然而,现有水槽式洗碗机的清洗容量仍有待改进,其基本上与台上式洗碗机一样,存在清洗餐具套数少的问题,这是由于水槽式洗碗机可视为是在普通水槽基础上改进而成的一种装置,其洗碗机部清洗腔的尺寸容量不可避免地受到水槽柜和厨房台面尺寸等方面的限制,具体体现在:
1)常规的水槽柜尺寸一般为900mm长,550mm宽,用于紧固水槽柜的前、后横梁一般设置在水槽柜顶部、距离水槽柜前侧、后侧40-50mm的位置,水槽柜的尺寸结构,特别是紧固横梁的设置,限制了清洗腔体的前后方向尺寸;在左右方向上,洗碗机部与水槽的常规洗涤盆并列安装于水槽柜内,二者的尺寸和空间分配同样受到水槽柜长度的限制;而如果往下增加清洗腔体的深度,将使得操作者需要进一步弯腰下探才能取放餐具,操作变得很不方便甚至困难,另一方面,也可能导致净水器、小厨宝等其它本应安装于水槽柜内的常用厨房用品失去其安装空间,引起另一个厨房用品安装上的不便,因此向下增加清洗腔深度的方式也不理想。
2)从安装方式和安装环境的角度考虑,水槽式洗碗机的安装方式与普通水槽基本无异,其安装时,需保证台面挖孔后剩下部分的强度,行业经验上,一般 是保留单边50-100mm的余量,因此,安装时对台面强度的考虑也是限制水槽式洗碗机清洗腔体尺寸的一个因素。另外,各家各户装修时其水槽的水源接头布置及管路走向的设置也不规则,其对清洗腔前后方向的尺寸也有一定的影响,考虑到批量化生产的产品的通用性和其安装时所需的空间余量,清洗腔体的尺寸比其理论上的最大安装尺寸还要小一些。
由于洗碗机清洗腔的容量和结构对于餐具等被清洗物的摆放数量、摆放间距和摆放角度等因素有着重要的影响,如果因为清洗腔容量不够而将餐具分批洗或勉强凑放在一起清洗,显然并不理想,因此保证清洗腔的合理容量非常必要。在现有已知的技术中,洗碗机部清洗腔的空间仍局限在水槽柜内的范围,未得到更好更合理的拓展和优化,导致尽管水槽式洗碗机的设计理念早已公开,但实际产品却未得到有效推广。
另一方面,现有技术揭示的洗碗机喷淋结构中,其喷淋结构的作用方向和角度单一,为了达到清洗效果,一般采用“多洗一”的方式,即设置多个喷淋装置在不同方位作用于同一托架上餐厨具,其整体结构较为复杂,因此在喷淋结构上,还具有进一步优化的必要,使喷淋结构可以实现实现“一洗多”的功能,即一个喷淋结构对不同方位(甚至是不同洗腔内)的不同对象进行作用。
中国发明专利CN204542003揭示了一种集成水槽洗碗机。其设置有集成水槽,集成水槽上开设有安装槽,且洗碗机本体滑动设置在安装槽中。集成水槽具有能与外界水源相连接的水管,水管的另一端与洗碗机本体的进水口相连通。安装槽的槽底设置有排水口,洗碗机本体的出水口通过排水管与排水口相连通。其创新点在于将洗碗机本体与水槽进行结构集成,但其缺点在于不适用于复杂的电气化洗碗设备。
中国发明专利CN2715690揭示了一种超声与双向喷射复合作用的餐具清洗机。其在清洗机的侧面及底面安装有喷臂,旋转的喷臂从水平和垂直方向循环对餐具进行冲洗。整个清洗过程先用热水喷臂冲洗,再进行超声波清洗,最后用热水喷臂再冲洗一遍,同时进行臭氧消毒。其创新点在于提出水平和垂直的双向喷射清洗,但其缺点在于清洗机侧面的旋转喷臂的喷射区域难以对餐具实现有效覆盖。
中国发明专利CN103445739A揭示了一种具有复合旋转喷射装置的洗碗机。 复合旋转喷射装置轴接于洗涤腔的对应内壁,主要有径向喷管、自转喷管和反弹板组成。径向喷管轴接于洗涤腔相应内壁,作为旋转中心轴的旋转力臂,能实现轴向喷射。自转喷管平行或非平行于旋转中心轴,与对应径向喷管的两对应伸出臂空心轴接,能实现径向的旋转喷射。反弹板置于自转喷管相对中心轴的反向一侧,与自转喷管之间形成一定间隙,其两端固接于径向喷管两对应伸出臂的末端,用来控制自转喷管的喷射有效范围和反弹喷射流体。其创新点在于在1个结构上融合了2种喷射方式,但其缺点在于结构复杂,且清洗区域仅覆盖框架运动范围之内。
因此,希望基于常规的厨房水槽,设计一种空间优化的水槽式洗碗机,以满足一般家庭餐后尽量一次性清洗餐具甚至包括锅胆等厨具的需求,并进一步提升清洗质量。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于克服现有技术中的上述缺陷,提出一种空间优化且清洗质量高的水槽式洗碗机和清洗方法。
本发明采用如下技术方案:
水槽式洗碗机,设于水槽本体中,包括互相连通的第一洗腔和第二洗腔,且第二洗腔由第一洗腔后侧向上延伸出水槽本体,第一洗腔设有第一开口及覆盖第一开口的第一盖门,第二洗腔设有第二开口及覆盖第二开口的第二盖门。
