在本实施例中,考勤排名是排序方式与相应的预设考勤事件相关:当预设考勤事件为到岗类型时,用户执行考勤操作的时间越早,则相应的考勤排名越靠前;当预设考勤事件为离岗类型时,用户执行考勤操作的时间越晚,则相应的考勤排名越靠前。举例而言,最早到岗考勤的用户和最晚离岗考勤的用户,对应的考勤排名均为第一名。
在本实施例中,以“上午9点之前到达公司的到岗考勤”为例,该预设考勤事件规定的考勤时间为“上午9点之前”;实际上,用户可能由于各种原因而出现无法在“上午9点之前”的时间段内执行考勤操作,那么可以定义一个在“上午9点”之后的预设时间段,如“9点至10点”,使得该预设时间段内发生的考勤操作仍然对应于“上午9点之前到达公司的到岗考勤”,而继续超出该预设时间段之后(如11点),则可以判定为未执行考勤操作。
在本实施例中,预设提示信息可以包括以下至少之一:考勤排名、针对考勤排名的评价性描述信息。其中,当用户的考勤排名靠前时,评价性描述信息可以为高评价和奖励性描述信息;当用户的考勤排名靠后时,评价性描述信息可以为鼓励性描述信息,以帮助用户了解到自身的考勤问题,有助于用户改善考勤排名靠后的情况。
在本实施例中,考勤操作的预设特征属性可以包括以下至少之一:考勤时间、考勤地点等。每一考勤事件都存在预先定义的标准考勤时间和标准考勤地点,比如“上午9点之前到公司”表示:标准考勤时间为“上午9点之前”、标准考勤地点为“公司”;然而,用户可能由于各种原因而无法准确满足上述的标准考勤时间和标准考勤地点,所以可以通过示出其实际的考勤时间、考勤地点等,以便于用户的查看以及据此调整自身的考勤情况。
在本实施例中,预设类型的辅助场景信息可以包括以下至少之一:与考勤操作的时间、地点等预设特征属性相关的天气信息、星空图案、重要事件等。通过对上述辅助场景信息的关联记录,使得用户尤其是在
相隔已久的某个时间翻看与预设考勤事件对应的考勤记录信息时,不仅能够查看到考勤记录,而且还能够扩展至上述辅助场景信息,更加有助于用户回忆起当时的历史情景,可以进一步提升用户的应用体验。
由以上技术方案可见,本申请通过确定对应于用户的预设考勤事件,并示出对应于用户的考勤相关信息,便于借助用户对该考勤相关信息的查看,对用户实现相应的激励效果,有助于提升用户的应用体验。
在本申请的技术方案中,用户事先在手机、平板电脑等电子设备中安装具有考勤功能的应用程序,那么在预设考勤事件定义的时间段和地理位置,用户可以通过该应用程序执行考勤功能,则该应用程序可以相应地向预设服务器发起考勤请求并完成考勤操作;然后,上述应用程序可以接收到服务器返回的考勤排名等信息,以使得该应用程序可以在电子设备上实现本申请的考勤处理方法。
其中,上述应用程序可以为预设即时通讯应用;举例而言,该应用程序可以为企业即时通讯应用(Enterprise Instant Messaging,EIM),例如“钉钉(DING Talk)”等。
为了便于理解,下面针对企业即时通讯应用“钉钉”中内置的考勤功能,对本申请的技术方案进行详细说明。其中,图2是根据本申请一示例性实施例提供的另一种考勤处理方法的流程图,该方法可以包括以下步骤:
步骤202,执行考勤操作。
在本实施例中,如图3所示,用户可以通过诸如“阿里巴巴”标签页,查看到“钉钉”中配置的考勤功能;比如,当用户点击“考勤”图标时,即可转入图4所示的考勤页面。
如图4所示,针对“到岗考勤”这一考勤事件在考勤页面中划分出位于“打起精神,开始一天的工作吧”与“下班时间18:00”之间的关联展示区域,并在该关联展示区域内示出针对该考勤事件的触发标识,即在该关联展示区域内占据相对大面积的诸如圆形的触发标识,则用户可以通过点击该触发标识,即可完成相应的考勤操作。由于触发标识的占用面积大、所处位置为考勤页面的中心、展示内容为用户关注的重点信息,
因而便于用户进行信息读取和执行考勤操作。
其中,在该考勤操作的触发标识内部或附近的关联区域中,可以示出考勤提示信息;比如在图4中,可以在触发标识内部示出当前时间“08:58”,以及在触发标识下方的关联区域中示出“当前在考勤范围内”(表明当前地点符合预定义的标准考勤地点)。
当用户完成考勤操作后,还可以示出针对相应考勤事件的考勤相关信息,比如可以将该考勤相关信息展示于上述的触发标识中,从而使得考勤操作前后的展示内容(即“考勤提示信息”与“考勤相关信息”)之间相互呼应,便于用户查看,以及对用户进行提示和激励。
在本申请的技术方案中,考勤相关信息可以包括多种类型,下面分别进行列举和说明:
