在银行的营业厅办理业务时,通常需要客户先排队然后在窗口办理。为了节省客户的时间,目前有些银行已推出了坐席通过远程视频通话为客户办理业务的操作方式。在远程视频通话时,客户终端的桌面可以共享给坐席终端。坐席通过坐席终端可以利用共享的桌面代为客户输入业务信息,并且可以展示给用户。传统的桌面共享软件需要手动配置被共享的终端的IP(Internet
Protocol,网络之间互连的协议)地址等才能实现远程共享桌面。坐席终端每天会与多个不同的客户终端进行大量的视频通话,如果每次都共享客户终端的桌面都需要先配置IP地址的话,这势必会给坐席带来诸多不便。
【发明内容】
为解决现有在视频通话过程中共享桌面时需要预先配置IP地址而造成不便的技术问题,本发明提供一种桌面共享方法,包括:
客户终端运行的第一应用程序接收操作指令,并执行对应的业务操作;
当显示设置的第一界面时,客户终端运行的第二应用程序启动第三应用程序;
所述第三应用程序生成字符串,并将所述字符串设置为所述第三应用程序的密码;
所述第一应用程序将客户终端IP地址和所述第三应用程序的密码发送至坐席终端,以使得所述坐席终端运行的第二应用程序根据所述客户终端IP地址和所述第三应用程序的密码对坐席终端运行的第四应用程序进行配置;及
所述第三应用程序获取客户终端的桌面环境,并将所述桌面环境发送至所述第四应用程序进行共享。

坐席是指呼叫中心接听客户来电并为客户办理业务的工作人员。坐席终端是指坐席与客户进行通话并为客户办理业务的终端。坐席终端运行的第一应用程序,坐席可以通过浏览器登录到坐席终端的第一应用程序。其中,浏览器可以是支持IE内核的多种浏览器。坐席终端上运行的第二应用程序支持浏览器自动安装。坐席终端运行的第二应用程序可以是被制作成一种ActiveX控件。第二应用程序可以安装在坐席终端,并嵌入在坐席终端的第一应用程序中。坐席终端的第一应用程序运行时,加载坐席终端的第二应用程序,第二应用程序随之运行。坐席终端运行的第一应用程序与客户终端运行的第一应用程序可以是相同的应用程序。坐席终端运行的第二应用程序与客户终端运行的第二应用程序也可以是相同的应用程序。
坐席终端的第一应用程序会接收客户终端的第一应用程序所发送的客户终端IP地址和第三应用程序的密码。坐席终端的第一应用程序调用与坐席终端的第二应用程序之间的通信机制,将接收到的客户终端IP地址和第三应用程序的密码发送给坐席终端的第二应用程序。
坐席终端运行的第四应用程序可以是基于VNC客户端应用程序的开源代码改进后的应用程序。坐席终端的第二应用程序与坐席终端的第四应用程序相互融合。坐席终端的第二应用程序根据客户终端IP地址和第三应用程序的密码对坐席终端第四应用程序进行配置。具体的,坐席终端的第二应用程序将第四应用程序的服务器地址修改为客户终端IP地址,并在第四应用程序弹出的密码窗口中将密码修改为第三应用程序的密码。由此建立客户终端的第三应用程序与坐席终端的第四应用程序之间的连接。传统的VNC客户端应用程序的服务器地址和密码必须是人工设置的。而本实施例中可以通过坐席终端上运行的第二应用程序来对第四应用程序进行配置,无需人工操作,可以自动完成。
步骤210,客户终端运行的第三应用程序获取客户终端的桌面环境,并将桌面环境发送至坐席终端运行的第四应用程序进行共享。
桌面环境是指包括桌面背景图片、桌面的应用程序和快捷方式等组成的视觉环境。第三应用程序与第四应用程序建立连接之后,第三应用程序可以基于传统的VNC服务端应用程序的功能将客户终端的桌面向坐席终端进行共享。具体的,第三应用程序获取客户终端的桌面环境,并利用VNC通信协议将客户终端的桌面环境发生至第四应用程序。第四应用程序接收客户终端的桌面环境,从而实现客户终端的桌面对坐席终端进行共享。

当共享启动接口的参数被设置为对多个显示器进行共享时,也就是当表示共享桌面数量的参数被设置为共享所有与客户终端连接的显示器的桌面时,此时,需要确定与客户终端连接的显示器是否有多个。第三应用程序检测与客户终端连接的显示器,并枚举所有显示器。如果与客户终端连接的显示器的数量大于1,则表示有多个显示与客户终端相连。第三应用程序获取多个显示器的桌面环境。根据第三应用程序与第四应用程序之间的连接,第三应用程序将与客户终端连接的多个显示器的桌面环境发生至第四应用程序,以使得坐席终端能够共享客户终端的多个桌面。由此能够提高桌面共享的灵活性。