本发明的水槽本体为常规的厨房水槽主体,包括常规洗涤盆和水槽面板。常规洗涤盆是用于普通洗涤的容腔,水槽面板是用于支撑的水槽翻边,一般会在后侧的水槽面板上设置水龙头等配件。第一洗腔与水槽本体一体连接或可拆式配合,第一洗腔和第二洗腔一体连接或可拆式配合。
本发明的水槽式洗碗机在常规的第一洗腔之外增加了第二洗腔,但并非简单的洗腔叠加。本发明的创新之处在于洗腔组合的空间关系。首先,第一洗腔和第二洗腔互相连通,从而使第一洗腔和第二洗腔可共用排水排渣的结构;其次,第二洗腔从第一洗腔后侧向上延伸而出并设置取放口,不仅结构紧凑,而且其位置高度便于使用者取放餐厨具,符合人体工学要求;再次,第二洗腔的引入,直接扩展了洗碗机部清洗腔的清洗容量,更便于餐厨具的分类。因此,可视为,引入 第二洗腔并对其与第一洗腔的空间关系的处理,使得改进后的水槽式洗碗机同时具备了传统水槽式洗碗机、台上式洗碗机和嵌入式洗碗机的优点。
在某优选的实施例中,第一洗腔和第二洗腔之间形成可容纳餐厨具的柄部或头部的连通部。本发明的另一创新之处在于对第一洗腔和第二洗腔之间的连通部的合理利用,由于该连通部位于水槽本体的后侧,且为狭长的纵向空间,可用于容纳餐厨具的柄部或头部,特别是一些结构狭长的餐厨具,比如:锅铲、筷子等,既根据该部位的空间特点加以充分利用,又通过第一洗腔和第二洗腔的共同合作,降低了两个独立的洗腔分别容纳锅铲等长度较长的餐厨具时该餐厨具长度对洗腔尺寸的要求。本发明的餐厨具包括餐具、炊具和其他厨房用具等,例如:刀叉、筷勺、碗碟、锅铲、大汤勺等。
在某优选的实施例中,第一洗腔设有第一托架和第一喷淋装置,第一洗腔与第二洗腔之间的连通部设有第二托架,第二托架的底部位于连通部下方的第一洗腔内,第二托架的顶部位于连通部上方的第二洗腔内。另外,第一托架和第二托架通过实体连接或隔空配合的方式进行设置,第二托架的底部和顶部通过实体连接或隔空配合实现托架功能。
在某优选的实施例中,第一洗腔设有第一托架和第一喷淋装置,第二洗腔设有第二托架。
在某优选的实施例中,第一洗腔设有第一托架、第二托架和第一喷淋装置。
本发明的第一托架可以为碗碟托架,特别地,碗碟托架的一侧设有板型挡板,用于放置碟,另一侧设有勾型挡板,用于放置碗。本发明的第二托架可以为碗碟托架,也可以为筷勺托架,特别地,筷勺托架呈“冂”型,其两侧用于放置锅铲或大汤勺,中间用于放置筷子或汤匙。
特别地,第一喷淋装置设有作用于第一托架的容置空间的第一喷淋部;第一喷淋部设有至少一个纵向喷臂和一个横向喷臂,其外形包括“L”、“U”、“凵”和“口”型的其中之一,其对第一托架的容置空间进行纵向和横向的喷淋;第一喷淋部横向轴接于第一洗腔内并形成至少一个轴接部,第一喷淋部通过轴接部连接清洗水源和驱动装置,并在驱动装置的作用下进行往复摆动或旋转,从而对第一托架的容置空间进行立体式的喷淋。第一喷淋装置在静止状态下的喷淋区域为二维面,其在驱动装置的作用下进行运动,从而使喷淋区域拓展到三维空间。
特别地,第一喷淋装置设有作用于第一托架的容置空间的第一喷淋部和作用于第二托架的容置空间的第二喷淋部;第一喷淋部设有至少一个纵向喷臂和一个横向喷臂,其外形包括“L”、“U”、“凵”和“口”型的其中之一,第一喷淋部横向轴接于第一洗腔内并形成至少一个轴接部,第一喷淋部通过轴接部连接清洗水源和驱动装置,并在驱动装置的作用下进行往复摆动或旋转;第二喷淋部为喷嘴,其设于第一喷淋部朝向第二托架一侧;或,第二喷淋部为喷淋臂,其设于第一喷淋部纵向喷臂上并向第二托架底部或中部延伸;或,第二喷淋部为喷嘴或喷淋臂,其设于第一洗腔腔体上并作用于第二托架上的容置空间。
在某优选的实施例中,第一洗腔内设有第一托架,第二洗腔设有第二托架;第一洗腔内设有第二喷淋装置,其产生的清洗水流可经过第一洗腔与第二洗腔之间的连通部作用于第二托架的容置空间;或,第二洗腔内设有第二喷淋装置,其产生的清洗水流可经过第一洗腔与第二洗腔之间的连通部作用于第一托架的容置空间。
在某优选的实施例中,第一洗腔内底部设有可提供固定喷射水流或旋转喷射水流的喷嘴或喷淋臂。
在某优选的实施例中,第二洗腔内设有可提供固定喷射水流或旋转喷射水流的喷嘴或喷淋臂。
在某优选的实施例中,本发明还包括用于控制洗碗机程序的控制面板,其设于水槽面板或第二洗腔上。
在某优选的实施例中,第二盖门与第二洗腔铰接或套接。
在某优选的实施例中,所述第一盖门与所述第一开口或所述水槽本体铰接,或所述第一盖门与所述第一开口或水槽本体滑动配合。
在某优选的实施例中,还包括滑动框,该滑动框与所述第一开口或所述水槽本体为滑动配合,所述第一盖门与该滑动框为铰接或可拆卸连接。