步骤204A,获取并展示考勤排名。
在本实施例中,考勤排名与用户执行考勤操作的次序相关,但两者并不相同。举例而言,对于到岗考勤的场景下,考勤排名与执行考勤操作的次序一致,比如第一个执行考勤操作的用户,对应的考勤排名为第一名,第三个执行考勤操作的用户,对应的考勤排名为第三名,而最后一个执行考勤操作的用户,对应的考勤排名为最后一名;而对于离岗考勤的场景下,考勤排名与执行考勤操作的次序相反,比如第一个执行考勤操作的用户,对应的考勤排名为最后一名,而最后一个执行考勤操作的用户,对应的考勤排名为第一名。
在一实施例中,如图5所示,假定用户所属团体共有65人,而用户本次的考勤排名为36,则可以示出该考勤排名为“第36名”。
在一实施例中,针对考勤排名靠前的用户,可以采用特殊的考勤排名展示方式。比如图6所示,对于首个到岗的用户,可以采用诸如“最早到”的方式,表达其考勤排名为第一名;类似地,如图7所示,对于最后离岗的用户,可以采用诸如“最晚走”的方式,表达其考勤排名为第一名。
而对于考勤排名靠前但并非第一名的用户,例如第二名或第三名,
如图8所示,可以采用诸如“前三甲”等形式,在表达其考勤排名的同时,增加趣味性。
步骤206A,展示预设提示信息。
在本实施例中,针对用户对应的考勤排名,可以展示对应的预设提示信息,以帮助用户了解自身的考勤情况。其中,预设提示信息可以包括以下至少之一:考勤排名、针对考勤排名的评价性描述信息等,并且针对不同的考勤排名,预设提示信息的展示形式可能存在变化。
在一实施例中,可以展示对用户的褒奖性文字,比如当用户的考勤排名为第一名时,可以采用图6和图7所示的“决定了!最勤奋的员工就是你!”等,以帮助用户继续保持良好的考勤习惯。
在一实施例中,当用户排名靠前但并非第一名的用户,如图8所示,可以通过诸如“接近了!你几乎成为最强者!”的激励性文字,以帮助用户继续努力,争取更好的考勤排名。
在一实施例中,针对考勤排名靠后的用户,比如图9所示,对于考勤排名在诸如“后10%”的用户,除了示出其考勤排名为诸如“第61名”之外,还可以示出诸如“暂时的落后没关系!继续加油!”的鼓励性文字,以帮助用户继续努力,争取改善自己的考勤排名。
步骤208,奖励虚拟勋章。
在本实施例中,可以根据考勤排名来确定相应用户的勤奋程度,并且当勤奋程度达到预设程度时,可以向用户分配预设业务对象。其中,对于到岗考勤,越早执行考勤操作的用户,表明其越早开始相应的工作或学习,即该用户相对更加勤奋,因而对应的考勤排名也越靠前;对于离岗考勤,越晚执行考勤操作的用户,表明其越晚结束相应的工作或学习,即该用户相对更加勤奋,因而对应的考勤排名也越靠前。
当然,对于勤奋程度来说,可以单独参考到岗考勤或离岗考勤,也可以综合参考到岗考勤和离岗考勤。举例而言,当采用综合参考的方式时,可以将同一用户在一天内的到岗考勤的考勤排名与离岗考勤的考勤排名相加,则所得数值越小,表明该用户的勤奋程度越高。
因此,可以设置对应于预设程度的排名数值,当单独的考勤排名的数值或综合的考勤排名的数值达到该排名数值时,可以认为用户的勤奋程度达到预设程度,可以通过向其分配预设业务对象,实现对该用户的奖励,有助于用户维持或进一步提升自己的考勤排名。
在本实施例中,向用户分配的预设业务对象可以包括:可展示的虚拟勋章图案。如图10所示,当对用户的考勤排名进行单次考量时,比如用户的到岗考勤排名为第一名,则可以向其分配图10所示的虚拟勋章。
在本实施例中,除了虚拟勋章之外,还可以向用户分配其他类型的预设业务对象,比如“奖金”、“迟到免罚券”等虚拟物品,也可以为各种实物,本申请并不对此进行限制。
其中,若当前处于预设考勤事件对应的考勤标准范围内,可以采用详情方式进行展示,具体可以参见图5-10所示的实施例中,对于考勤排名、针对考勤排名的评价性描述信息、虚拟勋章等的展示方式;若当前未处于上述的预设考勤事件对应的考勤标准范围内,可以采用缩略方式进行展示,比如图11所示,假定当前处于离岗考勤的考勤标准范围内,那么可以针对到岗考勤相关的预设提示信息、虚拟勋章等进行展示,比如图11中在“上班时间09:00”右侧展示出虚拟勋章以及“最早到”字样。
步骤210,将虚拟勋章兑换为奖励。
在本实施例中,用户可以使用预设数量的虚拟勋章,以换取对应的预设奖励,从而提升用户对获得虚拟勋章的积极性,以帮助用户实现更好的考勤状况。举例而言,预设奖励可以为“奖金”、“迟到免罚券”等虚拟物品,也可以为各种实物等,本申请并不对此进行限制。
