进一步地,所述分体式台钳(6)的固定钳口(6-01)和活动钳口(6-02)可用圆柱销定位在多功能机床台面板(2)或夹具集成平台(5)的台面板或夹具托板(3)或夹具托板(4)上,然后用螺钉锁紧,钳口的有效工作范围在:0-700mm,在该范围内,钳口可按多功能机床台面板上20X20mm的孔距做每步20mm的进退调整,活动钳口可在0-25mm的范围内做无级调整。
进一步地,所述分体式台钳配有多种V形钳口,可以对方形、圆形、弧形零件进行定位夹持。
进一步地,所述分体式台钳(6)的固定钳口(6-01)和活动钳口(6-02)之间没有丝杠连接,由此可降低装夹零件的高度。
进一步地,所述柔性夹具元件(7)可对有面定位、边定位、弧定位、孔定位、内外圆定位需求的异形零件进行夹持,并通过可调支承(7-01)、(7-02)、(7-03)的组合变化,使万能夹具机床获得U、V、W三个增量轴的变化功能。
根据本发明提供的具体实施例,本发明公开了以下技术效果:
本发明的万能夹具机床本身就拥有了各种工装夹具,将机床和工装夹具相互融为了一体,使其成为万能夹具机床。该机床拥有三个移动轴:X、Y、Z,三个旋转轴:A、B、C,三个增量轴:U、V、W,共九轴配置,主要用于车、铣、钻等加工形式,能完成除曲面加工外的二维空间、三维空间部位的加工。
该机床的装夹具配置完全可以替代专用夹具,且装夹具的拼装时间只需几十分钟,而同类型专用夹具的制造时间通常要1-2个月。
该机床的装夹具配置可循环使用。

具体实施方式
如图1-5所示,本发明提供了一种用于机械加工行业的万能夹具机床,包括数控机床体(1)、多功能机床台面板(2)、中号夹具托板(3)、小号夹具托板(4)、夹具集成平台(5)、分体式台钳(6)和柔性夹具元件(7),其特征在于,所述多功能机床台面板(2)设置在所述数控机床体(1)上,所述多功能机床台面板(2)上能够设置所述中号夹具托板(3)、所述小号夹具托板(4)、所述夹具集成平台(5)、所述分体式台钳(6)或所述柔性夹具元件(7);所述多功能机床台面板(2)、所述中号夹具托板(3)和所述小号夹具托板(4)上均能够设置所述分体式台钳(6);所述夹具集成平台(5)上方能够设置所述分体式台钳(6)或所述柔性夹具元件(7)。
万能夹具机床的数控机床体,就是三轴联动数控加工中心机体,其X轴行程:1000mm,Y轴行程:600mm,Z轴行程:500mm,精度为:0.01mm,刀库:10柄;可以完成X、Y、Z坐标移动轴的三轴联动加工功能。
多功能机床台面板为孔系夹具的基础板结构,台面板的长度为:1000mm,宽度为:600mm,长度方向有48排孔,宽度方向有25排孔,长宽方向的孔间距为20X 20mm,孔的上半部分为直径13mm的圆柱销孔,可用圆柱销来定位机床台面上各种装夹具,孔的下半部分为M12的 螺孔,用来固定锁紧机床台面上的装夹具。多功能机床台面板上可满足夹具集成平台、分体式台钳、柔性夹具、中号夹具托板和小号夹具托板在其上的刚性定位和锁紧。多功能机床台面板的上表面设计有2个定位接收套和8个锁紧接收套,用来定位和锁紧夹具托板。夹具托板为孔系结构的基础板,夹具托板的表面可配以蓝系夹具的各种柔性夹具组合,用以装夹零件,夹具托板大小选用的依据是与被加工零件的大小相匹配,当需加工多个相同零件时,可预先将零件装夹在夹具托板上,以便加工时做到迅速切换,以提高功效和机床的使用效率。夹具托板的底面装有2个定位球体,与多功能机床台面板上的定位接收套相匹配;夹具托板的周边四个角的位置上设计有4个锥面锁,与多功能机床台面板上的锁紧接收套相匹配,锥面锁与锁紧接收套锁紧后,可将夹具托板锁紧在多功能机床台面板上;夹具托板在装夹零件时,为保障夹具托板板面的平稳放置,可在与定位球体中心连线相平行的端面下施以厚度合适的垫块;夹具集成平台为多功能装夹具,可完成万能夹具机床三个旋转轴A、B、C的旋转功能。
转动蜗轮变速箱的蜗杆手柄,可使夹具平台的台面板作360°的旋转,完成A轴的旋转变化功能;旋转上台板的角度调节杆手柄,可使夹具平台的台面板围绕铰链轴作0-90°的旋转,完成B轴的旋转变化功能,角度的变化可由电子角度显示器直接读取;当夹具集成平台围绕下台板的中心轴孔作360°的旋转时,可完成C轴的旋转变化功能;当A、B、C三个旋转轴联动时,可使零件获得复合空间角度的变化。
分体式台钳的固定钳口和活动钳口可用圆柱销定位在多功能机床台面板或夹具集成平台或中号夹具托板或小号夹具托板上,然后用螺钉锁紧;钳口的有效工作范围在0-700mm,在该范围内,钳口可按多功能机床台面板上20X 20mm的孔距做每步20mm的进退调整,活动钳口可在0-25mm的范围内做无级调整;分体式台钳配有多种V形钳口,可以对方形、圆形、弧形零件进行定位夹持;由于固定钳口和活动钳口之间没有丝杠连接,所以可降低装夹零件的高度。
