背景技术
在当前标准中,终端请求的切片如果被拒,实际上该切片可能只是在注册区域(Registration Area,RA)内的某个跟踪区(Registration Area,TA)中被拒绝,但网络侧会告知终端在整个RA内都无法使用该切片,以致于终端在整个RA内都无法使用该切片,只有等到相关计时器到期、终端移动出该RA或者终端关机等情况,才能再次使用该切片,导致切片的使用效率较低。
发明内容
本申请实施例提供一种通信方法、终端及网络侧设备,能够解决终端与网络侧设备通信的问题。
第一方面,提供了一种通信方法,应用于终端,该方法包括:
终端向网络侧设备发送第一消息,第一消息用于请求使用请求切片与网络侧设备建立连接;
终端接收网络侧设备发送的第二消息;第二消息携带用于指示是否支持在目标跟踪区TA内使用请求切片的信息。

图1a示出本申请实施例可应用的一种无线通信系统的框图。无线通信系统包括终端11和网络侧设备12。其中,终端11可以是手机、平板电脑(Tablet Personal Computer)、膝上型电脑(Laptop Computer)或称为笔记本电脑、个人数字助理(Personal Digital Assistant,PDA)、掌上电脑、上网本、超级移动个人计算机(ultra-mobile personal computer,UMPC)、移动上网装置(Mobile Internet Device,MID)、增强现实(augmented reality,AR)/虚拟现实(virtual reality,VR)设备、机器人、可穿戴式设备(Wearable Device)、车载设备(VUE)、行人终端(PUE)、智能家居(具有无线通信功能的家居设备,如冰箱、电视、洗衣机或者家具等)、游戏机、个人计算机(personal computer,PC)、柜员机或者自助机等终端侧设备,可穿戴式设备包括:智能手表、智能手环、智能耳机、智能眼镜、智能首饰(智能手镯、智能手链、智能戒指、智能项链、智能脚镯、智能脚链等)、智能腕带、智能服装等。需要说明的是,在本申请实施例并不限定终端11的具体类型。网络侧设备12可以包括接入网设备或核心网设备,其中,接入网设备12也可以称为无线接入网设备、无线接入网(Radio Access Network,RAN)、无线接入网功能或无线接入网单元。接入网设备12可以包括基站、WLAN接入点或WiFi节点等,基站可被称为节点B、演进节点B(eNB)、接入点、基收发机站(Base Transceiver Station,BTS)、无线电基站、无线电收发机、基本服务集(Basic Service Set,BSS)、扩展服务集(Extended Service Set,ESS)、家 用B节点、家用演进型B节点、发送接收点(Transmitting Receiving Point,TRP)或领域中其他某个合适的术语,只要达到相同的技术效果,基站不限于特定技术词汇,需要说明的是,在本申请实施例中仅以NR系统中的基站为例进行介绍,并不限定基站的具体类型。核心网设备可以包含但不限于如下至少一项:核心网节点、核心网功能、移动管理实体(Mobility Management Entity,MME)、接入移动管理功能(Access and Mobility Management Function,AMF)、会话管理功能(Session Management Function,SMF)、用户平面功能(User Plane Function,UPF)、策略控制功能(Policy Control Function,PCF)、策略与计费规则功能单元(Policy and Charging Rules Function,PCRF)、边缘应用服务发现功能(Edge Application Server Discovery Function,EASDF)、统一数据管理(Unified Data Management,UDM),统一数据仓储(Unified Data Repository,UDR)、归属用户服务器(Home Subscriber Server,HSS)、集中式网络配置(Centralized network configuration,CNC)、网络存储功能(Network Repository Function,NRF),网络开放功能(Network Exposure Function,NEF)、本地NEF(Local NEF,或L-NEF)、绑定支持功能(Binding Support Function,BSF)、应用功能(Application Function,AF)等。需要说明的是,在本申请实施例中仅以NR系统中的核心网设备为例进行介绍,并不限定核心网设备的具体类型。
为了便于更加清晰地理解本申请各实施例,首先对一些相关的背景知识进行如下介绍。
RA和TA
在网络部署时,AMF可能在一个RA区域里建立了多个TA。当终端发起注册,AMF会给UE分配一个跟踪区列表(Tracking Area Identity List,TAI list)(例如最多16个),这个TAI list就是终端的注册区域(RA)。在此RA内,终端无需进行注册更新,当终端移动出此RA区域时,UE需要主动发起移动性注册更新。可以看到,网络建立RA和TA的概念的目的之一是为了无需让UE频繁的发起移动性注册更新,只有在移动出了RA之后才需要UE主动发起移动性的注册更新,以节省网络的信令负载。
切片的允许和拒绝
在注册流程中,首先终端会发送注册请求消息给网络侧设备,终端会将请求切片信息上报给网络,请求切片信息中包含一个或多个单个网络切片选择辅助信息(Single Network Slice Selection Assistance Information,S-NSSAI),网络侧设备根据终端签约情况以及当前网络状况,判断是否允许为请求切片提供服务。如果可以为请求切片提供服务,则将该切片S-NSSAI放入允许allowed NSSAI中回复给终端;如果无法为请求切片提供服务,则将该切片S-NSSAI放入拒绝rejected NSSAI中回复给终端。可选 的,如果终端在注册请求消息中的终端能力指示信息(5GMM capability IE)中指示支持扩展拒绝网络切片选择辅助信息(extended rejected NSSAI),那么网络侧设备还会将无法服务的切片信息放入extended rejected NSSAI中回复给终端。
在回复rejected NSSAI时,网络侧设备可能会携带原因(cause)值“切片在当前注册区域不可用”,即该切片在整个RA内都是不可用的。例如,如图1b所示,终端在TA 1中发起S-NSSAI的注册,并且在TA1中被拒了,网络侧使用的原因值是“切片在当前注册区域不可用”,那么终端当前是不能使用该切片的。但是当终端移动到了TA 2或者TA 3时,这两个TA是可以支持该切片的。现有技术不支持终端在该区域使用切片。切片的使用效率就被大大降低了。这样切片整个RA中的所有TA都是不可用的,只有以下情形可以使用:
关闭终端、终端移出当前注册区域,删除包含全球用户识别卡(Universal Subscriber Identity Module,USIM)的通用集成电路卡(Universal Integrated Circuit Card,UICC),更新具有当前独立非公共网络(Stand-alone Non-Public Network,SNPN)的独立非公共网络SNPN标识的“用户数据列表”条目,或者删除或删除被拒绝的S-NSSAI。
下面结合附图,通过一些实施例及其应用场景对本申请实施例提供的通信方法进行详细地说明。
图2是本申请实施例提供的通信方法的流程示意图之一。如图2所示,本实施例提供的方法,包括步骤S201和步骤S202。
步骤201、终端向网络侧设备发送第一消息,第一消息用于请求使用请求切片与网络侧设备建立连接。
具体地,为了实现终端与网络侧设备的通信,终端向网络侧设备发送第一消息,其中,第一消息用于请求使用请求切片与网络侧设备建立连接;可选地,第一消息中包括请求切片的信息,请求切片中包含一个或多个S-NSSAI,进而网络侧设备就可以基于第一消息中的请求切片的信息、终端签约情况以及当前网络状况,确定是否可以使用请求切片与终端建立连接和通信。
步骤202、终端接收网络侧设备发送的第二消息;第二消息携带用于指示是否支持在目标跟踪区TA内使用请求切片的信息。
具体地,在当前标准中,终端请求的切片如果被拒,网络侧会告知终端在整个RA内都无法使用该切片,导致切片的使用效率较低。为了解决上述切片使用效率低的问题,本申请实施例中网络侧设备在接收到终端发送的请求切片的信息后,网络侧设备向终端发送第二消息,其中,第二消息携带用于指示是否支持在目标跟踪区TA内使用请求切片的信息,即网络侧设备通过发送第二消息告知终端在跟踪区TA内是否可以使用请求切片,从而终端在接收到第二消息后就可以基于TA的粒度进行切片的选择和使 用,使得终端可以更加高效的使用切片,提升了切片的使用效率,解决了在同一RA下所有TA内切片均无法使用的问题。
上述实施例的方法,通过网络侧设备向终端发送第二信息,携带是否支持在目标跟踪区TA内使用请求切片的信息,使得终端在接收到第二消息后就可以基于TA的粒度进行切片的选择和使用,可以有效的提升切片的使用效率,使得终端可以更加高效的使用切片。
在一实施例中,第二消息包括以下至少一项:
至少一个第一切片的信息、第一指示信息;第一指示信息用于指示至少一个第一切片在当前TA内不可用;其中,第一切片为请求切片中的切片;目标跟踪区TA包括当前TA;或,
第二消息包括以下至少一项:
至少一个第一切片的信息、至少一个第一切片中每个第一切片对应的第一TA的信息、至少一个第二切片的信息、至少一个第二切片中每个第二切片对应的第二TA的信息、第二指示信息;第一TA为不支持使用第一切片的TA;第二TA为支持使用第二切片的TA,第二指示信息用于指示第一切片在第一TA内不可用;其中,第一切片或第二切片为请求切片中的切片;目标跟踪区TA包括第一TA或第二TA;或,
第二消息包括以下至少一项:
至少一个第三切片的信息、第三TA的信息、第三指示信息;第三指示信息用于指示第三TA为支持使用第三切片的TA或不支持使用第三切片的TA;目标TA包括第三TA;第三切片为请求切片中的切片。
具体地,本申请实施例中,网络侧设备通过向终端发送是否支持在目标跟踪区TA内使用请求切片的第二消息,使得终端在接收到第二消息后就可以基于TA的粒度进行切片的选择和使用,提高了切片的利用效率。可选地,本申请实施例中第一TA、第二TA、第三TA和目标TA可以为当前注册区域所包含的TA,也可以是其他注册区域所包含的TA;可选地,一个第一切片对应一个或多个第一TA、一个第二切片对应一个或多个第二TA;可选地,一个第一TA对应一个或多个第一切片、一个第二TA对应一个或多个第二切片。
可选地,第二消息中包括以下至少一项:至少一个第一切片的信息、第一指示信息;第一指示信息用于指示第一切片在当前TA内不可用其中,当前TA为终端向网络侧设备发送第一消息时终端所处的TA,即网络侧设备通过第二消息中的第一指示信息,指示第一切片在当前TA内不可用,从而使得终端在接收到第二消息中的第一指示信息和第一切片的信息后,就可以确定其在当前TA内不可以使用第一切片,终端可以在当前TA内选择其他切片与网络侧设备建立连接和通信,当终端移出当前TA时,第一切片则可以被再次使用。也就是网络侧设备在收到终端的请求之后,根据切片在RA 下的多个TA的适用情况,通过新增指示信息(原因cause值)将切片在当前TA不适用的信息告知终端,从而终端在收到指示信息之后,结合当前所在的TA信息,就可以确定是否可以在当前的TA中使用切片。
可选地,第二消息中包括以下至少一项:至少一个第一切片的信息、至少一个第一切片中每个第一切片对应的第一TA的信息、至少一个第二切片的信息、至少一个第二切片中每个第二切片对应的第二TA的信息、第二指示信息;也就是网络侧设备通过第二消息中的第一切片对应的第一TA的信息、第二切片对应的第二TA的信息及第二指示信息,告知终端第一切片在哪些TA可以使用及第二切片在哪些TA不可以使用,从而使得终端可以根据第二消息中的第一切片对应的第一TA的信息、第二切片对应的第二TA的信息及第二指示信息,并基于终端目前所在的TA信息,进行切片的选择和使用。
可选地,第二消息中包括以下至少一项:至少一个第三切片的信息、第三TA的信息、第三指示信息;第三指示信息用于指示第三TA为支持使用第三切片的TA或不支持使用第三切片的TA;也就是网络侧设备通过第二消息中的第三指示消息,指示哪些TA为支持使用第三切片的TA,哪些TA为不支持使用第三切片的TA,从而使得终端在接收到第二消息中的第三指示消息后,就可以基于第二消息中的第三指示消息确定是否可以在目标TA中使用第三切片与网络侧设备建立连接和通信,可选地,目标TA可以为当前RA或其它RA中的TA。即网络侧设备在收到终端的请求之后,根据切片在RA下的多个TA的适用情况,将基于切片粒度的支持使用切片和/或拒绝使用切片的TA列表信息告知终端;终端在收到基于切片粒度的支持使用切片和/或拒绝使用切片的TA列表信息之后,结合当前所在的TA信息,就可以确定是否可以在当前的TA中使用切片。
上述实施例的方法,网络侧设备通过在第二消息中携带指示信息、切片信息和/或TA信息,向终端进行TA粒度的切片适用信息指示,也就是网络侧设备在收到终端的请求之后,根据切片在RA下的多个TA的适用情况,可以将基于切片粒度的支持使用切片和/或拒绝使用切片的TA列表信息告知终端,也可以通过指示信息(新增cause值)将切片在当前TA不适用的信息告知终端进而终端在接收到指示信息和/或基于切片粒度的支持使用切片和/或拒绝使用切片的TA列表信息之后,终端就可以结合当前所在的TA信息,准确的确定是否可以在当前的TA中使用切片。本申请实施例的方法实现了多种方式对终端在跟踪区TA内是否可以使用请求切片的准确指示,灵活性较高。
