Abstract

Description

一种在直播中进行交互的方法及装置
本申请要求于2016年3月30日提交中国专利局、申请号为2016101948960、发明名称为“一种在直播中进行交互的方法及装置”的中国专利申请的优先权，其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本发明涉及视频直播技术领域，尤其涉及一种在直播中进行交互的方法及装置。
背景技术
在日常生活中，很多用户都喜欢通过手机、电脑、电视等终端设备收看各类直播视频节目。出于获得广告收入或者为用户提供方便等目的，视频服务提供商往往在为用户提供直播视频的同时，会在直播画面上额外进行一些信息的展示，例如展示某种商品。
在现有技术中，直播画面上所展示的信息通常都仅仅是一个链接，当用户对其中某个商品感兴趣而点击该商品的图片时，会自动跳出当前直播播放器，然后在新的窗口中打开该商品的链接，展示该商品的详情。现有技术中的这种方式由于需要转向新的窗口，打断用户的直播观看，如果用户想在观看直播的同时了解该商品详情甚至采取进一步操作(如购买)，则需要在两个窗口间进行切换，较为繁琐，影响用户观看直播视频的操作效率，此外打断直播播放的这种做法也对用户体验带来不好的影响。
发明内容
为克服现有技术中存在的问题，本发明提供一种在直播中进行交互的方法及装置，以提高用户在观看直播节目时的操作效率。
根据本发明实施例的第一方面，提供一种在直播中进行交互的方法，所述方法用于终端设备，所述方法包括：
获取待展示的信息，其中所述信息带有展示时间段的属性；
在直播视频开始播放后，判断当前时刻是否已进入所述展示时间段；
如果当前时刻已进入所述展示时间段，则在所述直播视频界面中的预设位 置显示交互组件，其中所述交互组件用于展示所述信息并提供操作选项，
以及，
根据所述用户在所述交互组件中的操作对所述信息进行与所述操作相对应的处理。
可选的，所述信息为商品信息，所述交互组件包括以下操作选项中的至少一种：
查看商品详情，加入购物车，查看购物车，修改购物车，去购物车结算。

本发明的实施例提供的技术方案可以包括以下有益效果：
在本发明中，在直播视频界面中增加了交互组件，该交互组件可以展示信息，并为用户提供操作选项，从而使用户在观看直播节目的同时，无需打断观看过程即可直接、高效的完成另外一些操作。以所展示的信息为商品为例，在本发明中用户无需中断所观看的直播视频，无需进行窗口跳转，直接在交互组件中查看商品以及进行购买等操作即可，从而实现了边看边买的新功能，大大方便了用户，提高了用户观看直播视频时的效率，也提升了用户体验。

在本实施例中，所述信息带有展示时间段的属性。以所述信息为商品信息为例，该商品信息可以有一个属性字段，该字段中存储有一个起止时间。例如直播视频从2016.2.18 15:00开始，而某商品的展示时间段为2016.2.1815:01～2016.2.18 15:02，那么就代表着终端设备在播放该直播视频的同时， 会在15:01～15:02内在直播视频界面中的某个位置处展示该商品。
另外对于什么时候获取待展示的信息本实施例并不进行限制，例如可以在开始播放直播之前就获取，或者在开始播放直播时获取，等等。
此外当有多个直播视频时，可以根据直播视频的标识(如直播视频ID)对待展示的信息进行区分。
步骤S102，在直播视频开始播放后，判断当前时刻是否已进入所述展示时间段。
步骤S103，如果当前时刻已进入所述展示时间段，则在所述直播视频界面中的预设位置显示交互组件，其中所述交互组件用于展示所述信息并提供操作选项，