在一个实施例中,第三应用程序包括共享启动接口,在第三应用程序获取客户终端的桌面环境,并将桌面环境发送至第四应用程序进行共享的步骤之后,还包括:当共享启动接口的参数被设置为允许远程控制时,客户终端运行的第三应用程序接收坐席终端对共享桌面环境执行的操作;客户终端运行的第一应用程序显示与操作对应的共享界面;当共享界面显示为设置的第二界面时,客户终端运行的第一应用程序调用第三应用程序的共享关闭接口,将客户终端的桌面环境停止共享。
本实施例中,共享启动接口的参数被设置为运行远程控制时也就是表示是否接收远程控制的参数被设置为允许客户终端被远程控制。坐席通过坐席终端的第一应用程序对共享桌面环境进行操作。客户终端的第三应用程序调用操作控制接口接收坐席终端对共享桌面环境执行的操作,并且通过客户终端的第一应用程序在客户终端显示与操作对应的共享界面。当共享界面显示为设置的第二界面时,客户终端的第一应用程序调用第三应用程序的共享关闭接口,将客户终端的桌面环境停止共享。设置的第二界面可以是业务信息提交成功的界面,也可以是某个业务操作完成的界面。设置的第二界面还可以是任意的界面。进一步的,当共享界面显示为设置的第二界面时,客户终端的第一应用程序还可以调用第三应用程序的授权接口,取消坐席终端对客户终端进行远程控制的授权。此时,桌面共享可以继续进行,但坐席终端只能显示共享界面,但无法对共享界面进行操作。客户终端的第一应用程序再次调用第三应用程序的共享关闭接口,将客户终端的桌面环境停止共享。通过设置第二界面,由此可以在显示第二界面时通过第三应用程序自动停止桌面共享。从而进一步提高了桌面共享的灵活性。
进一步的,在客户终端的桌面向坐席终端共享时,如果遇到需要客户确认的环节,则需要客户在客户终端输入确认信息后,坐席终端才可以在共享界面中进行下一步的操作。例如,转账时,对于转账的具体的数目,需要客户确认后,坐席终端才可以在共享界面中进行下一步的操作。由此确保了业务操作的安全性。
在一个实施例中,该方法还包括:客户终端运行的第三应用程序接收对共享画质的设置;第三应用程序获取共享桌面环境的图像,将图像按照设置的共享画质进行压缩,得到压缩后的共享图像;第三应用程序将压缩后的共享图像发送至坐席终端运行的第四应用程序。
本实施例中,为了有效提高共享图像的传输速率,还可以对客户终端运行的第三应用程序进行共享画质的设置。比如,共享画质可以设置为高画质、中画质和低画质等。不同的画质对应不同的分辨率。客户终端的第三应用程序获取共享桌面环境的图像,将图像按照设置的共享画质进行压缩,得到压缩后的共享图像;第三应用程序根据与第四应用程序之间的连接,将压缩后的共享图像发送至坐席终端运行的第四应用程序。
进一步的,客户终端运行的第三应用程序获取在客户终端的桌面上设置的共享区域,第三应用程序将共享区域发送至坐席终端运行的第四应用程序进行共享。由此能够方便客户不必共享整个桌面,可以根据自己的需要来设置不同的共享区域。

本实施例中,通过客户终端运行的第一应用程序执行业务操作,当客户终端显示设置的第一界面时,客户终端运行的第二应用程序启动第三应用程序,第三应用程序生成字符串,并将字符串设置为第三应用程序的密码。客户终端运行的第一应用程序将客户终端IP地址和第三应用程序的密码发送至坐席终端,坐席终端运行的第二应用程序根据客户终端IP地址和第三应用程序的密码对坐席终端运行的第四应用程序进行配置,由此建立第三应用程序与第四应用程序的连接。从而通过第三应用程序将客户终端的桌面环境发送至第四应用程序,实现了客户终端的桌面向坐席终端进行共享。在整个过程中,无需手动设置第三应用程序的密码,也不需对第四应用程序手动配置客户终端IP地址和第三应用程序的密码,完全实现了自动配置,为坐席获得客户终端的共享桌面提供了便利。
在一个实施例中,第三应用程序包括共享启动接口,当共享启动接口的参数被设置为对多个显示器进行共享时,通过第三应用程序枚举与客户终端连接的所有显示器;若与客户终端连接的所有显示器的数量大于1,则客户终端通过第三应用程序获取多个显示器的桌面环境,将多个桌面环境发送至第四应用程序进行共享。
