Claims (17)
- 一种情绪调节装置,其特征在于,包括至少一个探测部件,用于实时获取用户的当前生理参数值和/或行为数据;处理部件,用于根据所述当前生理参数值和/或所述行为数据确定用户的当前情绪状态,根据所述当前情绪状态选择合适的执行部件,并向选择的执行部件发送控制指令;至少一个执行部件,用于根据所述控制指令执行相应的控制动作。
- 如权利要求1所述的情绪调节装置,其特征在于,所述探测部件用于:获取用户的语音、心率、血压、体温和脑波中至少一种生理活动的参数值作为所述当前生理参数值,和/或获取用户的面部表情、手势和步伐中至少一种行为的数据作为所述行为数据。
- 如权利要求2所述的情绪调节装置,其特征在于,所述探测部件包括生理探测部件和/或行为探测部件,所述生理探测部件包括声音传感器、心率探测器、血压传感器、体温传感器和大脑扫描仪中的至少一种,所述行为探测部件包括摄像头、肢体传感器中的至少一种。
- 如权利要求1所述的情绪调节装置,其特征在于,所述处理部件用于:对所述当前生理参数值和/或所述行为数据进行分析,并确定高兴状态、轻度焦虑状态、中度焦虑状态、轻度抑郁状态和中度抑郁状态中的一种作为所述当前情绪状态;其中确定所述当前情绪状态为高兴状态后,选择用于记录的执行部件,并向选择的用于记录的执行部件发送记录用户所接触的事物、声音和场景的控制指令;以及确定所述当前情绪状态为轻度焦虑状态或轻度抑郁状态后,选择用于缓解情绪的执行部件,并向选择的用于缓解情绪的执行部件发送缓解用户情绪的控制指令;以及确定所述当前情绪状态为中度焦虑状态或中度抑郁状态后,选择用于缓解情绪的执行部件和用于报警的执行部件,并向选择的用于缓解情绪的执行部件发送缓解用户情绪的控制指令和向选择的用于报警的执行部件发送报警的控制指令。
- 如权利要求4所述的情绪调节装置,其特征在于,所述处理部 件还用于,在确定用户的当前情绪状态为轻度焦虑状态且持续时间大于或等于第一时间阈值后仍无变化时,选择用于报警的执行部件,并向选择的用于报警的执行部件发送报警的控制指令。
- 如权利要求4所述的情绪调节装置,其特征在于,所述处理部件还用于,在确定用户的当前情绪状态为轻度抑郁状态且持续时间大于或等于第二时间阈值后仍无变化时,选择用于报警的执行部件,并向选择的用于报警的执行部件发送报警的控制指令。
- 如权利要求4至6中任一项所述的情绪调节装置,其特征在于,用于记录的执行部件包括录音设备和/或录像设备;用于缓解情绪的执行部件包括具有耳机的音乐播放器、能够播放视频的智能眼镜、显示装置或投影设备;用于报警的执行部件包括无线发送设备、声音报警器或信号指示灯。
- 如权利要求4至6中任一项所述的情绪调节装置,其特征在于,所述处理部件还用于,将用于记录的执行部件记录的用户情绪状态为高兴状态时用户所接触的事物、声音和场景发送到用于缓解情绪的执行部件。
- 如权利要求4至6中任一项所述的情绪调节装置,其特征在于,所述情绪调节装置还包括:存储部件,用于存储所述探测部件获取的用户的当前生理参数值和/或行为数据;电源部件,用于为所述处理部件、所述探测部件、所述执行部件和所述存储部件供电。
- 如权利要求9所述的情绪调节装置,其特征在于,所述存储部件还用于,存储所述用于记录的执行部件记录的用户情绪状态为高兴状态时用户所接触的事物、声音和场景;所述用于缓解情绪的执行部件还用于,从所述存储部件中调用用户情绪状态为高兴状态时用户所接触的事物、声音和场景。
- 一种可穿戴设备,包括设备本体和与所述设备本体连接的外部附件,其特征在于,还包括如权利要求1至10任一项所述的情绪调节装置。
- 如权利要求11所述的设备,其特征在于,所述探测部件、所 述处理部件和所述执行部件选择性地设置于所述设备本体内和所述外部附件上。
- 如权利要求11所述的设备,其特征在于,所述情绪调节装置还包括存储部件和电源部件,所述存储部件和所述电源部件设置于所述设备本体内。
- 一种缓解情绪的帽子,包括帽体和帽沿,其特征在于,还包括如权利要求1至10任一项所述的情绪调节装置。
- 如权利要求14所述的帽子,其特征在于,所述探测部件包括设置于所述帽体内或所述帽沿上的生理探测部件和/或设置于所述帽体外或所述帽沿上的行为探测部件,所述生理探测部件包括声音传感器、心率探测器、血压传感器、体温传感器和大脑扫描仪中的至少一种,所述行为探测部件包括摄像头、肢体传感器中的至少一种。
- 如权利要求14所述的帽子,其特征在于,所述执行部件包括:设置于所述帽体内的录音设备、无线发射设备、声音报警器和音乐播放器中的至少一种,其中所述音乐播放器具有设置于所述帽体外的耳机;和/或设置于所述帽沿上的具有播放功能的智能眼镜;和/或设置于所述帽体外的录像设备、投影设备和信号指示灯中的至少一种。
- 如权利要求14所述的帽子,其特征在于,所述情绪调节装置还包括设置于所述帽体内的存储部件和电源部件。