作为示例，该交互组件可以设置在直播视频的旁边，也可以浮在直播视频之上，对于具体的预设位置本实施例并不进行限制，本领域技术人员可以根据需求或场景自行进行设计。
当所述信息为商品信息时，所述交互组件可以包括以下操作选项中的至少一种：
查看商品详情，加入购物车，查看购物车，修改购物车，去购物车结算。
以所述信息为商品信息为例，在显示该商品的时间段内，用户在该交互组件中可以直接进行查看商品详情、加入购物车、查看购物车、修改购物车、去购物车结算等操作，非常方便。

这样将视频播放器与商城打通，游客模式下无需跳转直接就可以在播放器中一键添加推荐商品，同时可以进一步在播放器中查看商品的图文详情，添加过的商品列表等。登录之后还可以将商城里面的其他非边看边买添加的商品一起同步到播放器中。
作为示例可参见图4及图6所示，在图4中用户可以点击“加入购物车”的操作按钮，然后便可如图6所示那样将该商品的加入到购物车中并可看到当前购物车中的情况。
参见图7所示，在本实施例或本发明其他某些实施例中，当所述交互组件包括去购物车结算的操作选项时，所述根据所述用户在所述交互组件中的操作对所述信息进行与所述操作相对应的处理，包括：

这样视频播放器与商城登录同步，从而解决播放器中购物车的数量与商城购物车数量一致的问题。播放器中购物车列表，通过直接调取商城接口数据来展示，直接接入商城购物车的SDK，可以对商品进行编辑删减，实现在播放中购买，边看边买。
作为示例仍可参见图6所示，在图6中，用户在查看购物车时可以点击“去结算”按钮，从而可以跳转至商城结算页面。
本实施例中在不打断直播播放的情况下，实现了边看边买功能，即使游客 模式也能照常添加购物车并查看购物车列表，降低购买添加门槛，同时商品的相关信息都可以在播放器中展示，提炼出来的卖点往往更短小精悍，用户的接受难度大大降低，可以更高效迅速地添加购物车，从而提高交易量。
图8是根据本发明一示例性实施例示出的一种在直播中进行交互的方法的流程图。该方法例如可以用于服务器。
参见图8所示，该方法可以包括如下步骤：
步骤S801，存储待展示的信息，其中所述信息带有展示时间段的属性。
在本实施例中，所述信息带有展示时间段的属性。以所述信息为商品信息为例，该商品信息可以有一个属性字段，该字段中存储有一个起止时间。例如直播视频从2016.2.18 15:00开始，而某商品的展示时间段为2016.2.1815:01～2016.2.18 15:02，那么就代表着终端设备在播放该直播视频的同时，会在15:01～15:02内在直播视频界面中的某个位置处展示该商品。
步骤S802，根据终端设备的请求，将所述信息发送给所述终端设备，以使所述终端设备根据所述终端设备的当前时间和所述展示时间段在播放直播视频的过程中对所述信息进行展示，
或者，
在直播视频开始播放后，判断当前时刻是否已进入所述展示时间段，如果当前时刻已进入所述展示时间段，则将所述信息发送给所述终端设备，以使所述终端设备在当前时刻对所述信息进行展示，
其中，所述终端设备的直播视频界面中的预设位置显示有交互组件，所述交互组件用于展示所述信息并提供操作选项。
换句话说，在本实施例中可以有两种方式：第一种，终端设备在获取到待展示信息的展示时间段后，可以根据当前时间与该展示时间段的关系自行决定当前是否应该展示。
或者，第二种，可以由服务器来判断当前时间与该展示时间段的关系，如果当前时刻进入展示时间段则可以向终端设备发送待展示的信息，而如果当前时刻已脱离所述展示时间段，则可以向终端设备发送控制指令，令其取消对所述信息的展示。
参见图9所示，在本实施例或本发明其他某些实施例中，所述方法还可以包括：
步骤S901，根据工作人员的操作，设置或修改所述信息的展示时间段中的值。
以商品的展示为例，在直播开始前，工作人员可以预先根据直播节目的内容，预先设计好直播期间要显示的各种商品，并为每件商品设置展示的起始时间和展示的终止时间，并将这些数据存储在服务器上。
作为示例可参见下面的表1所示：

