有限的移动范围内,所需的移动性管理为移动性受限的支持级别,并可使用本地移动性锚点。
- 如权利要求31所述的装置,其特征在于,处理器进一步用于采用包括以下信息之一或者其组合的所述终端所处的条件:终端的类型,终端所处的时段,终端所处的地点,用户在终端上的设置,终端在网络中的状态,终端请求的业务。
- 如权利要求31所述的装置,其特征在于,处理器进一步用于在根据终端的移动性管理映射关系,确定对终端提供的移动性支持级别或移动性管理机制时,根据终端的移动性信息确定终端所处的条件;根据终端所处的条件,从终端的移动性管理映射关系中,确定出终端的移动性支持级别或移动性管理机制。
- 如权利要求31所述的装置,其特征在于,处理器进一步用于在根据终端所处的条件和终端的移动性映射关系,确定对终端提供的移动性支持级别或移动性管理机制时,根据终端的移动性信息确定终端所处的条件;根据终端所处的条件及移动性映射关系确定终端的移动性等级;根据终端的属性和终端的移动性等级确定对终端提供的移动性支持级别或移动性管理机制。
- 如权利要求31所述的装置,其特征在于,处理器进一步用于在终端的签约信息中或者网络配置信息中确定所述终端的移动性管理映射关系或所述终端的移动性映射关系。
- 如权利要求31所述的装置,其特征在于,处理器进一步用于通过运营商或网络对所述终端的移动性管理映射关系或移动性映射关系进行更新和/或调整;和/或,在确定对终端提供的移动性支持级别或移动性管理机制后,通过运营商或网络对该移动性支持级别或移动性管理机制进行更新和/或调整。
- 如权利要求31所述的装置,其特征在于,处理器进一步用于采用包括以下信息之一的移动性等级:无移动性,受限的移动性,低移动性,无限制移动性。
- 如权利要求31至40任一所述的装置,其特征在于,处理器还用于:在确定对终端提供的移动性支持级别或移动性管理机制后,向按移动性支持级别或移动性管理机制对终端提供移动性管理支持的设备给出指示。
- 如权利要求31所述的装置,其特征在于,处理器进一步用于根据需要提供服务的移动性管理子功能,和/或,各移动性管理子功能的位置确定按移动性支持级别或移动性管理机制对终端提供移动性管理支持的设备。
- 如权利要求42所述的装置,其特征在于,需要提供服务的移动性管理子功能包括以下功能之一或者其组合:切换控制,位置注册,寻呼。
- 如权利要求42所述的装置,其特征在于,各移动性管理子功能的位置位于RAN或者CN。
- 一种移动性管理的处理装置,其特征在于,包括:处理器,用于读取存储器中的程序,执行下列过程:根据所述指示为终端提供相应的移动性管理;收发机,用于在处理器的控制下接收发送数据,执行下列过程:接收对终端提供移动性支持级别或移动性管理机制的指示。
