Abstract

히터는 세라믹 및 탄소 도전체를 포함하고, 일체로 형성되는 발열 몸체, 및 상기 발열 몸체에 전기적으로 연결된 전기 단자를 포함한다. 상기 세라믹은 도전성이 없는 구조용 세라믹을 포함하고, 상기 탄소 도전체는 탄소, 탄소나노튜브 및 그래핀의 어느 하나 또는 이들의 일부 또는 전부의 조합을 포함하고, 상기 발열 몸체는 상기 발열 몸체 전체에 분포하는 상기 탄소 도전체에 의해 도전성을 갖는다.
