S2、所述主呼叫智能终端接收所述被呼叫智能终端反馈的所述卡号信息,并根据所述卡号信息呼叫所述被呼叫转移智能终端。
本实施例中,本申请提供的基于WiFi的呼叫转移方法,用于当用户在办公环境中,处理工作事务时,由于不方便把智能终端设备带在身边,而导致的当有来电信息时,总不能及时的接到,通过本申请方法,当用户的智能终端接收到来电信息时,则通过用户的智能终端所连接的WiFi网络环境,将用户的来电信息进行广播,推送该来电信息到连接该WiFi网络的所有智能终端上,当有其他用户的智能终端接受该来电信息时,则自动通过该WiFi网络环境推送接受该来电信息的智能终端的卡号信息到用户的智能终端,则该智能终端反馈该卡号信息到呼叫方的智能终端,当呼叫方的智能终端接收到该卡号信息之后,则通过该卡号信息进行重新呼叫以便及时联系到该被呼叫用户。另一种情况下,当用户在家里整理家务的时候,由于智能终端可能会随意放置,还有家里通常会有多部智能终端,则当用户不能方便 的接听来电时,则用户的智能终端可以将来电信息通过家里的WiFi网络推送到其智能终端上,用户可以就近选择智能终端来进行接听来电。
参阅图2本申请实施例提供的是否进行呼叫转移判定的方法流程示意图,如图所示,上述所述步骤S1被呼叫智能终端接收到来电信息,通过WiFi网络进行呼叫转移广播,获取被呼叫转移智能终端卡号信息,并发送至主呼叫智能终端,具体包括:
S11、所述被呼叫智能终端接收到来电信息,判断是否需要进行呼叫转移,是则执行步骤S12;
S12、被呼叫智能终端通过所在所述WiFi网络广播呼叫转移信息到被呼叫转移智能终端;
S13、被呼叫智能终端接收同意被呼叫转移的所述被呼叫转移智能终端反馈的卡号信息,并发送至主呼叫智能终端。
本实施例中,当用户的智能终端接收到来电呼叫时,则首先需要判断用户是否在智能终端旁边,具体的当用户的智能终端接收到来电呼叫时,则对呼叫时间进行统计并进行判断分析,当呼叫的时间小于预设时间阈值,比如10秒钟时,则预示则主呼叫方终止呼叫,或者用户已接听该来电信息;当呼叫的时间大于预设时间阈值时,则说明用户不在自己的智能终端旁边,无法接听来电。
当智能终端判断到用户不在旁边时,则用户的智能终端通过已连接的WiFi网络广播推送该来电呼叫信息到其他所有连接在该WiFi网络上的智能终端进行呼叫转移,当有智能终端接受该呼叫转移时, 则接受该呼叫转移的智能终端会反馈自己的卡号到该被呼叫智能终端上,当被呼叫终端接收到该卡号反馈,则将该卡号反馈到主呼叫智能终端。
本实施例中,当主呼叫智能终端接收所述被呼叫智能终端反馈的所述卡号信息时则停止对被呼叫用户的通话呼叫,转而根据被呼叫智能终端反馈的卡号信息重新进行呼叫接受呼叫转移的智能终端以便联系到被呼叫用户。
参阅图3本申请实施例提供的一种智能终端的结构示意图,该智能终端适用于上述基于WiFi的呼叫转移方法,如图所示该智能终端,包括:
呼叫单元1,用于接收呼叫用户发起的呼叫通话,并向被呼叫用户发起呼叫通话;
呼叫转移单元2,连接于所述呼叫单元1,用于根据呼叫时间判断是否需要进行呼叫转移,并发送相应的控制命令;
广播单元3,分别连接于所述呼叫转移单元2,用于根据所述呼叫转移单元2发送的呼叫转移控制命令,通过所述WiFi网络将所述呼叫单元1接收的呼叫通话信息进行呼叫转移广播,并接收来自所述WiFi网络的广播信息;
解析单元4,连接于所述广播单元3和所述呼叫单元1,用于对所述广播单元3接收的来自所述WiFi网络的广播信息进行解析,获取广播所述广播信息的所述智能终端的信息,通过所述呼叫单元1反馈至呼叫用户。
本申请实施例中,该智能终端为呼叫用户的主呼叫智能终端,被呼叫用户的被呼叫智能终端记忆被呼叫转移的被呼叫转移智能终端,当被呼叫用户的被呼叫智能终端通过呼叫单元1接收到来自主呼叫用户的主呼叫智能终端的来电呼叫时,则通过呼叫转移单元2判断被呼叫用户是否在被呼叫智能终端的旁边,当被呼叫用户不在被呼叫智能终端的旁边时,则发送控制命令到广播单元3,通过该被呼叫智能终端连接的WiFi网络将该来电呼叫信息广播到所有连接该WiFi网络的被呼叫转移智能终端,当有被呼叫转移智能终端接受该呼叫转移,则将卡号通过自身的广播单元打包成数据包,再通过WiFi网络反馈到被呼叫智能终端的广播单元3中,被呼叫智能终端通过其包括的解析单元4对数据包进行解析,并将解析结果通过呼叫单元1反馈到主呼叫智能终端。
