Abstract
L'invention concerne le domaine de l'assemblage (épissage) ou de la réparation de couches de caoutchouc ou contenant du caoutchouc par un procédé de vulcanisation à chaud dans lequel de la chaleur et une pression sont appliquées pour effectuer l'épissage ou la réparation. L'invention concerne un couvercle de coussin de sécurité gonflable (141) fabriqué à partir d'un matériau souple et comprenant au moins une poche destinée à contenir un coussin de sécurité gonflable et comprenant des moyens (142) pour localiser une ou plusieurs sangles de fixation (150). Lors de l'utilisation, le couvercle de coussin de sécurité gonflable (141) est utilisé avec un coussin de sécurité gonflable, une plaque de renfort (130) et un coussin thermique (120), l'appareil étant fixé sur la couche (10), ou autour de cette dernière, qui est assemblée ou réparée au moyen des sangles de fixation (150). Le coussin thermique (120) et le coussin de sécurité gonflable sont ensuite activés pour appliquer la chaleur et la pression requises. Par rapport aux systèmes de la technique antérieur, le système de l'invention est léger et portable. Il est également simple à assembler et à utiliser.