在某优选的实施例中,还包括设置于所述第二洗腔或所述第二托架上的轨道,所述第二托架可被操控沿该轨道升降。
在某优选的实施例中,还包括升降机构,该升降机构与第二托架相连以驱动其升降,该升降机构为齿轮齿条升降机构、绳轮升降机构或丝杆螺母升降机构。
在某优选的实施例中,还包括碎渣机,所述碎渣机的入口端还设有防臭结构, 该防臭结构为配重翻盖组件或旋转盖组件。
一种水槽式洗碗机的清洗方法,采用上述的水槽式洗碗机实现,包括如下步骤:
1)开启第一盖门,将一类餐厨具放置于第一洗腔的第一托架内,并关闭第一盖门;
2)开启第二盖门,操控第二托架沿轨道上升至高位,将另一类餐厨具放置于第二托架上,操控第二托架下降至低位,并关闭第二盖门;
3)控制第一喷淋装置往复摆动或旋转以对第一托架和第二托架上的餐厨具进行喷淋,达到设定清洗时间后,控制排水;重复本步骤进行下一次清洗,直至到达设定的清洗次数;
4)清洗完毕,操控第二托架上升至高位,打开第一盖门和第二盖门即可取出餐厨具。
由上述对本发明的描述可知,与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:
本发明的创新主要在于构件的空间关系,对于新增的第二洗腔的位置和结构的设置,以及对第二洗腔与第一洗腔之间连通部分的合理利用,使得改进后的水槽式洗碗机同时具备了传统水槽式洗碗机、台上式洗碗机和嵌入式洗碗机的优点,充分达到了利用厨房空间、合理放置餐厨具、保证结构紧凑、便于使用者操作等方面的要求,而在喷淋效果方面,更是实现了“一洗多”的功能,进一步节水节能。
具体表现在:
1)在第一洗腔的基础上向上延伸出第二洗腔,解决了第一洗腔容量受水槽柜空间和厨房台面宽度等因素的限制问题,且第二洗腔位于第一洗腔上方靠近厨房墙面并设有餐厨具取放口,具备普通台上式洗碗机餐厨具取放高度合适的优点,在满足使用者人体工学操作习惯的同时充分利用了该位置的空间。
2)第二洗腔位于第一洗腔上方并与之连通,其排水排渣可直接经由第一洗腔完成,其进水也可共用第一洗腔内喷淋装置的水路,具备了水槽式洗碗机进排水方便的优点,同时避免了两个独立洗腔分别设置排水排渣系统的复杂结构。
3)第一洗腔和第二洗腔之间形成可容纳锅铲等餐厨具的连接部,充分利用二者的连通结构巧妙地容纳了锅铲等狭长的餐厨具,降低了两个独立洗腔单独容 纳锅铲等较长餐厨具时对洗腔尺寸的要求。
4)由于第二洗腔的引入,形成清洗腔容量的扩展,增加餐厨具分类和摆放的灵活度,便于针对性地设置喷淋清洗结构和调节喷淋参数,进而提高了喷淋清洗的效果。
5)大大增加了常规洗涤盆和洗碗机清洗腔之间在水槽柜中的空间分配的灵活性,可在满足洗碗机洗腔清洗容量需求的前提下进一步提高常规洗涤盆的容量。
6)由于第一洗腔和第二洗腔结构的特点,便于根据餐厨具数量类型,更加灵活地设置清洗参数和选择性使用清洗腔,达到节水节能的效果。
7)通过在第一洗腔或第二洗腔内设置喷淋装置并使其产生的清洗水流利用第一洗腔与第二洗腔之间的连通口间隙作用于另一洗腔内餐厨具,可以在一个洗腔内的一个喷淋装置上实现对另一个洗腔内餐厨具或同时对两个洗腔内餐厨具的清洗,简化了喷淋结构。
8)沿用普通水槽式洗碗机的安装方式,保留了其安装和进排水方便等优点。
9)因地制宜地优化了喷淋结构,对餐厨具实现全方位立体式的喷淋清洗,保证了清洗效果、又简化了喷淋结构。
10)第一盖门除了封闭第一开口,还可作为菜板使用,其连接方式灵活多样,可设置成与第一开口或水槽为铰接;还可直接或通过框架与第一开口或水槽滑动配合,第一盖门与框架为铰接或可拆卸配合,从而满足不同安装环境和不同使用习惯的需求。
11)在第二洗腔或第二托架上设置轨道,使得第二托架可被手动或电动操控沿该轨道在高位和低位之间升降,该结构可降低第二洗腔的高度,减少凸出式洗腔对使用者视觉上的影响,同时,方便使用者取放餐厨具。
12)设置有升降机构,该升降机构与第二托架相连以电动驱动其升降,该升降机构的实现方式多样,可为齿轮齿条升降机构、绳轮升降机构或丝杆螺母升降机构等。
13)设置有碎渣机和多功能箱,通过多功能箱子实现存储及循环利用洗涤用水、对洗涤用水进行加热、对第一洗腔、第二洗腔进行烘干等功能,采用碎渣机将过滤后的残渣进行粉碎并排出等。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图具体描述本发明的水槽式洗碗机。
(1)水槽本体的第一实施例
