Description

一种情绪调节装置、可穿戴设备和缓解情绪的帽子 技术领域
本发明涉及电子设备技术领域,尤其涉及一种情绪调节装置、可穿戴设备和缓解情绪的帽子。
背景技术
社会经济发展虽然越来越快,但是随着生活节奏加快,工作任务越来越繁重,人所承受的压力越来越大,精神越来越紧张,这使得越来越多的人产生诸多心理或生理方面的障碍和疾病,例如心理亚健康、抑郁症、焦虑症和假性失眠等等。这些心理障碍和疾病已成为一大社会问题。
对于身患抑郁症的患者来说,不仅患者自身的身心受疾病折磨,患者亲属也深受其害。由于这种患者自身对病情治疗比较被动,心里难过却难以与亲朋好友有效沟通,如果不良状态长时间不能缓解,很容易发生事故,因此患者亲属必须随时在患者身边,以防止意外发生。另外,对于有抑郁病史的人来说,即使恢复健康,也很难确定病症会不会复发或何时复发,因此即使治愈,患者亲属也不放心让患者独自生活。焦虑症也有可能在外界刺激下转变为抑郁症。
因此,如何对焦虑症或抑郁症患者的情绪进行识别并采取相应情绪舒缓措施成了目前亟需解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明提供一种情绪调节装置、可穿戴设备和缓解情绪的帽子,以实现了解用户当前的情绪状态,进而及时对用户的异常情绪状态进行调节。
本发明实施例提供一种情绪调节装置,包括:
至少一个探测部件,用于实时获取用户的当前生理参数值和/或行为数据;
处理部件,用于根据所述当前生理参数值和/或所述行为数据确定用户的当前情绪状态,根据所述当前情绪状态选择合适的执行部件,并向选择的执行部件发送控制指令;
至少一个执行部件,用于根据所述控制指令执行相应的控制动作。
在一个实施例中,所述探测部件用于:获取用户的语音、心率、血压、体温和脑波中至少一种生理活动的参数值作为所述当前生理参数值,和/或获取用户的面部表情、手势和步伐中至少一种行为的数据作为所述行为数据。本实施例中,可以分别对用户的不同生理活动或行为进行实时监测,从而及时得到能够反映用户的当前情绪状态的详尽数据。
在一个实施例中,所述探测部件包括生理探测部件和/或行为探测部件,所述生理探测部件包括声音传感器、心率探测器、血压传感器、体温传感器和大脑扫描仪中的至少一种,所述行为探测部件包括摄像头、肢体传感器中的至少一种。
在一个实施例中,所述处理部件用于:对所述当前生理参数值和/或所述行为数据进行分析,并确定高兴状态、轻度焦虑状态、中度焦虑状态、轻度抑郁状态和中度抑郁状态中的一种作为所述当前情绪状态。
当确定所述当前情绪状态为高兴状态后,选择用于记录的执行部件,并向选择的用于记录的执行部件发送记录用户所接触的事物、声音和场景的控制指令。
当确定所述当前情绪状态为轻度焦虑状态或轻度抑郁状态后,选择用于缓解情绪的执行部件,并向选择的用于缓解情绪的执行部件发送缓解用户情绪的控制指令。
当确定所述当前情绪状态为中度焦虑状态或中度抑郁状态后,选择用于缓解情绪的执行部件和用于报警的执行部件,并向选择的用于缓解情绪的执行部件发送缓解用户情绪的控制指令和向选择的用于报警的执行部件发送报警的控制指令。
在一个实施例中,所述处理部件还用于,在确定用户的所述当前情绪状态为轻度焦虑状态且持续时间大于或等于第一时间阈值后仍无变化时,选择用于报警的执行部件,并向选择的用于报警的执行部件发送报警的控制指令。
在一个实施例中,所述处理部件还用于,在确定用户的所述当前情绪状态为轻度抑郁状态且持续时间大于或等于第二时间阈值后仍无变化时,选择用于报警的执行部件,并向选择的用于报警的执行部件 发送报警的控制指令。
在一个实施例中,用于记录的执行部件包括录音设备或录像设备;用于缓解情绪的执行部件包括具有耳机的音乐播放器、能够播放视频的智能眼镜、显示装置或投影设备;用于报警的执行部件包括无线发送设备、声音报警器或信号指示灯。