在一个实施例中,第三应用程序包括共享启动接口,坐席终端通过第一应用程序对共享桌面环境进行操作;客户终端通过第三应用程序接收坐席终端对共享桌面环境执行的操作,并且通过客户终端运行的第一应用程序在客户终端显示与操作对应的共享界面;当共享界面显示为设置的第二界面时,第一应用程序调用第三应用程序的共享关闭接口,将客户终端的桌面环境停止共享。
在一个实施例中,客户终端通过第三应用程序对共享画质的设置;第三应用程序获取共享桌面环境的图像,将图像按照设置的共享画质进行压缩,得到压缩后的共享图像;客户终端运行的第三应用程序将压缩后的共享图像发送至坐席终端运行的第四应用程序。
在一个实施例中,客户终端通过第三应用程序在桌面上设置共享区域;第三应用程序将共享区域发送至坐席终端运行的第四应用程序进行共享。
在一个实施例中,如图8所示,提供了一种桌面共享系统,包括第一终端802和第二终端804;其中:
当第一终端802显示设置的第三界面时,第一终端802上运行的第二应用程序启动第三应用程序;第三应用程序生成字符串,并将字符串设置为第三应用程序的密码;第二应用程序将第一终端IP地址和第三应用程序的密码发送至第二终端804。
第二终端804中运行的第二应用程序接收第一终端IP地址和第三应用程序的密码,根据第一终端IP地址和第三应用程序的密码对第二终端804中运行的第四应用程序进行配置;通过第一终端802运行的第三应用程序获取第一终端802的桌面环境,并将桌面环境发送至第二终端804运行的第四应用程序进行共享。
在一个实施例中,提供了一个或多个存储有计算机可执行指令的非易失性可读存储介质,所述计算机可执行指令被一个或多个处理器执行时,使得所述一个或多个处理器执行以下步骤:
当第一终端显示设置的第三界面时,第一终端上运行的第二应用程序启动第三应用程序;
第三应用程序生成字符串,并将字符串设置为第三应用程序的密码;
第二应用程序将第一终端IP地址和第三应用程序的密码发送至第二终端以使得第二终端中运行的第二应用程序根据第一终端IP地址和第三应用程序的密码对第二终端中运行的第四应用程序进行配置;及
第三应用程序获取第一终端的桌面环境,并将桌面环境发送至第四应用程序进行共享。
在一个实施例中,提供了一个或多个存储有计算机可执行指令的非易失性可读存储介质,所述计算机可执行指令被一个或多个处理器执行时,使得所述一个或多个处理器执行以下步骤:
运行第一应用程序接收操作指令,并执行对应的业务操作;
当显示设置的第一界面时,运行第二应用程序启动第三应用程序;
第三应用程序生成字符串,并将字符串设置为第三应用程序的密码;
第一应用程序将客户终端IP地址和第三应用程序的密码发送至坐席终端,以使得坐席终端运行的第二应用程序根据客户终端IP地址和第三应用程序的密码对坐席终端运行的第四应用程序进行配置;及
第三应用程序获取客户终端的桌面环境,并将桌面环境发送至第四应用程序进行共享。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解实现上述实施例方法中的全部或部分流程,是可以通过计算机程序来指令相关的硬件来完成,所述的程序可存储于一非易失性计算机可读取存储介质中,该程序在执行时,可包括如上述各方法的实施例的流程。其中,所述的存储介质可为磁碟、光盘、只读存储记忆体(Read-Only
Memory,ROM)等。
以上所述实施例的各技术特征可以进行任意的组合,为使描述简洁,未对上述实施例中的各个技术特征所有可能的组合都进行描述,然而,只要这些技术特征的组合不存在矛盾,都应当认为是本说明书记载的范围。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。因此,本发明专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。
Claims (20)
