Description
本发明涉及地面安装技术领域,特别是一种地面安装立杆固定器。
地面安装即在地面上进行安装固定,地面安装包括路灯安装、旗杆竖立、搭棚、红绿灯安装、路牌安装、广告牌安装等。
随着太阳能光伏发电技术和LED照明技术的发展,配套的路灯灯杆的安装也随之进入革命升级,在追求材料轻便的同时,安装方式也必须在安全的基础上寻求更简单的、更经济的改变。在早期,甚至当下,都是以挖近一米深、60x60cm左右的方形坑,将钢筋扎成的龙骨置于坑内,之后灌满混泥土至地面水平,留有四个螺柱与灯杆法栏固定完成灯杆安装,安装好前后需要至少3-5天的时间,且材料费用少则半百,多则过千,人力财力形成很大浪费。红绿灯安装、路牌安装、广告牌安装等也存在与路灯安装一样的耗时长、费人工和材料、不方便的问题。
本申请人申请号为201620067886.6的实用新型专利申请提出了一种地面安装底座固定器,包括固定器本体,固定器本体的上端部中心位置设有安装槽,立杆插入安装槽中,连接机构把立杆固定在固定器本体上,固定器本体上设有至少两个护肩导管,护肩导管在所述安装槽的外侧,在地面安装底座固定器安装到地面上后,护肩导管与地面的夹角为锐角,支撑杆穿过护肩导管并插入到地下。该地面安装底座固定器采用支撑杆穿过护肩导管并插入到地下来固定在地面上,立杆与固定器本体分体设置,安装时需要把立杆先放置在固定器本体的安装槽中,然后再通过连接机构来连接一起,对于长度长的立杆,尤其是长度长并且重量重的立杆,安装时不容易把它放置在固定器本体的安装槽中,立杆与固定器本体之间连接困难且连接不可靠,安装麻烦且费时费力。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提出一种适用于安装长立杆且安装简单的地面安装立杆固定器。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种地面安装立杆固定器,包括底座,底座上设有三个以上导管,在底座安装到地面上后,导管与地面的夹角为锐角,支撑杆穿过导管并插入到地下,其特征在于,所述底座上设有连接板和连接机构,连接板与立杆固定为一体,连接板与底座铰接,连接机构用于把转动到底座上方并压在底座上的连接板与底座连接一起。
本发明提供的地面安装立杆固定器,连接板与立杆固定为一体,连接板与底座铰接,安装时先把底座固定在地面上,然后把立杆抬起扶直,再用连接机构把连接板和底座连接在一起,立杆无需定位,整个立杆也无需抬起,安装非常快捷简单,只需一人、半小时内即可完成,安装效率大大提高,节省了大量的人力物力,尤其适用于长立杆的安装固定。
进一步地,所述连接机构包括螺纹杆、螺母和连接孔,螺纹杆设置在底座上,螺母与螺纹杆配合,连接孔为设置在连接板上的通孔,连接板转动到底座上方并压在底座上时,螺纹
杆穿过所述连接孔,螺母拧在螺纹杆上把连接板和底座压紧连接在一起。连接机构结构简单,安装拆卸都很容易,并且连接可靠。
更进一步地,所述导管在所述底座内部贯穿底座,自底座向底座外侧向下倾斜延伸。当支撑杆穿过导管并插入到地下把底座固定在地面上时,底座受到的沿着地面方向的分力均向底座外侧,容易取得受力平衡,底座的地面固定更加牢靠。在底座安装到地面上后,所述导管与地面的夹角相同,多个导管设置在与所述底座中心等距离位置。所述多个导管的位置关系为,其中一个导管绕着所述底座的中心轴线作360度导管数量等分角度旋转后与相邻的导管重合。底座固定后受力更容易取得平衡、固定更牢靠。

下面结合附图对本发明作进一步详细说明。
参见图1至图3,地面安装立杆固定器包括底座1、连接板2和立杆3。底座1整体近似四方柱形结构,其底面和顶面均为平整的平面,靠近四个角处各设有一个导管11,导管11在底座1内部贯穿底座1,自底座1向底座外侧向下倾斜延伸,导管11与底座1的底面和顶面均形成锐角,导管11的两端可与底座1的底面和顶面齐平,也可以分别伸出底座1的底面和顶面。安装时,底座1放置在地面上,其底面与地面接触,支撑杆(图中未示出)穿过导管11并插入到地下,通过支撑杆插入地下后形成的较大张力,将底座1牢牢地固定在地面上。导管11主要用来对支撑杆进行引导和定位,其位置确定了支撑杆的位置。底座1的底面和顶面可以不是平面,只要在底座1安装到地面上后,导管11与地面的夹角为锐角即可使支撑杆获得足够的力量来固定底座。
