Description

우표 카드를 이용한 우표 발행 시스템 및 이의 실행 방법
본 발명의 실시예들은 우표 카드를 이용한 우표 발행 시스템 및 이의 실행 방법에 관한 것이다.
현재 일반적으로 발행, 유통되고 있는 종이에 인쇄하여 사용하는 우표는 1840년 영국에서 처음 발행된 이후 약 170년을 거쳐 지금에 이르고 있다. 예전엔 우표의 대부분이 안부를 묻는 서신 왕래였으나 지금에 이르러 통신수단의 발달로 스마트폰과 같은 개인장비가 그 역할을 대신하고 있다.
그러나 중요한 서류나 소포를 보내는 경우가 증가하고 이로 인해서 우편의 필요성은 더 증가되고 있는 실정이다. 등기나 소포 같은 경우 고액이고 중량에 따라 요금의 종류가 많아지면서 우표의 조합(우표요금을 맞추기 위한)과 직접 풀칠을 하는 불편을 감수해야 한다. 이러한 불편한 현실에 대한 대안으로 많은 나라들이 간단하게 우표요금을 출력할 수 있는 스티커를 사용하는 실정이다.
이와 같은 현실로 우표물을 보내기 위해 우표를 사용하는 것이 더 불편한 시대가 되었다. 그러므로 현재 우표의 기능은 우표요금 결제기능이라기 보다 홍보 및 수집기능으로 점차 그 비중이 이전되고 있으며, 많은 나라들이 우표를 우편용이라기보다 수집가를 대상으로 한 수익성에 중점을 두고 발행하고 있는 것이 현실이다.
한국공개특허 제10-2011-0010557호는 모바일 우표 발행 시스템 및 그 방법에 관한 것으로, 사용자가 모바일을 이용하여 언제 어디서나 우편 서비스를 이용할 수 있도록 하는 실시간 모바일 우표 발행 시스템 및 방법이 개시되어 있다.
본 발명은 우표의 기능을 가진고 있는 우표 카드를 발급함으로써 우표 카드의 전면에 표시된 금액이 다 소진될 때까지 반복 사용하도록 하는 우표 카드를 이용한 우표 발행 시스템 및 이의 실행 방법을 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다.
또한, 본 발명은 우표 카드의 경매를 통해 발생된 이익금을 기금 모금에 사용할 수 있도록 하는 우표 카드를 이용한 우표 발행 시스템 및 이의 실행 방법을 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다.
또한, 본 발명은 우표 카드를 이용하여 우편 요금을 수납한 후 개인 프린터를 이용하여 우표 발행 또는 초일 봉투를 출력하여 사용할 수 있도록 하는 우표 발행 시스템 및 이의 실행 방법을 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다.

본 명세서에서 사용된 용어 중 “우표 카드”는 우편 요금을 결제 시 사용할 수 있는 카드로, 신용 카드, 현금 카드 등으로 구현될 수 있다. 우표 카드는 누구에게 발행되는 일반 우표 카드 및 경매 절차를 통해 발행되는 기념 우표 카드를 포함한다.
상기의 우표 카드의 전면에 표시된 금액은 우편 요금을 결제할 수 있는 금액을 의미하며, 이러한 금액은 세계의 화폐 기준인 달러로 하되, 상황에 따라 변경될 수 있다.

