Definitions
- the present invention relates to an extraction tool for a dentist to remove teeth in treatment.
- the tooth extraction performed in the conventional dentist's treatment is performed using forceps and forceps as shown, for example, in Patent Documents 1 and 2. That is, the tip of the forceps is inserted into the gap between the teeth and the gums, and the teeth are removed by gradually expanding the gap between the teeth and gums by using the chewing action or this principle or moving the forceps itself little by little.
- tooth extraction is carried out by, for example, a method of promoting tooth dislocation by alternately holding and using forceps and forceps, and finally removing the teeth by pinching with forceps.
- tooth extraction is a treatment that requires a great deal of effort, especially for poor dentists such as elderly people and women.
- the forceps it is difficult for the forceps to finely adjust the force for holding the teeth at the buttocks of the tip, and the reaction force of the force held by the buttocks can not be felt sensitively by hand. Therefore, particularly in the case where the tooth to be extracted is an incomplete tooth such as a carious tooth or a missing tooth, there is a possibility that part of the tooth may collapse due to too strong gripping force, and in that case an appropriate extraction is performed. There was a problem that it could not do.
- the present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned point, and its object is to carry out tooth extraction without any fear that the teeth and gums are carelessly injured and to perform appropriate tooth extraction without requiring a large force. It is an object of the present invention to provide a tooth extraction device which can be extracted with all kinds of teeth with only one kind of device.
- the device for tooth extraction comprises a pair of arm members (10, 20) which can rotate relative to each other with the connection portion (11) as a pivot, a pair of arm members (10, 20) grips (13, 23) for gripping and operating with the hand provided on the rear end side, and aids provided on the tip of one arm member (10) and fixed beforehand to the teeth to be extracted
- the auxiliary tool engaging portion (12) for engaging with the tool (40), and the pressing portion provided at the tip end portion of the other arm member (20) and pressed against the support portion (T2) to hold the same (22), and the pressing portion (22) is applied to the support portion (T2) in the vicinity of the tooth to be extracted (T1), and an auxiliary tool (40) fixed in advance to the tooth to be extracted (T1)
- the grip portion (13, 13) is engaged with the auxiliary tool engaging portion (12). 3)
- aid (40) extraction target tooth through (T1) is characterized by being configured as withdrawn from the gums
- the pressing portion is applied to another tooth or the like adjacent to the tooth to be extracted, and the auxiliary tool fixed in advance to the tooth to be extracted is engaged with the engaging portion for auxiliary tool
- the assisting tool can be pulled apart with a strong force with the pressing portion as the fulcrum only by the operation of gripping the gripping portion, it is possible to perform extraction easily and reliably without requiring a large force.
- tooth extraction can be performed by the same operation regardless of the position and shape of the teeth, tooth extraction of all types of teeth becomes possible with only one type of tooth extraction device. Therefore, there is no fear that the patient's mouth will be carelessly injured, and even a weak dentist such as an elderly person or a woman can carry out a reliable tooth extraction treatment with little effort.
- the assisting tool (40) includes a shaft portion (43) inserted into the tooth (T1) to be extracted and a head portion (42) provided at the upper end of the axial portion (43)

- a member including the shaft portion (43) inserted into the tooth (T1) to be extracted and the head portion (42) provided at the upper end of the shaft portion (43) as an auxiliary tool is used. This makes it possible to reliably pull out the teeth to be extracted from the gums through the aids while having a simple configuration.
- the pressing portion (22) may be a plate-like portion which spreads in the plane in which the arm members (10, 20) rotate. According to this, since it becomes possible to apply the holding portion to the support portion easily and surely with a simple configuration, it is possible to remove the tooth to be extracted more easily and surely.
- the tip of the assisting tool engaging portion (12) is closer to the connecting portion (11) along the longitudinal direction of the arm member (10, 20) than the tip of the pressing portion (22). It may be arranged at a distant position.
- the assisting tool is engaged with the assisting tool engaging portion and the teeth are easily pulled out via the assisting tool, so that the teeth to be extracted can be removed more easily and reliably.
- the reference numerals in the above parentheses indicate the reference numerals of the corresponding components of the embodiments described later as an example of the present invention.
- the device for tooth extraction it is possible to carry out appropriate tooth extraction without fear of damaging the teeth and gums carelessly, and it is possible to carry out tooth extraction easily and reliably without requiring a large force, and one type It is possible to extract all kinds of teeth only with the