此外，在直播进行中，工作人员也可以对商品信息进行临时的编辑、调整，例如更换商品，或者调整商品的展示时间段，以使所展示的商品与节目内容更匹配。在这种情况下服务器可以主动将更改内容告知终端设备，或者，终端设备可以定时进行轮询。
在本实施例中，在直播视频界面中增加了交互组件，该交互组件可以展示信息，并为用户提供操作选项，从而使用户在观看直播节目的同时，无需打断观看过程即可直接、高效的完成另外一些操作。以所展示的信息为商品为例，在本实施例中用户无需中断所观看的直播视频，无需进行窗口跳转，直接在交互组件中查看商品以及进行购买等操作即可，从而实现了边看边买的新功能，大大方便了用户，提高了用户观看直播视频时的效率，也提升了用户体验。
下面再结合具体场景对本发明方案作进一步描述。
图10是根据本发明一示例性实施例示出的一种在直播中进行交互的方法的信令图。
步骤S1001，在直播开始前或在直播开始时，终端设备向服务器请求待展示的信息。
例如假设待展示的有三种商品，分别是相机、智能电视、笔记本电脑，开始展示的时间依次是12:05、12:15、12:25，展示时长均为1分钟。那么在直播过程中，终端设备将在这些预设时刻展示对应的商品。
步骤S1002，服务器将待展示的信息发送给终端设备。
也即告知终端设备，在12:05时展示相机、在12:15时展示智能电视、在12:25时展示笔记本电脑。
步骤S1003，在直播开始前或直播开始时，终端设备与服务器时间进行一次同步。
服务器上的时间通常是准确的，而终端设备上的时间由于种种原因可能并不准确，例如当前服务器上的绝对时间为2016.2.18 12:00，而终端设备上的绝对时间为2016.2.18 11:58，终端设备需要根据服务器上的时间对自身时间进行校准。
步骤S1004，直播开始后，终端设备判断当前到达第一时刻，开始展示第一种商品。
即在12:05开始展示相机。
步骤S1005，终端设备判断当前到达第二时刻，开始展示第二种商品。
即在12:15开始展示智能电视。
作为示例展示时的效果图可参见图3所示。
步骤S1006，终端设备判断当前到达第三时刻，开始展示第三种商品。
即在12:25开始展示笔记本电脑。
直播节目结束，流程结束。
图11是根据本发明一示例性实施例示出的一种在直播中进行交互的方法的信令图。与图10所示的场景相比，图11所示的场景里增加了在直播过程中临时对商品进行编辑的环节。
步骤S1101，在直播开始前，工作人员通过操作平台在服务器的数据库中对该直播中的待展示商品进行设置。
例如仍假设待展示的有三种商品，分别是相机、智能电视、笔记本电脑， 开始展示的时间依次是12:05、12:15、12:25，展示时长均为1分钟。那么在直播过程中，终端设备将在这些预设时刻展示对应的商品。
步骤S1102，在直播开始前或在直播开始时，终端设备向服务器请求待展示的信息。
步骤S1103，服务器将待展示的信息发送给终端设备。
也即告知终端设备，在12:05时展示相机、在12:15时展示智能电视、在12:25时展示笔记本电脑。
步骤S1104，在直播开始前或直播开始时，终端设备与服务器时间进行一次同步。
步骤S1005，直播开始后，终端设备根据时间对商品进行展示。
即在12:05开始展示相机。
步骤S1106，工作人员临时对剩余的待展示信息进行了调整。
例如在12:09，工作人员将智能电视的展示时间从12:15延后为12:20，将笔记本电脑的展示时间从12:25提前为12:12。
步骤S1107，终端设备定时向服务器进行轮询。
步骤S1108，终端设备根据服务器返回的数据获取到最新的待展示信息。
通过定时轮询，终端设备得知智能电视的展示时间从12:15延后为12:20，笔记本电脑的展示时间从12:25提前为12:12。
步骤S1109，终端设备根据当前时间及最新获得的信息进行展示。
即在12:12开始展示相机。
步骤S1110，终端设备定时向服务器进行轮询。
步骤S1111，终端设备根据服务器返回的数据获取到最新的待展示信息。
此时智能电视的展示时间未做修改，仍为12:20。
步骤S1112，终端设备根据时间及最新获得的信息进行展示。