- 一种桌面共享方法,包括:客户终端运行的第一应用程序接收操作指令,并执行对应的业务操作;当显示设置的第一界面时,客户终端运行的第二应用程序启动第三应用程序;所述第三应用程序生成字符串,并将所述字符串设置为所述第三应用程序的密码;所述第一应用程序将客户终端IP地址和所述第三应用程序的密码发送至坐席终端,以使得所述坐席终端运行的第二应用程序根据所述客户终端IP地址和所述第三应用程序的密码对坐席终端运行的第四应用程序进行配置;及所述第三应用程序获取客户终端的桌面环境,并将所述桌面环境发送至所述第四应用程序进行共享。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第三应用程序包括共享启动接口,所述方法还包括:当所述共享启动接口的参数被设置为对多个显示器进行共享时,所述第三应用程序枚举与客户终端连接的所有显示器;若与客户终端连接的所有显示器的数量大于1,则所述第三应用程序获取多个显示器的桌面环境,将多个桌面环境发送至所述第四应用程序进行共享。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第三应用程序包括共享启动接口,在所述第三应用程序获取客户终端的桌面环境,并将所述桌面环境发送至所述第四应用程序进行共享之后,所述方法还包括:当所述共享启动接口的参数被设置为允许远程控制时,所述第三应用程序接收坐席终端对共享桌面环境执行的操作;所述第一应用程序显示与操作对应的共享界面;当共享界面显示为设置的第二界面时,所述第一应用程序调用所述第三应用程序的共享关闭接口,将客户终端的桌面环境停止共享。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:所述第三应用程序接收对共享画质的设置;所述第三应用程序获取共享桌面环境的图像,将所述图像按照设置的共享画质进行压缩,得到压缩后的共享图像;所述第三应用程序将压缩后的共享图像发送至所述第四应用程序。
- 一种桌面共享方法,包括:坐席终端运行的第一应用程序接收客户终端发送的客户终端IP地址和第三应用程序的密码,所述第三应用程序的密码根据第三应用程序生成的字符串来设置,所述第三应用在所述客户终端显示设置的第一界面时由客户终端上运行的第二应用程序启动;坐席终端运行的第二应用程序根据所述客户终端IP地址和所述第三应用程序的密码对坐席终端运行的第四应用程序进行配置;及所述第四应用程序接收所述第三应用程序发送的客户终端的桌面环境,得客户终端的桌面对坐席终端共享。
- 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:当所述客户终端第三应用程序被设置为对多个显示器进行共享时,所述第四应用程序接收所述第三应用程序发送的多个桌面环境,以使得客户终端的多个桌面对坐席终端共享。
- 一种桌面共享方法,包括:当第一终端显示设置的第三界面时,第一终端上运行的第二应用程序启动第三应用程序;所述第三应用程序生成字符串,并将所述字符串设置为第三应用程序的密码;第二应用程序将第一终端IP地址和第三应用程序的密码发送至第二终端以使得所述第二终端中运行的第二应用程序根据所述第一终端IP地址和所述第三应用程序的密码对第二终端中运行的第四应用程序进行配置;及所述第三应用程序获取第一终端的桌面环境,并将所述桌面环境发送至所述第四应用程序进行共享。
- 根据权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第三应用程序包括共享启动接口,所述方法还包括:当共享启动接口的参数被设置为对多个显示器进行共享时,所述第三应用程序列举与第一终端连接的所有显示器;若与第一终端连接的所有显示器的数量大于1,则所述第三应用程序获取多个显示器的桌面环境,将多个桌面环境发送至所述第四应用程序进行共享。
- 根据权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第三应用程序包括共享启动接口,在所述第三应用程序获取第一终端的桌面环境,并将所述桌面环境发送至所述第四应用程序进行共享之后,所述方法还包括:当共享启动接口的参数被设置为允许远程控制时,所述第三应用程序接收第二终端对共享桌面环境执行的操作;第一终端显示与操作对应的共享界面;当共享界面显示为设置的第四界面时,所述第三应用程序调用共享关闭接口,将第二终端的桌面环境停止共享。
- 根据权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:所述第三应用程序接收对共享画质的设置;所述第三应用程序获取共享桌面环境的图像,将所述图像按照设置的共享画质进行压缩,得到压缩后的共享图像;所述第三应用程序将压缩后的共享图像发送至所述第四应用程序。
