终端通讯方法及装置、终端、存储介质 技术领域
本发明涉及通信领域的终端通信技术,具体涉及一种终端通讯方法及装置、终端、存储介质。
背景技术
终端或称通信终端,是指具备通信功能的计算机设备,广义的讲包括移动终端、笔记本、平板电脑、销售终端(POS,Point Of Sale)机,甚至包括车载电脑,但是,大部分情况下是指移动终端或者具有多种应用功能的智能终端及平板电脑。而在终端硬件技术飞速发展的今天,所有的终端都可以具有接听和拨打电话的功能。
随着触摸屏技术的发展,越来越多的终端通过触摸屏来操作,而不再使用原来的物理按键,这样,操作更方便和快捷。但在实际使用中,终端屏幕的触摸功能很容易损坏,如:因屏幕自检不正确导致的触摸失灵、电容屏幕被静电击穿导致的触摸功能丧失、屏幕因外力撞击导致触摸不灵敏,屏幕部分或全部破碎而无法触摸等,这样,虽然能看到显示内容,但是无法在屏幕滑动操作,也就无法接听或拨打电话,给使用者带来很大的不便;况且在很多终端屏幕损坏的情况中,都是需要呼救和求助的紧急情况,而仅仅因为终端屏幕的损坏,就失去了呼救和求助的一个最快捷的途径。
现有技术中,能够解决的方法也就是通过耳机的接听键接听电话,这个方法只有在携带耳机的情况下才有效,而且不能解决拨打的问题。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明实施例期望提供一种终端通讯方法及装置、终端; 存储介质,能在终端的触摸屏无法操作的情况下,完成呼入呼出操作。
为达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:
本发明实施例提供了一种终端通讯方法,所述方法包括:
获取预设的进入不同通讯模式的物理按键组合或屏幕压力值;
根据输入的物理按键组合的物理按键信号或测得的屏幕压力值,进入相应的通讯模式;
执行所述通讯模式预设的呼入或呼出操作。
优选的,所述通讯模式包括呼入的第一通讯模式和呼出的第二通讯模式;
进入所述第一通讯模式的物理按键组合为由系统设定;
进入所述第二通讯模式的物理按键组合为由用户设置。
优选的,进入所述第一通讯模式的物理按键组合包括:在终端锁屏状态下,在规定的时间长度内电源键、音量上键和音量下键被按压;
进入所述第二通讯模式的物理按键组合设置有多个,且在终端锁屏状态下有效;
进入所述第二通讯模式后的操作界面为联系人列表界面。
优选的,所述方法还包括:
加载所述通讯模式预设的物理按键作用规则;
所述第一通讯模式的物理按键作用规则包括:
音量上键或音量下键被按压时执行选择联系人操作、所述电源键被按压时执行呼出操作、以及所述电源键被连续两次按压时执行结束通话操作。
优选的,所述第二通讯模式的物理按键作用规则包括:

本发明实施例提供的终端通讯方法及装置、终端、存储介质,预设进 入不同通讯模式的物理按键组合;根据输入的物理按键信号,进入相应的通讯模式;根据输入的物理按键信号完成呼入或呼出;可见,呼入或呼出的操作完全通过触发物理按键组合的方式实现,不依赖于对触摸屏的操作即可完成,因而,本发明实施例通过终端的物理按键组合,在终端的触摸屏无法操作的情况下,进入相应的通讯模式,解决了不能呼入和呼出的问题。

具体实施方式
下面将结合附图及具体实施例对本发明再做进一步的说明。
实施例一
如图1所示,本实施例的一种终端通讯方法,包括:
步骤101:获取预设的进入不同通讯模式的物理按键组合或屏幕压力值;
通常,由于终端屏幕损坏,只能通过物理按键来执行一定的操作;但是,一般智能终端上通用的物理按键比较少,因此,只能通过物理按键组合来区别于正常的操作,进而通过物理按键组合顺利进入相应的通讯模式;
这里,所述不同通讯模式包括呼入通讯模式,即接听电话的通讯模式;呼出通讯模式,即拨打电话的通讯模式;呼入的通讯模式、呼出的通讯模式也可以分别称为第一通讯模式、第二通讯模式;
在实际使用中,第一通讯模式和第二通讯模式可以称为紧急通讯模式, 并在终端屏幕没有损坏的时候就预先设置好相应的物理按键组合方案,在没有设置的情况下,第一通讯模式可以有默认的物理按键组合方案,默认的物理按键组合可以是电源键、音量上键和音量下键。
预设的物理按键组合及其对应的通讯模式可以存储在终端的本地存储区域,如:存储器、数据库等,这样,不需要数据网络,就能进入相应的通讯模式,而且速度快。
本实施例中,进入第一通讯模式的物理按键组合由系统设定,进入第二通讯模式的物理按键组合由用户设置;
