本发明实施例提供了一种录音方法、终端和系统,先按照预设规则,从存储的可用终端表中选择至少一个可用的子终端;再向至少一个可用的子终端发送录音指令;之后,接收至少一个可用的子终端录入的音频信息。这样,主终端可以从子终端中选择出最为合适的可用的子终端,向该可用的子终端发送录音指令从而控制可用的子终端录入语音,因此,可以控制不同的可用的子终端录音,可以适用不同的需求和场景,防止音频信息失真严重。

本发明的实施方式
下文中将结合附图对本文的实施例进行详细说明。需要说明的是,在不冲突的情况下,本申请中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互任意组合。
实施例一
本发明实施例提供一种录音方法,应用于主终端,该主终端和可用终端表中的子终端可通过(WIreless-Fidelity,WiFi)、蓝牙、热点等近距离无线方式连接,其中,主终端和子终端可以是同一类型的终端,主终端作为控制设备,子终端作为录音设备。如图1所示,该方法包括如下步骤101至103:
步骤101、按照预设规则,从存储的可用终端表中选择至少一个可用的子终端。
可选地,本实施例中预设规则可以包括很多种。例如,第一种,显示可用终端表中的终端信息,接收用户的选择操作,按照用户的选择操作选择其中一个或多个终端信息作为可用的子终端;第二种,用户可以设置选择可用终端表中每个可用子终端的选择顺序,按照该选择顺序依次选择出可用的子终端。这里,预设规则不限于本实施例提供的上述两种。
值得说明的是,主终端同样可以作为一个录音设备(即,主终端本身也可以作为子终端之一),保存在可用终端表中。
步骤102、向所选择的可用的子终端发送录音指令。
可选地,录音指令用于控制可用的子终端录入音频信息。当主终端也是录音设备时,该录音指令直接下达至主终端的录音装置,该装置执行录音。
其中,当所选择的可用的子终端为多个时,向所选择的可用的子终端发送录音指令指,向所选择的可用的子终端分别发送录音指令。
步骤103、接收所选择的可用的子终端录入的音频信息。
本发明实施例中,主终端可以从子终端中选择出最为合适的可用的子终端,向该可用的子终端发送录音指令控制可用的子终端录入语音,因此,控制不同的可用的子终端录音,就能适用不同的需求和场景,防止音频信息失真严重。
可选地,上述步骤101前,所述方法还包可以括:接收未注册到所述可用终端表中其它子终端发送的注册信息;将所接收到的其它子终端的注册信息增加至所述可用终端表。可选地,主终端和子服务器之间可以通过无线局 域网络协议栈建立数据连接,并通过这一数据连接传递录音指令和音频信息。当主终端接收到注册信息时,根据注册信息中的共享麦克(microphone,MIC)的参数(共享麦克的参数就是录音参数)生成一个虚拟麦克。虚拟麦克通过网络协议栈与子机建立数据连接,传递录音指令和音频信息。主终端利用虚拟麦克来封装子终端注册的共享麦克的参数,屏蔽掉子机的共享麦克细节。这样主终端就能使用统一的接口来管理本地麦克和远程麦克。本实施例提供的设计可以充分利用安卓系统的音频处理机制。
可选地,本实施例中每个子终端都需要在主终端上进行注册,也就是将子终端的注册信息加入可用终端表,从而表示可用终端表中包括该子终端。该注册信息包括子终端的标识信息、子终端的录音参数。由于每个子终端的录音装置,例如麦克的录音参数都是不同的,因此,在注册信息中需要包括该录音参数。
可选地,注册信息包括录音参数,步骤103后,所述方法还可以包括:分别根据所选择的可用子终端的录音参数,混音合成该可用的子终端的录入的音频信息,得到完整信息。由于每个可用的子终端录入的音频信息都是原始的音频信息,因此,需要根据每个子终端的录入参数,混音合成为出完整信息。
可选地,步骤103前,所述方法还可以包括:接收已注册到所述可用终端表中的可用子终端发送的状态信息。当所接收到的可用子终端的状态信息包括关机状态、通话状态、录音状态中的任一个状态时,将可用终端表中的该可用子终端的状态更新为不可用;当所接收到的可用子终端的状态信息包括开机状态、未录音状态和未通话状态时,将可用终端表中的该可用子终端的状态更新为可用。
实施例二
本发明实施例提供一种录音方法,可以应用于子终端,该主终端和可用终端表的子终端可通过无线网(WIreless-Fidelity,WiFi)、蓝牙、热点等近距离无线方式连接,其中,主终端和子终端可以是同一类型的终端,主终端作为控制设备,子终端作为录音设备,子终端是具有录音装置的设备,该录 音装置可以包括传声器即麦克。
如图2所示,该方法包括如下步骤201至203:
步骤201、接收主终端发送录音指令。
可选地,录音指令用于控制可用的子终端录入音频信息。