参照附图1,水槽本体1包括有常规洗涤盆10、水槽面板16、第一通孔11和第二通孔12。常规洗涤盆10与水槽面板16一体成型或可拆式配合,第一通孔11与常规洗涤盆10并列设于水槽本体上,其位置用于放置洗碗机部,洗碗机部与水槽本体1可固连一体或可拆式配合。水槽面板16上设有水龙头14、第二通孔12、用于设置水路和设置电路若干过孔(图未标)。特别地,常规洗涤盆10与第一通孔12上设有一组平行台阶,厨房切菜板可沿平行台阶滑动,实现其位置的左右移动。
(2)水槽本体的第二实施例
参考附图2,水槽本体的第二实施例与第一实施例的整体结构相似,不同之处在于:第二实施例中未设置第一通孔11和第二通孔12,而仅设置一第三通孔13,且以第三通孔13覆盖第一实施例中的第一通孔11、第二通孔12及若干过孔所处的区域。另外,第三通孔13的位置用于设置洗碗机部,洗碗机部与水槽本体1可固连一体或可拆式配合。
(3)水槽式洗碗机的第一实施例
参考附图3,水槽式洗碗机包括互相连通的第一洗腔21和第二洗腔22。第二洗腔22由第一洗腔21后侧向上延伸出水槽本体1。第一洗腔21设有第一开 口(图未标)及覆盖第一开口的第一盖门24,第二洗腔22设有第二开口(图未标)及覆盖第二开口的第二盖门25。第一洗腔21和第二洗腔22之间形成可容纳餐厨具的柄部或头部的连通部23。在第一洗腔21和第二洗腔22内可设置常规的置物装置和清洗装置。
具体地,第一洗腔21设有单独覆盖其清洗空间的平板状的第一盖门24,第一盖门24铰接于第一洗腔21或水槽本体1上,并形成翻盖实现开启和关闭。第二洗腔22设有单独覆盖其清洗空间的弧面状的第二盖门25,其以转动方式实现开启和关闭,其开启的方向可以是上翻或下翻等,参照图16、17,参照图19,还可以通过翻盖电机25a控制第二盖门25开启或关闭。第二盖门25也可以与第二洗腔22进行套接。
另外,第一盖门24也可以通过滑动方式实现开启和关闭,其设有多个滚轮实现与第一开口和水槽本体滑动配合,从而可被操控在第一洗腔21和常规洗涤盆10之间滑动,第一开口和水槽本体上设有滑轨17。参照图14-图18,还可另外设置具有滚轮24b的滑动框24a,该第一盖门24与该滑动框24a为铰接或可拆卸连接,通过该滑动框24a与第一开口和水槽本体滑动配合,从而实现第一盖门24在第一洗腔21和常规洗涤盆10之间滑动。参照图18,第一盖门24位于常规洗涤盆10位置时,可作为菜板使用。该滑动框24a与第一盖门24的可拆卸连接包括卡扣连接、螺纹连接等,需要时,可将第一盖门24从滑动框24a上拆下。
第一盖门24和第二盖门25既可以为分别设置的独立盖门,也可以整体设置作为一体盖门。
(4)水槽式洗碗机的第二实施例
第二实施例采用与第一实施例相同的洗腔布局,进一步在置物装置和清洗装置的分布上进行优化。本例的优化侧重于对连通部23的利用,并主要通过第一喷淋装置3实现清洗功能。
具体为,第一洗腔21设有第一托架210和第一喷淋装置3,第一洗腔21与第二洗腔22之间的连通部23设有第二托架220,第二托架220的底部位于连通部下方的第一洗腔21内,第二托架220的顶部位于连通部上方的第二洗腔22内。另外,第一托架210与第二托架220之间可实体连接或隔空配合,第二托架 220的底部和顶部可通过实体连接或隔空配合的方式实现托架的功能。
(5)水槽式洗碗机的第三实施例
第三实施例采用与第一实施例相同的洗腔布局,进一步在置物装置和清洗装置的分布上进行优化。本例的优化侧重于对第二洗腔22的利用,并主要通过第一喷淋装置3实现清洗功能。具体为,第一洗腔21设有第一托架210和第一喷淋装置3,第二洗腔22设有第二托架220。
(6)水槽式洗碗机的第四实施例
第四实施例采用与第一实施例相同的洗腔布局,进一步在置物装置和清洗装置的分布上进行优化。本例的优化侧重于对第一洗腔21的利用,并主要通过第一喷淋装置3实现清洗功能。具体为,第一洗腔21设有第一托架210、第二托架220和第一喷淋装置3。另外,第一托架210与第二托架220之间可实体连接或隔空配合。
(7)水槽式洗碗机的第五实施例
第五实施例采用与第一实施例相同的洗腔布局,以及与第二实施例相同的置物装置和清洗装置的分布。本例的优化侧重于对第一喷淋装置3的改进,通过第一喷淋装置3实现对第一托架210的容置空间的立体式喷淋。
具体为,第一喷淋装置3设有作用于第一托架210的容置空间的第一喷淋部31。第一喷淋部31设有至少一个纵向喷臂(图未标)和一个横向喷臂(图未标),其外形包括“L”、“U”、“凵”和“口”型的其中之一,其对第一托架210的容置空间进行纵向和横向的喷淋。第一喷淋部31横向轴接于第一洗腔21内并形成至少一个轴接部,第一喷淋部31通过轴接部连接清洗水源和驱动装置35,并在驱动装置35的作用下进行往复摆动或旋转,从而对第一托架210的容置空间进行立体式的喷淋。