这里,之所以分别设置进入所述第一通讯模式和第二通讯模式的物理按键组合,是考虑到拨打电话需要显示电话簿中的联系人,涉及到个人隐私;
也正因如此,本实施例中的进入第一通讯模式的物理按键组合为系统设定,即系统默认的物理按键组合,而进入第二通讯模式的物理按键组合为用户设置。
实际使用中,进入第二通讯模式也可以有默认的物理按键组合,默认的物理按键组合可以是电源键和音量上键或电源键和音量下键。
本实施例中,进入所述第一通讯模式的物理按键组合包括:在终端锁屏状态下,在规定的时间长度内分别按电源键、音量上键和音量下键,实际使用中,规定的时间长度可设置为1秒。
进入所述第二通讯模式的物理按键组合设置有多个,且在终端锁屏状态下按压物理按键组合才有效;
由于屏幕损坏后,可能还会有部分功能可以正常运行,为了避免误操作或对操作产生干扰和限制,必须将除物理键之外的操作功能关闭,所以进入通讯模式,需要在锁屏状态下进行。
除了通过输入物理按键组合进入所述第一通讯模式,还有一种进入第 一通讯模式的方法是:当测得的屏幕压力值达到预设值时,自动进入所述第一通讯模式;自动进入第一通讯模式的方式是一种可选方式,需要在终端或终端内部嵌入屏幕压力传感器,当压力传感器检测到终端或终端的屏幕受到压力,达到屏幕可能会损坏的临界值时,自动进入第一通讯模式,这样,在用户不知道屏幕损坏的情况下,还具有呼入功能,但这需要建立在精确的压力传感器和大量的模拟测试的基础上,所以仅作为一个可选项。
进入第二通讯模式的物理按键组合,也是在锁屏状态下,基于电源键、音量上键和音量下键的组合,既不同于第一通讯模式的物理按键组合,也要操作方便。
可选的,进入第二通讯模式的物理按键组合可以设置多个,这样,可以避免部分物理按键的损坏,导致无法进入第二通讯模式。
步骤102:根据输入的物理按键组合的物理按键信号或测得的屏幕压力值,进入相应的通讯模式;
这里,根据输入的物理按键信号进入第一通讯模式或第二通讯模式,比如:进入所述第一通讯模式后的操作界面为开机后的界面;进入所述第二通讯模式后的操作界面为联系人列表界面,这样,便于快速找到联系人。其中,联系人列表界面是本地通讯录的功能,直接加载即可。
本步骤还可以包括:加载所述通讯模式预设的物理按键作用规则;
所述物理按键作用规则要指单个的物理按键的作用规则,因为在进入第一通讯模式或第二通讯模式后,正常的物理按键的作用规则将被重新设置的作用规则所取代,以区别于正常的使用。
这些加载的相应通讯模式下的物理按键作用规则只有在进入第一通讯模式或第二通讯模式后才有效,一旦退出就失效,并自动恢复正常的物理按键作用规则。
例如,所述第一通讯模式的物理按键作用规则包括:按压任意的物理 按键开始通话,即接听电话,以及连续两次按压任意的物理按键结束通话;
在本实施例中,具体设置按压电源键接听电话,连续两次按压电源键结束通话。
所述第二通讯模式的物理按键作用规则包括:按压音量上键或音量下键选择联系人,按压所述电源键呼出,即拨打电话,以及连续两次按压所述电源键结束通话。
可选的,为了避免被识别成关机或其它不相关的操作,按压的时间有要求,即按压时间为0.2~1秒,也就是通常意义上的短按,这是电子产品中一个普通的操作术语。
正常情况下,物理按键可以有一套设置好的作用规则,但在本实施例的第一通讯模式或第二通讯模式下,所有的物理按键作用都会被重新设置,因此,使用时需要加载重新设置的相应通讯模式下的物理按键作用规则。
例如,在进入第一通讯模式或第二通讯模式后,预先设置的物理按键作用规则会取代原有的物理按键规则,加载到呼入或呼出的程序中;
例如,相关技术中短按电源键,对应的短按电源键“事件”,会触发“锁屏”程序,但进入第一通讯模式以后,短按电源键“事件”,会被认为是“呼入”程序中开始通话的信号,这是本领域技术人员都能理解的,不作详述。
步骤103:执行所述通讯模式预设的呼入或呼出操作。
如前所述,通讯模式分为呼入的第一通讯模式和呼出的第二通讯模式两种,都是预先设置的,在这两种通讯模式下,如何进行呼入或呼出的操作也是预先设置的。
本步骤中,在第一通讯模式下,终端有呼入时,按压任意的物理按键接听电话,以及连续两次按压任意的物理按键结束通话;
在第二通讯模式下,按压音量上键或音量下键选择联系人,按压所述 电源键呼出,以及连续两次按压所述电源键结束通话;
可选的,如果由于选择错误,拨打了错误的联系人,可以直接连续两次按压所述电源键结束呼叫,重新选择联系人。
本发明实施例主要目的是用于终端触屏损坏的紧急情况,但是如有需要,在触屏正常的情况下也可以使用。
实施例二
图2为本发明实施例二终端通讯方法中的第一通讯模式的实现流程,本实施例中,物理按键组合为电源键、音量上键和音量下键三个物理按键的组合,对应的通讯模式是第一通讯模式,即:呼入的通讯模式;如图2所示,呼入的流程包括:
步骤201~202:检测到短按电源键操作,终端屏幕进入锁屏状态。
步骤203~204:在锁屏状态下,检测到在1秒内分别按电源键、音量上键和音量下键的操作,进入第一通讯模式;
步骤205~206:有来电时,检测到短按电源键操作则执行接听来电操作。
实施例三
图3为本发明实施例三终端通讯方法中的第二通讯模式的实现流程,本实施例中,物理按键组合为电源键和音量上键、或电源键和音量下键两个物理按键的组合,对应的通讯模式是第二通讯模式,即:呼出的通讯模式;如图3所示,呼出的流程包括:
步骤301~302:检测到短按电源键的操作,终端屏幕进入锁屏状态。
步骤303~304:在锁屏状态下,检测到在0.7秒内分别按电源键、音量上键或电源键、音量下键的操作,进入第二通讯模式;
步骤305~306:检测到按压音量上键或音量下键的操作执行选择联系人操作(切换联系人列表中处于聚焦状态的联系人),检测到按压所述电源键的操作执行呼出操作;
终端提示呼叫的联系人的信息,供用户确认呼叫的联系人是否正确,如果错误,则连续两次短按电源键以触发结束通话,相应地,终端执行后续步骤。
步骤307~308:检测到连续两次短按电源键的操作结束通话,并返回步骤305,如果未检测到连续两次短按电源键的操作,则确认呼叫的联系人正确,则继续呼叫联系人。
用户完成通话后,可以连续两次短按电源键以触发结束通话,相应地,终端执行后续步骤。
步骤309:检测到连续两次短按电源键操作时执行结束通话操作。
实施例四
如图4所示,本实施例的终端通讯装置,包括设置模块41、信号确认模块42和通讯控制模块43;其中,
所述设置模块41,配置为获取预设的进入不同通讯模式的物理按键组合或屏幕压力值;
通常,由于终端屏幕损坏,只能通过物理按键来执行一定的操作;但是,一般智能终端上通用的物理按键比较少,因此,只能通过物理按键组合来区别于正常的操作,进而通过物理按键组合顺利进入相应的通讯模式;
这里,所述不同通讯模式包括呼入通讯模式,即接听电话的通讯模式;呼出通讯模式,即拨打电话的通讯模式;呼入的通讯模式、呼出的通讯模式也可以分别称为第一通讯模式、第二通讯模式;

本实施例中,进入所述第一通讯模式的物理按键组合包括:在终端锁屏状态下在规定的时间长度内电源键、音量上键和音量下键被按压(按压的先后顺序不做区分),实际使用中,规定的时间长度可设置为1秒。
进入所述第二通讯模式的物理按键组合设置有多个,且在终端锁屏状态下输入才有效;
由于屏幕损坏后,可能还会有部分功能可以正常运行,为了避免误操作或对操作产生干扰和限制,必须将除物理键之外的操作功能关闭,所以进入通讯模式,需要在锁屏状态下进行。
除了通过输入物理按键组合进入所述第一通讯模式,还有一种进入第一通讯模式的方法是:当测得的屏幕压力值达到预设值时,自动进入所述第一通讯模式;自动进入第一通讯模式的方式是一种可选方式,需要在终端或终端内部嵌入屏幕压力传感器,当压力传感器检测到终端或终端的屏幕受到压力,达到屏幕可能会损坏的临界值时,自动进入第一通讯模式,这样,在用户不知道屏幕损坏的情况下,还具有呼入功能,但这需要建立 在精确的压力传感器和大量的模拟测试的基础上,所以仅作为一个可选项。

这里,根据输入的物理按键信号,进入第一通讯模式或第二通讯模式,比如:进入所述第一通讯模式后的操作界面时开机后的界面;进入所述第二通讯模式后的操作界面为联系人列表界面,这样,便于快速找到联系人。其中,联系人列表界面是本地通讯录的功能,直接加载即可。
所述信号确认模块42还可配置为:加载所述通讯模式预设的物理按键作用规则;
所述物理按键作用规则要指单个的物理按键的作用规则,因为在进入第一通讯模式或第二通讯模式后,正常的物理按键的作用规则将被重新设置的作用规则所取代,以区别于正常的使用。
这些加载的相应通讯模式下的物理按键作用规则只有在进入第一通讯模式或第二通讯模式后才有效,一旦退出就失效,并自动恢复正常的物理按键作用规则。
