Abstract

一种触控按摩机芯以及脚底、背靠和颈部按摩器,其控制开关为压力开关,压力开关包括压力传感器(1)和控制器(2),压力传感器(1)安装在按摩机芯内,压力传感器(1)和控制器(2)电连接,按摩机芯受压时,压力传感器(1)产生压力信号,控制器(2)接收到该压力信号时控制按摩机芯工作。利用触控按摩机芯,无需手动控制按摩器的启停,需按摩时,只需将身体部位压在按摩器或按摩器压在身体部位上时,按摩器即工作,相反身体和按摩器分离时,按摩器即停止工作。

Description

一种触控按摩机芯以及脚底、背靠和颈部按摩器 技术领域
本发明涉及按摩器的技术领域,特别设计一种触控按摩机芯,以及应用有该触控按摩机芯的脚底、背靠和颈部按摩器。
背景技术
按摩器对人体具有促进局部血液循环、加速新陈代谢的作用,可使劳累了一天的身体放松,有利于消除疲劳,从而起到一定的健身效果,广收人民的喜爱。
目前按摩器的启动均采用手动开关的方式,自由先手动打开开关才能启动按摩器,关闭时需手动关闭开关才能关闭按摩器,相对比较麻烦,无法根据即时需要自动启停,现有的按摩器还有待改进。
鉴于此,本发明人为此研制出一种触控按摩机芯,有效的解决了上述问题,本案由此产生。
发明内容
本发明提供的一种触控按摩机芯以及脚底、背靠和颈部按摩器,无需手动控制按摩器的启停,需按摩时,只需将身体部位压在按摩器或按摩器压在身体部位上时,按摩器即工作,相反身体和按摩器分离时,按摩器即停止工作。
为了实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案如下:
一种触控按摩机芯,其控制开关为压力开关,压力开关包括压力传感器和控制器,压力传感器安装在按摩机芯内,压力传感器和控制器电连接,按摩机芯受压时,压力传感器产生压力信号,控制器接收到该压力信号时控制按摩机芯工作。
所述控制器包括放大芯片和单片机,单片机通过放大芯片和压力传感器电连接,放大芯片对压力传感器检测到的压力信号进行放大,单片机对放大后的信号和预设值进行比较,放大后的信号大于预设值时,单片机用于控制按摩机芯工作。
所述按摩机芯包括机芯主体和固定板,机芯主体和固定板之间通过弹性元件连接,压力传感器安装在机芯主体和固定板之间的间隙处。
所述压力传感器通过调节螺栓安装在固定板上,通过调节螺栓调节压力传感器和机芯主体之间的间隙大小。
所述弹性元件为弹簧。
所述机芯主体和固定板之间具有安装柱,机芯主体沿安装柱轴向移动,弹簧安装在该安装柱上。
所述按摩机芯内置有电池。
一种背靠按摩器,包括安装在背靠按摩器壳体内的如上所述的触控按摩机芯。
一种脚底按摩器,包括安装在脚底按摩器壳体内的如上所述的触控按摩机芯。
一种颈部按摩器,包括安装在颈部按摩器壳体内的如上所述的触控按摩机芯。
采用上述方案后,本发明的控制开关采用压力开关,按摩器一但受压,即启动按摩机芯,压力撤销时按摩机芯即停止工作。因此按摩时,只需将身体部位压在按摩器或按摩器压在身体部位上时,按摩器即工作,相反身体和按摩器分离时,按摩器即停止工作,使客户可根据需要即时启停,无需手动控制按摩器。
将该按摩机芯应用在脚底按摩器上时,脚放置在按摩器上时,按摩器即可自动工作,脚离开按摩器时,按摩器即停止工作。
将该按摩机芯应用在背靠按摩器上时,背部靠在按摩器上时,按摩器即可自动工作,背部离开按摩器时,按摩器即停止工作。
将该按摩机芯应用在颈部按摩器上时,颈部靠在按摩器上时,按摩器即可自动工作,颈部离开按摩器时,按摩器即停止工作。

具体实施方式
为了进一步解释本发明的技术方案,下面通过具体实施例来对本发明进行详细阐述。
结合图1-4所示,是本发明揭示的一种触控按摩机芯,其控制开关为压力开关,压力开关包括压力传感器1和控制器2。压力传感器1安装在按摩机芯内,压力传感器1受压时,控制器2控制启动按摩机芯。
本实施例的按摩机芯包括机芯主体3和固定板4,机芯主体3和固定板4之间通过弹簧5连接。机芯主体3和固定板4之间具有安装柱6,机芯主体3沿安装柱6轴向移动,该弹簧5安装在该安装柱6上。
压力传感器1安装在机芯主体3和固定板4之间的间隙处,具体为,通过调节螺栓7安装在固定板4上,通过调节螺栓7调节压力传感器1和机芯主体3之间的间隙大小,从而改变机芯主体3压置在压力传感器1上所需的最小压力值。按摩机芯受压时,机芯主体3克服弹性力向固定板4移动,从而给压力传感器1一定压力。同时弹簧给机芯主体3一个反作用力,该反作用力反馈给人体,使用者可按所需要的按摩力度,靠紧或放松人体部位来调节该力度,只要该力度在触发压力传感器1内即可。
压力传感器1和控制器2电连接,按摩机芯受压时,压力传感器1产生压力信号,控制器2接收到该压力信号时控制按摩机芯工作。本实施例的控制器2包括放大芯片和单片机,单片机通过放大芯片和压力传感器1电连接,放大芯片对压力传感器1检测到的压力信号进行放大,单片机对放大后的信号和预设值进行比较,放大后的信号大于预设值时,单片机用于控制按摩机芯工作。
如图5所示,具体的,采用型号为LAA-D3A-A、量程50kg的压力传感器1,采用型号为LM324的放大芯片IC2,采用型号为EM78P372NS020的单片机IC1,工作过程如下:压力传感器1检测的压力信号,经放大芯片IC2进行放大处理,将放大处理后的压力信号由放大芯片IC2的第8脚传输给单片机IC1的第1脚,经单片机IC1的比较处理,检测到单片机IC1第1脚的值大于设定值0.2V时,单片机IC1的输出端控制按摩机芯各功能模块工作,比如,单片机IC1第11脚输出控制按摩机芯马达工作,单片机IC1第9脚输出控制按摩机芯加热器工作。
如图2所示,按摩机芯内置有电池8,通过电池8给按摩机芯供电,从而使使用更加方便,特别适用于小型的手持按摩器。当然也可向传统的按摩机芯一样通过电线和外部电源连接。
结合图1-2所示,一种背靠按摩器,包括安装在背靠按摩器壳体内的如上所述的触控按摩机芯。背部靠在按摩器上时,按摩器即可自动工作,背部离开按摩器时,按摩器即停止工作。
结合图3所示,一种脚底按摩器,包括安装在脚底按摩器壳体内的如上所述的触控按摩机芯。脚放置在按摩器上时,按摩器即可自动工作,脚离开按摩器时,按摩器即停止工作。
结合图4所示,一种颈部按摩器,包括安装在颈部按摩器壳体内的如上所述的触控按摩机芯。颈部靠在按摩器上时,按摩器即可自动工作,颈部离开按摩器时,按摩器即停止工作。
以上仅为本发明的较佳实施例,并非对本发明的保护范围的限定。凡依本案的设计思路所做的等同变化,均落入本案的保护范围。

Claims (10)

1、一种触控按摩机芯,其特征在于:其控制开关为压力开关,压力开关包括压力传感器和控制器,压力传感器安装在按摩机芯内,压力传感器和控制器电连接,按摩机芯受压时,压力传感器产生压力信号,控制器接收到该压力信号时控制按摩机芯工作。
2、如权利要求1所述的一种触控按摩机芯,其特征在于:所述控制器包括放大芯片和单片机,单片机通过放大芯片和压力传感器电连接,放大芯片对压力传感器检测到的压力信号进行放大,单片机对放大后的信号和预设值进行比较,放大后的信号大于预设值时,单片机用于控制按摩机芯工作。
3、如权利要求1所述的一种触控按摩机芯,其特征在于:所述按摩机芯包括机芯主体和固定板,机芯主体和固定板之间通过弹性元件连接,压力传感器安装在机芯主体和固定板之间的间隙处。
4、如权利要求3所述的一种触控按摩机芯,其特征在于:所述压力传感器通过调节螺栓安装在固定板上,通过调节螺栓调节压力传感器和机芯主体之间的间隙大小。
5、如权利要求3所述的一种触控按摩机芯,其特征在于:所述弹性元件为弹簧。
6、如权利要求5所述的一种触控按摩机芯,其特征在于:所述机芯主体和固定板之间具有安装柱,机芯主体沿安装柱轴向移动,弹簧安装在该安装柱上。
7、如权利要求1所述的一种触控按摩机芯,其特征在于:所述按摩机芯内置有电池。
8、一种背靠按摩器,其特征在于:包括安装在背靠按摩器壳体内的如权利要求1所述的触控按摩机芯。
9、一种脚底按摩器,其特征在于:包括安装在脚底按摩器壳体内的如权利要求1所述的触控按摩机芯。
10、一种颈部按摩器,其特征在于:包括安装在颈部按摩器壳体内的如权利要求1所述的触控按摩机芯。
