Abstract

A heater comprises a heating body including ceramics and carbon conductors and that is integrally formed, and an electrical terminal electrically connected to the heating body. The ceramics include a structural ceramic that is not conductive, the carbon conductors include any one of carbon, carbon nanotubes, and graphene, or a combination of some or all of same, and the heating body has conductivity by virtue of the carbon conductors distributed over the entire heating body.
