La présente invention concerne un appareil d'exercice de muscle cervical qui peut empêcher ou soulager l'engourdissement des bras et des mains, la rigidité du cou et d'une épaule, la position de tête vers l'avant, une hernie discale cervicale et analogue, par renforcement des muscles cervicaux, l'appareil d'exercice de muscle cervical comprenant : une partie fixe ayant des cadres latéraux sur ses deux côtés, de façon à être maintenue par un utilisateur, et ayant un cadre de liaison reliant les cadres latéraux les uns aux autres ; une partie mobile couplée de manière mobile à la partie fixe et ayant une partie ronde convexe vers l'intérieur ou vers l'extérieur, de façon à permettre à la tête ou au cou d'être placé sur cette dernière ; et une partie de ressort reliée entre la partie fixe et la partie mobile et ayant un ressort de compression ou de tension intégré de façon à générer une force de résistance dans la direction opposée à une force appliquée à la partie mobile.