在一实施例中,第二消息包括拒绝网络切片选择辅助信息NSSAI信息元素IE或第一IE,拒绝NSSAI IE或第一IE中包括至少一个第一切片中每个第一切片对应的拒绝 NSSAI域;各个第一切片对应的拒绝NSSAI域包括以下至少一项:第一切片的信息、第一指示信息;和/或,
第二消息包括扩展拒绝NSSAI IE,扩展拒绝NSSAI IE包括:部分扩展拒绝NSSAI列表域,部分扩展拒绝NSSAI列表域包括:至少一个第一切片中每个第一切片对应的拒绝NSSAI域;各个第一切片对应的拒绝NSSAI域包括以下至少一项:第一切片的信息、第一指示信息。
具体地,网络侧设备可以通过第二消息中的拒绝网络切片选择辅助信息NSSAI信息元素IE或第一IE,向终端指示是否支持在第一TA内使用第一切片;其中,第一IE可以为新定义的信息元素;可选地,如图3所示,拒绝NSSAI IE中包括至少一个第一切片中每个第一切片对应的拒绝NSSAI域;如图4所示,各个第一切片对应的拒绝NSSAI域包括以下至少一项:第一切片的信息、第一指示信息;可选地,第一指示信息为0100或0011,指示切片在当前TA不可用;可选地,当指示信息为0000时,表示网络切片在当前网络或专网不可用;当指示信息为0001时,表示网络切片在当前注册区域不可用;当指示信息为0010时,表示由于特定网络切片的身份验证和授权失败或已撤销,切片不可用;进而终端在接收到拒绝NSSAI IE或第一IE中的拒绝NSSAI域信息后,就可以通过拒绝NSSAI域中的信息确定第一切片在当前TA不可用,从而终端也就可以在当前TA内选择请求切片中的其他切片与网络侧设备建立通信和连接。

在一实施例中,第二消息包括拒绝网络切片选择辅助信息NSSAI信息元素IE或第一IE,拒绝NSSAI IE或第一IE中包括至少一个第一切片中每个第一切片对应的拒绝NSSAI域;各个第一切片对应的拒绝NSSAI域包括以下至少一项:第一切片的信息、第二指示信息、第一TA的信息;和/或,
第二消息包括扩展拒绝NSSAI IE,扩展拒绝NSSAI IE包括:部分扩展拒绝NSSAI列表域,部分扩展拒绝NSSAI列表域包括:至少一个第一切片中每个第一切片对应的拒绝NSSAI域;各个第一切片对应的拒绝NSSAI域包括以下至少一项:第一切片的信息、第二指示信息、第一TA的信息。

在一实施例中,第二消息包括NSSAI服务区域列表IE;NSSAI服务区域列表IE中包括至少一个NSSAI服务区域列表域,每个NSSAI服务区域列表域包括:第三切片的NSSAI字段、NSSAI服务区域列表字段、目标计时器字段,NSSAI服务区域列表字段包括以下至少一项:第三指示信息、第三TA的信息。
具体地,网络侧设备可以通过第二消息中的NSSAI服务区域列表IE,向终端指示是否支持在第三TA内使用第三切片;可选地,如图13所示NSSAI服务区域列表IE中包括至少一个NSSAI服务区域列表域,如图14所示NSSAI服务区域列表域包括:第三切片的NSSAI字段、NSSAI服务区域列表字段、目标计时器字段。可选地,当第三指示信息指示第三TA为不支持使用第三切片的TA时携带目标计时器字段,目标计时器字段用于指示在目标计时器字段对应的时间段内第三切片在第三TA内不可用,在目标计时器字段对应的时间段之后,终端可尝试在第三TA内使用第三切片。可选地,如图15a-图15d所示,NSSAI服务区域列表字段包括以下至少一项第三指示信息、第三TA的信息。其中,第三指示信息用于指示第三TA为支持使用第三切片的TA或不支持使用第三切片的TA;可选地,若第三指示信息为0,指示第三TA为支持使用第三切片的TA,则终端处于第三TA时则可以使用该第三切片,若第三指示信息指示为1,指示第三TA为不支持使用第三切片的TA,则终端处于第三TA时则不可以使用该第三切片,可选地,终端启动计时器,计时器可以为默认设置的值,也可以是网络侧设备在第二消息中的NSSAI服务区域列表IE中配置给终端的;可选地,只有当终端移动出第三TA时或者计时器到期之后第三切片才能被终端使用,终端需要在处于第三TA时选择其他切片与网络侧设备建立通信和连接。可选地,NSSAI服务区域列表域还包括:列表类型(Type of list)和元素数量(Number of elements),列表类型用于指示NSSAI服务区域列表域的类型,例如通过至少一个比特表示,00表示属于一个PLMN且具有非连续TAC值的TAC列表;01表示属于一个PLMN且具有连续TAC值的TAC列表;10表示属于不同PLMN的TAI列表;11表示注册区域中属于PLMN的所有TAI都在允许区域内。例如对于不同的列表类型,NSSAI服务区域列表字段的格式可能不同。如图15a、图15b所示,在第三指示信息用于指示第三TA为不支持使用第三切片的TA,元素数量用于指示NSSAI服务区域列表域中所包含的不支持使用第三切片的TA的数量;在第三指示信息用于指示第三TA为支持使用第三切片的TA,元素数量用于指示NSSAI服务区域列表域中所包含的支持使用第三切片的TA的数量。
图15a-图15c中跟踪区1的信息可以通过一个字节或多个字节表示,其它跟踪区类似,图15a-图15c中一行表示一个字节,从左到右表示从高位到低位,其它图类似。
例如,网络侧设备在第二消息中携带一个或多个S-NSSAI的TA列表,并通过指示信息指示TA列表为拒绝TA列表rejected TAI list和/或允许TA列表allowed TAI  list,可选地,拒绝TA列表rejected TAI list表示在该拒绝TA列表中的TA中拒绝使用某个切片,允许TA列表allowed TAI list表示在该允许TA列表中的TA中允许某个切片使用。
上述实施例的方法,网络侧设备通过在第二消息中的NSSAI服务区域列表IE中携带第三指示信息、第三TA的信息,指示第三TA为支持使用第三切片的TA或不支持使用第三切片的TA;进而终端在接收到第二消息后,就可以基于第二消息中的NSSAI服务区域列表IE确定在第三TA内切片是否可用,实现了终端基于TA粒度对切片的选择和使用,提高了切片的使用效率。
在一实施例中,第二消息包括扩展允许NSSAI IE,扩展允许NSSAI IE中包括至少一个第二切片中每个第二切片的允许NSSAI域;各个第二切片对应的允许NSSAI域包括以下至少一项:允许NSSAI域的长度、第二切片的NSSAI字段、第二TA的信息。
具体地,网络侧设备可以通过第二消息中的扩展允许NSSAI IE,向终端指示是否支持在第二TA内使用第二切片;可选地,如图16所示,扩展允许NSSAI IE中包括至少一个第二切片分别对应的允许NSSAI域;如图17所示,允许NSSAI域包括以下至少一项:允许NSSAI域的长度、第二切片的NSSAI字段、第二TA的信息;进而终端在接收到扩展允许NSSAI IE中的允许NSSAI域信息后,就可以通过允许NSSAI域中的信息确定第二切片在第二TA内可用,实现了终端基于TA粒度对切片的选择和使用。
上述实施例的方法,网络侧设备通过在第二消息中的扩展允许NSSAI IE中携带第二切片的NSSAI字段、第二TA的信息,使得终端在接收到第二消息后,就可以基于第二消息中的扩展允许NSSAI IE确定第二切片在第二TA内可用,实现了终端基于TA粒度对切片的选择和使用,提高了切片的使用效率。
