Description

铝合金的地台板 技术领域
本发明属于建筑结构领域,特别涉及一种铝合金地台板的结构。
背景技术
传统用作平铺家居或高级场所的室内地台的装修材料,多以实木地板或复合木地板为主,这些装修材料虽然能提高室内装潢的档次和提供良好的舒适脚感,但是存在着比较多的缺点,如下所述:
1、木地板容易因热胀冷缩或湿度的高低变化而发生变形变质。
2、木地板需定期保养和打理,如定期对木地板进行抛光和打蜡保养等等。
3、木地板如长时间被日光照射,会导致地板表面干裂和老化。
4、木地板表面的抗耐磨性能低,因表面磨损而容易失去光泽和影响外观。
5、清洁木地板表面时,必须使用专用的清洁剂,而木地板表面在清洁时或清洁后都必须注意不能过度湿润。
6、木地板容易受到虫害,如遭到木蚤或白蚁的蛀蚀等,两者均是难以及时发现和根治。
有鉴于此,该领域技术人员尤其铝合金型材生产企业努力研发一种铝合金地台板,用以代替传统的实木地板或复合木地板。
发明内容
本发明的任务是提供一种铝合金的地台板,它克服了使用实木地板或复合木地板后的种种缺点,通过采用铝合金型材制作铝合金地台板,以代 替传统的实木地板或复合木地板,解决了传统使用实木地板或复合木地板而带来的诸多问题。
本发明的技术解决方案如下:
一种铝合金的地台板,它包括由铝合金中空型材构成的铝合金地板;
所述铝合金地板的一端设有拼接凸起,该拼接凸起下方的型材底部设有埋设螺丝的埋螺凹口;所述铝合金地板的另一端设有拼接凹槽,该拼接凹槽下方的型材底部设有延伸的用于固定螺丝的拧螺凸部;两块铝合金地板的端部通过拼接凸起与拼接凹槽相互嵌合连接;
所述铝合金地板的两端端部上边分别设有地板型材右固定扣钩和地板型材左固定扣钩,该固定扣钩形状立体而向前微突出,右固定扣钩和左固定扣钩的突出部相对设置;
所述铝合金地板的表面铺设薄饰面层,薄饰面层的端边分别被地板型材右固定扣钩和地板型材左固定扣钩包住紧扣;
所述铝合金地板通过设置在型材底部的拧螺凸部上的螺丝固定在铝合金基础结构或者钢基础结构或者水泥混凝土基材的地台面上。
所述铝合金地板与地台面之间铺设一层防潮薄膜层。
所述铝合金地板的拼接凸起部位设有防震胶条或尼龙条。
所述薄饰面层是地砖薄饰面层。
所述薄饰面层是人造石薄饰面层。
所述薄饰面层是大理石薄饰面层。
所述薄饰面层是复合木地板薄饰面层。
本发明的铝合金地台板的研发设计与制造成功,完全是依靠设计制造企业的大型铝合金型材生产基地,通过采用铝合金型材制作铝合金地台板,其连接结构简洁、牢固,施工周期短,安装方便,代替了传统的实木地板或复合木地板。
由于铝合金具有高强度、高延展性、耐腐蚀性、耐核辐射性、高效反 射紫外线、易于加工、重量轻、可再循环利用、免虫害和低碳环保等多项特点,因此采用铝合金型材制作铝合金地台板,完全符合铝合金地板的技术要求。
具体地说,本发明的铝合金地台板具有以下优点:
1、铝合金地板不会因热胀冷缩或湿度的高低变化而发生任何变形。
2、铝合金地板表面处理多元化,可根据不同需求选择阳极氧化、氟碳喷涂、粉末喷涂或移印等项表

技术,使铝合金地板表面颜色更加千变万化,可以直接制造出仿木纹或仿云石纹的外观效果。
3、铝合金地板表面还可以镶嵌地砖、人造石、大理石或复合木地板等的薄饰面层,大大提高了仿真效果,更显示出铝合金地板的优点。
4、铝合金地板抗UV性能强,长期暴露于日光下,材料本身和其表面均不会有任何变化。
5、铝合金地板表面抗耐磨性能高。
6、铝合金地板完全没有受虫蛀的困扰。
7、铝合金地板保质期超过十年,日常不需做任何特别的维护和打理。
8、清洁铝合金地板表面时,可选用一般的清洁剂。
9、铝合金地板拆卸后所产生的废弃物极少,而拆下的铝合金地板回收率达八成以上,符合环保效能要求。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作详细描述。
参看图1和图2,本发明提供一种铝合金的地台板,其中包括由铝合金中空型材构成的铝合金地板1。
铝合金地板1的一端设置拼接凸起11,该拼接凸起11下方的型材底部设置埋螺凹口13,在埋螺凹口13内埋设螺丝5。铝合金地板1的另一端设置拼接凹槽12,该拼接凹槽12下方的型材底部设有延伸的拧螺凸部14,用于拧设固定螺丝5。两块铝合金地板1的端部分别通过拼接凸起11和拼接凹槽12相互嵌合连接。
如图1所示,铝合金地板1的两端端部上边分别设有地板型材右固定扣钩15和地板型材左固定扣钩16,该固定扣钩形状立体而向前微突出,右固定扣钩15和左固定扣钩16的突出部相对设置。在铝合金地板1的表面铺设薄饰面层6,地板型材右固定扣钩15和地板型材左固定扣钩16将薄饰面层6的端边包住紧扣,这样使薄饰面层6能够紧扣在铝合金地板1上而不易移位。
铝合金地板1是通过设置在型材底部的拧螺凸部14上的螺丝5固定在铝合金基础结构或者钢基础结构或者水泥混凝土基材4的地台面上的。在铝合金地板1与地台面之间铺设一层防潮薄膜层3。
安装本发明的铝合金地台板时,无须如传统的木地板那样在其底下铺设一层平整的木夹板,而只需平铺一层防潮薄膜层在已找平的水泥地台面表面即可。然后用螺丝将铝合金地板直接固定在铝合金基础结构、钢基础结构或者水泥混凝土基材的地台面上。
铝合金地板1在拼装前,可在其拼接部位如拼接凸起11部位加上防震胶条或尼龙条2,以防止因人们在其上走动或因热胀冷缩时,导致金属 面与金属面直接接触而发出金属磨擦声响,这样可以大大降低自身的嘈音。
在铝合金地板1的表面铺设的薄饰面层6可以是地砖薄饰面层,或是人造石薄饰面层,或是大理石薄饰面层,也可以是复合木地板薄饰面层。
综上所述,本发明的铝合金地台板连接结构简洁、牢固,施工周期短,安装方便,代替了传统的实木地板或复合木地板。本发明的铝合金的地台板还具有高强度、高延展性、耐腐蚀性、耐核辐射性、高效反射紫外线、易于加工、重量轻、可再循环利用、免虫害和低碳环保等许多项铝合金特点,完全符合铝合金地板的技术要求。
当然,本技术领域内的一股技术人员应当认识到,上述实施例仅是用来说明本发明,而并非用作对本发明的限定,只要在本发明的实质精神范围内,对上述实施例的变化、变型等都将落在本发明权利要求的范围内。