(8)水槽式洗碗机的第六实施例
第六实施例采用与第一实施例相同的洗腔布局,以及与第二实施例相同的置物装置和清洗装置的分布。本例的优化侧重于对第一喷淋装置3的改进,通过第一喷淋装置3实现对第一托架210和第二托架220的同步喷淋。
参考附图4和5,第一喷淋装置3设有作用于第一托架210的容置空间的第一喷淋部31和作用于第二托架220的容置空间的第二喷淋部32。第一喷淋部31 设有至少一个纵向喷臂(图未标)和一个横向喷臂(图未标),其外形包括“L”、“U”、“凵”和“口”型的其中之一,本例为“U”型。第一喷淋部31横向轴接于第一洗腔21内并形成两个轴接部(33、34)。第一喷淋部31通过轴接部(33、34)连接清洗水源和驱动装置35,并在驱动装置35的作用下进行往复摆动或旋转。第二喷淋部32为喷淋臂,其设于第一喷淋部31的纵向喷臂上并向第二托架220底部延伸。
具体地,两个轴接部(33、34)包括第一轴接部33和第二轴接部34。第一轴接部33具有流体旋转接口,连接清洗水源。清洗水源可为来自压力泵的洗涤水,或者蒸汽发生器产生的蒸汽。第二轴接部34连接驱动装置35。驱动装置35为提供旋转动力的装置,例如电机,或者由水流冲击叶轮带动齿轮传动的轮机装置。另外,第一喷淋部31和第二喷淋部32均设有喷孔(图未标),用于喷射洗涤水。
(9)水槽式洗碗机的第七实施例
第七实施例采用与第一实施例相同的洗腔布局,进一步在置物装置和清洗装置的分布上进行优化。本例的优化侧重于利用连通部23,以第二喷淋装置4实现对第一洗腔21和第二洗腔22的同步喷淋。
第一洗腔21内设有第一托架210,第二洗腔22设有第二托架220;第一洗腔21内设有第二喷淋装置4,其产生的清洗水流可经过第一洗腔21与第二洗腔22之间的连通部23作用于第二托架220的容置空间;或,第二洗腔22内设有第二喷淋装置4,其产生的清洗水流可经过第一洗腔21与第二洗腔22之间的连通部23作用于第一托架210的容置空间。
具体地,若第二喷淋装置4设于第一洗腔21,则其上设有朝向连通部23和第二托架220的容置空间的喷孔,或者第二喷淋装置在运动轨迹的某一位置时,其部分喷孔朝向连通部23和第二托架220的容置空间;若第二喷淋装置4设于第二洗腔22,则其上设有朝向连通部23和第一托架210的容置空间的喷孔,或者第二喷淋装置在其运动轨迹的某一位置时,其部分喷孔朝向连通部23和第一托架210的容置空间。
(10)水槽式洗碗机的第八实施例
第八实施例采用与第一实施例相同的洗腔布局,进一步优化了清洗装置。本 例的优化侧重于采用常规的清洗装置。
具体为,第一洗腔21内底部设有可提供固定喷射水流或旋转喷射水流的喷嘴或喷淋臂。第二洗腔内设有可提供固定喷射水流或旋转喷射水流喷嘴或喷淋臂。

第九实施例采用与第一实施例相同的洗腔布局,以及与第二实施例相同的置物装置和清洗装置的分布。本例的优化侧重于缩小第二洗腔22向上凸起的高度。
具体为,在第二洗腔22内壁设置轨道,第二托架设置与之滑动配合的结构。或者,在第二托架上设置轨道(图中未示出),第二洗腔22内壁设置与之滑动配合的结构,通过手动操控驱使第二托架220沿该轨道在高位和低位之间升降。在高位时,方便使用者取放餐厨具,在低位时,可便于对第二托架229上餐厨具进行立体清洗。
(12)水槽式洗碗机的第十实施例
第十实施例采用与第一实施例相同的洗腔布局,以及与第二实施例相同的置物装置和清洗装置的分布,采用第九实施例的轨道结构。本例的优化侧重于缩小第二洗腔向上凸起的高度。
具体为,增加升降机构,该升降机构与第二托架220相连以驱动其升降,该升降机构为齿轮齿条升降机构、绳轮升降机构或丝杆螺母升降机构。参照图19,为齿轮齿条升降机构:其包括齿条82、升降电机83、传动齿轮84、同步轮85和传动杆86等。该轨道设置于第二托架220上,该齿条82安装于轨道内,该升降电机83的输出轴连接有主动齿轮81,该主动齿轮81与传动齿轮84啮合,该传动齿轮84连接有传动杆86,传动杆86上安装有同步轮85,该同步轮85与齿条82啮合。通过升降电机83控制主动齿轮81带动传动齿轮84主动,同步轮85同步转动驱使与之啮合的齿条82升降,使得第二托架220在高位和低位之间升降。参照20、图21,为丝杆螺母升降机构:其包括丝杆87、螺母88、光杆89和升降电机83,该光杆89一端与第二托架220固定连接,另一端与螺母88固定,该螺母88套设于丝杆87上并与之螺纹配合,该升降电机83连接驱动丝杆87转动,带动螺母88及光杆89升降,使得第二托架220在高位和低位之间升降。
