Abstract

一种帐篷支撑架结构,由至少两根相互交叉的密闭柔性管(1)形成支撑架(2),柔性管(1)在交叉部位(3)相互连通,在一柔性管(1)的端部设有充气口(4)。一种包含前述帐篷支撑架结构的帐篷和该帐篷的使用方法。该帐篷及其支撑架结构简单、操作方便且成本低廉。

帐篷支撑架结构与帐篷及其使用方法 技术领域:
本发明涉及一种帐篷支撑架结构与帐篷及其使用方法。
背景技术:
帐篷,是撑在地上遮蔽风雨﹑日光并供临时居住的棚子。多用帆布做成,连同支撑用的东西,可随时拆下转移。帐篷是以部件的方式携带,到达现场后才加以组装,所以,需要各种部件和工具。了解各个部件的名称和使用方法,熟悉帐篷的构造,才能快速、方便地搭起帐篷。如已有的一些帐篷采用塑料杆拼接而成,部件较多,安装非常繁琐;而已有的一些帐篷采用充气方式组成,使用者需要从帐篷的各个角分别进行充气,从而增加组装的时间。
发明内容:
本发明的目的在于提供一种帐篷支撑架结构与帐篷及其使用方法,该帐篷支撑架结构与帐篷结构简单、设计合理,有利于方便、快捷地进行帐篷组装使用。
本发明帐篷支撑架结构,其特征在于:包括由至少两根交叉的密闭柔性管形成支撑架,所述柔性管在交叉部位相互连通,在一柔性管的端部设有充气口。
进一步的,上述密闭柔性管为TPU气管或PVC气管。
进一步的,上述支撑架是由两根密闭柔性管连接形成。
进一步的,上述柔性管在交叉部位通过高频焊接方式连接。
进一步的,上述高频焊接的焊接点形成环形圈,环形圈内部具有 连通两密闭柔性管的通孔。
进一步的,上述高频焊接的焊接点位于上柔性管的下表面和下柔性管的上表面。

本发明帐篷在使用时,只要在帐篷体的一个充气口充气即可使整个帐篷体撑起,从而大大缩短了组装时间和方便了使用。

具体实施方式:
本发明帐篷支撑架结构,包括由至少两根交叉的密闭柔性管1形成支撑架2,所述柔性管1在交叉部位3相互连通通气,在一柔性管的端部设有充气口4,或是多个充气口以方便收产品时放气。
为了增强密闭柔性管的强度,在交叉重叠管体内表面或外表面增加一层材料层7,该增加材料层可以是TPU气管层或PVC气管层。该增加材料层长度可以是5厘米-50厘米.。
进一步的,为了设计合理,上述密闭柔性管为TPU气管或PVC气管。采用TPU气管较佳,TPU气管很薄且具有柔性可折叠。
进一步的,为了设计合理,上述支撑架是由两根密闭柔性管连接形成,上述柔性管在交叉部位通过高频焊接方式连接。上述高频焊接的焊接点位于上柔性管的下表面和下柔性管的上表面,上述高频焊接的焊接点形成环形圈5,环形圈5内部具有连通两密闭柔性管的通孔6。
本发明帐篷,包括帐篷体9,所述帐篷体9体内设有两根以上相互交叉的密闭柔性管1,以形成支撑架2,所述柔性管在交叉部位相互连通通气,在一柔性管的端部设有充气口4。
进一步的,为了设计合理,上述支撑架是由两根密闭柔性管交叉叠置连接形成,所述密闭柔性管为TPU气管,所述柔性管在交叉部位通过高频焊接方式连接,所述高频焊接的焊接点位于上柔性管的下表面和下柔性管的上表面,所述高频焊接的焊接点形成环形圈5,环形圈内部具有连通两密闭柔性管的通孔6。
进一步的,为了连接方便,上述密闭柔性管1外围包覆有交叉的外覆层7,所述外覆层7由长条形布条拼接而成,布条的长边设有拉链8,以在同一布条两长边对合拉链后包覆密闭柔性管,所述外覆层是固定在帐篷体内表面。

本发明帐篷在使用时,只要在帐篷体的一个充气口充气即可使整个帐篷体撑起,从而大大缩短了组装时间和方便了使用。现有别的连接系统需要增加一个比较大的塑料连接件或是需要一些管道加塑料件来连接,不仅体积大、加工成本高,还容易漏气!本发明连接系统简单、方便,易于加工并且成本低廉!)

  1. 一种帐篷支撑架结构,其特征在于:包括由至少两根交叉的密闭柔性管形成支撑架,所述柔性管在交叉部位相互连通,在一柔性管的端部设有充气口。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的帐篷支撑架结构,其特征在于:所述密闭柔性管为TPU气管或PVC气管。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的帐篷支撑架结构,其特征在于:所述支撑架是由两根密闭柔性管连接形成。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的帐篷支撑架结构,其特征在于:所述柔性管在交叉部位通过高频焊接方式连接。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的帐篷支撑架结构,其特征在于:所述高频焊接的焊接点形成环形圈,环形圈内部具有连通两密闭柔性管的通孔。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的帐篷支撑架结构,其特征在于:所述高频焊接的焊接点位于上柔性管的下表面和下柔性管的上表面。
  7. 一种帐篷,包括帐篷体,其特征在于:所述帐篷体体内设有两根以上相互交叉的密闭柔性管,以形成支撑架,所述柔性管在交叉部位相互连通,在一柔性管的端部设有充气口。