- 根据权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:所述第三应用程序获取在第一终端的桌面上设置的共享区域;所述第三应用程序将所述共享区域发送至所述第四应用程序进行共享。
- 一种桌面共享方法,包括:第二终端中运行的第二应用程序接收第一终端发送的第一终端IP地址和第三应用程序的密码,所述第三应用程序运行在第一终端,当第一终端显示设置的第三界面时,第一终端上运行的第二应用程序启动所述第三应用程序,所述第三应用程序生成字符串,并将所述字符串设置为第三应用程序的密码;第二终端中运行的第二应用程序根据所述第一终端IP地址和所述第三应用程序的密码对第二终端中运行的第四应用程序进行配置;及所述第四应用程序接收所述第三应用程序发送的第一终端的桌面环境,以使得第二终端共享第一终端的桌面。
- 一种桌面共享系统,包括:客户终端和坐席终端;其中:客户终端运行的第一应用程序接收操作指令,并执行对应的操作;当所述客户终端显示设置的第一界面时,客户终端运行的第二应用程序启动第三应用程序;所述第三应用程序生成字符串,并将所述字符串设置为第三应用程序的密码;客户终端运行的第一应用程序将客户终端IP地址和所述第三应用程序的密码发送至坐席终端;坐席终端运行的第一应用程序接收所述客户终端发送的客户终端IP地址和第三应用程序的密码;坐席终端运行的第二应用程序根据所述客户终端IP地址和所述第三应用程序的密码对坐席终端运行的第四应用程序进行配置;通过所述第三应用程序获取客户终端的桌面环境,并将所述桌面环境发送至所述第四应用程序;通过所述第四应用程序接收所述桌面环境,以使得所述客户终端的桌面对所述坐席终端共享。
- 根据权利要求13所述的系统,其特征在于,所述第三应用程序包括共享启动接口,当所述共享启动接口的参数被设置为对多个显示器进行共享时,通过所述第三应用程序枚举与客户终端连接的所有显示器;若与客户终端连接的所有显示器的数量大于1,则所述客户终端通过所述第三应用程序获取多个显示器的桌面环境,将多个桌面环境发送至所述第四应用程序进行共享。
- 根据权利要求13所述的系统,其特征在于,所述第三应用程序包括共享启动接口,所述坐席终端通过第一应用程序对共享桌面环境进行操作;所述客户终端通过第三应用程序接收坐席终端对共享桌面环境执行的操作,并且通过客户终端运行的第一应用程序在客户终端显示与操作对应的共享界面;当共享界面显示为设置的第二界面时,所述第一应用程序调用所述第三应用程序的共享关闭接口,将客户终端的桌面环境停止共享。
- 根据权利要求13所述的系统,其特征在于,所述客户终端通过第三应用程序对共享画质的设置;所述第三应用程序获取共享桌面环境的图像,将所述图像按照设置的共享画质进行压缩,得到压缩后的共享图像;所述第三应用程序将压缩后的共享图像发送至所述第四应用程序。

- 一种桌面共享系统,包括:第一终端和第二终端;其中:当第一终端显示设置的第三界面时,第一终端上运行的第二应用程序启动第三应用程序;所述第三应用程序生成字符串,并将所述字符串设置为第三应用程序的密码;所述第二应用程序将第一终端IP地址和第三应用程序的密码发送至第二终端;第二终端中运行的第二应用程序接收所述第一终端IP地址和所述第三应用程序的密码,根据所述第一终端IP地址和所述第三应用程序的密码对第二终端中运行的第四应用程序进行配置;通过所述第三应用程序获取第一终端的桌面环境,并将所述桌面环境发送至所述第四应用程序进行共享。
- 一种客户终端,包括处理器及存储器,所述存储器中储存有指令,所述指令被所述处理器执行时,使得所述处理器执行以下步骤:客户终端运行的第一应用程序接收操作指令,并执行对应的业务操作;当显示设置的第一界面时,客户终端运行的第二应用程序启动第三应用程序;所述第三应用程序生成字符串,并将所述字符串设置为所述第三应用程序的密码;所述第一应用程序将客户终端IP地址和所述第三应用程序的密码发送至坐席终端,以使得所述坐席终端运行的第二应用程序根据所述客户终端IP地址和所述第三应用程序的密码对坐席终端运行的第四应用程序进行配置;及所述第三应用程序获取客户终端的桌面环境,并将所述桌面环境发送至所述第四应用程序进行共享。
