现有鼓有很多类型,均是由木框与皮相结合而成或是金属外框与敲击板结合而成,其加工比较麻烦,存放不够方便快捷,美观性较差,造型笨重等诸多缺点。

一种音舌鼓,包括:不锈钢鼓体,所述不锈钢鼓体为高度为300mm,直径为225mm的圆柱体,所述不锈钢鼓体的上面、底面与侧壁均为圆弧过渡;在所述不锈钢鼓体上面圆周上均匀加工有多个音舌,所述音舌呈半圆形,所述半圆形边缘为镂空结构;在所述不锈钢鼓体底面中部加工有通孔。

通过敲击音舌使其震动发出动听的音色,其结构简单,加工方便快捷,美观大方等诸多优点。
音舌振动发声技术:
通过振动介质(不锈钢)发声腔体结构原理,敲击音舌将振动引向固体介面,腔体本身成了一个大共振音响。金属材料穿透力强,传播远,360度的全面发声,无论听众的在任何一个位置,将会感受到同样的音质享受。这样音舌鼓发声材质和圆型结构打造出的全新的声还原,它可以真实再现材质本身所发出的美妙、复杂的声音。
造型设计原理:
8个相连的音舌可以形成空气震动的臂膀,每个音舌的大小不同所产生的震动频率不同,所以每个音舌得音高也不同。音舌的排列是按照中国的五声音阶 设计的,每个音舌间距均称。
音阶设计原理按中国的五声音阶设计,起源于中国古代的辩证唯物哲学思想,五行相生,五音相度。
工艺流程:
制粗胎(冲压)----切割(激光切割)-----焊接-----打磨-----首次调音(曲线据)----整形-----喷塑(塑粉,是粉末涂料的一种俗称,是一种100%固含量,无溶剂的粉末状环保涂料,施工工艺为高温静电喷涂。塑粉可用于家电、机箱机柜、工具、车辆部件、体育。)------微调(手工调音)。