步骤202、根据录音指令录音。
步骤203、向主终端发送录入的音频信息。
本发明实施例中,主终端可以从子终端中选择出最为合适的可用的子终端,向该可用的子终端发送录音指令控制可用的子终端录入语音,因此,控制不同的可用的子终端录音,就能适用不同的需求和场景,防止音频信息失真严重。
可选地,所述方法还可以包括:当子终端的状态信息发生变化,向主终端发送状态信息。其中,当子终端开始录音时,子终端就从未录音状态改变到录音状态。
可选地,步骤201前,所述方法还可以包括:向主终端发送子终端的用于录音的注册信息。其中,该注册参数包括子终端的标识和录音参数。录音参数是录音装置的参数,即共享或本地的麦克的参数。
实施例三
本发明实施例提供一种录音系统,该系统包括通过WiFi连接的主终端和一个或多个子终端。本实施例中,第一终端未注册在可用终端表中子终端,第二终端是可用终端表中可用的子终端,即状态为可用的子终端。如图3所示,该方法包括步骤301至315:
步骤301、第一终端向主终端发送注册信息。
可选地,该注册信息包括第一终端的标识和录音参数。其中,第一终端的录音参数是第一终端的录音装置(例如,麦克)的参数。如图4所示,用户进入控制界面,选择共享本地麦克,进入下一个界面,用户根据界面显示,选择需要贡献的麦克,该界面显示的共享麦克包括共享手持麦克、共享免提 麦克、共享有线耳机麦克、共享蓝牙耳机麦克。当用户选择完毕之后,提取用户选择的共享麦克的参数,将该参数和终端的标识作为注册信息发送给主终端。
步骤302、主终端将第一终端的注册信息保存至可用终端表。
可选地,可用终端表包括主终端可以控制录音的子终端的注册信息。
可选地,主终端和子服务器之间可以通过:无线局域网络协议栈建立数据连接并通过这一数据连接传递录音指令和音频信息。可选地,当主终端收到远程麦克注册消息时,根据共享麦克的参数生成一个虚拟麦克。虚拟麦克通过网络协议栈与子机建立数据连接,传递录音指令和音频信息。主终端利用虚拟麦克来封装子终端注册的共享麦克的参数,屏蔽掉子机的共享麦克细节。这样主终端就能使用统一的接口来管理本地麦克和远程麦克。这种设计可以充分利用终端操作系统(可以但不限于安卓系统)的音频处理机制。
步骤303、主终端显示可用终端表中可用的子终端的标识和自身的标识。
可选地,当主终端同样具有录音功能时,可用终端表同样可以包括主终端的标识,由于主终端知道自身的录音参数,且主终端的音频信息无需修改,因此,可以不包括主终端的录音参数。
步骤304、主终端接收用户选择的第二终端和主终端的标识。
可选地,用户可以根据实际情况来选择,例如,当A用户需要发言,可以将距离A最近的终端作为用于录音的子终端。显示的可用终端表的界面如图5所示,该界面显示本地麦克和远程麦克两个选项,点击进入本地麦克的选项与图4中相似,点击进入远程麦克后,可以选择不同的远程麦克。这里的远程麦克包括子终端共享的麦克。
步骤305、主终端向第二终端发送录音指令。
步骤306、主终端开始录音,得到第一音频。
与此同时,主终端从未录音状态变为录音状态。相应的更新可用终端表的状态。
步骤307、第二终端根据录音入指令录音,得到第二音频。
步骤308、第二终端将其的未录音状态变为录音状态。
步骤309、第二终端向主终端发送第一状态信息。
可选地,状态信息可以包括关机状态、通话状态、录音状态中的任一个状态,或,开机状态、未录音状态和未通话状态。状态信息表示第二终端是否可以录音,状态信息发生变化是指第二终端从可以录音变为不能录音,或者从不能录音变为能录音。本实施例中,第二终端的第一状态信息中未录音状态变为录音状态,因此,状态信息发生变化,需要上报主终端。
步骤310、主终端根据第一状态信息,更新可用终端表中的第二终端的状态。
可选地,当状态信息包括关机状态、通话状态、录音状态中的任一个状态时,将可用终端表中的第二终端的状态更新为不可用;当状态信息包括开机状态、未录音状态和未通话状态时,将可用终端表中的第二终端的状态更新为可用。本实施例中,需要将第二终端的状态变为不可用,这样,当第二终端录音时,主终端就不再向第二终端发送录音指令了。
步骤311、第二终端向主终端发送第二音频信息。
可选地,第二终端可以实时发送第二音频信息,也可以当录音完成,再将第二音频信息发送给主终端。
步骤312、根据第二终端的录音参数,将第一音频信息和第二音频信息进行混音,合成完整音频信息。
步骤313、第二终端录音完毕,将状态变回未录音状态,且确定第二终端处于开机状态和未通话状态。
步骤314、第二终端向主终端发送第二状态信息。
第二终端的第如图状态信息中录音状态变为未录音状态,因此,状态信息发生变化,需要上报主终端。
步骤315、主终端根据第二状态信息,更新可用终端表中第二终端的状态。