即在12:20开始展示电视。
直播节目结束，流程结束。
在本实施例中，在直播视频界面中增加了交互组件，该交互组件可以展示信息，并为用户提供操作选项，从而使用户在观看直播节目的同时，无需打断观看过程即可直接、高效的完成另外一些操作。以所展示的信息为商品为例，在本实施例中用户无需中断所观看的直播视频，无需进行窗口跳转，直接在交互组件中查看商品以及进行购买等操作即可，从而实现了边看边买的新功能，大大方便了用户，提高了用户观看直播视频时的效率，也提升了用户体验。
下述为本发明装置实施例，可以用于执行本发明方法实施例。对于本发明装置实施例中未披露的细节，请参照本发明方法实施例。
图12是根据本发明一示例性实施例示出的一种在直播中进行交互的装置的示意图。该装置可用于终端设备，如手机、视频播放器(如MP4播放器)、平板电脑、台式机电脑、笔记本电脑、电视等等。
参见图12所示，该装置可以包括：
信息获取单元1201，用于获取待展示的信息，其中所述信息带有展示时间段的属性。
在本实施例中，所述信息带有展示时间段的属性。以所述信息为商品信息为例，该商品信息可以有一个属性字段，该字段中存储有一个起止时间。例如直播视频从2016.2.18 15:00开始，而某商品的展示时间段为2016.2.1815:01～2016.2.18 15:02，那么就代表着终端设备在播放该直播视频的同时，会在15:01～15:02内在直播视频界面中的某个位置处展示该商品。
另外对于什么时候获取待展示的信息本实施例并不进行限制，例如可以在开始播放直播之前就获取，或者在开始播放直播时获取，等等。
此外当有多个直播视频时，可以根据直播视频的标识(如直播视频ID)对待展示的信息进行区分。
时间判断单元1202，用于在直播视频开始播放后，判断当前时刻是否已进入所述展示时间段，如果当前时刻已进入所述展示时间段，则触发交互单元。
交互单元1203，用于在所述直播视频界面中的预设位置显示交互组件，其中所述交互组件用于展示所述信息并提供操作选项，以及，根据所述用户在所述交互组件中的操作对所述信息进行与所述操作相对应的处理。
作为示例，该交互组件可以设置在直播视频的旁边，也可以浮在直播视频之上，对于具体的预设位置本实施例并不进行限制，本领域技术人员可以根据需求或场景自行进行设计。
在本实施例或本发明其他某些实施例中，所述信息为商品信息，所述交互组件包括以下操作选项中的至少一种：
查看商品详情，加入购物车，查看购物车，修改购物车，去购物车结算。
以所述信息为商品信息为例，在显示该商品的时间段内，用户在该交互组件中可以直接进行查看商品详情、加入购物车、查看购物车、修改购物车、去购物车结算等操作，非常方便。
参见图13所示，在本实施例或本发明其他某些实施例中，当所述交互组件包括查看购物车的操作选项时，所述交互单元包括：
登录判断子单元1301，用于判断用户是否已登录；
第一处理子单元1302，用于在用户触发了查看购物车的操作选项后根据登录判断子单元的判断结果进行如下处理：
如果所述用户已登录，则根据所述用户的身份标识从其他相关平台获取所述用户之前已加入到购物车中的商品，以及，将所述之前已加入到购物车中的商品和在观看所述直播视频期间加入到购物车的商品一起在所述交互组件中进行显示，
如果所述用户未登录，则在所述交互组件中只显示在观看所述直播视频期间加入到购物车的商品。
参见图14所示，在本实施例或本发明其他某些实施例中，当所述交互组件包括查看商品详情的操作选项时，所述交互单元包括：
第二处理子单元1401，用于当用户触发了查看商品详情的操作选项时，获取并在所述交互组件中显示所述用户所指向的商品的商品详情。
参见图15所示，在本实施例或本发明其他某些实施例中，当所述交互组件包括去购物车结算的操作选项时，所述交互单元包括：
登录判断子单元1501，用于判断用户是否已登录；
第三处理子单元1502，用于在用户触发了去购物车结算的操作选项时后根据登录判断子单元的判断结果进行如下处理：
如果所述用户已登录，则根据所述用户的身份标识直接跳转至相关平台的结算页面，
如果所述用户未登录，则跳转至用户登录页面。