参见图3,四个导管11设置在与底座1的中心等距离的位置,与底座1的底面形成相同的夹角,在底座1安装到地面上后,四根导管11与地面夹角形同,任何一个导管11绕着底座1的中心轴线作90度旋转后与相邻的导管11重合。支撑杆穿过导管并插入到地下将底座固定,底座在地面方向受到的分力大小相等,方向两两相反,相互抵消,容易取得受力平衡,不会向某一侧倾斜,底座的地面固定更加牢靠。在图3中,左下角的导管11向底座1的左侧延伸,右上角的导管11向底座1的右侧延伸,左上角的导管11向底座1的上侧延伸,右下角的导管11向底座1的下侧延伸,左下角的导管和右上角的导管受到的沿纸面方向(底座安装到地面上后为沿地面方向)的分力分别为向左和向右,大小相等方向完全相反,相互抵消;左上角的导管和右下角的导管受到的沿纸面方向的分力分别为向上和向下,大小相等方向也
完全相反,相互抵消,这样底座很容易取得受力平衡,地面固定更加牢靠。导管与地面的夹角优选为25-30°,支撑杆插入地下后形成的张力更大。
导管11不限于四个,可以是三个以上,多个导管的位置关系为,其中一个导管绕底座的中心轴线作360度导管数量等分角度旋转后与相邻的导管重合。若导管是三个,则一个导管绕底座的中心轴线作120度旋转后与相邻的导管重合;若导管是五个,则一个导管绕底座的中心轴线作72度旋转后与相邻的导管重合;在本实施例中,导管是四个,则一个导管绕底座的中心轴线作90度旋转后与相邻的导管重合。
连接板2为四方形的钢板,立杆3为中空圆形钢管,连接板2和立杆3通过焊接固定为一体。连接板2具有转轴21,转轴21可旋转地安装在底座1上,连接板2通过转轴21与底座1铰接,可相对底座1转动。立杆3固定在连接板2的中心位置,其中心轴线与连接板2的中心轴线重合。立杆和连接板也可以是一体成型的。
底座1上设有连接机构,用于把转动到底座1上方并压在底座1上的连接板2与底座1连接一起。连接机构包括螺纹杆41、连接孔42和螺母43,螺纹杆41设置在底座1的顶面上,螺母43与螺纹杆41配合,连接孔42为设置在连接板2上的腰形的通孔,连接板2转动到底座1上方并压在底座1上时,螺纹杆41穿过连接孔42,螺母43拧在螺纹杆41上把连接板2和底座1压紧连接在一起。连接机构为四个,四个连接机构的四个螺纹杆41均匀分布在与底座1同中心轴线的圆周上,在比导管11更靠近底座1中心的位置,连接孔42在立杆3的外侧,当连接机构把底座1和连接板2连接一起后(如图2和图3所示),立杆3的中心轴线与底座1的中心轴线重合。整个地面安装立杆固定器固定在地面上后,整体受力比较均衡,不容易产生歪斜、倾倒,固定更牢靠。
安装时,地面稍做平整处理,先把底座1放置在地面上,支撑杆穿过底座上的导管11,并用工具打入地下,把底座固定在地面上,将灯具安装在立杆的上端,抬起立杆3使其以连接板上的转轴21为轴支点转动,底座上的螺纹柱41嵌进连接板2的连接孔42内,继续抬起立杆3,直至立杆转动到底座上方并压在底座上,螺纹柱41伸出连接孔42,螺母43拧在螺纹杆41上锁紧,把连接板2和底座1压紧连接在一起,其状态如图2和图3所示。这样就完成了路灯的安装,立杆无需定位,整个立杆也无需抬起,安装非常快捷简单,只需一人、半小时内即可完成,安装效率大大提高,节省了大量的人力物力,尤其适用于长立杆的安装固定。本发明也适合用来安装交通指示灯、路牌、旗帜等。

- 根据权利要求1所述的地面安装立杆固定器,其特征在于,所述连接机构包括螺纹杆、螺母和连接孔,螺纹杆设置在底座上,螺母与螺纹杆配合,连接孔为设置在连接板上的通孔,连接板转动到底座上方并压在底座上时,螺纹杆穿过所述连接孔,螺母拧在螺纹杆上把连接板和底座压紧连接在一起。