可选地,由于主终端也不再录音,主终端从录音状态变为未录音状态,且处在未通话状态、开机状态,将可用终端表中主终端的状态变为可用。
实施例四
本发明实施例提供一种主终端40,如图6所示,包括:
选择单元401,设置为按照预设规则,从存储的可用终端表中选择至少一个可用的子终端。
发送单元402,设置为向所选择的至少一个可用的子终端发送录音指令。
接收单元403,设置为接收所选择的至少一个可用的子终端录入的音频信息。
本发明实施例中,主终端可以从子终端中选择出最为合适的可用的子终端,向该可用的子终端发送录音指令从而控制可用的子终端录入语音,因此,控制不同的可用的子终端录音,就能适用不同的需求和场景,防止音频信息失真严重。
可选地,所述接收单元403还设置为:接收第一子终端发送的所述第一子终端的注册信息;
如图7所示,所述主终端40还包括:
增加单元404,设置为将未注册到所述可用终端表的其它子终端发送的注册信息增加至所述可用终端表。
可选地,如图7所示,所述主终端30还可以包括:
混音单元405,设置为分别根据所选择的可用的子终端的录音参数,混音合成该该可用的子终端的录入的音频信息,得到完整信息。
可选地,所述接收单元403还设置为:接收所述可用终端表中的子终端发送的状态信息。
如图7所示,所述主终端40还可以包括:
更新单元406,设置为当所接收到的子终端发送的状态信息包括关机状态、通话状态、录音状态中的任一个状态时,将所述可用终端表中的该子终端的状态更新为不可用;当所接收到的子终端发送的状态信息包括开机状态、未录音状态和未通话状态时,将所述可用终端表中的该子终端的状态更新为可用。
在实际应用中,所述选择单元401、发送单元402、接收单元403、增加单元404、混音单元405、更新单元406均可由位于主终端40中的中央处理器(Central Processing Unit,CPU)、微处理器(Micro Processor Unit,MPU)、数字信号处理器(Digital Signal Processor,DSP)、或现场可编程门阵列(Field Programmable Gate Array,FPGA)、麦克等实现。
实施例五
本发明实施例提供一种子终端50,如图8所示,包括:
接收单元501,设置为接收主终端发送录音指令。
录音单元502,设置为根据所述录音指令录音。
发送单元503,设置为向所述主终端发送录入的音频信息。
本发明实施你中,主终端可以从子终端中选择出最为合适的可用的子终端,向该可用的子终端发送录音指令控制可用的子终端录入语音,因此,控制不同的可用的子终端录音,就能适用不同的需求和场景,防止录入的音频信息失真严重
可选地,所述发送单元503还设置为:当本子终端的状态信息发生变化时,向所述主终端发送当前的状态信息。
可选地,所述发送单元503还设置为:向所述主终端发送本子终端的用于录音的注册信息。
在实际应用中,所述接收单元501、录音单元502、发送单元503均可由位于子终端50中的中央处理器(Central Processing Unit,CPU)、微处理器(Micro Processor Unit,MPU)、数字信号处理器(Digital Signal Processor,DSP)、或现场可编程门阵列(Field Programmable Gate Array,FPGA)、麦克等实现。
实施例六
本发明实施例提供一种录音系统60,如图9所示,包括:
实施例四提供的任一种主终端40。
实施例五提供的任一种子终端50。
所述主终端40设置为:按照预设规则,从存储的可用终端表中选择至少一个可用的子终端;向所选择的可用的子终端发送录音指令;接收所选择的可用的子终端录入的音频信息。
所述子终端50设置为:接收主终端发送录音指令;根据所述录音指令录音;向所述主终端发送录入的音频信息。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解上述方法中的全部或部分步骤可通过程序来指令相关硬件(例如处理器)完成,所述程序可以存储于计算机可读存储介质中,如只读存储器、磁盘或光盘等。可选地,上述实施例的全部或部分步骤也可以使用一个或多个集成电路来实现。相应地,上述实施例中的模块/单元可以采用硬件的形式实现,例如通过集成电路来实现其相应功能,也可以采用软件功能模块的形式实现,例如通过处理器执行存储于存储器中的程序指令来实现其相应功能。本申请不限制于任何特定形式的硬件和软件的结合。