(13)水槽式洗碗机的其他配置
关于第一喷淋装置3的构型:
参考附图6,为第一喷淋装置3,其第一喷淋部31呈“凵”型。第一喷淋部31环绕第一托架210。两个轴接部(33、34)位于第一喷淋部31的纵向侧臂(图未标)。
参考附图7,为第一喷淋装置3,其第一喷淋部31呈“L”型。第一喷淋部31半环绕第一托架210。一个轴接部位于第一喷淋部31的纵向侧臂(图未标)。
参考附图8,为第一喷淋装置3,其设有呈“U”型的第一喷淋部31和呈“一”型的第二喷淋部32。第一喷淋部31环绕第一托架210。第二喷淋部32伸入第二托架220底部。
两个轴接部(33、34)位于“U”型第一喷淋部31的纵向侧臂(图未标)。
关于第一托架210和第二托架220的构型:
参照附图9,第一托架210可以为碗碟托架,其一侧设有板型挡板211,用于放置碟型餐具,另一侧设有勾型挡板212,用于放置碗型餐具。另外,板型挡板211和勾型挡板212还设有可调节间距的调节机构(图未示)。
参照附图10,第二托架220可以为筷勺托架,其呈“冂”型,其两侧用于放置锅铲或大汤勺,中间用于放置筷子或汤匙。
关于其他配套的说明,参照附图11:
水槽式洗碗机设置有洗涤泵75和箱体结构的蓄水部74,二者位于第一洗腔21的外侧,蓄水部74上设有进水口和出水口若干,分别连接厨房水源(图未示)、第一洗腔21和第二洗腔22、洗涤泵75、排水管(图未示)等,用于储存洗涤用水,并可作为循环洗涤用水的周转部。蓄水部74内设有加热装置(图未示),可对其中的蓄水进行加热。
水槽式洗碗机的第一洗腔21还设置有一分离式排水系统7,其与第一洗腔21排水口相连,包括过滤网(图未示),排渣管71,循环蓄水管72,碎渣机73。过滤网斜向设置于排渣管71和循环蓄水管72之间,用于引导残渣流入排渣管71,并使过滤后的洗涤水流入循环蓄水管72。排渣管71连接碎渣机73,使流入的残渣被碎渣机73粉碎。循环蓄水管72连接蓄水部74,用于循环利用洗涤用水。
作为其它的实施方案,洗涤泵75还可设置于第一洗腔21的内底部,蓄水部74还可设置于第一洗腔21内底部,第一洗腔21还设置有一电磁阀控下水6,从而使第一洗腔21可进行蓄水。
作为其他的实施方案,可将碎渣机73独立分离设于第一洗腔21底部,且另外整合一多功能箱70,将洗涤泵75、加热装置、烘干装置76、蓄水部74和主控板等装置设置于内,该主控板与洗涤泵75、加热装置、烘干装置76等部件连接以控制各个部件的工作状态。该第一洗腔21还可设置下水器,该蓄水部74、水源与该下水器相连,碎渣机73的入口端与下水器相连,碎渣机73内设有碎渣电机731、刀片732、排渣口733等。洗涤泵75的进水端连通蓄水部74,出水端与第一洗腔21连通。该多功能箱70位于第一洗腔21底部或侧部,该多功能箱70与第一洗腔21通过管道实现水路连通,该主控板还可与多功能箱70外的其他电气部件实现电路连接,参见图18、图22。
另外,在碎渣机73的入口端还设置了防臭结构,该防臭结构可采用配重翻盖组件或旋转盖组件。参见图23的配重翻盖组件,包括两翻盖734,该两翻盖734均与入口端内壁为转动连接。该翻盖734一端设有配重部735,使得两翻盖734处于闭合以封闭入口,实现防臭。当入口进入一定的水流或物料,水流和物料对翻盖734另一端的冲击力大于配重部735的重力时,驱使两翻盖734转动打开入口。参见图24的旋转盖组件,包括有挡板736和旋转盖737,该挡板736和旋转盖737上均设有小孔。旋转盖737与挡板736为可转动连接,旋转盖737底部设置叶片结构738,通过外力冲击叶片结构738驱使旋转盖737旋转,从而使得旋转盖737上的小孔与挡板736的小孔对准或错开,实现开启入口或封闭入口。该外力可以是电机或水流冲击力等。
另外,水槽式洗碗机还设有用于控制洗碗机电气运行的控制面板15,其位置设于水槽面板16或第二洗腔25上,也可以以无线遥控的方式设于水槽本体1之外,也可以设置于第一洗腔21侧部,参照图18,或设置于第一盖板上(图未示)。
(14)水槽式洗碗机的工作过程
以下参照附图1、11、12和13说明本发明的水槽式洗碗机的工作过程。
水槽式洗碗机第一洗腔21设于第一通孔11上,二者一体成型或可拆式配合, 第一洗腔21后侧位于水槽面板16下并向上经由第二通孔12延伸形成第二洗腔22,第一洗腔21与第二洗腔22之间一体成型或可拆式配合,水槽面板16上的若干过孔,供为第二洗腔22提供水电的管路通过。
