According to the fastening structure, the filter fastening member 138a can be fixed without a nut, thereby enabling easy assembly.
- an insert nut having a thread formed therein for coupling with the filter fastening member 138a may be integrally formed by insert injection.
- through holes 2131c are formed at both sides of the lower opening 2131a 'of the side wall recess 2131a, and through holes 2131c are formed at both sides of the duct cover 2135. Insertion holes (2135b) corresponding to the) are formed respectively. In addition, a fixing member 139 corresponding to each of the through holes 2131c is provided inside the sidewall member 2131.
- the fixing member 139 is configured to be screwed with the duct fastening member 138b which sequentially passes through the insertion hole 2135b and the through hole 2131c. That is, the fixing member 139 may be understood to serve as a nut for fixing the duct fastening member 138b.
- the duct fastening member 138b may be configured to be fastened while being screwed to the fixing member 139. According to the fastening structure, the duct fastening member 138b can be fixed without a nut, thereby enabling easy assembly.
- an insert nut having a thread formed therein for fastening with the duct fastening member 138b may be integrally formed by insert injection.
- the fixing member 139 may be formed of a synthetic resin material. Since the fixing member 139 is configured to be provided inside the sidewall member 2131, the fixing member 139 is preferably formed in a rounded shape so as not to damage the laundry. In addition, since the fixing member 139 is provided at both sides of the side wall recess 2131a protruding inwardly of the side wall member 2131, the fixing member 139 is located in a relatively recessed portion to make a lot of structural contact with the laundry. You won't lose.

Claims (20)
- 캐비닛의 내부에 구비되고, 세탁수를 저장하는 아우터 터브;상기 아우터 터브의 내부에 회전 가능하게 설치되며, 내부에 세탁물을 수용하는 측벽 부재;상기 측벽 부재의 하단에 결합되고, 높이 방향을 따라 상호 이격된 세탁수 유입홀과 연통홀을 구비하는 터브 베이스;상기 터브 베이스의 저면에 결합되어, 상기 터브 베이스의 외측에서 상기 세탁수 유입홀과 상기 연통홀을 상호 연통시키도록 구성되는 가이드부재; 및상기 측벽 부재의 높이 방향을 따라 연장 형성되고, 상기 연통홀을 통하여 상기 가이드부재와 연통되도록 형성되는 세탁수의 상승 유로를 포함하는 세탁기.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 가이드부재는,상기 세탁수 유입홀과 연통되는 세탁수 유입구; 및상기 세탁수 유입구로부터 이격된 위치에 구비되고, 상기 연통홀과 연통되는 세탁수 유출구를 포함하는 세탁기.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 가이드부재는,세탁수의 유입을 가이드하도록, 상기 세탁수 유입구로부터 상기 세탁수 유출구를 향하여 연장 형성되는 격벽을 더 포함하는 세탁기.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 가이드부재는 상기 터브 베이스의 저면을 덮도록 배치되는 세탁기.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 가이드부재에는 상기 연통홀에 걸림 가능하게 구성되는 걸림 후크가 구비되는 세탁기.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 터브 베이스의 저면에는 돌출부가 구비되며,상기 가이드부재에는 상기 돌출부를 감싸도록 구성되는 서라운드부가 구비되는 세탁기.
- 제6항에 있어서,수류 유입홀을 구비하고, 상기 서라운드부의 일부를 덮도록 상기 터브 베이스의 저면에 결합되는 허브를 더 포함하는 세탁기.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 터브 베이스 상에 회전 가능하게 구비되어, 회전시 세탁 수류를 형성하는 펄세이터; 및상기 펄세이터의 하부에 회전 가능하게 구비되어, 회전시 세탁수를 상기 세탁수 유입홀로 이동시키는 펌핑 수류를 형성하는 블레이드를 더 포함하는 세탁기.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 상승 유로의 상단과 연통되어, 이물이 필터링된 세탁수를 상기 측벽 부재의 내부로 배출시키는 필터 유닛을 더 포함하는 세탁기.
- 제9항에 있어서,상기 필터 유닛은,상기 상승 유로와 연통되도록 상기 상측 개구에 장착되고, 상기 측벽 부재의 내부를 향하여 개방된 개구부를 구비하는 필터 하우징; 및상기 개구부를 덮도록 상기 필터 하우징에 장착되며, 세탁수에 포함된 이물을 필터링하는 메쉬 필터와 이물이 필터링된 세탁수를 배출시키는 배출홀들을 구비하는 필터를 포함하는 세탁기.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 측벽 부재의 내측에 장착되어 상기 측벽 부재와 함께 상기 상승 유로를 형성하는 덕트 커버를 더 포함하는 세탁기.
- 제11항에 있어서,상기 덕트 커버는,높이 방향을 따라 연장 형성되고, 상기 터브 베이스의 상면과 상기 측벽 부재의 내측면을 덮도록 배치되는 커버 리세스부; 및상기 커버 리세스부의 양측을 따라 각각 연장 형성되어, 상기 커버 리세스부를 한정하는 리브부를 포함하는 세탁기.
- 제12항에 있어서,상기 리브부에는 상기 측벽 부재의 걸림홀에 걸림 가능하게 구성되는 걸림후크가 구비되는 세탁기.
- 제11항에 있어서,상기 측벽 부재의 내측에는 상기 덕트 커버의 양측에서 상기 측벽 부재의 높이 방향을 따라 연장 형성되는 가이드 리브가 돌출 형성되는 세탁기.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 측벽 부재에는 외측에서 내측으로 리세스된 형태를 가지는 측벽 리세스부가 상기 측벽 부재의 높이 방향을 따라 연장 형성되고,상기 측벽 부재의 외측에는 덕트 커버가 상기 측벽 리세스부의 리세스된 부분을 덮도록 장착되어, 상기 리세스된 부분과 함께 상기 상승 유로를 형성하는 세탁기.
- 제15항에 있어서,상기 측벽 리세스부는 상기 측벽 부재의 적어도 일부분이 포밍에 의해 벤딩된 형태로 형성되는 세탁기.
- 제16항에 있어서,상기 측벽 리세스부는 상기 측벽 부재의 내측으로 돌출 형성되는 세탁기.
- 제15항에 있어서,상기 덕트 커버는 상기 측벽 부재에 대응되도록 라운드진 형태로 형성되는 세탁기.
- 제15항에 있어서,상기 측벽 리세스부의 하단은 상기 연통홀 주변의 상기 터브 베이스의 상면을 덮도록 구성되는 세탁기.
- 제10항에 있어서,상기 측벽 부재에는 외측에서 내측으로 리세스된 형태를 가지는 측벽 리세스부가 상기 측벽 부재의 높이 방향을 따라 연장 형성되고,상기 측벽 부재의 외측에는 덕트 커버가 상기 측벽 리세스부의 리세스된 부분을 덮도록 장착되어, 상기 리세스된 부분과 함께 상기 상승 유로를 형성하고,상기 덕트 커버는 상기 상측 개구에 장착된 필터 하우징을 덮도록 장착되는 세탁기.
