Description

Packing member, packing body, and manufacturing method of packing body
The present invention relates to a packing member, a packing body, and a manufacturing method of the packing body.
Conventionally, a package and a box for conveying a plurality of glass substrates are known (for example, refer to Patent Documents 1 and 2).
In the package of Patent Document 1, a flat glass plate is formed by laminating a plurality of flat glass plates with a protective sheet interposed therebetween, and the glass plate laminate is formed at the uppermost part and the lowermost part, respectively. A top plate and a bottom plate are arranged and housed in the box.
In the package of Patent Document 2, the side plates are opposed to each other at an interval narrower than the width of the glass substrate, the edge of the glass substrate is inserted into the vertical groove between the guide ribs provided on each side plate, and the glass substrate is forcibly bent. It is housed in a state where
However, in the package of Patent Document 1, there is a possibility that the glass plate slides in the surface direction due to shaking during work or transportation, and the glass plate is scratched.
Then, it is thought that the malfunction at the time of using the package of patent document 1 is eliminated by using the box of patent document 2. FIG.
Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 2005-67621
By the way, in recent years, there is a need to laminate and convey a substrate such as glass at least partially bent, and it is conceivable to use the box of Patent Document 2 for such conveyance.
However, in such a case, there is a problem that a gap between the substrates is necessary, and the number of sheets that can be conveyed at one time is limited.

[Method of manufacturing package]
Next, the manufacturing method of the package P in which the tempered glass G is packed by the packing member 1 will be described.
The following operations may be performed by a person, a machine such as a robot, or may be performed by a person and a machine in each process.
First, as illustrated in FIG. 3, the side member 30 is disposed in the box body 11 with the inner lid 12 and the outer lid 13 of the box 10 being opened. Under the present circumstances, the short side member 31 and the long side member 32 are closely_contact | adhered with adjacent members, and those lower ends are closely_contact | adhered to the bottom wall of the box main-body part 11. FIG. Next, the bottom member 40 is disposed in the space surrounded by the side members 30, and the lower surface 41 is brought into close contact with the bottom wall of the box body 11. The bottom member 40 may be disposed in the box body 11 before the side member 30, or may be disposed in the box body 11 at the same time with the side member 30 and the bottom member 40 being in close contact with each other. .
Next, the tempered glass G is placed on the bottom member 40 so that the bent portion G1 faces the bottom plate bent portion 421 through the protective member 50, and then the protective member 50 is positioned on the uppermost portion and the bent portion G1. The protective members 50 and the tempered glass G are alternately arranged so that they overlap each other. At this time, the protective member 50 and the tempered glass G are the number of sheets in which the upper surface of the pressing member 61 is positioned higher than the upper surface of the side member 30 when the pressing member 61 and the upper facing member 62 are arranged as will be described later. It is preferable that only be arranged.
Then, the upper facing member 62 is placed on the protective member 50 so that the bent portion G1 of the uppermost tempered glass G faces the top plate bent portion 631 through the protective member 50, and the pressing member 61 is placed thereon. Is placed, the upper surface of the pressing member 61 is positioned above the upper surface of the side member 30. At this time, it is preferable that the pressing member 61 protrudes from the side member 30 by less than its thickness.
After that, as shown in FIG. 2, the inner cover 12 and the outer cover 13 are bent inside the box body 11 to press the pressing member 61 via the upper plate member 20, and the upper plate member 20. The opening portion of the box body 11 is closed by sticking the outer peripheral portion of the upper plate member 20 to the upper surface of the side member 30 while deforming the contact portion between the pressing member 61 and the holding member 61 in the vertical direction. The outer lid 13 is fixed with
By the above operation, the upper facing member 62 is pressed by the upper plate member 20 via the pressing member 61, whereby the tempered glass G is urged downward, and the bottom member 40 and the top surface member are fixed by fixing the outer lid portion 13. 60 is fixed, and the package P is completed. At this time, the tempered glass G is not only urged downward of the package P by this urging force, but may also be urged in the front-rear and left-right directions.