柔性夹具元件可对有面定位、边定位、弧定位、孔定位、内外圆定位需求的异形零件进行夹持,并通过可调支承的组合变化,使万能夹具机床获得U、V、W三个增量轴的变化功能。
工作原理:
多功能机床台面板、中小号夹具托板、夹具集成平台的台面板均为孔系基础板,以其工作台面上的任意孔(轴)为坐标原点,在U、V、W三个增量轴上以0.01mm的级差调整出点、线、面、孔、弧、圆的定位基准,以满足异形件整体的定位要求,将工件牢固夹持;
被夹持的工件通过集成平台A、B、C三个旋转轴10″级差的有级旋转,被定位到二维或三维的任意空间位置;
切削刀具通过X、Y、Z三轴数控机床的三个移动轴0.01mm级差的联动调整,找到工件最精确的切削位置进行加工。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种用于机械加工行业的万能夹具机床,包括数控机床体(1)、多功能机床台面板(2)、中号夹具托板(3)、小号夹具托板(4)、夹具集成平台(5)、分体式台钳(6)和柔性夹具元件(7),其特征在于,所述多功能机床台面板(2)设置在所述数控机床体(1)上,所述多功能机床台面板(2)上能够设置所述中号夹具托板(3)、所述小号夹具托板(4)、所述夹具集成平台(5)、所述分体式台钳(6)和/或所述柔性夹具元件(7);所述多功能机床台面板(2)、所述中号夹具托板(3)和所述小号夹具托板(4)上均能够设置所述分体式台钳(6);所述夹具集成平台(5)上方能够设置所述分体式台钳(6)或所述柔性夹具元件(7)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的万能夹具机床,其特征在于:所述数控机床体(1)为数控三坐标轴机床,X轴1000mm,Y轴600mm,Z轴500mm,精度:0.01mm,刀库:10柄。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的万能夹具机床,其特征在于:所述多功能机床台面板(2)为蓝系夹具的基础板结构,台面板设计为:长1000mm,宽600mm,长度方向有48排孔,宽度方向有25排孔,长宽方向的孔间距为20mm,孔的上半部分为直径13mm的圆柱销孔,孔的下半部分为M12的螺孔,台面板为二层结构,面板的下一层在长度方向上有七个均布贯通的排屑孔。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的万能夹具机床,其特征在于:所述多功能机床台面板(2)可满足:所述中号夹具托板(3)、所述小号夹具托板(4)、所述夹具集成平台(5)、所述分体式台钳(6)和所述柔性夹具元件(7)在其上的刚性定位和锁紧。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的万能夹具机床,其特征在于:所述多功能机床台面板(2)上表面设计有定位接收套(2-02)和锁紧接收套(2-01)。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的万能夹具机床,其特征在于:所述中号夹具托板(3)和小号夹具托板(4)为孔系结构的基础板,夹具托板的表面可配以蓝系夹具的各种夹具组合。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的万能夹具机床,其特征在于:所述中号夹具托板(3)和小号夹具托板(4)底面装有定位球体(3-01)和(4-01), 其与多功能机床台面板(2)上的定位接收套(2-02)相匹配。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的万能夹具机床,其特征在于:所述中号夹具托板(3)和小号夹具托板(4)在其周边四个角的位置上各设计有4个锥面锁(3-02)和(4-02),与多功能机床台面板(2)上的锁紧接收套(2-01)相匹配。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的万能夹具机床,其特征在于:所述分体式台钳(6)配有多种V形钳口。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的万能夹具机床,其特征在于:所述分体式台钳(6)包括固定钳口(6-01)和活动钳口(6-02),固定钳口(6-01)和活动钳口(6-02)之间没有丝杠连接。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的万能夹具机床,其特征在于:所述柔性夹具元件(7)上设置有可调支承(7-01)、可调支承(7-02)和可调支承(7-03),可调支承(7-01)、可调支承(7-02)和可调支承(7-03)可随机组合变化。