  1. 一种在直播中进行交互的方法，其特征在于，所述方法用于终端设备，所述方法包括：
    获取待展示的信息，其中所述信息带有展示时间段的属性；
    在直播视频开始播放后，判断当前时刻是否已进入所述展示时间段；
    如果当前时刻已进入所述展示时间段，则在所述直播视频界面中的预设位置显示交互组件，其中所述交互组件用于展示所述信息并提供操作选项，
    以及，
    根据所述用户在所述交互组件中的操作对所述信息进行与所述操作相对应的处理。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法，其特征在于，所述信息为商品信息，所述交互组件包括以下操作选项中的至少一种：
    查看商品详情，加入购物车，查看购物车，修改购物车，去购物车结算。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法，其特征在于，当所述交互组件包括查看购物车的操作选项时，所述根据所述用户在所述交互组件中的操作对所述信息进行与所述操作相对应的处理，包括：
    当用户触发了查看购物车的操作选项时，判断所述用户是否已登录；
    如果所述用户已登录，则根据所述用户的身份标识从其他相关平台获取所述用户之前已加入到购物车中的商品，以及，将所述之前已加入到购物车中的商品和在观看所述直播视频期间加入到购物车的商品一起在所述交互组件中进行显示；
    如果所述用户未登录，则在所述交互组件中只显示在观看所述直播视频期间加入到购物车的商品。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的方法，其特征在于，当所述交互组件包括查看商品详情的操作选项时，所述根据所述用户在所述交互组件中的操作对所述信息进行与所述操作相对应的处理，包括：
    当用户触发了查看商品详情的操作选项时，获取并在所述交互组件中显示所述用户所指向的商品的商品详情。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的方法，其特征在于，当所述交互组件包括去购物车结算的操作选项时，所述根据所述用户在所述交互组件中的操作对所述信息进行与所述操作相对应的处理，包括：
    当用户触发了去购物车结算的操作选项时，判断所述用户是否已登录；
    如果所述用户已登录，则根据所述用户的身份标识直接跳转至相关平台的结算页面；
    如果所述用户未登录，则跳转至用户登录页面。
  6. 一种在直播中进行交互的方法，其特征在于，所述方法用于服务器，所述方法包括：
    存储待展示的信息，其中所述信息带有展示时间段的属性；
    根据终端设备的请求，将所述信息发送给所述终端设备，以使所述终端设备根据所述终端设备的当前时间和所述展示时间段在播放直播视频的过程中对所述信息进行展示，

  7. 根据权利要求6所述方法，其特征在于，所述方法还包括：
    根据工作人员的操作，设置或修改所述信息的展示时间段中的值。
  8. 一种在直播中进行交互的装置，其特征在于，所述装置用于终端设备，所述装置包括：
    信息获取单元，用于获取待展示的信息，其中所述信息带有展示时间段的属性；
    时间判断单元，用于在直播视频开始播放后，判断当前时刻是否已进入所述展示时间段，如果当前时刻已进入所述展示时间段，则触发交互单元；