在一个实施例中,所述处理部件还用于,将用于记录的执行部件记录的用户情绪状态为高兴状态时用户所接触的事物、声音和场景发送到所述用于缓解情绪的执行部件。
在一个实施例中,所述情绪调节装置还包括:存储部件,用于存储所述探测部件获取的用户的当前生理参数值和/或行为数据;
电源部件,用于为所述处理部件、所述探测部件、所述执行部件和所述存储部件供电。
在一个实施例中,所述存储部件还用于,存储用于记录的执行部件记录的用户情绪状态为高兴状态时用户所接触的事物、声音和场景;所述用于缓解情绪的执行部件还用于,从所述存储部件中调用用户情绪状态为高兴状态时用户所接触的事物、声音和场景。
上述实施例的有益效果如下:所述探测部件实时地监测患者当前的生理状态和/或行为,所述处理部件分析所述探测部件获取的数据来确定用户的当前情绪状态,从而可以根据患者的不同情绪状态选择合适的执行部件进行相应的应对动作,从而实现对患者的异常情绪状态进行调节。
本发明实施例还提供一种可穿戴设备,包括设备本体和与所述设备本体连接的外部附件,还包括如上述实施例提供的情绪调节装置。
在一个实施例中,所述探测部件、所述处理部件和所述执行部件选择性地设置于所述设备本体内和所述外部附件上。
在一个实施例中,所述情绪调节装置还包括存储部件和电源部件,所述存储部件和所述电源部件设置于所述设备本体内。
上述实施例的有益效果如下:可穿戴设备的设备本体和外部附件可以选择性地配备有情绪调节装置,从而便于用户携带。所述情绪调节装置的探测部件实时地监测患者当前的生理状态和/或行为,处理部件分析所述探测部件获取的数据来确定用户的当前情绪状态,从而可以根据患者的不同情绪状态选择合适的执行部件进行相应的应对动 作,从而实现对患者的异常情绪状态进行调节。
本发明实施例还提供一种缓解情绪的帽子,包括帽体和帽沿,还包括如上述实施例提供的情绪调节装置。
在一个实施例中,所述探测部件包括:设置于所述帽体内或所述帽沿上的生理探测部件和/或设置于所述帽体外或所述帽沿上的行为探测部件,所述生理探测部件包括声音传感器、心率探测器、血压传感器、体温传感器和大脑扫描仪中的至少一种,所述行为探测部件包括摄像头、肢体传感器中的至少一种。
在一个实施例中,所述执行部件,包括:设置于所述帽体内的录音设备、无线发射设备、声音报警器和音乐播放器中的至少一种,其中所述音乐播放器具有设置于所述帽体外的耳机;和/或,设置于所述帽沿上的具有播放功能的智能眼镜;和/或,设置于所述帽体外的录像设备或投影设备和信号指示灯中的至少一种。
在一个实施例中,所述情绪调节装置还包括设置于所述帽体内的存储部件和电源部件。
上述实施例的有益效果如下:所述缓解情绪的帽子配备有情绪调节装置,所述帽子便于用户穿戴。所述情绪调节装置的探测部件实时地监测患者当前的生理状态和/或行为,处理部件分析所述探测部件获取的数据来确定用户的当前情绪状态,从而可以根据患者的不同情绪状态选择合适的执行部件进行相应的应对动作,在用户佩戴该帽子时能够随时监测用户的当前情绪状态并及时调节。

下面结合说明书附图对各个实施例的实现过程进行详细说明。需要注意的是,自始至终相同或类似的附图标记表示相同或类似的元件或具有相同或类似功能的元件。下面通过参考附图描述的实施例是示 例性的,仅用于解释本发明,而不能理解为对本发明的限制。
参见图1,本发明实施例提供一种情绪调节装置10,包括处理部件12、至少一个探测部件11和至少一个执行部件13。
探测部件11用于实时获取用户的当前生理参数值和/或行为数据。
处理部件12用于根据当前生理参数值和/或行为数据确定用户的当前情绪状态,以及根据当前情绪状态选择合适的执行部件13并向选择的执行部件13发送控制指令。
执行部件13用于根据控制指令执行相应的控制动作。
当然,在本实施例提供的情绪调节装置10中,基于不同监测参数或较复杂的情绪状态的调节考虑,各个部件具有更具体的功能,也可以具有更多的子部分。下面将结合图2进行说明。