[Effects of Embodiment]
A bottom plate bent portion 421 having a shape corresponding to the lower surface of the bent portion G1 of the tempered glass G is provided on the upper surface of the bottom member 40 constituting the packaging member 1, and the bent portion is formed on the lower surface of the upper facing member 62 of the top surface member 60. A top plate bending portion 631 having a shape corresponding to the upper surface of G1 is provided.
With such a configuration, in the package P obtained using the packaging member 1, the tempered glass G can be disposed on the bottom member 40 so that the bottom surface of the bent portion G1 faces the bottom plate bent portion 421. The slide of the tempered glass G can be suppressed. Further, by arranging the upper facing member 62 on the uppermost tempered glass G so that the upper surface of the bent part G1 faces the top plate bent part 631, and fixing the upper facing member 62 to the bottom member 40, the uppermost tempered glass. The slide of G can be suppressed and all the tempered glass G can be urged downward, and the slidable glass G can be suppressed by this urging force. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the tempered glass G from being scratched by shaking during work or transport, and it can be packed without providing a gap between the tempered glasses G, and can be transported with high efficiency.
In particular, the bottom plate bent portion 421 and the top plate bent portion 631 are formed so as to correspond to the shape of the entire lower surface and the entire upper surface of the bent portion G1, respectively. Breakage of the tempered glass G due to the urging force caused by or the impact on the package P can be suppressed.
Note that the package P need not be transported with the bottom surface of the box body 11 facing downward. When transported with the top surface of the box body 11 facing down, the urging force of the packing member 1 inside becomes stronger and the effect of fixing the tempered glass G is obtained. If one side of the side surfaces of the box body 11 is transported downward, the space of the transporter can be effectively utilized and more efficient transport can be performed.
Since the packaging member 1 includes the side surface member 30 disposed on the side of the bottom surface member 40 and the top surface member 60, when the packaging body P is stacked, the load of the upper packaging body P is reduced. It is received by the side member 30 of the package body P on the side, and breakage of the tempered glass G due to this load can be suppressed.
Since the box 10, the upper plate member 20, the side member 30, the bottom member 40, and the top member 60 are made of paper cardboard, costs can be reduced and disposal can be facilitated.

Moreover, when the protective member 50 and the tempered glass G are disposed using a plurality of pressing members 61, the uppermost pressing member 61 may protrude from the side member 30 by less than its thickness. . In addition, when using the one pressing member 61, by making it thicker than the sum total of the thickness of the protective member 50 and the tempered glass G, the pressing member 61 protrudes from the side member 30 by less than the thickness.
The box body 11 and the inner lid 12 and the outer lid 13 constituting the lid 3 may be separable. The inner lid portion 12 may be omitted. The outer lid portion 13 only needs to be able to close the opening of the box body portion 11. For example, if the sum of the lengths of the pair of outer lid portions 13 is greater than or equal to the length in the front-rear direction of the box body portion 11, The length of the portion 13 may be different, and the outer lid portion 13 having a length equal to or longer than the length in the front-rear direction of the box body portion 11 may be provided only on the front side or the rear side of the box body portion 11.
The fixing member of the present invention may be a belt-like member or a string-like member made of cloth or resin.
At least one of the upper plate member 20, the side member 30, and the protection member 50 may not be provided.
One of the upper plate member 20 and the pressing member 61 may be formed of a material that does not deform, and the tempered glass G may be urged downward by deforming only the contact portion with one of the other.
The side member 30 may not include the short side member 31 or the long side member 32, or the short side member 31 and the long side member 32 may be formed of one member.
The side member 30 may be disposed only on the side of the plurality of tempered glasses G and between the bottom member 40 and the top member 60.
The side member 30 may be configured as follows. The long side member 32 has the same length in the left-right direction as the length in the left-right direction inside the box body 11, and is accommodated in close contact with the front and rear inner walls of the box body 11. The short side member 31 has a length in the front-rear direction that is the same as the length between the long side members 32 accommodated in the box body 11, and is accommodated in close contact with the left and right inner walls of the box body 11. .