本实施例中呼叫转移单元1,具体包括:时间统计模块,用于当所述呼叫单元接收到所述呼叫用户发起的呼叫通话时,则进行统计呼叫通话的呼叫时间;时间判断模块,连接于所述时间统计模块,用于对所述时间统计模块统计的所述呼叫时间进行判断,当所述呼叫时间小于预设时间,则发送接通呼叫的控制指令到呼叫单元;当所述呼叫时间超过预设时间,则发送呼叫转移的控制指令到广播单元。当呼叫单元1接收到主呼叫方的来电信息时,则通过时间统计模块统计呼叫时间,并进行判断,当呼叫的时间超过预设时间比如10秒钟,则判定为用户不在智能终端旁边无法接收来电,则发出控制指令到广播单元3。
本实施例中所述广播单元3,具体包括:解压缩模块,用于将所述呼叫通话信息打包成数据包,将接收的广播信息进行解压;广播模块,连接于所述解压缩模块,用于将所述解压缩模块打包的所述数据包通过WiFi网络进行广播,并接收来自WiFi网络的广播信息发送至所述解压缩模块。
一种是实施例的场景下,参阅图4本申请实施例提供的呼叫转移应用场景示意图,如图所示,当被呼叫智能终端接收到呼叫智能终端的来电呼叫时,当判断到用户没有在预设时间内接听来电信息,则被呼叫智能终端通过其连接的WiFi网络,将呼叫智能终端发送来的呼叫信息进行呼叫转移广播到所有连接在该WiFi网络的被呼叫转移智能终端,当其中一个被呼叫转移智能终端接受该呼叫转移,则通过WiFi网络将卡号发送至被呼叫智能终端,被呼叫智能终端则将该卡号反馈至呼叫智能终端,呼叫智能终端在接收到反馈的卡号之后,则重新拨号到接受呼叫转移的被呼叫转移智能终端进行其联系用户的呼叫。
本申请实施例提供的一种基于WiFi的呼叫转移方法及智能终端,用于当用户的智能终端被长时间呼叫而没有人接听时,若智能终端接入在某个wifi网络中,可将呼叫电话转播向接入wifi网络中的所有的智能终端,用户可以通过就近原则选择智能终端接听来电,本申请一方面通过有效的利用了WiFi网络资源进行通话业务的转移;另一方面方便了用户对于智能终端的使用,提高了用户的使用体验度。

本申请可用于众多通用或专用的计算机系统环境或配置中。例如:个人计算机、服务器计算机、手持设备或便携式设备、平板型设备、多处理器系统、基于微处理器的系统、置顶盒、可编程的消费电子设备、网络PC、小型计算机、大型计算机、包括以上任何系统或设备的分布式计算环境等等。
本申请可以在由计算机执行的计算机可执行指令的一般上下文中描述,例如程序模块。一般地,程序模块包括执行特定任务或实现特定抽象数据类型的例程、程序、对象、组件、数据结构等等。也可以在分布式计算环境中实践本申请,在这些分布式计算环境中,由通过通信网络而被连接的远程处理设备来执行任务。在分布式计算环境 中,程序模块可以位于包括存储设备在内的本地和远程计算机存储介质中。
虽然通过实施例描绘了本申请,本领域普通技术人员知道,本申请有许多变形和变化而不脱离本申请的精神,希望所附的权利要求包括这些变形和变化而不脱离本申请的精神。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种基于WiFi的呼叫转移方法,其特征在于,所述呼叫转移方法包括:
    S1、被呼叫智能终端接收到来电信息,通过WiFi网络进行呼叫转移广播,获取被呼叫转移智能终端卡号信息,并发送至主呼叫智能终端;
    S2、所述主呼叫智能终端接收所述被呼叫智能终端反馈的所述卡号信息,并根据所述卡号信息呼叫所述被呼叫转移智能终端。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的基于WiFi的呼叫转移方法,其特征在于,所述WiFi网络中包括:被呼叫智能终端及至少一个被呼叫转移智能终端。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的基于WiFi的呼叫转移方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S1具体包括:
    S11、所述被呼叫智能终端接收到来电信息,判断是否需要进行呼叫转移,是则执行步骤S12;
    S12、被呼叫智能终端通过所在所述WiFi网络广播呼叫转移信息到被呼叫转移智能终端;
    S13、被呼叫智能终端接收同意被呼叫转移的所述被呼叫转移智能终端反馈的卡号信息,并发送至主呼叫智能终端。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的基于WiFi的呼叫转移方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S11具体包括:
    S111、被呼叫智能终端接收到来电信息,对呼叫时间进行统计并判断分析;
    S112、当所述呼叫时间小于预设时间阈值,则接通或者挂断来电;
    S113、当所述呼叫时间超过预设时间阈值,则需要进行呼叫转移,并执行步骤S12。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的基于WiFi的呼叫转移方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S13具体包括:
    S131、所述被呼叫转移智能终端同意进行呼叫转移,则通过所述WiFi网络广播所述呼叫转移被接收信息;
    S132、所述被呼叫转移智能终端反馈所述卡号信息至所述被呼叫智能终端。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的基于WiFi的呼叫转移方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S2具体包括:
    所述主呼叫智能终端接收所述被呼叫智能终端反馈的所述卡号信息,并根据所述卡号信息呼叫所述被呼叫转移智能终端。
  7. 一种智能终端,适用于权利要求1至6所述的基于WiFi的呼叫转移方法,其特征在于,所述智能终端包括:
    呼叫单元,用于接收呼叫用户发起的呼叫通话,并向被呼叫用户发起呼叫通话;
    呼叫转移单元,连接于所述呼叫单元,用于根据呼叫时间判断是否需要进行呼叫转移,并发送相应的控制命令;
    广播单元,分别连接于所述呼叫转移单元,用于根据所述呼叫转 移单元发送的呼叫转移控制命令,通过所述WiFi网络将所述呼叫单元接收的呼叫通话信息进行呼叫转移广播,并接收来自所述WiFi网络的广播信息;
    解析单元,连接于所述广播单元和所述呼叫单元,用于对所述广播单元接收的来自所述WiFi网络的广播信息进行解析,获取广播所述广播信息的所述智能终端的信息,通过所述呼叫单元反馈至呼叫用户。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的智能终端,其特征在于,所述智能终端为:
    呼叫用户的主呼叫智能终端,
    被呼叫用户的被呼叫智能终端或
    至少一个被呼叫转移的被呼叫转移智能终端。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的智能终端,其特征在于,所述呼叫转移单元,具体包括:
    时间统计模块,用于当所述呼叫单元接收到所述呼叫用户发起的呼叫通话时,则进行统计呼叫通话的呼叫时间;
    时间判断模块,连接于所述时间统计模块,用于对所述时间统计模块统计的所述呼叫时间进行判断,
    当所述呼叫时间小于预设时间,则发送接通呼叫的控制指令到呼叫单元,
    当所述呼叫时间超过预设时间,则发送呼叫转移的控制指令到广播单元。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的智能终端,其特征在于,所述广播单元,具体包括:
    解压缩模块,用于将所述呼叫通话信息打包成数据包,将接收的广播信息进行解压;
    广播模块,连接于所述解压缩模块,用于将所述解压缩模块打包的所述数据包通过WiFi网络进行广播,并接收来自WiFi网络的广播信息发送至所述解压缩模块。