探测部件11可以用于:获取用户的语音、心率、血压、体温和脑波中至少一种生理活动的参数值作为当前生理参数值,和/或获取用户的面部表情、手势和步伐中至少一种行为的数据作为行为数据。探测部件11可以分别对用户的不同生理活动或行为进行实时监测,从而及时得到能够反映用户的当前情绪状态的详尽数据。
探测部件11可以包括生理探测部件111和/或行为探测部件112。生理探测部件包括声音传感器、心率探测器、血压传感器、体温传感器和大脑扫描仪中的至少一种。行为探测部件包括摄像头、肢体传感器中的至少一种。
处理部件12可以用于对当前生理参数值和/或行为数据进行分析,并确定高兴状态、轻度焦虑状态、中度焦虑状态、轻度抑郁状态和中度抑郁状态中的一种作为作为当前情绪状态。
当确定当前情绪状态为高兴状态后,可以选择用于记录的执行部件13,并向选择的用于记录的执行部件13发送记录用户所接触的事物、声音和场景的控制指令。
当确定当前情绪状态为轻度焦虑状态或轻度抑郁状态后,可以选择用于缓解情绪的执行部件13,并向选择的用于缓解情绪的执行部件13发送缓解用户情绪的控制指令。
当确定当前情绪状态为中度焦虑状态或中度抑郁状态后,可以选择用于缓解情绪的执行部件13和用于报警的执行部件13,并向选择的用于缓解情绪的执行部件13发送缓解用户情绪的控制指令和向选择的 用于报警的执行部件13发送报警的控制指令。
处理部件12还可以用于,在确定用户的当前情绪状态为轻度焦虑状态且持续时间大于或等于第一时间阈值后仍无变化时,选择用于报警的执行部件13,并向选择的用于报警的执行部件13发送报警的控制指令。
处理部件12还可以用于,在确定用户的当前情绪状态为轻度抑郁状态且持续时间大于或等于第二时间阈值后仍无变化时,选择用于报警的执行部件13,并向选择的用于报警的执行部件13发送报警的控制指令。
上述的第一时间阈值和第二时间阈值可以根据实际情况进行设定,例如可以设置为1分钟至3小时内的任意时长。具体地,如设置第一时间阈值为30分钟,第二时间阈值为1小时。当然,举例的第一时间阈值和第二时间阈值只是为了对本发明进行说明,而不是对本发明进行限制。
用于记录的执行部件13可以包括录音设备或录像设备。
用于缓解情绪的执行部件13可以包括具有耳机的音乐播放器、能够播放视频的智能眼镜、显示装置或投影设备。
用于报警的执行部件13可以包括无线发送设备、声音报警器或信号指示灯。
在一些实施例中,所述处理部件还可以将用于记录的执行部件记录的用户情绪状态为高兴状态时用户所接触的事物、声音和场景发送到用于缓解情绪的执行部件。换句话说,用于记录的执行部件记录的用户情绪状态为高兴状态时用户所接触的事物、声音和场景可以被用于当用户情绪状态不佳(如处于焦虑状态或抑郁状态)时,由用于缓解情绪的执行部件播放给用户,从而使用户通过这些美好的感官和记忆缓解不良情绪。这些事物、声音和场景可以由处理部件直接发送给用于缓解情绪的执行部件,并由所述用于缓解情绪的执行部件存储;也可以由处理部件存储,当处理部件向用于缓解情绪的执行部件发送指令时再发送给用于缓解情绪的执行部件。当然,除所述用于记录的执行部件记录的事物、声音和场景外,所述处理部件或所述用于缓解情绪的执行部件还可以存储其他能使用户感觉美好的事物、声音和场景等等。
情绪调节装置还可以包括存储部件14。存储部件14用于存储探测部件获取的用户的当前生理参数值和/或行为数据。
情绪调节装置还可以包括电源部件15。电源部件15可以为处理部件12、探测部件11、执行部件13和存储部件14供电。
在一些实施例中,所述存储部件还可以存储用于记录的执行部件记录的用户情绪状态为高兴状态时用户所接触的事物、声音和场景。
所述用于缓解情绪的执行部件还可以从所述存储部件中调用用户情绪状态为高兴状态时用户所接触的事物、声音和场景。