在一实施例中,第一TA包括:在预设时间范围内不支持使用第一切片的TA。
具体地,第一TA包括在预设时间范围内不支持使用第一切片的TA,也就是在预设时间范围内目标跟踪区TA不支持使用第一切片,预设时间范围后终端可以尝试在目标跟踪区内使用第一切片,使得第一切片在目标跟踪区TA内得到了充分的利用,提高了切片的利用效率。
可选地,第二消息还包括第一计时器的信息;第一计时器用于指示在第一计时器到期后终端在第一TA中可使用第一切片。
具体地,在第一TA包括在预设时间范围内不支持使用第一切片的TA的情况下,网络侧设备通过在第二消息中携带第一计时器的信息,其中,第一计时器用于指示在第一计时器到期后终端在第一TA中可使用第一切片,也就使得终端在接收到第二消息 中的第一计时器并在第一计时器到期后,终端就可以尝试在第一TA中使用第一切片,使得第一切片在第一TA内得到了充分的利用,提高了切片的利用效率。
上述实施例的方法,在第一TA包括在预设时间范围内不支持使用第一切片的TA的情况下,网络侧设备通过在第二消息中携带第一计时器的信息,使得终端在接收到第二消息中的第一计时器并在第一计时器到期后,终端就可以尝试在第一TA中使用第一切片,使得第一切片在第一TA内得到了充分的利用,提高了切片的利用效率。
在一实施例中,终端接收网络侧设备发送的第二消息之后,还包括:
终端向网络侧设备发送第三消息;第三消息用于指示终端已接收到用于指示是否支持在目标跟踪区TA内使用请求切片的信息。
具体地,终端接收网络侧设备发送的第二消息之后,终端可以向网络侧设备发送第三消息,用于告知网络侧设备终端已接收到用于指示是否支持在跟踪区TA内使用请求切片的信息,进而网络侧设备和终端就可以基于目标跟踪区TA内可以使用的请求切片建立连接及通信,提高了切片的使用效率。
在一实施例中,终端接收网络侧设备发送的第二消息之后,还包括以下至少一项:
针对每个第一TA或当前TA,终端将第一TA或当前TA不支持使用的第一切片的信息加入第一TA或当前TA对应的拒绝切片列表;
针对每个第二TA,终端将第二TA支持使用的第二切片的信息加入第二TA对应的允许切片列表;
终端存储每一种接入类型下第一切片的信息及不支持使用第一切片的第一TA的信息;
终端存储每一种接入类型下第二切片的信息及支持使用第二切片的第二TA的信息;
启动第二计时器;第二计时器用于指示在第二计时器到期后,终端将第一切片从第一TA或当前TA下的拒绝切片列表中移出,终端在第一TA或当前TA中可使用第一切片。
可选地,如果第一消息中携带了第一计时器,则第二计时器的值和第一计时器的值相同,例如第一计时器和第二计时器的起始时间相同,计时时长相同。特别的,如果第一计时器的值为0或者负值,则不启动第二计时器;如果第一消息中没有携带第一计时器,则不启动第二计时器或者启动第二计时器为默认值。
具体地,终端在接收到网络侧设备发送的第二消息后,就可以基于第二消息中指示的是否支持在目标跟踪区TA内使用请求切片的信息,对第二消息中指示的切片适用信息进行处理,可选地,终端可以将至少一个第一切片加入其对应的至少一个第一TA或当前TA下的拒绝切片列表,从而终端在第一TA或当前TA时不可以使用第一切 片,终端需要选择请求切片中的其他切片进行使用;可选地,终端可以存储每一种接入类型下至少一个第一切片的信息及其对应的至少一个不支持使用第一切片的第一TA的信息,可选地,接入类型为第三代合作伙伴计划(3rd Generation Partnership Project,3GPP)接入类型或非3GPP接入类型,即终端可以存储第一切片的信息及不支持使用第一切片的第一TA的信息,则当终端位于第一TA时不可以使用第一切片,相应的,终端位于第一TA时可以使用请求切片中除过第一切片外其他的切片;可选地,终端可以存储每一种接入类型下第二切片的信息及支持使用第二切片的第二TA的信息,从而终端在位于第二TA时可以使用第二切片,实现了基于TA粒度对切片的使用,提高了切片的利用效率;可选地,终端启动第二计时器,并在第二计时器到期后,终端将第一切片从第一TA或当前TA下的拒绝切片列表中移出,从而终端在第一TA或当前TA中可使用第一切片,也就是在第二计时器到期后,终端可以尝试在第一TA或当前TA中使用第一切片,使得第一切片在第一TA或当前TA内得到了充分的利用,提高了切片的利用效率。
例如,终端将第一切片保存为在当前跟踪区域内的拒绝切片,对于每一种接入类型,第一切片是基于TA粒度进行保存的,即第一切片与TA关联。
例如,终端将第二切片保存为在当前跟踪区域内的允许切片,对于每一种接入类型,第二切片是基于TA粒度进行保存的,即第二切片与TA关联。
上述实施例的方法,终端在接收到网络侧设备发送的第二消息后,就可以对第二消息中指示的切片适用信息进行处理,从而使得终端可以基于第二消息中指示的切片适用信息,基于TA粒度准确有效的选择切片进行使用,提高了切片的使用效率。
在一实施例中,针对至少一个第一切片中的任一第一切片,在第一切片包括在第六TA对应的拒绝切片列表中的情况下,第六TA为一个或多个第一TA或当前TA中的任一TA,终端在满足以下至少一项目标条件时,终端可使用第一切片:
终端关机重启之后;
终端移出第一TA或当前TA;
终端处于第二TA内;
终端的全球用户识别卡USIM移除之后;
终端所在的当前网络带有网络标识的签约数据更新之后;
第一计时器到期后;第一计时器为网络侧设备配置的;
第二计时器到期后;第二计时器为终端在接收到第二消息后启动的;
第一计时器或第二计时器用于指示计时器到期后,终端在第一TA或当前TA中可使用第一切片。
具体地,为了提高切片的利用效率,本申请实施例在满足如下目标条件时,可以尝试使用第一切片,使得第一切片在跟踪区TA内得到充分的利用,提高了切片的利用 效率。可选地,在终端关机重启之后,终端可以尝试使用第一切片;可选地,终端在移出第一TA或当前TA,或终端处于第二TA内时可以尝试使用第一切片;可选地,终端的全球用户识别卡USIM移除之后或终端所在的当前网络带有网络标识的签约数据更新之后,终端可以尝试使用第一切片;可选地,网络侧设备在第二消息中携带第一计时器,在第一计时器或第二计时器到期后,终端可以尝试使用第一切片;也就是在终端所在的跟踪区TA发生变化或终端的配置信息发生变化的情况下,终端可以尝试使用第一切片,使得第一切片在TA内得到充分的利用,有效满足终端与网络侧设备建立连接和通信的需求,提高了切片的利用效率。
例如,如果收到基于切片粒度的第一TA信息,终端在第一TA信息中的TA无法使用第一切片,当终端移动出第一TA信息中的TA时,终端可以尝试使用第一切片;
如果收到基于切片粒度的第二TA信息,终端在第二TA信息中的TA可以使用第二切片,当终端移动出第二TA信息中的TA时并且依旧处于当前的RA下,第二切片不再被允许使用,终端将第二切片存为在当前跟踪区域内的拒绝切片;
若收到基于切片粒度的第一TA信息,终端在第一TA中的TA中无法使用第一切片。若终端处于第一TA中的TA下,则终端将第一切片移入拒绝切片列表中;
若收到基于切片粒度的第二TA信息,如果终端处于第二TA信息中的TA下,则终端将第二切片移入允许切片列表中,终端在第二TA中可以使用第二切片。
上述实施例的方法,在满足目标条件时,终端可以通过尝试使用第一切片,使得第一切片在TA内得到充分的利用,有效满足终端与网络侧设备建立连接和通信的需求,提高了切片的利用效率。
在一实施例中,在终端满足至少一项目标条件的情况下,终端执行以下至少一项操作:
终端将第一切片从第六TA对应的拒绝切片列表中移出;
终端将第一切片更新为第六TA内可使用的切片;
终端向网络侧设备发送第四消息,第四消息包括以下至少一项:
期望使用的第一目标切片信息、终端能力指示信息;终端能力指示信息用于指示终端是否支持第一能力,第一能力为接收并使用用于指示是否支持在目标TA内使用请求切片的信息的能力。
具体地,在终端满足目标条件的情况下,终端可以及时更新自身存储的切片在TA内的适用情况并尝试请求在TA内使用第一切片,以提高TA的利用效率,满足终端与网络侧设备建立连接和通信的需求。可选地,在满足目标条件的情况下,终端可以将第一切片从第一TA或当前TA下的拒绝切片列表中移出或将第一切片更新为第一TA或当前TA内可使用的切片,进而终端也就可以尝试在第一TA或当前TA中使用第一切片,使得第一切片在TA中得到了充分的利用,提高了切片的利用效率;可选地,终 端可以向网络侧设备发送第四消息,即将终端期望使用的切片信息和如图18所示的终端能力指示信息发送至网络侧设备,可选地,终端能力指示信息用于表征终端支持网络切片拓展TA列表信息的特性,从而网络侧设备基于更新后的请求切片信息就可以及时准确地向终端指示是否支持在目标跟踪区TA内使用请求切片。
可选地,如果终端能力指示信息指示终端支持第一能力,则网络侧设备在第二消息中携带用于指示是否支持在目标跟踪区TA内使用请求切片的信息;如果终端能力指示信息指示终端不支持第一能力,则网络侧设备在第二消息中不携带用于指示是否支持在目标跟踪区TA内使用请求切片的信息,
上述实施例的方法,在终端满足目标条件的情况下,终端可以及时更新自身存储的切片在TA内的适用情况并尝试请求在TA内使用切片,可以有效提高切片的利用效率,满足终端与网络侧设备建立连接和通信的需求。
在一实施例中,终端接收网络侧设备发送的第一目标网络配置的切片信息;
在切片信息中包括第四TA下的拒绝切片列表中的第二目标切片信息,则终端从拒绝切片列表中将第二目标切片信息删除,并停止与第二目标切片信息关联的第二计时器的计时;第四TA为第一目标网络对应的TA。
具体地,当终端接收到网络侧设备发送的第一目标网络(例如公用陆地移动通信网PLMN或者独立非公共网络SNPN)下的新的切片配置信息时,如果拒绝切片列表中的切片信息包括在目标PLMN或者SNPN网络下的新的切片配置信息中时,则终端从拒绝切片列表中将不支持在相应TA中使用切片的信息删除,并停止其关联计时器的计时,从而使得终端可以基于更新后的切片适用信息准确有效的在TA内进行切片的使用,提高了切片的利用效率。
上述实施例的方法,终端通过接收网络侧设备发送的第一目标网络配置的切片信息,并根据网络侧设备发送的第一目标网络配置的切片信息对终端自身存储的拒绝切片列表中的切片信息进行更新,使得终端可以基于更新后的切片适用信息准确有效的在TA内进行切片的使用,提高了切片的利用效率。
在一实施例中,终端接收网络侧设备发送的第二目标网络允许的切片信息;
在允许的切片信息中包括第五TA下的拒绝切片列表中的第三目标切片信息,则终端拒绝切片列表中将第三目标切片信息删除,并停止与第三目标切片信息关联的第二计时器的计时;第五TA为第二目标网络对应的TA。
具体地,当终端接收到网络侧设备发送的第二目标网络(例如目标PLMN或者SNPN网络)下的网络允许的切片信息时,如果拒绝切片列表中的切片信息包括在目标PLMN或者SNPN网络下的网络允许的切片信息中时,则终端从拒绝切片列表中将不支持在相应TA中使用切片的信息删除,并停止其关联计时器的计时,从而使得终端可 以基于更新后的切片适用信息准确有效的在TA内进行切片的使用,提高了切片的利用效率。
上述实施例的方法,终端通过接收网络侧设备发送的第二目标网络允许的切片信息,并根据网络侧设备发送的第二目标网络允许的切片信息对终端自身存储的拒绝切片列表中的切片信息进行更新,使得终端可以基于更新后的切片适用信息准确有效的在TA内进行切片的使用,提高了切片的利用效率。
在一实施例中,第一消息包括以下至少一项:

具体地,终端在向网络侧设备发送第一消息时,第一消息中可包括请求切片的信息和终端能力指示信息,其中请求切片的信息为终端请求使用与网络侧设备建立连接的切片信息;终端能力指示信息用于指示终端是否支持在目标TA内不使用请求切片和/或在目标TA内使用请求切片,从而终端在接收到终端发送的请求切片的信息和终端能力指示信息后,就可以确定是否需要向终端指示基于TA粒度的切片适用信息和/或向终端准确的指示请求切片在目标跟踪区的适用情况。

步骤1、终端向第一核心网网元AMF发送第一消息,第一消息用于建立终端与网络之间的N1连接,可选地,第一消息可以为注册请求消息,第一消息携带以下至少一项:
(1)终端能力指示信息,终端能力指示信息用于指示终端是否支持第一能力,第一能力为接收并使用用于指示是否支持在目标TA内使用请求切片的信息的能力片;
(2)请求切片信息,请求切片信息中包含一个或多个单个网络切片选择辅助信息S-NSSAI;
网络侧设备(例如第一核心网网元AMF)在收到终端的切片请求时,执行如下至少一项操作:
步骤2、第一核心网网元AMF向第二核心网网元(例如统一数据管理单元UDM/网路切片选择网元MSSF)查询并确认请求切片信息中的S-NSSAI在当前和/或其他RA下的每一个TA的适用情况。其中,适用情况指允许为请求切片提供服务或拒绝为请求切片提供服务,如果允许提供服务,则将该切片放入允许网络切片选择辅助信息域S-NSSAIallowed S-NSSAI中回复给终端,如果拒绝提供服务,则将该切片放入拒绝网络切片选择辅助信息域rejected S-NSSAI中回复给终端;
步骤3、第一核心网网元AMF向终端发送第二消息,第二消息用于指示终端与网络之间的N1连接建立成功或者建立失败。
可选地,第一核心网网元AMF在第二消息中携带一个或多个拒绝网络切片选择辅助信息域rejected S-NSSAI,拒绝网络切片选择辅助信息域rejected S-NSSAI表示切片在当前注册区域(RA)范围内不可用,且携带第一原因值:切片在当前注册区域不可用,可选的,携带计时器a,用于指示终端等待计时器a到期之后可以尝试使用切片发起请求;
可选地,第二消息中可以包括以下至少一项:
至少一个第一切片的信息、第一指示信息;或,

即第一核心网网元AMF在收到终端的请求之后,根据切片在RA下的多个TA的适用情况,将基于切片粒度的支持使用切片和/或拒绝使用切片的TA列表信息告知终端;终端在收到基于切片粒度的支持使用切片和/或拒绝使用切片的TA列表信息之后,结合当前所在的TA信息,来判断是否可以在当前的TA中使用切片。