例如,所述第一通讯模式的物理按键作用规则包括:任意的物理按键被按压时执行开始通话操作,即执行接听电话操作,以及连续两次按压任意的物理按键执行结束通话操作;
在本实施例中,设置按压电源键接听电话,连续两次按压电源键结束通话。
所述第二通讯模式的物理按键作用规则包括:音量上键或音量下键被按压时执行选择联系人操作,电源键被按压时执行呼出操作,即拨打电话,以及所述电源键连续两次被按压时执行结束通话操作。

所述通讯控制模块43,配置为执行所述通讯模式预设的呼入或呼出操作。
如前所述,通讯模式分为呼入的第一通讯模式和呼出的第二通讯模式两种,都是预先设置的,在这两种通讯模式下,如何进行呼入或呼出的操作也是预先设置的。
本实施例中,在第一通讯模式下,终端有呼入时,当检测到按压任意的物理按键操作时执行接听电话操作,以及检测到连续两次按压任意的物理按键时执行结束通话操作;
在第二通讯模式下,检测到按压音量上键或音量下键操作时执行选择联系人操作,检测到按压所述电源键时执行呼出操作,以及检测到连续两次按压所述电源键时执行结束通话操作;
可选的,如果由于选择错误,拨打了错误的联系人,可以直接连续两次按压所述电源键,终端在检测到连续两次按压所述电源键执行结束呼叫操作,切换联系人列表中的聚焦项供用户重新选择呼叫的联系人。
本发明实施例主要目的是用于终端触屏损坏的紧急情况,但是如有需要,在触屏正常的情况下也可以使用。
在实际应用中,所述设置模块41、信号确认模块42和通讯控制模块43均可由位于终端的中央处理器(CPU)、微处理器(MPU)、数字信号处理器(DSP)、或现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)等实现。

本领域普通技术人员可以理解:实现上述方法实施例的全部或部分步骤可以通过程序指令相关的硬件来完成,前述的程序可以存储于一计算机可读取存储介质中,该程序在执行时,执行包括上述方法实施例的步骤;而前述的存储介质包括:移动存储设备、随机存取存储器(RAM,Random Access Memory)、只读存储器(ROM,Read-Only Memory)、磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序代码的介质。
或者,本发明上述集成的单元如果以软件功能模块的形式实现并作为独立的产品销售或使用时,也可以存储在一个计算机可读取存储介质中。基于这样的理解,本发明实施例的技术方案本质上或者说对相关技术做出贡献的部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来,该计算机软件产品存储在一个存储介质中,包括若干指令用以使得一台计算机设备(可以是个人计算机、服务器、或者网络设备等)执行本发明各个实施例所述方法的全部或部分。而前述的存储介质包括:移动存储设备、RAM、ROM、磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序代码的介质。
以上所述,仅为本发明的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内,可轻易想到变化或替换,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。因此,本发明的保护范围应以所述权利要求的保护范围为准。

Claims (18)

  1. 一种终端通讯方法,所述方法包括:
    获取预设的进入不同通讯模式的物理按键组合或屏幕压力值;
    根据输入的物理按键组合的物理按键信号或测得的屏幕压力值,进入相应的通讯模式;
    执行所述通讯模式预设的呼入或呼出操作。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述通讯模式包括呼入的第一通讯模式和呼出的第二通讯模式;
    进入所述第一通讯模式的物理按键组合为由系统设定;
    进入所述第二通讯模式的物理按键组合为由用户设置。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中,所述进入所述第一通讯模式的物理按键组合包括:在终端锁屏状态下,在规定的时间长度内电源键、音量上键和音量下键被按压;
    进入所述第二通讯模式的物理按键组合设置有多个,且在终端锁屏状态下有效;
    进入所述第二通讯模式后的操作界面为联系人列表界面。
  4. 根据权利要求1至3任一项所述的方法,其中,所述方法还包括:
    加载所述通讯模式预设的物理按键作用规则;
    所述第一通讯模式的物理按键作用规则包括:
    任意的物理按键被按压时执行开始通话操作、以及任意的物理按键被连续按压两次时执行结束通话操作。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其中,所述第二通讯模式的物理按键作用规则包括:
    音量上键或音量下键被按压时执行选择联系人操作、所述电源键被按压时执行呼出操作、以及所述电源键被连续两次按压时执行结束通话操作。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其中,所述按压的按压时间为0.2~1秒。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,当所述屏幕受到外力的挤压,测得的屏幕压力值达到预设值时,进入所述第一通讯模式。
  8. 一种终端通讯装置,所述装置包括设置模块、信号确认模块和通讯控制模块;其中,
    所述设置模块,配置为获取预设的进入不同通讯模式的物理按键组合或屏幕压力值;
    所述信号确认模块,配置为根据输入的物理按键组合的物理按键信号,进入相应的通讯模式;
    所述通讯控制模块,配置为执行所述通讯模式预设的呼入或呼出操作。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的装置,其中,所述通讯模式包括呼入的第一通讯模式和呼出的第二通讯模式;
    进入所述第一通讯模式的物理按键组合为由系统设定;
    进入所述第二通讯模式的物理按键组合为由用户设置。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的装置,其中,进入所述第一通讯模式的物理按键组合包括:在终端锁屏状态下,在规定的时间长度内电源键、音量上键和音量下键被按压;
    进入所述第二通讯模式的物理按键组合设置有多个,且在终端锁屏状态下有效;
    进入所述第二通讯模式后的操作界面为联系人列表界面。
  11. 根据权利要求8至10任一项所述的装置,其中,所述信号确认模块还配置为:
    加载所述通讯模式预设的物理按键作用规则;
    所述第一通讯模式的物理按键作用规则包括:
    任意的物理按键被按压时执行开始通话操作、以及任意的物理按键被连续按压两次时执行结束通话操作。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的装置,其中,所述第二通讯模式的物理按键作用规则包括:
    音量上键或音量下键被按压时执行选择联系人操作、所述电源键被按压时执行呼出操作、以及所述电源键被连续两次按压时执行结束通话操作。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的装置,其中,所述按压的按压时间为0.2~1秒。
  14. 根据权利要求8所述的装置,其中,当所述屏幕受到外力的挤压,测得的屏幕压力值达到预设值时,进入所述第一通讯模式。
  15. 一种终端通信装置,所述终端通讯装置包括:
    存储介质,用于存储计算机可执行指令;
    处理器,配置为执行存储在所述存储介质上的计算机可执行指令,所述计算机可执行指令包括:
    获取预设的进入不同通讯模式的物理按键组合或屏幕压力值;
    根据输入的物理按键组合的物理按键信号或测得的屏幕压力值,进入相应的通讯模式;
    执行所述通讯模式预设的呼入或呼出操作。
  16. 一种终端,所述终端包括权利要求8至14任一项所述的终端通讯装置。
  17. 一种终端,所述终端包括:
    存储介质,用于存储计算机可执行指令;
    处理器,配置为执行存储在所述存储介质上的计算机可执行指令,所述计算机可执行指令包括:
    获取预设的进入不同通讯模式的物理按键组合或屏幕压力值;
    根据输入的物理按键组合的物理按键信号或测得的屏幕压力值,进入相应的通讯模式;
    执行所述通讯模式预设的呼入或呼出操作。
  18. 一种存储介质,用于存储计算机可执行指令,所述可执行指令用于执行权利要求1至7任一项所述的终端通讯方法。
