一种车辆酒驾控制方法及系统,所述方法包括如下步骤:在检测到驾驶位上有人时,提示人员进行酒精检测(101);在人员通过酒精检测时,开启车辆操作系统(102)。该方法及系统提供的技术方案具有安全性高的优点。

Description

车辆酒驾控制方法及系统 技术领域
本发明涉及车载领域,尤其涉及一种车辆酒驾控制方法及系统。
背景技术
汽车即为通过内燃机为动力驱动行走的车辆,具体包括汽油车和柴油车以及电动车,汽车名词发展到今天,已经不仅仅指汽油为动力的车了,现有的汽车已经发展了100多年了,现有的汽车的机械结构已经非常的稳定,现有的汽车的改进主要是在车载电子上的改进,尤其是现代电子技术的发展,使得汽车的安全性非常重要,现在汽车的事故中,酒驾的比例很高,并且酒驾造成的事故一般都是重大的事故,现有的酒驾一般为被动检测,即通过交警来检测,所以其安全性差,并且效率低。
技术问题
本申请提供一种车辆酒驾控制方法。其解决现有技术的技术方案安全性差,效率低的缺点。
技术解决方案
一方面,提供一种车辆酒驾控制方法,所述方法包括如下步骤:
在检测到驾驶位上有人时,提示人员进行酒精检测;
在人员通过酒精检测时,开启车辆操作系统。
可选的,所述方法还包括:
如人员未通过酒精检测,关闭车辆操作系统。
可选的,所述方法还包括:
如酒精检测超过设定值,则将该车辆的坐标发送至交警系统。
第二方面,提供一种车辆酒驾控制系统,所述系统包括:
提示单元,用于在检测到驾驶位上有人时,提示人员进行酒精检测;
控制单元,用于在人员通过酒精检测时,开启车辆操作系统。
可选的,所述控制单元,还用于如人员未通过酒精检测,关闭车辆操作系统。
可选的,所述系统还包括:
定位单元,用于如酒精检测超过设定值,则将该车辆的坐标发送至交警系统。
有益效果
本发明提供的技术方案在检测到驾驶位上有人时,提示人员进行酒精检测,在人员通过酒精检测时,开启车辆操作系统,所以其具有安全性高的优点。

请参考图1,图1是本发明第一较佳实施方式提出的一种车辆酒驾控制方法,该方法如图1所示,包括如下步骤:
步骤S101、在检测到驾驶位上有人时,提示人员进行酒精检测;
步骤S102、在人员通过酒精检测时,开启车辆操作系统。
本发明提供的技术方案在检测到驾驶位上有人时,提示人员进行酒精检测,在人员通过酒精检测时,开启车辆操作系统,所以其具有安全性高的优点。
可选的,上述方法在步骤S102之后还可以包括:
步骤S103、如人员未通过酒精检测,关闭车辆操作系统。
可选的,上述方法在步骤S102之后还可以包括:
如酒精检测超过设定值,则将该车辆的坐标发送至交警系统。
请参考图2,图2是本发明第二较佳实施方式提出的一种车辆酒驾控制系统,该系统包括:
提示单元201,用于在检测到驾驶位上有人时,提示人员进行酒精检测;
控制单元202,用于在人员通过酒精检测时,开启车辆操作系统。
本发明提供的技术方案在检测到驾驶位上有人时,提示人员进行酒精检测,在人员通过酒精检测时,开启车辆操作系统,所以其具有安全性高的优点。
可选的,上述控制单元202,还用于如人员未通过酒精检测,关闭车辆操作系统。
可选的,上述系统还可以包括:
定位单元203,用于如酒精检测超过设定值,则将该车辆的坐标发送至交警系统。
需要说明的是,对于前述的各个方法实施例,为了简单描述,故将其都表述为一系列的动作组合,但是本领域技术人员应该知悉,本发明并不受所描述的动作顺序的限制,因为依据本发明,某一些步骤可以采用其他顺序或者同时进行。其次,本领域技术人员也应该知悉,说明书中所描述的实施例均属于优选实施例,所涉及的动作和模块并不一定是本发明所必须的。

  1. 一种车辆酒驾控制方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括如下步骤:
    在检测到驾驶位上有人时,提示人员进行酒精检测;
    在人员通过酒精检测时,开启车辆操作系统。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    如人员未通过酒精检测,关闭车辆操作系统。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    如酒精检测超过设定值,则将该车辆的坐标发送至交警系统。
  4. 一种车辆酒驾控制系统,其特征在于,所述系统包括:
    提示单元,用于在检测到驾驶位上有人时,提示人员进行酒精检测;
    控制单元,用于在人员通过酒精检测时,开启车辆操作系统。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的系统,其特征在于,
    所述控制单元,还用于如人员未通过酒精检测,关闭车辆操作系统。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的系统,其特征在于,所述系统还包括:
