更に、Bacillus thuringiensis aizawai、Bacillus thuringiensis kurstaki、Bacillus thuringiensis israelensis、Bacillus thuringiensis japonensis、Bacillus thuringiensis tenebrionis又はBacillus thuringiensisが生成する結晶タンパク毒素、昆虫病原ウイルス剤、昆虫病原糸状菌剤、線虫病原糸状菌剤などの微生物農薬;
アベルメクチン(avermectin)、エマメクチンベンゾエート(emamectin Benzoate)、ミルベメクチン(milbemectin)、ミルベマイシン(milbemycin)、スピノサド(spinosad)、イベルメクチン(ivermectin)、レピメクチン(lepimectin)、アバメクチン(abamectin)、エマメクチン(emamectin)、スピネトラム(spinetoram)などの抗生物質及び半合成抗生物質;
アザディラクチン(azadirachtin)、ロテノン(rotenone)、リアノジン(ryanodine)などの天然物;
ディート(deet)のような忌避剤などと混用、併用することもできる。
(a)成分と(b)成分との重量比((a)成分:(b)成分)は通常1:10000~10000:1、好ましくは1:5000~500:1、さらに好ましくは1:500~50:1、更に好ましくは1:50~2:1である。
(1) イソフェタミド又はその塩の(a)成分とともに、ノニオン系界面活性剤、アニオン系界面活性剤、カチオン系界面活性剤、植物油、パラフィン類及び樹脂類からなる群から選択される少なくとも1種の(b)成分を使用することを特徴とするイソフェタミド又はその塩の植物病害の防除効果を増強する方法。
(2) イソフェタミド又はその塩の(a)成分と、ノニオン系界面活性剤、アニオン系界面活性剤、カチオン系界面活性剤、植物油、パラフィン類及び樹脂類からなる群から選択される少なくとも1種の(b)成分とを植物又は植物の栽培土壌に施用することを特徴とする植物病害の防除方法。
(3) (b)成分が、ノニオン系界面活性剤及びパラフィン類からなる群から選択される少なくとも1種の成分である、(1)又は(2)に記載の方法。
(4) (b)成分が、ノニオン系界面活性剤である、(1)又は(2)に記載の方法。
(5) 上記ノニオン系界面活性剤が、シリコーン系界面活性剤、ポリオキシエチレン系界面活性剤、多価アルコール系界面活性剤及びアルカノールアミド系界面活性剤からなる群から選択される少なくとも1種の界面活性剤である、(1)~(4)に記載の方法。
(6) 上記ノニオン系界面活性剤が、シリコーン系界面活性剤である、(1)~(4)に記載の方法。
(8) 上記アニオン系界面活性剤が、硫酸エステル系界面活性剤、スルホン酸系界面活性剤及びリン酸エステル系界面活性剤からなる群から選択される少なくとも1種である、(1)(2)、又は(7)に記載の方法。
(9) (b)成分が、カチオン系界面活性剤である、(1)又は(2)に記載の方法。
(10) 上記カチオン系界面活性剤が、エトキシル化脂肪族アミン系界面活性剤、ジアルキルアンモニウム塩系界面活性剤及びアルキルアンモニウム塩系界面活性剤からなる群から選択される少なくとも1種である、(1)、(2)、又は(9)に記載の方法。
(11) (b)成分が、植物油である、(1)又は(2)に記載の方法。
(12) 上記植物油が、トール油、トール油脂肪酸、ダイズ油、メチル化ダイズ油、ナタネ油、メチル化ナタネ油及びメチル化シードオイルからなる群から選択される少なくとも1種である、(1)、(2)又は(11)に記載の方法。
(13) (b)成分が、パラフィン類である、(1)又は(2)に記載の方法。
(14) 上記パラフィン類が、パラフィン、パラフィンベース石油、パラフィンベース鉱物油及びマシン油からなる群から選択される少なくとも1種である、(1)、(2)、(3)、(5)、(6)又は(13)に記載の方法。
(15) (b)成分が、樹脂類である、(1)又は(2)に記載の方法。
(16) 上記樹脂類が、アルキド樹脂、酢酸ビニル樹脂及びアクリル樹脂からなる群から選択される少なくとも1種である、(1)、(2)又は(15)に記載の方法。
