[청구항 6] 제 1항에있어서，
상기구매가이드정보관리서버 (20)는판매자가판매정보 (10)및열람 인센티브정보 (12)와구매인센티보정보 (14)를등록하는판매정보 등록부 (28)와;
판매정보 (10)및열람인센티브정보 (12)와구매인센티브정보 (14)를 포함한전체추출대상군정보를저장하는전체대상군 DB(26)가더 포함된것을특징으로하는지능형선택기능이탑재된구매가이드정보 제공시스템.
[청구항 7] 제 2항에있어서, 상기열람항목은랜덤이나업종또는，거리순또는，인센티브가큰순, 이벤트액면가가큰순，신규 /이전개업업체를포함하는항목인것을 특징으로하는지능형선택기능이탑재된구매가이드정보제공시스템. [청구항 8] 제 1항에있어서，
상기구매가이드정보관리서버 (20)는그내부에 ,유저가전체
열람항목증적어도하나이상의열람항목선택신호를수신하는열람항목 선택부 (32)와;
전체대상군 DB(26)로부터유저가선택한열람항목에해당하는다수의 대상정보를추출하고，추출된대상정보중일부를추가로선별하기위해 각대상정보에부여된점수를연산하는대상점수연산부 (30)가더 포함된것을특징으로하는지능형선택기능이탑재된구매가이드정보 제공시스템.
[청구항 9] 제 1항에있어서，
상기유저단말기 (2)는그내부에，업체정보를열람하기위한선택신호및 구매를위한선택신호를발생하고，특정지점에대한거리순업체추출을 요구하기위한위치지정신호를발생하기위한키입력부 (4)와;
해당유저의현재위치를자동으로판단하기위한 GPS모들 (36)이더 포함된것을특징으로하는지능형선택기능이탑재된구매가이드정보 제공시스템.
[청구항 10] 제 1항에있어서，
상기구매가이드정보관리서버 (20)는상기유저단말기 (2)측으로복수의 업체를추천하도록구성된것을특징으로하는지능형선택기능이 탑재된구매가이드정보제공시스템.
[청구항 11] 제 1항에있어서，
상기구매가이드정보관리서버 (20)는업체단말기 (3)로해당업체정보에 대한유저의열람정보를제공하도록구성된것을특징으로하는지능형 선택기능이탑재된구매가이드정보제공시스템.
[청구항 12] 제 1항에있어서，
상기구매가이드정보관리서버 (20)는유저에대한해당업체에대한 추천정보및해당업체정보에대한유저의예비구매정보를해당업체 —탄 —기- (3)로ᅳ전—송하도록—구성된—것올ᅭ특징 -으로—하는 -지^

어플리케이션 (4)으로선결제대상이되는업체정보및상품정보와 결제정보를업체가알수있도록한식별정보를전송하도록구성된것을 특징으로하는지능형선택기능이탑재된구매가이드정보제공시스템.

상기구매가이드정보관리서버 (20)는업체단말기 (3)로부터구매한 유저의정보를전송받아서해당유저에게열람인센티브와구매 인센티브를제공하도록구성된것을특징으로하는지능형선택기능이 탑재된구매가이드정보제공시스템.

d)상기구매가이드정보관리서버 (20)가상기열람대상군정보 (5)중 소정개수의업체정보에대한열람신호를수신하는과정과;
e)상기구매가이드정보관리서버 (20)가열람된업체정보중추천조건에 부합된소정의업체를추천하는과정과;
f)상기구매가이드정보관리서버 (20)가해당업체에대한유저의구매 확인신호수신시,열람인센티브와구매인센티브를해당유저에게 제공하는과정이포함된것을특징으로하는지능형선택기능이탑재된 구매가이드정보제공방법.