可选地,若网络侧设备指示终端与网络之间的N1连接成功,则第一核心网网元AMF将终端不支持在目标TA内不使用请求切片的信息放在注册完成消息中的拒绝网络切片选择辅助信息的信息元素和/或扩展拒绝网络切片选择辅助信息的信息元素和/或新定义的第一IE中携带给终端,将终端支持在目标TA内使用请求切片的信息放在注册完成消息中的扩展允许网络切片选择辅助信息的信息元素和/或新定义的IE中携带给终端;
若网络侧设备指示终端与网络之间的N1连接失败,则第一核心网网元AMF将终端不支持在目标TA内不使用请求切片的信息放在注册拒绝消息中的拒绝网络切片选择辅助信息的信息元素和/或扩展拒绝网络切片选择辅助信息的信息元素和/或新定义的第一IE中携带给终端。
步骤4、终端在收到第二消息之后,如果第二消息指示终端与网络之间的N1连接成功,并且如果第二消息中包含基于切片粒度的第一TA信息和/或第二TA信息和/或指示信息,终端则向第一核心网网元AMF发送第三消息,第三消息用于确认终端已收到包含基于切片粒度的第一TA信息和/或第二TA信息和/或指示信息,也就是用于确认终端已接收到用于指示是否支持在跟踪区TA内使用请求切片的信息。
步骤5、在收到第二消息之后,在第一TA中第一切片无法使用,直到计时器到期或者移动到第二TA范围,终端才可以使用切片。
步骤6、当满足上述使用条件时,终端能够使用第一切片,终端执行如下至少一项操作:
(1)将第一切片移出当前跟踪区域内的拒绝切片列表,移出之后标识该切片可以被用于正常请求;
(2)根据业务需求和切片选择,终端向第一核心网网元AMF发送如下指示一项信息,用于移动性或周期性注册更新:
可选地,终端向网络侧设备发送第四消息,第四消息为请求消息,包括如下至少一项:

步骤7、第一核心网网元AMF在收到终端消息之后,确认在当前网络可以为请求切片提供服务之后,则指示终端与网络之间的N1连接成功。可选地,第五消息中包含可以在目标跟踪区使用的第一切片信息;可选地,第五消息可以为注册接受消息;
步骤8、终端在收到注册接受消息之后,终端向第一核心网网元AMF发送第六消息,第六消息用于确认终端已收到指示终端是否支持在目标TA内不使用请求切片和/或在目标TA内使用请求切片的信息,可选地,第六消息可以为注册完成消息。

本申请实施例还提供一种终端,包括处理器和通信接口,通信接口用于向网络侧设备发送第一消息,第一消息用于请求使用请求切片与网络侧设备建立连接;接收网络侧设备发送的第二消息;第二消息携带用于指示是否支持在目标跟踪区TA内使用请求切片的信息。该终端实施例与上述终端侧方法实施例对应,上述方法实施例的各个实施过程和实现方式均可适用于该终端实施例中,且能达到相同的技术效果。具体地,图24为实现本申请实施例的一种终端的硬件结构示意图。
该终端1000包括但不限于:射频单元1001、网络模块1002、音频输出单元1003、输入单元1004、传感器1005、显示单元1006、用户输入单元1007、接口单元1008、存储器1009、以及处理器1010等中的至少部分部件。

本申请实施例中,射频单元1001将接收来自网络侧设备的下行数据接收后,可以传输给处理器1010进行处理;另外,射频单元1001可以将上行的数据发送给向网络侧设备发送上行数据。通常,射频单元1001包括但不限于天线、至少一个放大器、收发信机、耦合器、低噪声放大器、双工器等。

可选地,第一TA包括:在预设时间范围内不支持使用第一切片的TA。
可选地,第二消息还包括第一计时器的信息;第一计时器用于指示在第一计时器到期后终端在第一TA中可使用第一切片。
可选地,射频单元1001,还用于向网络侧设备发送第三消息;第三消息用于指示终端已接收到用于指示是否支持在目标跟踪区TA内使用请求切片的信息。
可选地,处理器1010,还用于
针对每个第一TA或当前TA,终端将第一TA或当前TA不支持使用的第一切片的信息加入第一TA或当前TA对应的拒绝切片列表;
针对每个第二TA,终端将第二TA支持使用的第二切片的信息加入第二TA对应的允许切片列表;
存储每一种接入类型下第一切片的信息及不支持使用第一切片的第一TA的信息;
存储每一种接入类型下第二切片的信息及支持使用第二切片的第二TA的信息;
启动第二计时器;第二计时器用于指示在第二计时器到期后,终端在第一TA或当前TA中可使用第一切片。
可选地,处理器1010,还用于针对至少一个第一切片中的任一第一切片,在第一切片包括在第六TA对应的拒绝切片列表中的情况下,第六TA为一个或多个第一TA或当前TA中的任一TA,在满足以下至少一项目标条件时,可使用第一切片:
终端关机重启之后;
终端移出第一TA或当前TA;
终端处于第二TA内;
终端的全球用户识别卡USIM移除之后;
终端所在的当前网络带有网络标识的签约数据更新之后;
第一计时器到期后;第一计时器为网络侧设备配置的;
第二计时器到期后;第二计时器为终端在接收到第二消息后启动的;
第一计时器或第二计时器用于指示计时器到期后,终端在第一TA或当前TA中可使用第一切片。
可选地,处理器1010,还用于在满足至少一项目标条件的情况下,执行以下至少一项操作:
将第一切片从第六TA对应的拒绝切片列表中移出;
将第一切片更新为第六TA内可使用的切片;
向网络侧设备发送第四消息,第四消息包括以下至少一项:
期望使用的第一目标切片信息、终端能力指示信息;终端能力指示信息用于指示终端是否支持第一能力,第一能力为接收并使用用于指示是否支持在目标TA内使用请求切片的信息的能力。
可选地,射频单元1001,还用于接收网络侧设备发送的第一目标网络配置的切片信息;
在切片信息中包括第四TA对应的拒绝切片列表中的第二目标切片信息,则从拒绝切片列表中将第二目标切片信息删除,并停止与第二目标切片信息关联的第二计时器的计时;第四TA为第一目标网络对应的TA。
可选地,射频单元1001,还用于接收网络侧设备发送的第二目标网络允许的切片信息;
在允许的切片信息中包括第五TA对应的拒绝切片列表中的第三目标切片信息,则拒绝切片列表中将第三目标切片信息删除,并停止与第三目标切片信息关联的第二计时器的计时;第五TA为第二目标网络对应的TA。
可选地,第一消息包括以下至少一项:
请求切片的信息、终端能力指示信息;终端能力指示信息用于指示终端是否支持第一能力,第一能力为接收并使用用于指示是否支持在目标TA内使用请求切片的信息的能力。
本申请实施例还提供一种网络侧设备,包括处理器和通信接口,通信接口用于接收终端发送的第一消息;第一消息用于请求使用请求切片与网络侧设备建立连接;向终端发送第二消息;第二消息携带用于指示是否支持在目标跟踪区TA内使用请求切片的信息。该网络侧设备实施例与上述网络侧设备方法实施例对应,上述方法实施例的各个实施过程和实现方式均可适用于该网络侧设备实施例中,且能达到相同的技术效果。
具体地,本申请实施例还提供了一种网络侧设备。如图25所示,该网络侧设备1100包括:处理器1101、网络接口1102和存储器1103。其中,网络接口1102例如为通用公共无线接口(common public radio interface,CPRI)。
