Description

多曲面单开口橡胶气囊
本申请基于申请号为201610068841.5、申请日为2016年02月02日和申请号为201610602647.0、申请日为2016年07月28日的中国专利申请提出,并要求该中国专利申请的优先权,该中国专利申请的全部内容在此引入本申请作为参考。
技术领域
本发明总体而言涉及气囊,具体而言,涉及一种多曲面单开口橡胶气囊。
背景技术
现有橡胶气囊都是双开口的,还需要对其中一个开口进行密封,因为是承压气囊,容易产生漏气。因此,要用厚重的金属材料来密封才能达到承压效果,这样制作的装备重量较大,成本较高,且气囊的上端和下端都需要密封,容易出现密封口漏气的问题。
发明内容
本发明的一个主要目的在于克服上述现有技术的至少一种缺陷,提供一种仅单面开口从而避免出现密封口漏气问题的多曲面单开口橡胶气囊。
为实现上述发明目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
根据本发明的一个方面,提供了一种多曲面单开口橡胶气囊,包括有底面和侧面,所述侧面具有两个以上曲面,且气囊皮层中设置有内置骨架,所述气囊仅设置有一个开口,所述开口与所述底面相对,且具有固定结构。
根据本发明的一实施方式,所述开口通过胎圈钢丝固定。
根据本发明的一实施方式,任意两所述曲面相接处通过胎圈钢丝固定。
根据本发明的一实施方式,所述内置骨架为帘子线。
根据本发明的一实施方式,所述开口通过胎圈钢丝固定,任 意两所述曲面相接处通过胎圈钢丝固定,所述帘子线两端与所述胎圈钢丝连接。
根据本发明的一实施方式,所述帘子线与所述胎圈钢丝之间的夹角为锐角。
根据本发明的一实施方式,所述底面设置有胎圈钢丝。
根据本发明的一实施方式,所述气囊一体硫化成型。
根据本发明的一实施方式,所述开口包括上密封结构和下密封结构,以分别密封连接上盖和下盖,且所述上盖和下盖相连,形成夹持所述开口的结构。
根据本发明的一实施方式,所述上密封结构和所述下密封结构均为突出于开口外壁的圆形线。
由上述技术方案可知,本发明的优点和积极效果在于:
本发明中的橡胶气囊仅设置一个开口,仅需要对一个开口进行密封,提高了密封效果,降低了密封难度,保证了密封性能。

如图1和图2所示,本发明的一实施例中,气囊包括气囊本体1,气囊本体1由橡胶材料一体硫化成型制成。气囊本体1包括具有底面2和侧面3,其中侧面3为多曲面结构。气囊本体1的上端开口,在开口处设有上密封结构和下密封结构,该实施例中,上密封结构为外侧密封层,下密封结构为内侧密封层,可以根据需要实现双重密封,也可以利用内外两道密封层实现两个不同空间的密封。本实施例中,上密封结构和所述下密封结构均为突出于开口外壁的圆形线。本实施例中,上密封结构密封连接上盖,下密封结构密封连接下盖,且上盖和下盖之间通过螺栓相连,形成夹持开口的结构,并通过调整螺栓连接达到一定的夹持力。另外,本实施例中,在上盖和下盖之间还形成有空间,可以用于放置气泵等。
本实施例中,在开口部位的内部设有胎圈钢丝4,增加开口处的拉力强度。在相邻两个曲面侧面相接处5采用曲面弧度连接,防止承压时应力撕裂,曲面弧度的大小和形状可根据具体气囊长度等因素进行设计。在相邻两个曲面侧面连接处的内部设有胎圈钢丝4,气囊本体内设有帘子线6,帘子线6上端绕在气囊本体1 上端开口部位内部的胎圈钢丝4上,帘子线6根据气囊本体1的大小和长度设有角度,保证气囊在气体内压的作用轴向伸缩。
可根据气囊所承受压力需要,在气囊本体1的底部也可设计有胎圈钢丝,以增加承压强度。
本实施例的气囊保证轴向伸缩,且仅设一个开口,并保证强度。通过双密封结构,保证密封可靠,并能够在上盖和下盖之间形成密封空间,以方便密封放置气泵等。
工业实用性
本发明中的橡胶气囊仅设置一个开口,仅需要对一个开口进行密封,提高了密封效果,降低了密封难度,保证了密封性能。
以上仅就本发明的几种不同实施方式做了简单说明,但并非穷举,未说明的实施方式依然在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种多曲面单开口橡胶气囊,其特征在于,包括有底面和侧面,所述侧面具有两个以上曲面,且气囊皮层中设置有内置骨架,所述气囊仅设置有一个开口,所述开口与所述底面相对,且具有固定结构。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的多曲面单开口橡胶气囊,其特征在于,所述开口通过胎圈钢丝固定。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的多曲面单开口橡胶气囊,其特征在于,任意两所述曲面相接处通过胎圈钢丝固定。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的多曲面单开口橡胶气囊,其特征在于,所述内置骨架为帘子线。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的多曲面单开口橡胶气囊,其特征在于,所述开口通过胎圈钢丝固定,任意两所述曲面相接处通过胎圈钢丝固定,所述帘子线两端与所述胎圈钢丝连接。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的多曲面单开口橡胶气囊,其特征在于,所述帘子线与所述胎圈钢丝之间的夹角为锐角。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的多曲面单开口橡胶气囊,其特征在于,所述底面设置有胎圈钢丝。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的多曲面单开口橡胶气囊,其特征在于,所述气囊一体硫化成型。
  9. 如权利要求1-8任一所述的多曲面单开口橡胶气囊,其特征在于,所述开口包括上密封结构和下密封结构,以分别密封连接上盖和下盖,且所述上盖和下盖相连,形成夹持所述开口的结构。
  10. 如权利要求1所述的多曲面单开口橡胶气囊,其特征在于,所述上密封结构和所述下密封结构均为突出于开口外壁的圆形线。