(17) (a)成分と(b)成分との重量比が1:5000~500:1である、(1)~(16)のいずれかに記載の方法。
(18)(a)成分と(b)成分との重量比が1:500~50:1である、(1)~(16)のいずれかに記載の方法。
(19)(a)成分と(b)成分との重量比が1:50~2:1である、(1)~(16)のいずれかに記載の方法。
(20) イソフェタミド又はその塩の(a)成分と、ノニオン系界面活性剤、アニオン系界面活性剤、カチオン系界面活性剤、植物油、パラフィン類及び樹脂類からなる群から選択される少なくとも1種の(b)成分とを含有し、(a)成分と(b)成分との重量比が1:5000~500:1であることを特徴とする植物病害の防除用組成物。
(21) (a)成分と(b)成分との重量比が1:500~50:1であることを特徴とする、(20)に記載の組成物。
(22) (a)成分と(b)成分との重量比が1:50~2:1であることを特徴とする、(20)に記載の組成物。
(23) (b)成分が、ノニオン系界面活性剤、及びパラフィン類からなる群から選択される少なくとも1種の成分である、(20)、(21)又は(22)に記載の組成物。
(24) (b)成分が、ノニオン系界面活性剤である、(20)、(21)又は(22)に記載の組成物。
(25) 上記ノニオン系界面活性剤が、シリコーン系界面活性剤、ポリオキシエチレン系界面活性剤、多価アルコール系界面活性剤及びアルカノールアミド系界面活性剤からなる群から選択される少なくとも1種の界面活性剤である、(23)又は(24)に記載の組成物。
(26) 上記ノニオン系界面活性剤が、シリコーン系界面活性剤である、(23)又は(24)に記載の組成物。
(27) (b)成分が、アニオン系界面活性剤である、(20)、(21)又は(22)に記載の組成物。
(28) 上記アニオン系界面活性剤が、硫酸エステル系界面活性剤、スルホン酸系界面活性剤及びリン酸エステル系界面活性剤からなる群から選択される少なくとも1種である、(27)に記載の組成物。
(29) (b)成分が、カチオン系界面活性剤である、(20)、(21)又は(22)に記載の組成物。
(30) 上記カチオン系界面活性剤が、エトキシル化脂肪族アミン系界面活性剤、ジアルキルアンモニウム塩系界面活性剤及びアルキルアンモニウム塩系界面活性剤からなる群から選択される少なくとも1種である、(29)に記載の組成物。
(31) (b)成分が、植物油である、(20)、(21)、又は(22)に記載の組成物。
(32) 上記植物油が、トール油、トール油脂肪酸、ダイズ油、メチル化ダイズ油、ナタネ油、メチル化ナタネ油及びメチル化シードオイルからなる群から選択される少なくとも1種である、(31)に記載の組成物。
(33) (b)成分が、パラフィン類である、(20)、(21)又は(22)に記載の組成物。
(34) 上記パラフィン類が、パラフィン、パラフィンベース石油、パラフィンベース鉱物油及びマシン油からなる群から選択される少なくとも1種である、(33)に記載の組成物。
(35) (b)成分が、樹脂類である、(20)、(21)又は(22)に記載の組成物。
(36) 上記樹脂類が、アルキド樹脂、酢酸ビニル樹脂及びアクリル樹脂からなる群から選択される少なくとも1種である、(35)に記載の組成物。
直径7.5cmのポリ鉢でキュウリ(品種:相模半白節成)を栽培し、1.5葉期に達した時に、第1-1表~第1-6表に記載された、(b)成分を含む各製品の水溶液(0.05重量%)をイソフェタミドに添加して、イソフェタミド400ppm液を調製し、スプレーガンにて1000L/ha(20ml/0.2m2)葉表に散布した。薬液乾燥後、温室内にて4日間育苗した後、キュウリうどんこ病菌(Sphaerotheca fuliginea)の分生子懸濁液を葉裏に噴霧接種し、22℃室内、照明下で7~8日間育苗した。1葉目葉裏の病斑面積率を調査し、下記の式から防除価を算出した。表中、「無加用」とは(b)成分を加えずに上記の処理が行なわれたものである(以下同様)。得られた結果を第1-1表~第1-6表に記載する。
防除価=(1-a/b)×100
a:処理区の病斑面積率、b:無処理区の病斑面積率