也就是说,通过单独的存储部件,将用于记录的执行部件记录的用户情绪状态为高兴状态时用户所接触的事物、声音和场景存储起来。当处理部件向用于缓解情绪的执行部件发送缓解用户情绪的指令时,调用存储部件中的能缓解用户情绪的事物、声音和场景。这些能缓解用户情绪的事物、声音和场景不仅包括用于记录的执行部件记录的内容,还可以包括存储部件存储的其他能使用户感觉美好的事物、声音和场景等等。
为了使情绪调节装置10使于携带,可以将情绪调节装置10与可穿戴的物品结合,例如帽子、衣服等等。
参见图3,本发明实施例提供一种可穿戴设备20,包括设备本体21和与所述设备本体21连接的外部附件22。所述可穿戴设备20还包括如上述实施例提供的情绪调节装置10。
情绪调节装置10的探测部件11、处理部件12和执行部件13选择性地设置于设备本体21内和外部附件22上。
情绪调节装置10还可以包括存储部件14和电源部件15。存储部件14和电源部件15设置于设备本体21内。
参见图4,基于同一发明思想,本发明实施例还提供一种缓解情绪的帽子,包括帽体1和帽沿2,还包括如上述实施例提供的情绪调节装置10,情绪调节装置10如图1和2所示。
情绪调节装置10的探测部件11可以包括设置于帽体1内或帽沿2上的生理探测部件111和/或设置于帽体外或帽沿上的行为探测部件112。生理探测部件111可以包括声音传感器、心率探测器、血压传感器、体温传感器和大脑扫描仪中的至少一种。行为探测部件112可以包括摄像头、肢体传感器中的至少一种。例如,图4所示的摄像头3, 摄像头3设置于帽沿2上并能够拍摄到用户的面部。
情绪调节装置10的执行部件13可以包括设置于帽体1内的录音设备、无线发射设备、声音报警器和音乐播放器中的至少一种。音乐播放器可以具有设置于帽体1外的耳机5。
情绪调节装置10的执行部件13可以包括设置于帽沿2上的具有播放功能的智能眼镜6。
情绪调节装置10的执行部件13可以包括设置于帽体1外的录像设备或投影设备和信号指示灯中的至少一种。例如,图4所示的录像设备4。
情绪调节装置10还可以包括设置于帽体1内的存储部件14和电源部件15(存储部件14和电源部件15在图4中未示出)。
显然,本领域的技术人员可以对本发明进行各种改动和变型而不脱离本发明的精神和范围。这样,倘若本发明的这些修改和变型属于本发明权利要求及其等同技术的范围之内,则本发明也意图包含这些改动和变型在内。

    至少一个探测部件,用于实时获取用户的当前生理参数值和/或行为数据;
    处理部件,用于根据所述当前生理参数值和/或所述行为数据确定用户的当前情绪状态,根据所述当前情绪状态选择合适的执行部件,并向选择的执行部件发送控制指令;
    至少一个执行部件,用于根据所述控制指令执行相应的控制动作。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的情绪调节装置,其特征在于,所述探测部件用于:获取用户的语音、心率、血压、体温和脑波中至少一种生理活动的参数值作为所述当前生理参数值,和/或获取用户的面部表情、手势和步伐中至少一种行为的数据作为所述行为数据。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的情绪调节装置,其特征在于,所述探测部件包括生理探测部件和/或行为探测部件,所述生理探测部件包括声音传感器、心率探测器、血压传感器、体温传感器和大脑扫描仪中的至少一种,所述行为探测部件包括摄像头、肢体传感器中的至少一种。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的情绪调节装置,其特征在于,所述处理部件用于:对所述当前生理参数值和/或所述行为数据进行分析,并确定高兴状态、轻度焦虑状态、中度焦虑状态、轻度抑郁状态和中度抑郁状态中的一种作为所述当前情绪状态;其中
    确定所述当前情绪状态为高兴状态后,选择用于记录的执行部件,并向选择的用于记录的执行部件发送记录用户所接触的事物、声音和场景的控制指令;以及