For example, as shown by a two-dot chain line in FIG. 2, the bottom surface member 40 and the top surface member 60 have a bottom plate bent portion 421 and a top plate bent portion 631 corresponding to a part of the shape, not the entire bent portion G1. A part of the tempered glass G may be supported.
A tempered glass G is fitted into the upper surface 42 and the lower surface 63 of the bottom surface member 40 and the top surface member 60, and a fitting groove portion in which a bottom plate bent portion 421 and a top plate bent portion 631 are provided at a contact portion with the tempered glass G. May be provided. As a result, the tempered glass G is more firmly fixed by the bottom surface member 40 and the top surface member 60, and the tempered glass G is displaced even if it is transported with one of the side surfaces of the box main body portion 11 facing down as described above. It is difficult to stabilize. At this time, it is more preferable to pack the protective member 50 covering the tempered glass G between the bottom plate bent portion 421 and the top plate bent portion 631 other than the fitting groove portion. Thereby, the tempered glass G becomes more difficult to move and is stabilized.
The upper plate member 20 and the pressing member 61 may be provided with base material information such as base material type and lot number, or may be provided with a pocket for storing a sheet on which the base material information is described.
The above-described modification examples may be applied as appropriate to the modification examples shown in FIGS. 4 to 8 described below.
As shown in FIGS. 4A and 4B, the packaging body P of the first modification may be packaged with a packaging member 1 </ b> A including a side member 30 </ b> A instead of the side member 30 of the packaging member 1. .
The side member 30A has a plurality (four in FIG. 4B) of short sides 31A shorter than the short side member 31 and a plurality of short sides 31A shorter than the long side member 32 (see FIG. 4B). 4 (B), four long side members 32A. Two short-side members 31A are accommodated in a state spaced apart from each other along the left and right inner walls, and two long-side members 32A are accommodated in a state spaced apart from each other along the front and rear inner walls.
According to such a configuration, the tempered glass G can be easily accommodated or taken out by putting a hand or a robot arm between the adjacent short side members 31A or the long side members 32A.
It should be noted that at least one of the short side member 31A and the long side member 32A may be provided along the inner wall so that a hand or the like can be put on both sides or one side, or three or more may be separated from each other. It may be provided. Further, the short side member 31 may be provided instead of the short side member 31A, or the long side member 32 may be provided instead of the long side member 32A.
As shown in FIG. 5A, the packaging body P of Modification 2 may be packaged with a packaging member 1 </ b> B including a bottom surface member 40 </ b> B instead of the bottom surface member 40 of the packaging member 1. The bottom surface member 40B is formed by a bottom plate member 44B formed in a flat plate shape with a material having higher rigidity than paper cardboard such as resin, metal, wood, and the paper cardboard stacked on the front and back, and is similar to the bottom surface member 40. And a lower facing member 45B having a configuration. A bottom plate bent portion 461B having the same shape as the bottom plate bent portion 421 is provided on the upper surface 46B of the lower facing member 45B. The bottom plate member 44B is accommodated in the lowermost portion of the box body 11, and the lower facing member 45B is accommodated thereon.
According to such a structure, the intensity | strength of the package body P lower part can be raised, and the failure | damage of the tempered glass G can be suppressed.
As shown in FIG. 5 (B), the package P of Modification 3 may be packed with a packing member 1 </ b> C that does not include the upper plate member 20 of the packing member 1. In the packaging member 1 </ b> C, the fixing member 2 </ b> C of the present invention is configured only by the box body 10, and the lid portion 3 </ b> C of the present invention is configured by the inner lid portion 12 and the outer lid portion 13.
According to such a packaging member 1 </ b> C, by pressing the pressing member 61 directly with the inner lid portion 12, the contact portion between the inner lid portion 12 and the pressing member 61 is deformed in the vertical direction, and the tempered glass G Can be urged downward, and the number of parts of the packaging member 1C can be reduced.
