一种多功能轮胎扳手,包括手柄(1)、固定杆(2)、伸缩杆(3)、角度调节套(4)和连接杆(5),其中,固定杆的头部与手柄的一端固定,伸缩杆可伸缩地设置于固定杆的另一端中,角度调节套可来回移动地套设于伸缩杆上,连接杆通过销钉可旋转地安装于角度调节套中,连接杆上可拆卸地安装有第一套筒。通过将普通的轮胎扳手设计成可伸缩结构,满足了轮胎扳手可以在不同规格工作场地的工作需求。同时,将现有的轮胎扳手设计成长力矩扳手和旋转十字扳手集成一体,可移动的角度调节套结构简单、操作灵活,可操作性高。另外,伸缩杆端部可拆卸连接撬棍头当作撬棍使用,以及在连接杆处安装棘轮头,当棘轮扳手使用。

Description

一种多功能轮胎扳手 技术领域
本实用新型涉及日常车辆维修工具的技术领域,尤其是针对一种多功能轮胎扳手。
背景技术
随着社会的进步,车辆的运用越来越多,随之而来的是无法避免的车辆故障,而车辆的爆胎以及轮胎的漏气是车辆事故中发生频率最高的一类,而发生这类事故时,就必然涉及跟换轮胎的问题。
现有车辆大部分车型均只配备了轮胎扳手并没有配备专门拆装吊杆螺栓的工具,而在装卸备胎时,必须使用该工具,这就导致车主购车以后还必须额外购买该工具,增加了车主的经济负担。
现有的轮胎扳手工具结构单一且功能单一,一种工具对应一个工位,同时,根据各种的工作场地的大小以及不同操作人员的使用习惯,普通的轮胎扳手工具在使用时都会受到一定的影响,有鉴于此,需要提供一种多功能的车辆轮胎扳手。
实用新型内容
为了解决普通的轮胎扳手结构单一,功能单一,在不同的场合使用以及不同人员使用时,会受到不同程度的影响,本实用新型提供了一种多功能轮 胎扳手。
为达到上述目的,本实用新型提供一种多功能轮胎扳手,包括手柄、固定杆、伸缩杆、角度调节套和连接杆,其中,所述固定杆的头部与所述手柄的一端固定,所述伸缩杆可伸缩地设置于所述固定杆的另一端中,所述角度调节套可来回移动地套设于所述伸缩杆上,所述连接杆通过销钉可旋转地安装于所述角度调节套中,所述连接杆上可拆卸地安装有第一套筒。
上述多功能轮胎扳手,其中,所述手柄的端部开设安装口,并通过手柄盖进行封闭,所述安装口中放置有第二套筒。
上述多功能轮胎扳手,其中,所述伸缩杆远离所述固定杆的一端的外圆表面具有相对设置的凸台。
上述多功能轮胎扳手,其中,所述伸缩杆靠近两端面的外圆表面分别具有定位结构。
上述多功能轮胎扳手,其中,所述角度调节套与所述连接杆在所述销钉贯穿方向开设有位置一致的通孔,所述通孔尺寸与所述销钉尺寸相匹配。
上述多功能轮胎扳手,其中,所述固定杆为中空结构,所述伸缩杆直径与所述固定杆内中空结构尺寸相匹配。
本实用新型的有益效果是:
本实用新型通过将普通的轮胎扳手设计成可伸缩结构,满足了轮胎扳手可以在不同规格工作场地的工作需求;同时,将现有的轮胎扳手设计呈长力矩扳手和旋转十字扳手集成一体,可移动的角度调节套结构简单、操作灵活,可操作性高;另外伸缩杆端部可拆卸连接撬棍头当作撬棍使用,以及在连接杆处安装棘轮头,当棘轮扳手使用。