    상기 결제 방법이 선불 결제 또는 후불 결제인지 여부에 따라 결제 절차 또는 우편물 등록 확인서 출력 절차를 제공하는 단계; 및

  7. 우표 카드의 종류에 따라 우표 카드 판매 절차를 제공하고, 상기 우표 카드 판매 절차를 통해 우표 카드를 발행하고, 사용자 단말로부터 구매 요청 신호를 수신하면 우편물 옵션 선택 절차를 제공하고, 상기 우편물 옵션 선택 절차를 통해 선택된 정보 및 사용자가 사용하는 서비스의 종류에 따라 결제 방법을 결정하고, 상기 결제 방법이 선불 결제 또는 후불 결제인지 여부에 따라 결제 절차 또는 우편물 등록 확인서 출력 절차를 제공하고, 상기 결제 절차를 통해 결제가 완료되면 우표 발행 또는 초일 봉투에 대한 출력 절차를 제공하는 우표 카드 관리 서버;
    상기 우표 카드 관리 서버에 접속하여 상기 우표 카드 판매 절차를 제공받고, 상기 우표 카드 판매 절차를 통해 우표 카드의 구매를 실행하고, 상기 우편물 옵션 선택 절차를 통해 옵션을 선택한 후 상기 우편물 옵션 선택 절차를 통해 선택된 정보에 따라 산출된 우편 요금에 대한 결제를 실행하고, 상기 결제가 완료되면 우표 발행 또는 초일 봉투에 대한 출력 신호를 제공하는 사용자 단말; 및
    상기 사용자 단말로부터 수신된 출력 신호에 따라 출력을 처리하는 인쇄 장치를 포함하는
    우표 카드를 이용한 우표 발행 시스템.
  8. 제7항에 있어서,
    상기 우표 카드 관리 서버는
    상기 우표 카드의 종류가 일반 우표 카드이면 상기 일반 우표 카드에 대한 우표 카드 판매 절차를 제공하고, 상기 우표 카드의 종류가 기념 우표 카드이면 상기 기념 우표 카드에 대한 우표 카드 경매 절차를 제공하는
    우표 카드를 이용한 우표 발행 시스템.
  9. 제8항에 있어서,
    상기 우표 카드 관리 서버는
    우표 발급 목적, 유효 기간, 국가 별 화폐로 결정된 사용 가능 금액, 고유 번호 및 우표 카드 관리 서버 접속 정보를 이용하여 우표 카드를 생성하고, 상기 우표 카드에 대한 우표 카드 경매 절차를 상기 사용자 단말에 제공하고, 상기 대한 우표 카드 경매 절차를 통해 경매에 참여한 사용자 중 특정 사용자를 낙찰자로 선정한 후 우표 카드를 발행하여 낙찰자에게 배송 처리하는
    우표 카드를 이용한 우표 발행 시스템.
  10. 제7항에 있어서,
    상기 우표 카드 관리 서버는
    상기 우편물 옵션 선택 절차를 통해 선택한 우편물 종류가 일반 우편인 경우 결제 방법을 선불 결제를 결정하고, 상기 우편물 옵션 선택 절차를 통해 선택된 정보를 이용하여 우편 요금에 대한 결제 절차를 제공하고, 상기 결제 절차를 통해 우편 요금에 대한 결제가 완료되면 우표 발행 또는 초일 봉투에 대한 출력 절차를 제공하는
    우표 카드를 이용한 우표 발행 시스템.
  11. 제10항에 있어서,
    상기 우표 카드 관리 서버는
    상기 우편물 옵션 선택 절차를 통해 선택한 우편물 종류가 등기 우편이더라도 사용자가 사용하는 상기 인쇄 장치가 중량을 측정할 수 있는 인쇄 장치인 경우 결제 방법을 선불 결제를 결정하고, 상기 인쇄 장치로부터 우편물의 중량을 수신하고, 상기 인쇄 장치로부터 수신된 우편물의 중량 및 우편물 옵션 선택 절차를 통해 선택된 정보를 이용하여 우편 요금을 결정한 후 우편 요금에 대한 결제 절차를 제공하고, 우표 발행 또는 초일 봉투에 대한 출력 절차를 제공하고, 상기 우편물의 우편 요금 및 동일 선상의 우편물의 우편 요금을 비교하여 비교 결과에 따라 사용자에게 패널티를 부여하며 패널티에 따라 개인 우체국의 지속 여부를 결정하는
    우표 카드를 이용한 우표 발행 시스템.
  12. 제10항에 있어서,
    상기 우표 카드 관리 서버는
    상기 우편물 옵션 선택 절차를 통해 선택한 우편물 종류가 등기 우편이더라도 사용자가 홈픽업 서비스를 이용하면 우편물 등록 확인서에 대한 출력 절차를 제공하고, 우체국에서 우편물의 중량이 확인되면 상기 우편물의 중량 및 우편물 옵션 선택 절차를 통해 선택된 정보를 이용하여 우편 요금을 결정한 후 우편 요금에 대한 후불 결제를 실행하고, 상기 우편물의 우편 요금 및 동일 선상의 우편물의 우편 요금을 비교하여 비교 결과에 따라 사용자에게 패널티를 부여하며 패널티에 따라 개인 우체국의 지속 여부를 결정하는
    우표 카드를 이용한 우표 발행 시스템.