直径7.5cmのポリ鉢でキュウリ(品種:夏すずみ)を栽培し、1.5葉期に達した時に、第2表に記載された、(b)成分を含む各製品の水溶液(0.05重量%)をイソフェタミドに添加して、イソフェタミド400ppm液を調製し、1000L/ha相当の水量でスプレーガンにて葉表に散布した。温室内にて4日間育苗した後に、キュウリ褐斑病菌(Corynespora cassiicora)の分生子懸濁液を葉裏に噴霧接種し、23℃ の湿室条件に24時間保った。その後20℃恒温室内に保ち、接種から7日後に1葉目の病斑面積率を調査し、下記の式から防除価を算出した。得られた結果を第2表に記載する。
防除価=(1-a/b)×100
a:処理区の病斑面積率、b:無処理区の病斑面積率
直径7.5cmのポリ鉢でキュウリ(品種:夏すずみ)を栽培し、1.5葉期に達した時にキュウリ褐斑病菌(Corynespora cassiicora)の分生子懸濁液を葉表に噴霧接種し、23℃の湿室条件に24時間保った。葉を風乾した後に、第3表に記載された、(b)成分を含む各製品の水溶液(0.05重量%)をイソフェタミドに添加して、イソフェタミド400ppm液を調製し、1000L/ha相当の水量でスプレーガンにて散布した。その後20℃恒温室内に保ち、接種から7日後に1葉目の病斑面積率を調査し、下記の式から防除価を算出した。得られた結果を第3表に記載する。
防除価=(1-a/b)×100
a:処理区の病斑面積率、b:無処理区の病斑面積率
直径7.5cmのポリ鉢でキュウリ(品種:相模半白節成)を栽培し、1.5葉期に達した時に、第4表に記載された、(b)成分を含む各製品の水溶液(0.05重量%)でイソフェタミド200ppm液を調製し、スプレーガンにて1000L/ha(20ml/0.2m2)葉表に散布した。薬液乾燥後、温室内にて2日間育苗後、人工降雨装置にて降雨処理(降雨強度:1時間あたり40mm)を1時間行い、乾燥後、キュウリうどんこ病菌(Sphaerotheca fuliginea)の分生子懸濁液を葉表に噴霧接種し、20℃室内、照明下で7日間育苗した。1葉目葉表の病斑面積率を調査し、下記の式から防除価を算出した。得られた結果を第4表に記載する。

直径7.5cmのポリ鉢でキュウリ(品種:夏すずみ)を栽培し、1.5葉期に達した時に、各製品の水溶液(0.02~1.0重量%)をイソフェタミドに添加して、イソフェタミド200ppm液を調製し、1000L/ha相当の水量でスプレーガンにて葉表に散布した。温室内にて3日間育苗した後に、キュウリ褐斑病菌(Corynespora cassiicora)の分生子懸濁液を葉裏に噴霧接種し、23℃ の湿室条件に24時間保った。その後20℃恒温室内に保ち、接種から7日後に1葉目の病斑面積率を調査し、下記の式から防除価を算出した。得られた結果を第5表に記載する。

直径7.5cmのポリ鉢でキュウリ(品種:相模半白節成)を栽培し、1.5葉期に達した時に、第6表に記載された、(b)成分を含む各製品の水溶液(0.025重量%)をイソフェタミドに添加して、イソフェタミド400ppm液を調製し、1000L/ha相当の水量でスプレーガンにて葉表に散布した。温室内にて4日間育苗した後、キュウリうどんこ病菌(Sphaerotheca fuliginea)の分生子懸濁液を葉裏に噴霧接種し、22℃室内、照明下で7日間育苗した。1葉目葉裏の病斑面積率を調査し、下記の式から防除価を算出した。得られた結果を第6表に記載する。
防除価=(1-a/b)×100
a:処理区の病斑面積率、b:無処理区の病斑面積率
直径7.5cmのポリ鉢でキュウリ(品種:夏すずみ)を栽培し、4葉期に達した時に、第7表に記載された、(b)成分を含む各製品をイソフェタミド希釈液に対して0.05重量%添加し、イソフェタミド200ppm液を調製し、スプレーガンにて1000L/ha相当の水量で葉表に散布した。薬液乾燥後、温室内にて7日間育苗した後、キュウリ褐斑病菌(Corynespora cassiicola)の分生子懸濁液を噴霧接種し、23℃の湿室条件に24時間保った。その後、20℃室内、照明下で7日間育苗した。1葉目の病斑面積率を調査し、下記の式から防除価を算出した。得られた結果を第7表に記載する。
防除価=(1-a/b)×100
a:処理区の病斑面積率、b:無処理区の病斑面積率

Claims (20)
- イソフェタミド又はその塩の(a)成分とともに、ノニオン系界面活性剤、アニオン系界面活性剤、カチオン系界面活性剤、植物油、パラフィン類及び樹脂類からなる群から選択される少なくとも1種の(b)成分を使用することを特徴とするイソフェタミド又はその塩の植物病害の防除効果を増強する方法。