具体实施方式:
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本实用新型作进一步说明,但不作为本实用新型的限定。
实施例一
请结合图1至图3所示,本实用新型的一种多功能轮胎扳手,包括手柄1、固定杆2、伸缩杆3、角度调节套4和连接杆5,其中,固定杆2的头部与手柄1的一端固定连接,伸缩杆3可伸缩地设置于固定杆2的另一端中,角度调节套4可来回移动地套设于伸缩杆3上,连接杆5通过销钉6可旋转地安装于角度调节套4中,连接杆5上可拆卸地安装有第一套筒7。
本实用新型在上述基础上还具有以下实施方式,请继续参见图1至图3 所示,
本实用新型的进一步实施例中,手柄1的端部开设安装口14,并通过手柄盖10进行封闭,安装口14中放置有第二套筒11。
本实用新型的进一步实施例中,手柄1与手柄盖10连接处分别设有内螺纹,手柄盖101与手柄1连接处设有外螺纹,内螺纹与外螺纹结构匹配。
本实用新型的进一步实施例中,伸缩杆3远离固定杆2的一端的外圆表面具有相对设置的凸台8,凸台8可以防止角度调节套4移动过度与伸缩杆3分离。
本实用新型的进一步实施例中,伸缩杆3靠近两端面的外圆表面分别具有定位结构,优选的,定位结构可以是一种定位环槽9,定位环槽9可以将角度调节套4进行固定定位。
本实用新型的进一步实施例中,角度调节套4与连接杆5在销钉6贯穿方向开设有位置一致的通孔(未示出),通孔尺寸与销钉尺寸相匹配。
本实用新型的进一步实施例中,固定杆2为中空结构,伸缩杆3直径与固定杆2内中空结构尺寸相匹配。
使用者可根据以下说明进一步的认识本实用新型的特性及功能,
参见图1所示,伸缩杆3可相对于固定杆2伸缩,连接杆5可绕角度调节套4做最大180°的旋转。
参见图2,在伸缩杆3的两端开设有定位环槽9,角度调节套4在伸缩杆3上来回移动时,能够通过定位环槽9进行定位,定位在左边的定位环槽9时,可当作长力矩扳手使用;定位于右边的定位环槽9时,可当作十字扳手使用;最左端的凸台8可以防止角度调节套4移动过度与伸缩杆3分离。
参见图3所示,手柄1尾部具有安装口14,可放置第二套筒11,优选的,第一套筒7为标准尺寸17-19的套筒,第二套筒11为标注尺寸21-23的套筒,第二套筒11可以当作备用套筒,放置在手柄1的安装口中,通过手柄盖10封盖,需要使用第二套筒11时,打开手柄盖10取出即可。
综上所述,本实用新型通过将普通的轮胎扳手设计成可伸缩结构,满足了轮胎扳手可以在不同规格工作场地的工作需求;同时,将现有的轮胎扳手设计呈长力矩扳手和旋转十字扳手集成一体,可移动的角度调节套结构简单、操作灵活,可操作性高。
实施例二
请参见图4所示,在本实施例中,轮胎扳手的基本结构与实施例一中相同,唯一不同之处在于在伸缩杆3的末端可以拆卸的连接一个撬棍头12,使得本实施例中的轮胎扳手可以当作撬棍进行使用,同时,其他的基本功能,例如连接杆5的功能与实施例一中相同,具体实施方式也相同,再次不赘述。
实施例三
请参见图5所示,在本实施例中,轮胎扳手的基本结构与实施例一、实施例二中相同,唯一不同之处在于在伸缩杆3的末端可以拆卸的连接一个棘轮头13,使得本实施例中的轮胎扳手可以当作棘轮扳手进行使用,同时,其他的基本功能,例如连接杆5的功能与实施例一、实施例二中相同,具体实施方式也相同,再次不赘述。
实施例四
在本实施例中,还具有一种轮胎扳手结构,与实施例一不同之处在于,角度调节套4可直接安装在固定杆2上,省去了伸缩杆3的结构,角度调节套4同样可以在固定杆2上来回移动,以达到与实施例一相同的技术效果,具体实施方式与实施例一相同,在此不赘述。

Claims (6)

  1. 一种多功能轮胎扳手,包括手柄、固定杆、伸缩杆、角度调节套和连接杆,其特征在于,所述固定杆的头部与所述手柄的一端固定,所述伸缩杆可伸缩地设置于所述固定杆的另一端中,所述角度调节套可来回移动地套设于所述伸缩杆上,所述连接杆通过销钉可旋转地安装于所述角度调节套中,所述连接杆上可拆卸地安装有第一套筒。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的多功能轮胎扳手,其特征在于,所述手柄的端部开设安装口,并通过手柄盖进行封闭,所述手柄内藏工具。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的多功能轮胎扳手,其特征在于,所述伸缩杆远离所述固定杆的一端的外圆表面具有相对设置的凸台。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的多功能轮胎扳手,其特征在于,所述伸缩杆靠近两端面的外圆表面分别具有定位结构。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的多功能轮胎扳手,其特征在于,所述角度调节套与所述连接杆在所述销钉贯穿方向开设有位置一致的通孔,所述通孔尺寸与所述销钉尺寸相匹配。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的多功能轮胎扳手,其特征在于,所述固定杆为中空结构,所述伸缩杆直径与所述固定杆内中空结构尺寸相匹配。
