Claims (25)
- 一种彩膜基板,包括:衬底基板,以及设置在所述衬底基板一侧的多个不同颜色的滤光单元;以及设置在所述衬底基板上且位于所述滤光单元出光侧的光增透层,所述光增透层能够提高至少一个滤光单元的光透过率。
- 根据权利要求1所述的彩膜基板,其中,所述彩膜基板是与阵列基板对盒形成显示装置的对向基板;并且所述光增透层设置在所述滤光单元与所述衬底基板之间。
- 根据权利要求1所述的彩膜基板,其中,所述彩膜基板是与阵列基板对盒形成显示装置的对向基板;并且所述光增透层设置在所述衬底基板的另一侧。
- 根据权利要求1所述的彩膜基板,其中,所述彩膜基板是彩膜集成于其上的阵列基板;并且所述光增透层设置在所述彩膜的远离所述衬底基板的一侧。
- 根据权利要求2-4任一项所述的彩膜基板,其中,所述光增透层设置在所述衬底基板上的位置与至少一个滤光单元设置在所述衬底基板上的位置相对应。
- 根据权利要求5所述的彩膜基板,其中,所述光增透层的厚度与至少一滤光单元对应颜色光的波长相关。
- 根据权利要求6所述的彩膜基板,其中:所述光增透层包括多个与所述滤光单元一一对应的光增透单元,每一光增透单元的厚度为nλ光/4,其中,n为奇数,λ光为与所述光增透单元对应的滤光单元对应颜色光的波长。
- 根据权利要求7所述的彩膜基板,其中:所述滤光单元包括红色滤光单元,所述光增透层包括与所述红色滤光单元对应的红色光增透单元,所述红色光增透单元的厚度为nλ红/4,其中,n为奇数,λ红为红光的波长,λ红的范围为大于等于620nm且小于等于760nm。
- 根据权利要求8所述的彩膜基板,其中,所述红色光增透单元的厚度 小于等于所述红色滤光单元的厚度。
- 根据权利要求9所述的彩膜基板,其中,所述红光增透单元的厚度为n*690nm/4。
- 根据权利要求7所述的彩膜基板,其中:所述滤光单元包括绿色滤光单元,所述光增透层包括与所述绿色滤光单元对应的绿色光增透单元,所述绿色光增透单元的厚度为nλ绿/4,其中,n为奇数,λ绿为绿光的波长,λ绿的范围为大于等于505nm且小于等于566nm。
- 根据权利要求11所述的彩膜基板,其中,所述绿色光增透单元的厚度小于等于所述绿色滤光单元的厚度。
- 根据权利要求12所述的彩膜基板,其中,所述绿光增透单元的厚度为n*535.5nm/4。
- 根据权利要求7所述的彩膜基板,其中:所述滤光单元包括蓝色滤光单元,所述光增透层包括与所述蓝色滤光单元对应的蓝色光增透单元,所述蓝色光增透单元的厚度为nλ蓝/4,其中,n为奇数,λ蓝为蓝光的波长,λ蓝的范围为大于等于460nm且小于等于475nm。
- 根据权利要求14所述的彩膜基板,其中,所述蓝色光增透单元的厚度小于等于所述蓝色滤光单元的厚度。
- 根据权利要求15所述的彩膜基板,其中,所述蓝光增透单元的厚度为n*467.5nm/4。
- 根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的彩膜基板,其中,所述光增透层的材料包括:光刻胶。
- 一种显示装置,包括:权利要求1至17中任一项所述的彩膜基板。
- 一种彩膜基板的制作方法,包括:在衬底基板的一侧形成多个不同颜色的滤光单元;在所述衬底基板上且位于所述滤光单元的出光侧形成光增透层,所述光增透层能够提高至少一个滤光单元的光透过率。
- 根据权利要求19所述的彩膜基板的制作方法,其中,所述光增透层的厚度与至少一滤光单元对应颜色光的波长相关以提高该滤光单元的光透过率。
- 根据权利要求19所述的彩膜基板的制作方法,其中,所述彩膜基板是与阵列基板对盒形成显示装置的对向基板;并且形成所述光增透层包括:在所述滤光单元与所述衬底基板之间形成所述光增透层。
- 根据权利要求19所述的彩膜基板的制作方法,其中,所述彩膜基板是与阵列基板对盒形成显示装置的对向基板;并且形成所述光增透层包括:在所述衬底基板的另一侧形成所述光增透层。
- 根据权利要求19所述的彩膜基板的制作方法,其中,所述彩膜基板是彩膜集成于其上的阵列基板;并且形成所述光增透层包括:在所述彩膜的远离所述衬底基板的一侧形成所述光增透层。
- 根据权利要求19至23任一项所述的彩膜基板的制作方法,其中:所述滤光单元包括:红色滤光单元、绿色滤光单元以及蓝色滤光单元;所述光增透层包括:红色光增透单元、绿色光增透单元以及蓝色光增透单元,其中,所述红色光增透单元对应于所述红色滤光单元,所述绿色光增透单元对应于所述绿色滤光单元,所述蓝色光增透单元对应于所述蓝色滤光单元。
- 根据权利要求24所述的彩膜基板的制作方法,其中,形成所述光增透层的步骤包括:分别使用三次掩膜工艺,在所述衬底基板上对应于所述红色滤光单元的位置形成所述红色光增透单元,在所述衬底基板上对应于所述绿色滤光单元的位置形成所述绿色光增透单元,在所述衬底基板上对应于所述蓝色滤光单元的位置形成所述蓝色光增透单元。