具体地,本申请实施例的网络侧设备1100还包括:存储在存储器1103上并可在处理器1101上运行的指令或程序,处理器1101调用存储器1103中的指令或程序执行图22所示各模块执行的方法,并达到相同的技术效果,为避免重复,故不在此赘述。
本申请实施例还提供一种可读存储介质,可读存储介质上存储有程序或指令,该程序或指令被处理器执行时实现上述通信方法实施例的各个过程,且能达到相同的技术效果,为避免重复,这里不再赘述。
其中,处理器为上述实施例中的终端中的处理器。可读存储介质,包括计算机可读存储介质,如计算机只读存储器ROM、随机存取存储器RAM、磁碟或者光盘等。
本申请实施例另提供了一种芯片,芯片包括处理器和通信接口,通信接口和处理器耦合,处理器用于运行程序或指令,实现上述通信方法实施例的各个过程,且能达到相同的技术效果,为避免重复,这里不再赘述。
应理解,本申请实施例提到的芯片还可以称为系统级芯片,系统芯片,芯片系统或片上系统芯片等。
本申请实施例另提供了一种计算机程序/程序产品,计算机程序/程序产品被存储在存储介质中,计算机程序/程序产品被至少一个处理器执行以实现上述通信方法实施例的各个过程,且能达到相同的技术效果,为避免重复,这里不再赘述。
本申请实施例还提供了一种通信系统,包括:终端及网络侧设备,终端可用于执行如上的通信方法的步骤,网络侧设备可用于执行如上的通信方法的步骤。

Claims (30)

  1. 一种通信方法,包括:
    终端向网络侧设备发送第一消息,所述第一消息用于请求使用请求切片与所述网络侧设备建立连接;
    所述终端接收所述网络侧设备发送的第二消息;所述第二消息携带用于指示是否支持在目标跟踪区TA内使用所述请求切片的信息。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的通信方法,其中,
    所述第二消息包括以下至少一项:
    至少一个第一切片的信息、第一指示信息;所述第一指示信息用于指示所述至少一个第一切片在当前TA内不可用;其中,所述第一切片为所述请求切片中的切片;所述目标跟踪区TA包括所述当前TA;或,
    所述第二消息包括以下至少一项:
    至少一个第一切片的信息、至少一个第一切片中每个第一切片对应的一个或多个第一TA的信息、至少一个第二切片的信息、至少一个第二切片中每个第二切片分别对应的一个或多个第二TA的信息、第二指示信息;所述第一TA为不支持使用所述第一切片的TA;所述第二TA为支持使用所述第二切片的TA,所述第二指示信息用于指示所述第一切片在所述第一TA内不可用;其中,所述第一切片或所述第二切片为所述请求切片中的切片;所述目标跟踪区TA包括所述第一TA或所述第二TA;或,
    所述第二消息包括以下至少一项:
    至少一个第三切片的信息、第三TA的信息、第三指示信息;所述第三指示信息用于指示所述第三TA为支持使用所述第三切片的TA或不支持使用所述第三切片的TA;所述目标TA包括所述第三TA,所述第三切片为所述请求切片中的切片。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的通信方法,其中,
    所述第二消息包括拒绝网络切片选择辅助信息NSSAI信息元素IE或第一IE,所述拒绝NSSAI IE或第一IE中包括所述至少一个第一切片中每个第一切片对应的拒绝NSSAI域;各个所述第一切片对应的拒绝NSSAI域中包括以下至少一项:所述第一切片的信息、所述第一指示信息;和/或,
    所述第二消息包括扩展拒绝NSSAI IE,所述扩展拒绝NSSAI IE包括:部分扩展拒绝NSSAI列表域,所述部分扩展拒绝NSSAI列表域包括:所述至少一个第一切片中每个第一切片对应的拒绝NSSAI域;各个所述第一切片对应的拒绝NSSAI域中包括以下至少一项:所述第一切片的信息、所述第一指示信息。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的通信方法,其中,
    所述第二消息包括拒绝网络切片选择辅助信息NSSAI信息元素IE或第一IE,所述拒绝NSSAI IE或第一IE中包括所述至少一个第一切片中每个第一切片对应的拒绝NSSAI域;各个所述第一切片对应的拒绝NSSAI域包括以下至少一项:所述第一切片的信息、所述第二指示信息、所述第一TA的信息;和/或,
    所述第二消息包括扩展拒绝NSSAI IE,所述扩展拒绝NSSAI IE包括:部分扩展拒绝NSSAI列表域,所述部分扩展拒绝NSSAI列表域包括:所述至少一个第一切片中每个第一切片对应的拒绝NSSAI域;各个所述第一切片对应的拒绝NSSAI域包括以下至少一项:所述第一切片的信息、所述第二指示信息、所述第一TA的信息。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的通信方法,其中,
    所述第二消息包括NSSAI服务区域列表IE;所述NSSAI服务区域列表IE中包括至少一个NSSAI服务区域列表域,每个所述NSSAI服务区域列表域包括:所述第三切片的NSSAI字段、NSSAI服务区域列表字段、目标计时器字段,所述NSSAI服务区域列表字段包括以下至少一项:第三指示信息、所述第三TA的信息。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的通信方法,其中,
    所述第二消息包括扩展允许NSSAI IE,所述扩展允许NSSAI IE中包括所述至少一个第二切片分别对应的允许NSSAI域;各个所述第二切片对应的允许NSSAI域包括以下至少一项:所述允许NSSAI域的长度、所述第二切片的NSSAI字段、所述第二TA的信息。
  7. 根据权利要求2-6任一项所述的通信方法,其中,所述第一TA包括:在预设时间范围内不支持使用所述第一切片的TA。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的通信方法,其中,
    所述第二消息还包括第一计时器的信息;所述第一计时器用于指示在所述第一计时器到期后所述终端在所述第一TA中可使用所述第一切片。
  9. 根据权利要求1-6任一项所述的通信方法,所述终端接收所述网络侧设备发送的第二消息之后,还包括:
    所述终端向所述网络侧设备发送第三消息;所述第三消息用于指示所述终端已接收到用于指示是否支持在目标跟踪区TA内使用所述请求切片的信息。
  10. 根据权利要求2-6任一项所述的通信方法,所述终端接收所述网络侧设备发送的第二消息之后,还包括以下至少一项:
    针对每个所述第一TA或当前TA,所述终端将所述第一TA或当前TA不支持使用的第一切片的信息加入所述第一TA或当前TA对应的拒绝切片列表;
    针对每个所述第二TA,所述终端将所述第二TA支持使用的第二切片的信息加入所述第二TA对应的允许切片列表;