步骤204B,获取并展示预设特征属性。
在本实施例中,可以获取用户执行的考勤操作的预设特征属性,比如该预设特征属性可以包括以下至少之一:考勤时间、考勤地点等;每一考勤事件都存在预先定义的考勤标准范围(如标准考勤时间、标准考勤地点等),比如“上午9点之前到公司”表示:标准考勤时间为“上午9点之前”、标准考勤地点为“公司”;然而,用户可能由于各种原因而无
法准确满足上述的标准考勤时间和标准考勤地点,所以可以通过示出其实际的考勤时间、考勤地点等,以便于用户的查看以及据此调整自身的考勤情况。
比如图12所示,以“打卡时间09:15”示出用户的考勤时间,而该考勤时间已经超出了示出的“上班时间09:00”;同时,可以通过“当前在考勤范围内”表示其考勤地点符合预定义的标准考勤地点。
步骤206B,当预设特征属性的值超出预定义的考勤标准范围时,向用户进行警示性提醒。
在该实施例中,通过向用户进行警示性提醒,可以使用户注意到自身问题,有助于用户调整自身的考勤情况,实现良好的学习或工作习惯。
举例而言,如图12所示,假定用户按下“打卡”的时间为“09:15”,已经超出了预设置的考勤时间“09:00”,即超出了预定义的考勤标准范围,因而可以将页面中的预设展示对象的展示颜色替换为预设警示性颜色,例如在图12中可以将页面中间的圆形图标的背景颜色改变为诸如红色等特定颜色,从视觉上向用户进行警示和提醒,实现更为直观、有效的警示提醒效果。类似地,也可以通过考勤地点进行警示提示;比如,当预定义的考勤地点为公司或公司的某幢楼时,电子设备可以通过GPS定位信息来直接获得用户的当前位置,也可以根据该电子设备是否检测或连接至公司范围内的无线局域网络,从而识别出该用户的当前位置是否符合预定义的考勤地点,并当不符合时执行警示提醒,此处不再赘述。
其中,电子设备执行的警示性提醒的警示程度可以正相关于上述预设特征属性对考勤标准范围的超出程度。举例而言,假定预定义的到岗考勤的考勤时间为“09:00”,那么当用户的考勤时间处于时间范围
“09:00~09:10”时,表明用户存在轻微迟到,可以采用较浅的预设警示性颜色,如浅红色;而当用户的考勤时间处于时间范围“09:10~09:30”时,表明用户存在稍严重迟到,可以采用较深的预设警示性颜色,如深红色;以及当用户的考勤时间处于时间范围“09:30以后”时,表明用户存在严重迟到,可以采用最深的预设警示性颜色。
此外,电子设备执行的警示性提醒的警示程度可以正相关于用户对
同一预设考勤事件的考勤标准范围的超出次数或频率。举例而言,针对到岗考勤,当用户的迟到次数或频率较小时,比如低于预设次数或频率,可以采用较浅的预设警示性颜色,如浅红色;而当用户的迟到次数或频率较大时,比如高于预设次数或频率,可以采用较深的预设警示性颜色,如深红色。
步骤208B,获取并展示辅助场景信息。
在一示例性实施例中,可以根据用户针对预设考勤事件执行的考勤操作的预设特征属性,确定与该预设特征属性相关的预设类型的辅助场景信息;然后,将辅助场景信息关联至该用户对应的考勤信息,并记录于预设考勤事件对应的考勤记录信息中。
其中,预设类型的辅助场景信息可以包括以下至少之一:与考勤操作的时间、地点等预设特征属性相关的天气信息、星空图案、重要事件等。比如图13所示,用户在事后查看考勤记录时,可以看到自己早上第36个打卡,而晚上则最晚离开;同时,结合关联记录的天气信息,用户可以回忆起:早上因为雨大路滑,所以到公司的时间较晚,差点迟到,甚至可能会想起在路上差点滑倒的情景;而晚上则为了等待雨停,所以刻意在公司加了会儿班,所以最晚离开公司。
可见,通过对上述辅助场景信息的关联记录,使得用户尤其是在相隔已久的某个时间翻看与预设考勤事件对应的考勤记录信息时,不仅能够查看到考勤记录,而且还能够扩展至上述辅助场景信息,更加有助于用户回忆起当时的历史情景,可以进一步提升用户的应用体验。
图14示出了根据本申请的一示例性实施例的电子设备的示意结构图。请参考图14,在硬件层面,该电子设备包括处理器、内部总线、网络接口、内存以及非易失性存储器,当然还可能包括其他业务所需要的硬件。处理器从非易失性存储器中读取对应的计算机程序到内存中然后运行,在逻辑层面上形成考勤处理装置。当然,除了软件实现方式之外,本申请并不排除其他实现方式,比如逻辑器件抑或软硬件结合的方式等等,也就是说以下处理流程的执行主体并不限定于各个逻辑单元,也可以是硬件或逻辑器件。
请参考图15,在软件实施方式中,该考勤处理装置可以包括确定单元、获取单元和展示单元。其中:
