背景技术
随着社会的进步,科技的发展,电梯的使用越来越普遍,随之而来的安全问题也日益凸显,电梯“吃人”的报道时常见诸报端。2016年3月,某地一位年轻母亲抱着五个多月大的女儿乘坐电梯,电梯门打开后,大人抱着小孩下意识的就往里边走,没想到电梯轿厢并未到达,导致母女双双跌入电梯井内当场身亡。时隔几日,电梯“吃人”的悲剧再次发生,某在建工地内,一名工人在施工中欲使用电梯,没想到电梯门开了轿厢却没到,工人一下子从一层坠入到约10米深的电梯井底,这名工人被送至医院后,最终因为伤情过重不幸身亡。在大众对乘坐电梯仍心有余悸时,又报道一名女士在电梯门打开后顺势迈进门内,不曾想这时电梯的轿厢并未到达,女士顺着电梯井从15层跌落,不幸当场死亡。还有某地小伙子喝高了,看电梯门没开,就直接踢门,结果门开了,电梯轿厢却没来,小伙子直接从4楼掉到1楼,万幸的是,他仅仅左腿骨折。同期还有某地一家商场的保安在巡查乘电梯时,电梯门开了,轿厢却没来,保安一脚踏空坠入电梯井负三层当场身受重伤。诸如此类的悲剧在世界上时有发生,给死伤者家属带来了极大的悲痛,同时死伤者的善后工作也成为电梯厂家及使用者沉重的经济负担。尽管现有电梯安全保障措施已十分完善,但电梯长期使用会导致部件损坏,性能变化,同时,监管检修不到位或其他偶然因素使电梯门打开与轿厢到达不同步,电梯门误开,极易造成人身伤亡。

如图4所示,为增强柔性防护屏4的抗拉强度和使用寿命,可将柔性防护屏4边缘处的厚度制作成大于其他部位的厚度。
本发明的柔性防护屏4可采用聚丙烯、聚乙烯、尼龙、化纤、碳纤维中的一种或几种制成,上述材料制成的织物耐磨损、抗拉强度大且造价低,用户可根据实际需求选用。
本发明的电梯辅助安全装置,在电梯门3内侧在电梯井1内自上至下紧贴电梯门3设置一条张紧的柔性防护屏4,即使当轿厢2未降至电梯门3处时,电梯门3误开时,由于柔性防护屏4的阻挡,乘客也不会踩空坠入电梯井1,避免了乘客坠入电梯井1这类安全事故的发生。同时,由于柔性防护屏4是包覆在轿厢2外侧,并未遮挡轿厢门,因此,轿厢2正常下降至电梯门3处,电梯门3打开时,用户可直接进入轿厢2。可见,本发明的电梯辅助安全装置安装时不需要更改电梯门3、轿厢2、电梯井1及其他电梯相关部件的现有结构,易于对现有的电梯进行升级改造。同时,本装置不含任何电控设备,其作业时也不需任何电控设备辅助,因而性能稳定,可靠性高。另外,柔性防护屏4还具有价格低廉、使用成本低的优点。