- イソフェタミド又はその塩の(a)成分と、ノニオン系界面活性剤、アニオン系界面活性剤、カチオン系界面活性剤、植物油、パラフィン類及び樹脂類からなる群から選択される少なくとも1種の(b)成分とを植物又は植物の栽培土壌に施用することを特徴とする植物病害の防除方法。
- (b)成分が、ノニオン系界面活性剤及びパラフィン類からなる群から選択される少なくとも1種の成分である、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- (b)成分が、ノニオン系界面活性剤である、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 上記ノニオン系界面活性剤が、シリコーン系界面活性剤、ポリオキシエチレン系界面活性剤、多価アルコール系界面活性剤及びアルカノールアミド系界面活性剤からなる群から選択される少なくとも1種の界面活性剤である、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 上記ノニオン系界面活性剤が、シリコーン系界面活性剤、ポリオキシエチレン系界面活性剤、多価アルコール系界面活性剤及びアルカノールアミド系界面活性剤からなる群から選択される少なくとも1種の界面活性剤である、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 上記ノニオン系界面活性剤が、シリコーン系界面活性剤である、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 上記ノニオン系界面活性剤が、シリコーン系界面活性剤である、請求項4に記載の方法。
- (b)成分が、アニオン系界面活性剤である、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 上記アニオン系界面活性剤が、硫酸エステル系界面活性剤、スルホン酸系界面活性剤及びリン酸エステル系界面活性剤からなる群から選択される少なくとも1種である、請求項9に記載の方法。
- (b)成分が、カチオン系界面活性剤である、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 上記カチオン系界面活性剤が、エトキシル化脂肪族アミン系界面活性剤、ジアルキルアンモニウム塩系界面活性剤及びアルキルアンモニウム塩系界面活性剤からなる群から選択される少なくとも1種である、請求項11に記載の方法。
- (b)成分が、植物油である、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 上記植物油が、トール油、トール油脂肪酸、ダイズ油、メチル化ダイズ油、ナタネ油、メチル化ナタネ油及びメチル化シードオイルからなる群から選択される少なくとも1種である、請求項13に記載の方法。
- (b)成分が、パラフィン類である、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 上記パラフィン類が、パラフィン、パラフィンベース石油、パラフィンベース鉱物油及びマシン油からなる群から選択される少なくとも1種である、請求項15に記載の方法。
- (b)成分が樹脂類であり、上記樹脂類が、アルキド樹脂、酢酸ビニル樹脂及びアクリル樹脂からなる群から選択される少なくとも1種である、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- (a)成分と(b)成分との重量比が1:5000~500:1である、請求項1~17のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 茎葉処理又は土壌処理の場合における、イソフェタミド又はその塩(a)成分と(b)成分との施用量が合計で10ppm~100000ppmである請求項2に記載の植物病害の防除方法。
- イソフェタミド又はその塩の(a)成分と、ノニオン系界面活性剤、アニオン系界面活性剤、カチオン系界面活性剤、植物油、パラフィン類及び樹脂類からなる群から選択される少なくとも1種の(b)成分とを含有し、(a)成分と(b)成分との重量比が1:5000~500:1であることを特徴とする植物病害の防除用組成物。