本发明实施例提供了一种录音方法、终端和系统,先按照预设规则,从存储的可用终端表中选择至少一个可用的子终端;再向至少一个可用的子终端发送录音指令;之后,接收至少一个可用的子终端录入的音频信息。这样,主终端可以从子终端中选择出最为合适的可用的子终端,向该可用的子终端发送录音指令从而控制可用的子终端录入语音,因此,可以控制不同的可用的子终端录音,可以适用不同的需求和场景,防止音频信息失真严重。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种录音方法,应用于主终端,包括:
    按照预设规则,从存储的可用终端表中选择至少一个可用的子终端;
    向所选择的可用的子终端发送录音指令;
    接收所选择的可用的子终端录入的音频信息。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述按照预设规则,从存储的可用终端表中选择至少一个可用的子终端前,还包括:
    接收未注册到所述可用终端表中的其它子终端发送的注册信息;
    将所述其它子终端的注册信息增加至所述可用终端表。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中,所述注册信息包括录音参数,所述接收所选择的可用的子终端录入的音频信息后,还包括:
    根据所选择的可用的子终端的录音参数,混音合成所选择的可用的子终端的录入的音频信息,得到完整信息。
  4. 根据权利要求1至3任一项所述的方法,其中,所述接收所选择的可用的子终端录入的音频信息前,还包括:
    接收所述可用终端表中的任一子终端发送的状态信息;
    当所述子终端发送的状态信息包括关机状态、通话状态、录音状态中的任一个状态时,将所述可用终端表中该子终端的状态更新为不可用;
    当所述子终端发送的状态信息包括开机状态、未录音状态、未通话状态中的任一个状态时,将所述可用终端表中该子终端的状态更新为可用。
  5. 一种录音方法,应用于子终端,包括:
    接收主终端发送录音指令;
    根据所述录音指令录音;
    向所述主终端发送录入的音频信息。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,还包括:
    当所述子终端的状态信息发生变化时,向所述主终端发送所述子终端的状态信息。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其中,所述接收主终端发送录音指令前,所述方法还包括:
    向所述主终端发送所述子终端的用于录音的注册信息。
  8. 一种主终端,包括:
    选择单元,设置为按照预设规则,从存储的可用终端表中选择至少一个可用的子终端;
    发送单元,设置为向所选择可用的子终端发送录音指令;
    接收单元,设置为接收所选择的可用的子终端录入的音频信息。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的主终端,其中,所述接收单元还设置为:接收未注册到所述可用终端表的其它子终端发送的注册信息;
    所述主终端还包括:
    增加单元,设置为将所接收的其它子终端的注册信息增加至所述可用终端表。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的主终端,还包括:
    混音单元,设置为根据所选择的可用的子终端的录音参数,混音合成该可用的子终端的录入的音频信息,得到完整信息。
  11. 根据权利要求8至10任一项所述的主终端,其中,所述接收单元还设置为:接收所述可用终端表中的任一子终端发送的状态信息;
    所述主终端还包括:
    更新单元,设置为接收到的子终端发送的状态信息包括关机状态、通话状态、录音状态中的任一个状态时,将所述可用终端表中该子终端的状态更新为不可用;接收到的子终端发送的状态信息包括开机状态、未录音状态、 未通话状态中的任一个状态时,将所述可用终端表中该子终端的状态更新为可用。
  12. 一种子终端,包括:
    接收单元,设置为接收主终端发送录音指令;
    录音单元,设置为根据所述录音指令录音;
    发送单元,设置为向所述主终端发送录入的音频信息。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的子终端,其中,所述发送单元还设置为:当所述子终端的状态信息发生变化,向所述主终端发送状态信息。
  14. 根据权利要求12所述的子终端,其中,所述发送单元还设置为:向所述主终端发送所述子终端的用于录音的注册信息。
  15. 一种录音系统,包括:
    权利要求8至11任一项所述的主终端;
    权利要求12至14任一项所述的子终端。
