本申请要求于2016年3月29日提交中国专利局、申请号为201620252511.7、发明名称为“弹片结构”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
本申请涉及通信技术领域,尤其涉及一种弹片结构。
随着科技的发展和人们生活水平的不断提高,各类电子产品,包括智能手机、平板电脑等在人们的日常生活中扮演着越来越重要的角色。电子产品在逐步发展的过程中,人们对其质量要求也越来越高,要想让电子产品的质量和用户使用电子产品时的体验度同时提升,就要在电子产品的设计细节上别出心裁。目前大多数电子产品中都设置有弹片结构,弹片结构可以用在实现电信号的连接、天线的连接或者接地的连接等方面。
在生产电子产品的过程中,可能会由于过度按压或者误操作使弹片结构受到屈服或者不同程度的损伤,这会影响到接触效果,进而影响电子产品的性能。
发明内容
本申请提供一种弹片结构,以解决在生产电子产品的过程中,由于过度按压或者误操作使弹片结构受到屈服或者不同程度的损伤,影响接触效果,进而影响电子产品的性能的问题。
本申请实施例提供一种弹片结构,包括:弹片本体和弹片保护结构,所述弹片保护结构包括第一保护结构和第二保护结构中至少一个,所述弹片本体包括连接接触结构、弯折结构和平直结构;
所述弯折结构的两端分别与所述连接接触结构和所述平直结构连接,所述
连接接触结构在按压时接近所述平直结构的上表面;
所述第一保护结构设置在所述平直结构的上表面中靠近所述连接接触结构的一端;
所述第二保护结构设置在所述平直结构的所述上表面,且套接在所述弯折结构的外侧。
进一步地,上述弹片结构中,所述第一保护结构为直角形、一字形或者U形。
进一步地,上述弹片结构中,所述第二保护结构为U形。
进一步地,上述弹片结构中,所述连接接触结构包括接触组件和形变组件,所述形变组件的一端与所述弯折结构连接,所述形变组件的另一端为弯折部位,所述接触组件与所述形变组件的弯折部位连接。
进一步地,上述弹片结构中,所述第二保护结构套接在所述连接接触结构与所述弯折结构的连接部位的外侧。
本申请实施例的弹片结构中设置了弹片保护结构,这样,在连接接触结构被外力过度按压到距离平直结构的高度与第一保护结构的高度一致时,弹片保护结构中的第一保护结构可以抵抗外界压力,防止外界压力继续对连接接触结构的按压,从而保护连接接触结构不会由于外力太大发生塑形永久性屈服形变。弹片保护结构中的第二保护结构可以保护弹片本体中的弯折结构不会由于外力太大发生塑形永久性屈服形变,其原理与第一保护结构保护连接接触结构的原理类似。通过这样的弹片保护结构,可以解决在生产电子产品的过程中,由于过度按压或者误操作使弹片结构受到屈服或者不同程度的损伤,影响接触效果,进而影响电子产品的性能的问题。

图1为本申请实施例的弹片结构的结构示意图,如图1所示,弹片结构100包括:弹片保护结构10和弹片本体20,弹片保护结构10包括第一保护结构1和第二保护结构2,弹片本体20包括连接接触结构3、弯折结构4和平直结构5。
如图1所示,本申请实施例的弹片结构100中的弹片保护结构10可以包括第一保护结构1和第二保护结构2中的至少一种。
各类电子产品的内部,几乎都有一个金属弹片,用来实现电信号的连接、天线的连接或者接地等的连接,弹片在被按压或者在一些误操作的情况下,会受到不同程度的形变,而影响到电子产品的性能,本申请实施例的弹片结构100包括弹片本体20和弹片保护结构10,弹片本体20用于不同情况下,电子产品内部的各类连接,弹片保护结构10用于防止由于按压或者误操作造成弹片本体20发生形变而不能恢复到原来的形状,进而影响到电子产品的性能。
弹片本体20的结构示意图如图2所示,弹片本体20可以包括三部分,分别是连接接触结构3、弯折结构4和平直结构5。
如图1和图2所示,弯折结构4的两端分别与连接接触结构3和平直结构5连接,连接接触结构3在按压时接近平直结构5的上表面。
连接接触结构3用于与电子产品的壳体部分相接触,平直结构5与电子产品的另一个壳体或者印制电路板(PCB,Printed Circuit Board)相接触,从而使电路导通。连接接触结构3可以在受到外界按压时,逐渐接近平直结构5,因此,连接接触结构3会发生一定程度的弹性形变。