As shown in FIG. 6 (A), the package P of Modification 4 may be packaged with a packaging member 1D provided with a top surface member 60D instead of the top surface member 60 of the packaging member 1. A top plate bent portion 661D having the same shape as the top plate bent portion 631 is provided on the lower surface 66D of the top surface member 60D.
According to such a packaging member 1D, the tempered glass G can be urged downward while the contact portion of the upper plate member 20 with the top surface member 60D is recessed, and the number of parts of the packaging member 1D can be reduced. .
In this case, the upper plate member 20 may be disposed on the top surface member 60D so that the upper surface of the upper plate member 20 is positioned above the height of the opening of the box body 11. The upper plate member 20 or the top surface member 60D is pressed by the lid portion 3, and the opening portion of the box body 11 is opened by the lid portion 3 while deforming at least one of the lid portion 3 and the upper plate member 20 or the top surface member 60D. Occlude. Thus, the tempered glass G can be fixed by the bottom surface member 40 and the top surface member 60D by urging the tempered glass G downward.
Further, the top member 60D and the top member 20 may be integrated. Not only can the tempered glass G be urged downward, but the number of parts of the packaging member can be further reduced.
As shown in FIG. 6 (B), the packing body P of the modified example 5 may be packed with a packing member 1E provided with an inner box body 7E instead of the upper plate member 20 on the packing member 1. The inner box body 7E is configured to be accommodated in a space surrounded by the side member 30 by at least one layer of paper cardboard. The inner box body 7E includes an inner box body portion 71E as a rectangular box-shaped box body portion, and inner box lid portions 72E extending from upper ends on both the left and right sides of the inner box body portion 71E. In the packing member 1E, the inner box body 7E constitutes the fixing member 2E of the present invention, and the inner box lid portion 72E constitutes the lid portion 3E of the present invention.
According to such a packaging member 1E, the pressing member 61 is pressed by the inner box lid portion 72E, whereby the contact portion between the inner box lid portion 72E and the pressing member 61 is deformed in the vertical direction, and the tempered glass G Can be biased downward.
The inner box main body 71E and the inner box lid 72E constituting the lid 3E may be separable.
As shown in FIG. 7A, the package P of Modification 6 may be packaged with a packaging member 1 </ b> F that includes a side member 30 </ b> F instead of the side member 30 of the packaging member 1.
A short side member 31F and a long side member (not shown) of the side member 30F are a short side member 31 and a long side member 32, respectively, and a fitting portion 311F that fits between the bottom surface member 40 and the top surface member 60. The fitting part which does not do is added.
In addition, it is not necessary to provide the fitting part 311F only in the short side member 31F, and it is not necessary to provide a fitting part only in the long side member which is not shown in figure. Further, a fitting portion similar to the fitting portion 311F may be provided on at least one of the short side member 31A and the long side member 32A illustrated in FIG.
As shown in FIG. 7B, the package P of Modification 7 may be packed with a packing member 1 </ b> G including a side member 30 </ b> G instead of the side member 30 of the packing member 1.
The short side member 31G of the side member 30G is formed such that the length in the front-rear direction is shorter than the length in the front-rear direction inside the box body 11 by the length in the front-rear direction of the long side member 32G. The long side member 32G is formed so that the length in the left-right direction is shorter than the length in the left-right direction inside the box body 11 by the length in the left-right direction of the short side member 31G. The short side member 31G and the long side member 32G are accommodated in close contact with the left and right and front and rear inner walls of the box body 11, respectively.
As shown in FIG. 8, a bottom member 40 </ b> H may be used instead of the bottom member 40. The bottom surface member 40H is formed by assembling a plurality of plate-like members 47H in a lattice shape, so that a bottom plate bent portion 471H corresponding to the shape of the entire lower surface of the bent portion G1 of the tempered glass G is formed on the upper surface.
With such a configuration, it is possible to reduce the weight and cost of the package.