    所述终端存储每一种接入类型下所述第一切片的信息及不支持使用所述第一切片的第一TA的信息;
    所述终端存储每一种接入类型下所述第二切片的信息及支持使用所述第二切片的第二TA的信息;
    启动第二计时器;所述第二计时器用于指示在所述第二计时器到期后,所述终端在所述第一TA或当前TA中可使用所述第一切片。
  11. 根据权利要求2-6任一项所述的通信方法,其中,针对所述至少一个第一切片中的任一第一切片,在所述第一切片包括在第六TA对应的拒绝切片列表中的情况下,所述第六TA为所述一个或多个第一TA或当前TA中的任一TA,所述终端在满足以下至少一项目标条件时,所述终端可使用所述第一切片:
    所述终端关机重启之后;
    所述终端移出所述第一TA或当前TA;
    所述终端处于所述第二TA内;
    所述终端的全球用户识别卡USIM移除之后;
    所述终端所在的当前网络带有网络标识的签约数据更新之后;
    第一计时器到期后;所述第一计时器为所述网络侧设备配置的;
    第二计时器到期后;所述第二计时器为所述终端在接收到所述第二消息后启动的;
    所述第一计时器或所述第二计时器用于指示计时器到期后,所述终端在所述第一TA或当前TA中可使用所述第一切片。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的通信方法,在所述终端满足所述至少一项目标条件的情况下,所述方法还包括:
    所述终端执行以下至少一项操作:
    所述终端将所述第一切片从所述第六TA对应的拒绝切片列表中移出;
    所述终端将所述第一切片更新为所述第六TA内可使用的切片;
    所述终端向所述网络侧设备发送第四消息,所述第四消息包括以下至少一项:
    期望使用的第一目标切片信息、终端能力指示信息;所述终端能力指示信息用于指示所述终端是否支持第一能力,所述第一能力为接收并使用用于指示是否支持在目标TA内使用所述请求切片的信息的能力。
  13. 根据权利要求2-6任一项所述的通信方法,所述方法还包括:
    所述终端接收所述网络侧设备发送的第一目标网络配置的切片信息;
    在所述切片信息中包括第四TA对应的拒绝切片列表中的第二目标切片信息,则所述终端从所述拒绝切片列表中将所述第二目标切片信息删除,并停止与所述第二目标切片信息关联的第二计时器的计时;所述第四TA为所述第一目标网络对应的TA。
  14. 根据权利要求2-6任一项所述的通信方法,所述方法还包括:
    所述终端接收所述网络侧设备发送的第二目标网络允许的切片信息;
    在所述允许的切片信息中包括第五TA对应的拒绝切片列表中的第三目标切片信息,则所述终端所述拒绝切片列表中将所述第三目标切片信息删除,并停止与所述第三目标切片信息关联的第二计时器的计时;所述第五TA为所述第二目标网络对应的TA。
  15. 根据权利要求2-6任一项所述的通信方法,其中,所述第一消息包括以下至少一项:
    请求切片的信息、终端能力指示信息;所述终端能力指示信息用于指示所述终端是否支持第一能力,所述第一能力为接收并使用用于指示是否支持在目标TA内使用所述请求切片的信息的能力。
  16. 一种通信方法,包括:
    网络侧设备接收终端发送的第一消息;所述第一消息用于请求使用请求切片与网络侧设备建立连接;
    所述网络侧设备向所述终端发送第二消息;所述第二消息携带用于指示是否支持在目标跟踪区TA内使用所述请求切片的信息。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的通信方法,其中,
    所述第二消息包括以下至少一项:
    至少一个第一切片的信息、第一指示信息;所述第一指示信息用于指示所述至少一个第一切片在当前TA内不可用;其中,所述第一切片为所述请求切片中的切片;所述目标跟踪区TA包括所述当前TA;或,
    所述第二消息包括以下至少一项:
    至少一个第一切片的信息、至少一个第一切片中每个第一切片对应的一个或多个第一TA的信息、至少一个第二切片的信息、至少一个第二切片中每个第二切片对应的一个或多个第二TA的信息、第二指示信息;所述第一TA为不支持使用所述第一切片的TA;所述第二TA为支持使用所述第二切片的TA,所述第二指示信息用于指示所述第一切片在所述第一TA内不可用;其中,所述第一切片或所述第二切片为所述请求切片中的切片;所述目标跟踪区TA包括所述第一TA或所述第二TA;或,
    所述第二消息包括以下至少一项:
    至少一个第三切片、第三TA的信息、第三指示信息;所述第三指示信息用于指示所述第三TA为支持使用所述第三切片的TA或不支持使用所述第三切片的TA;所述目标TA包括所述第三TA,所述第三切片为所述请求切片中的切片。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的通信方法,其中,
    所述第二消息包括拒绝网络切片选择辅助信息NSSAI信息元素IE或第一IE,所述拒绝NSSAI IE或第一IE中包括所述至少一个第一切片中每个第一切片对应的拒绝NSSAI域;各个所述第一切片对应的拒绝NSSAI域包括以下至少一项:所述第一切片的信息、所述第一指示信息;和/或,

    所述网络侧设备接收所述终端发送的第三消息;所述第三消息用于指示所述终端已接收到用于指示是否支持在目标跟踪区TA内使用所述请求切片的信息。
  25. 根据权利要求17-21任一项所述的通信方法,其中,所述第一消息包括以下至少一项:
    请求切片的信息、终端能力指示信息;所述终端能力指示信息用于指示所述终端是否支持第一能力,所述第一能力为接收并使用用于指示是否支持在目标TA内使用所述请求切片的信息的能力。
  26. 一种通信装置,包括:
    发送模块,用于向网络侧设备发送第一消息,所述第一消息用于请求使用请求切片与所述网络侧设备建立连接;
    接收模块,用于接收所述网络侧设备发送的第二消息;所述第二消息携带用于指示是否支持在目标跟踪区TA内使用所述请求切片的信息。
  27. 一种通信装置,包括:
    接收模块,用于接收终端发送的第一消息;所述第一消息用于请求使用请求切片与网络侧设备建立连接;
    发送模块,用于向终端发送第二消息;所述第二消息携带用于指示是否支持在目标跟踪区TA内使用所述请求切片的信息。
  28. 一种终端,包括处理器和存储器,所述存储器存储可在所述处理器上运行的程序或指令,所述程序或指令被所述处理器执行时实现如权利要求1至15任一项所述的通信方法的步骤。
  29. 一种网络侧设备,包括处理器和存储器,所述存储器存储可在所述处理器上运行的程序或指令,所述程序或指令被所述处理器执行时实现如权利要求16至25任一项所述的通信方法的步骤。
  30. 一种可读存储介质,所述可读存储介质上存储程序或指令,所述程序或指令被处理器执行时实现如权利要求1-15任一项所述的通信方法,或者实现如权利要求16至25任一项所述的通信方法的步骤。