1)打开第一盖门24,将碗碟放置于第一洗腔21的第一托架210;打开第二盖门25,将锅铲、筷勺放置于第二洗腔22的第二托架220;
2)闭合第一盖门24和第二盖门25,按下控制面板15上的开始按钮;
3)由系统控制的各电气部位开始工作,主要过程包括:厨房水源进入蓄水部74并经加热装置加热至设定温度60度,然后,开启洗涤泵75将热水送达第一洗腔21和第二洗腔22内的喷淋装置(第一喷淋装置3等)并作用于洗腔内的餐具,实现全方位立体式的清洗,然后洗涤水和残渣经由第一洗腔21的排水孔(图未示)流出,经过分离式排水系统7后,残渣排向碎渣机73,洗涤水进入蓄水部74进行循环使用,达到系统设定的清洗时间后,蓄水部74进行排水,而后进行第2轮的清洗,并最终在3轮清洗后停止进水和洗涤,并将洗涤水排出。
4)打开第一盖门24和第二盖门25,分别取出各餐厨具。
(15)水槽式洗碗机的清洗方法
一种水槽式洗碗机的清洗方法,其采用与第一实施例相同的洗腔布局,以及与第二实施例相同的置物装置和清洗装置的分布,采用第九实施例的轨道结构或第十实施例的升降机构。
具体包括如下步骤:
1)开启第一盖门24,将一类餐厨具放置于第一洗腔21的第一托架210内,并关闭第一盖门24。
2)开启第二盖门25,手动操控或电动操控第二托架220沿轨道上升至高位,将另一类餐厨具放置于第二托架220上,手动操控或电动操控第二托架220下降至低位,并关闭第二盖门25。
3)控制第一喷淋装置3往复摆动或旋转以对第一托架210和第二托架220上的餐厨具进行横向和纵向喷淋,达到设定清洗时间后,控制排水;重复本步骤进行下一次清洗,直至到达设定的清洗次数。
4)清洗完毕,手动操控或电动操控第二托架220上升至高位,打开第一盖门24和第二盖门23即可取出餐厨具。
综上所述,本发明通过改进洗碗机清洗腔体的容量和优化喷淋结构,不仅提高了洗碗机的实用性,也提高了厨房空间利用率,而在实际应用中,利用第一洗腔和第二洗腔的连通部巧妙地收纳餐厨具,从而降低第二洗腔凸出的高度;而进一步地,在连通部内增加轨道和升降机构,方便使用者取放餐厨具;另外,还引入分离式排水系统,增加残渣粉碎功能,有利于排污和防堵,并且进行了清洗水的二次循环利用,更加环保节水。
以上显示和描述了本发明的基本原理、主要特征和优点。本领域的普通技术人员应该了解,上述实施例不以任何形式限制本发明的保护范围,凡采用等同替换等方式所获得的技术方案,均落于本发明的保护范围内。
工业实用性
本发明一种水槽式洗碗机,设于水槽本体中,包括互相连通的第一洗腔和第二洗腔,且第二洗腔由第一洗腔后侧向上延伸出水槽本体,充分达到了利用厨房空间、合理放置餐厨具、保证结构紧凑、便于使用者操作等方面的要求,而在喷淋效果方面,更是实现了“一洗多”的功能,进一步节水节能,适用范围广,具有良好的工业实用性。

Claims (19)

  1. 一种水槽式洗碗机,设于水槽本体中,其特征在于:包括互相连通的第一洗腔和第二洗腔,且第二洗腔由第一洗腔后侧向上延伸出水槽本体,第一洗腔设有第一开口及覆盖第一开口的第一盖门,第二洗腔设有第二开口及覆盖第二开口的第二盖门。
  2. 所述第一洗腔和所述第二洗腔之间形成可容纳餐厨具的柄部或头部的连通部。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的水槽式洗碗机,其特征在于:所述第一洗腔设有第一托架和第一喷淋装置,所述第一洗腔与所述第二洗腔之间的连通部设有第二托架,第二托架的底部位于所述连通部下方的所述第一洗腔内,第二托架的顶部位于所述连通部上方的所述第二洗腔内。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的水槽式洗碗机,其特征在于:所述第一洗腔设有第一托架和第一喷淋装置,所述第二洗腔设有第二托架。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的水槽式洗碗机,其特征在于:所述第一洗腔设有第一托架、第二托架和第一喷淋装置。
  6. 如权利要求3、4或5所述的水槽式洗碗机,其特征在于:所述第一喷淋装置设有作用于所述第一托架的容置空间的第一喷淋部;
    第一喷淋部设有至少一个纵向喷臂和一个横向喷臂,其外形包括“L”、“U”、“凵”和“口”型的其中之一,其对所述第一托架的容置空间进行纵向和横向的喷淋;第一喷淋部横向轴接于所述第一洗腔内并形成至少一个轴接部,第一喷淋部通过轴接部连接清洗水源和驱动装置,并在驱动装置的作用下进行往复摆动或旋转,从而对所述第一托架的容置空间进行立体式的喷淋。