    确定所述当前情绪状态为轻度焦虑状态或轻度抑郁状态后,选择用于缓解情绪的执行部件,并向选择的用于缓解情绪的执行部件发送缓解用户情绪的控制指令;以及
    确定所述当前情绪状态为中度焦虑状态或中度抑郁状态后,选择用于缓解情绪的执行部件和用于报警的执行部件,并向选择的用于缓解情绪的执行部件发送缓解用户情绪的控制指令和向选择的用于报警的执行部件发送报警的控制指令。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的情绪调节装置,其特征在于,所述处理部 件还用于,在确定用户的当前情绪状态为轻度焦虑状态且持续时间大于或等于第一时间阈值后仍无变化时,选择用于报警的执行部件,并向选择的用于报警的执行部件发送报警的控制指令。
  6. 如权利要求4所述的情绪调节装置,其特征在于,所述处理部件还用于,在确定用户的当前情绪状态为轻度抑郁状态且持续时间大于或等于第二时间阈值后仍无变化时,选择用于报警的执行部件,并向选择的用于报警的执行部件发送报警的控制指令。
  7. 如权利要求4至6中任一项所述的情绪调节装置,其特征在于,
    用于记录的执行部件包括录音设备和/或录像设备;
    用于缓解情绪的执行部件包括具有耳机的音乐播放器、能够播放视频的智能眼镜、显示装置或投影设备;
    用于报警的执行部件包括无线发送设备、声音报警器或信号指示灯。
  8. 如权利要求4至6中任一项所述的情绪调节装置,其特征在于,所述处理部件还用于,将用于记录的执行部件记录的用户情绪状态为高兴状态时用户所接触的事物、声音和场景发送到用于缓解情绪的执行部件。
  9. 如权利要求4至6中任一项所述的情绪调节装置,其特征在于,所述情绪调节装置还包括:
    存储部件,用于存储所述探测部件获取的用户的当前生理参数值和/或行为数据;
    电源部件,用于为所述处理部件、所述探测部件、所述执行部件和所述存储部件供电。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的情绪调节装置,其特征在于,所述存储部件还用于,存储所述用于记录的执行部件记录的用户情绪状态为高兴状态时用户所接触的事物、声音和场景;
    所述用于缓解情绪的执行部件还用于,从所述存储部件中调用用户情绪状态为高兴状态时用户所接触的事物、声音和场景。
  11. 一种可穿戴设备,包括设备本体和与所述设备本体连接的外部附件,其特征在于,还包括如权利要求1至10任一项所述的情绪调节装置。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的设备,其特征在于,所述探测部件、所 述处理部件和所述执行部件选择性地设置于所述设备本体内和所述外部附件上。
  13. 如权利要求11所述的设备,其特征在于,所述情绪调节装置还包括存储部件和电源部件,所述存储部件和所述电源部件设置于所述设备本体内。
  14. 一种缓解情绪的帽子,包括帽体和帽沿,其特征在于,还包括如权利要求1至10任一项所述的情绪调节装置。
  15. 如权利要求14所述的帽子,其特征在于,所述探测部件包括设置于所述帽体内或所述帽沿上的生理探测部件和/或设置于所述帽体外或所述帽沿上的行为探测部件,所述生理探测部件包括声音传感器、心率探测器、血压传感器、体温传感器和大脑扫描仪中的至少一种,所述行为探测部件包括摄像头、肢体传感器中的至少一种。
  16. 如权利要求14所述的帽子,其特征在于,所述执行部件包括:
    设置于所述帽体内的录音设备、无线发射设备、声音报警器和音乐播放器中的至少一种,其中所述音乐播放器具有设置于所述帽体外的耳机;和/或
    设置于所述帽沿上的具有播放功能的智能眼镜;和/或
    设置于所述帽体外的录像设备、投影设备和信号指示灯中的至少一种。
  17. 如权利要求14所述的帽子,其特征在于,所述情绪调节装置还包括设置于所述帽体内的存储部件和电源部件。