如图1所示,第一保护结构1可以设置在平直结构5的上表面中靠近所述连接接触结构3的一端。这样,在连接接触结构3被外力按压时,会向平直结构5靠近,当连接接触结构3被压到距离平直结构5的高度与第一保护结构1的高度一致时,外界压力不再对连接接触结构3有作用,第一保护结构1用来承受外界压力,防止外界压力继续对连接接触结构3的按压,来保护连接接触结构3不会由于所受外力太大发生塑形永久性屈服形变。
如图1所示,第二保护结构2可以设置在平直结构5的上表面,且套接在弯折结构4的外侧。
与第一保护结构1保护连接接触结构3的原理类似,当弯折结构4受到外力的按压时,会发生弹性形变,逐渐向第二保护结构2的方向移动,如果外力太大,会将弯折结构4完全推入第二保护结构2所在的空间内,此时,外力不再对弯折结构4有作用,由第二保护结构2承受外界的压力,来保护弯折结构4不会由于所受外力太大发生塑形永久性屈服形变。
本实施例的弹片结构100中设置了弹片保护结构10,这样,在连接接触结构3被外力过度按压到距离平直结构5的高度与第一保护结构1的高度一致时,弹片保护结构10中的第一保护结构可以抵抗外界压力,防止外界压力继续对连接接触结构3的按压,从而保护连接接触结构3不会由于所受外力太大发生塑形永久性屈服形变。弹片保护结构10中的第二保护结构2可以保护弹片本体中的弯折结构4不会由于所受外力太大发生塑形永久性屈服形变,其原理与第一保护结构1保护连接接触结构3的原理类似。通过这样的弹片保护结构10,可以解决在生产电子产品的过程中,由于过度按压或者误操作使弹片结构10受到屈服或者不同程度的损伤,影响接触效果,进而影响电子产品的性能的问题。
优选的,第一保护结构1可以为如图3所示的直角形、如图4所示的一字形或者如图5所示的U形。
在设计第一保护结构1的形状时,可以设计成上述形状,以上三种形状都
可以很好地对连接接触结构3起到保护作用。
优选的,第二保护结构2可以为如图6所示的U形。
将第二保护结构2设计成U形,可以很好的对弯折结构4形成保护区域,保护弯折结构4不会由于所受外力太大发生塑形永久性屈服形变。
图7为本申请实施例的连接接触结构的结构示意图,如图7所示,连接接触结构3包括接触组件31和形变组件32,形变组件32的一端与弯折结构4连接,形变组件32的另一端为弯折部位,接触组件31与形变组件32的弯折部位连接。
连接接触结构3的形变组件31是一个弯折的形状,使连接接触结构3的形变范围比较大,接触组件31用于与电子产品的壳体相接触。
如图1和图7所示,第二保护结构2可以套接在连接接触结构3与弯折结构4的连接部位的外侧。
第二保护结构2通过套接在连接接触结构3与弯折结构4的连接部位的外侧这种方式,可以在外力对连接接触结构3施压时,保证连接接触结构3的形变比较灵活,也可以很好地保护弯折结构4。

- 一种弹片结构,其特征在于,包括:弹片本体和弹片保护结构,所述弹片保护结构包括第一保护结构和第二保护结构中至少一个,所述弹片本体包括连接接触结构、弯折结构和平直结构;所述弯折结构的两端分别与所述连接接触结构和所述平直结构连接,所述连接接触结构在按压时接近所述平直结构的上表面;所述第一保护结构设置在所述平直结构的上表面中靠近所述连接接触结构的一端;所述第二保护结构设置在所述平直结构的所述上表面,且套接在所述弯折结构的外侧。
- 根据权利要求1所述的弹片结构,其特征在于,所述第一保护结构为直角形、一字形或者U形。
- 根据权利要求1所述的弹片结构,其特征在于,所述第二保护结构为U形。
- 根据权利要求1所述的弹片结构,其特征在于,所述连接接触结构包括接触组件和形变组件,所述形变组件的一端与所述弯折结构连接,所述形变组件的另一端为弯折部位,所述接触组件与所述形变组件的弯折部位连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的弹片结构,其特征在于,所述第二保护结构套接在所述连接接触结构与所述弯折结构的连接部位的外侧。