  7. 如权利要求3、4或5所述的水槽式洗碗机,其特征在于:所述第一喷淋装置设有作用于所述第一托架的容置空间的第一喷淋部和作用于所述第二托架的容置空间的第二喷淋部;
    第一喷淋部设有至少一个纵向喷臂和一个横向喷臂,其外形包括“L”、“U”、“凵”和“口”型的其中之一,第一喷淋部横向轴接于所述第一洗腔内并形成至少一个轴接部,第一喷淋部通过轴接部连接清洗水源和驱动装置,并在驱动装置的作用下进行往复摆动或旋转;
    第二喷淋部为喷嘴,其设于第一喷淋部朝向所述第二托架一侧;或,第二喷淋部为喷淋臂,其设于第一喷淋部纵向喷臂上并向所述第二托架底部或中部延伸;或,第二喷淋部为喷嘴或喷淋臂,其设于所述第一洗腔腔体上并作用于所述第二托架上的容置空间。
  8. 如权利要求2所述的水槽式洗碗机,其特征在于:所述第一洗腔内设有第一托架,所述第二洗腔内设有第二托架;
    所述第一洗腔内设有第二喷淋装置,其产生的清洗水流经过所述第一洗腔与所述第二洗腔之间的连通部作用于第二托架的容置空间;或,所述第二洗腔内设有第二喷淋装置,其产生的清洗水流经过所述第一洗腔与所述第二洗腔之间的连通部作用于第一托架的容置空间。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的水槽式洗碗机,其特征在于:所述第一洗腔或所述第二洗腔内设有可提供固定喷射水流或旋转喷射水流的喷嘴或喷淋臂。
  10. 如权利要求1所述的水槽式洗碗机,其特征在于:所述第一盖门与所述第一开口或所述水槽本体铰接,或所述第一盖门与所述第一开口或水槽本体滑动配合。
  11. 如权利要求1所述的水槽式洗碗机,其特征在于:还包括滑动框,该滑动框与所述第一开口和/或所述水槽本体为滑动配合,所述第一盖门与该滑动框为铰接或可拆卸连接。
  12. 如权利要求3所述的水槽式洗碗机,其特征在于:还包括设置于所述第二洗腔或所述第二托架上的轨道,所述第二托架可被操控沿该轨道升降。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的水槽式洗碗机,其特征在于:还包括升降机构,该升降机构与第二托架相连以驱动其升降,该升降机构为齿轮齿条升降机构、绳轮升降机构或丝杆螺母升降机构。
  14. 如权利要求1所述的水槽式洗碗机,其特征在于:还包括碎渣机,所述碎渣机的入口端还设有防臭结构,该防臭结构为配重翻盖组件或旋转盖组件。
  15. 一种水槽式洗碗机,设于水槽本体中,其特征在于:包括互相连通的第一洗腔和第二洗腔:
    第一洗腔设有第一开口及覆盖第一开口的第一盖门,其腔体内设有第一托架和第一喷淋装置;
    第二洗腔设有第二开口及覆盖第二开口的第二盖门,由第一洗腔后侧向上延 伸出水槽本体,其腔体内设有第二托架;
    第一洗腔和第二洗腔之间形成可容纳餐厨具的柄部或头部的连通部。
  16. 如权利要求15所述的水槽式洗碗机,其特征在于:所述第一喷淋装置设有作用于所述第一托架的容置空间的第一喷淋部;
    第一喷淋部设有至少一个纵向喷臂和一个横向喷臂,其外形包括“L”、“U”、“凵”和“口”型的其中之一,其对所述第一托架的容置空间进行纵向和横向的喷淋;第一喷淋部横向轴接于所述第一洗腔内并形成至少一个轴接部,第一喷淋部通过轴接部连接清洗水源和驱动装置,并在驱动装置的作用下进行往复摆动或旋转,从而对所述第一托架的容置空间进行立体式的喷淋。
  17. 如权利要求15或16所述的水槽式洗碗机,其特征在于:还包括一用于第二托架升降的升降机构:
    在第二洗腔或所述第二托架上设有相应轨道;该升降机构为齿轮齿条升降机构、绳轮升降机构或丝杆螺母升降机构。
  18. 一种水槽式洗碗机的清洗方法,采用权利要求1所述水槽式洗碗机实现,其特征在于:包括如下步骤
    1)开启第一盖门,将一类餐厨具放置于第一洗腔的第一托架内,并关闭第一盖门;
    2)开启第二盖门,将另一类餐厨具放置于第二托架上,并关闭第二盖门;
    3)控制第一喷淋装置往复摆动或旋转以对第一托架和第二托架上的餐厨具进行喷淋,达到设定清洗时间后,控制排水;重复本步骤进行下一次清洗,直至到达设定的清洗次数;
    4)清洗完毕,打开第一盖门和第二盖门即可取出餐厨具。
  19. 如权利要求18或12所述的水槽式洗碗机的清洗方法,其特征在于:
    步骤二,还包括开启第二盖门,操控第二托架沿轨道上升至高位,将另一类餐厨具放置于第二托架上,操控第二托架下降至低位,并关闭第二盖门;
    步骤四,还包括操控第二托架上升至高位。
