Abstract

本发明公开了一种移动通信终端的组合式电池盖侧面接地结构,其包括一金属电池盖,在所述金属电池盖内还设置包括一塑胶层,在所述金属电池盖与所述塑胶层之间设置有一弹性触接片,该弹性触接片电性连接所述金属电池盖,并设置有一弯折触接部,用于连接所述电路主板上的接地引脚。本发明移动通信终端的组合式电池盖侧面接地结构由于采用了电池盖的组合式结构,以及在电池盖中装配的弹性触接片,可方便的实现接地触接,且保证触接的有效性,方便了生产,提高了产品良率,并降低了生产中的损耗和成本。

Description

一种移动通信终端的组合式电池盖侧面接地结构
技术领域
本发明涉及一种移动通信终端部件结构,尤其涉及的是一种移动通信终端电池盖侧面接地结构的改进。
背景技术
现有技术中,移动终端的主要功能实现,需要通过天线的射频功能进行信号的联通和传递,因此,需要保证天线性能的优良。同时,在目前的移动终端如手机中,随着品质的要求,越来越多的手机采用金属材质的电池盖,如不锈钢。
由于不锈钢的电池盖边缘很窄,普通情况下很难实现侧面的接地,而如果不在侧面进行接地会有以下影响:由于大面积的金属件会直接对天线的RF性能造成严重影响,直接的后果就是天线性能不稳定,通话质量很差。
因此,现有技术中会设计采用局部90度折弯的方式加大接地面积,如图1a、图1b和图1c所示的,在不锈钢电池盖110的边缘设置一90度弯折的接地部111,但是现有技术又会存在几个缺陷:
首先,折弯处接地部111面积比较小,且与不锈钢电池盖110一体设置,容易触接不良,很难满足接地要求;
其次,90度折弯的接地部111同时必须保证侧面平整,才能达到接地触接的电性要求,这样产品的不良率很高;
第三,进行这种折弯的模具成本比较贵,生产工艺复杂,而且易损耗。
因此,现有技术还存在缺陷,而有待于改进和发展。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种移动通信终端的组合式电池盖侧面接地结构,通过改进电池盖的结构,提高产品的良率,降低生产成本,方便生产。
本发明的技术方案包括:
一种移动通信终端的组合式电池盖侧面接地结构,其包括一金属电池盖,其中,所述金属电池盖为不锈钢电池盖,在所述金属电池盖内还设置包括一塑胶层,在所述金属电池盖与所述塑胶层之间设置有一弹性触接片,该弹性触接片电性连接所述金属电池盖,并设置有一弯折触接部,用于连接所述电路主板上的接地引脚,其中,对应所述弯折触接部,在主机壳上设置有一弹性触接片,其一端弹性弯折用于触接所述弯折触接部,另一端用于连接所述电路主板的接地引脚;所述弹性触接片在所述金属电池盖和所述塑胶层之间还设置有弹性曲部,用于触接所述金属电池盖。
本发明所提供的一种移动通信终端的组合式电池盖侧面接地结构,由于采用了电池盖的组合式结构,以及在电池盖中装配的弹性触接片,可方便的实现接地触接,且保证触接的有效性,方便了生产,提高了产品良率,并降低了生产中的损耗和成本。

以下结合附图,将对本发明的各较佳实施例进行更为详细的说明。
本发明移动通信终端的组合式电池盖侧面接地结构,如图2所示,是基于移动通信终端的普通不锈钢电池盖侧面难接地问题,发明改进了组合式的侧面接地结构,该结构具有如下优点:
1、实现了不锈钢电池盖侧面的良好接地性能,从而保证了手机的RF性能;

2、产品接地触接更容易高品质的实现,避免了生产过程产品的不良,提升了产品的良率,简化了生产工艺,降低了零件的材料损耗成本和生产工艺成本。
本发明所述移动通信终端的组合式电池盖侧面接地结构,其包括一不锈钢电池盖210,如图2所示,无须进行为实现接地而进行的90度折弯,而在所述不锈钢电池盖210内侧设置有塑胶层220,通过卡合结构与所述不锈钢电池盖210相适配连接;在所述不锈钢电池盖210和所述塑胶层220之间,设置有一弹性触接片230,其弯折设置,内侧依所述不锈钢电池盖210和所述塑胶层220的弯曲程度延展,其外侧向内弯折,局部包裹所述塑胶层220以形成触接部231,如图3a、图3b和图3c所示的。所述弹性触接片230的内侧还设置有弹性曲部232,用于保证触接所述不锈钢电池盖210,以实现导电连接。
该组合式电池盖侧面接地结构通过组合所述不锈钢电池盖210和塑胶层220以及所述弹性触接片230形成电池盖,其结构通过组合,更容易装配,因此降低了产品的不良率,生产更简单,装配更容易,因此,生产成本降低。
本发明所述移动通信终端的组合式电池盖侧面接地结构中,还在所述移动通信终端手机的本体壳体上有所改进,如图4a和图4b所示的,为配合本发明电池盖侧面接地结构,在所述本体底壳310上设置有一导电触接片330,该导电触接片330也是弯折结构,其底面弹性弯折,用于保证电性良好地触接电路主板PCB板410的接地引脚413,如图5所示;所述导电触接片330的另一端也弹性弯折,设置在所述本体底壳310的电池面的一孔部311中,该孔部311设置在电池侧边,对应所述不锈钢电池盖210的触接部231位置,用来跟该触接部231进行触接。
这样,本发明的所述组合式电池盖侧面接地结构就可以通过所述导电触接片330,弹性触接片230连接所述不锈钢电池盖210和电路主板PCB板410的接地引脚,实现所述不锈钢电池盖的良好接地性能,从而保证手机天线模块的RF性能;产品接地触接更容易手机天线高品质的实现,从而避免了生产过程产品的不良,提升了产品的良率。
应当理解的是,上述针对本发明较佳实施例的描述较为具体,并不能因此而认为是对本发明专利保护范围的限制,本发明的专利保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。

Claims (1)

1.一种移动通信终端的组合式电池盖侧面接地结构,其包括一金属电池盖,其特征在于,所述金属电池盖为不锈钢电池盖,在所述金属电池盖内还设置包括一塑胶层,在所述金属电池盖与所述塑胶层之间设置有一弹性触接片,其弯折设置,内侧依所述不锈钢电池盖和所述塑胶层的弯曲程度延展,其外侧向内弯折,局部包裹所述塑胶层以形成触接部,该弹性触接片电性连接所述金属电池盖;其中,对应所述触接部,在主机壳上设置有一导电触接片,所述导电触接片设置在移动通信终端的本体底壳上,其一端弹性弯折用于触接所述触接部,设置在所述本体底壳的电池面的一孔部中,该孔部设置在电池侧边,对应所述弹性触接片的触接部位置,用来跟该触接部进行触接;另一端用于连接电路主板的接地引脚;所述弹性触接片在所述金属电池盖和所述塑胶层之间还设置有弹性曲部,用于触接所述金属电池盖。
