本发明涉及一种粉末投放装置及洗衣机,属于投放装置及洗衣机领域。
背景技术
现有粉末投放器,尤其是洗衣粉、絮凝剂等粉末的投放器由于放置环境潮湿,粉末容易吸潮,时间一长,导致粉末结块无法投放,甚至失效的问题;而且粉末投放器的投放口是一种敞开式设计,还容易发生由于粉末投放器振动等其他原因而造成的粉末掉落的误投放等问题,严重影响了投放精度。
有鉴于此特提出本发明。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种粉末投放装置及洗衣机,有效提高粉末投放装置的投放精度,并能够有效实现粉末投放装置内的粉末防潮防结块等问题,提高该投放装置的可靠性和稳定性。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用技术方案的基本构思是:
一种粉末投放装置,包括投放容器,在投放容器顶部进料口处设置有可开合的密封盖封闭进料口,在投放容器底部投放口处设置有可开合的密封件封闭投放口,投放容器内设有相互隔离且顶部连通的投放容腔和防潮容腔,防潮容腔内设置有防潮模块,在投放容器的投放容腔内设置有送料装置将投放容器内的粉末定量从底部投放口送出。
进一步的,防潮容腔顶部开放、底部封闭,在投放容器内部隔离形成防潮容腔的部分壁的顶部低于投放容器的壁的顶部,在密封盖扣合在投放容器进料口上时,防潮容腔顶部与投放容腔顶部连通。
进一步的,防潮容腔附着在投放容器内壁且位于投放容器内腔一侧。防潮容腔内的防潮模块包括吸潮剂及加热模块。
进一步的,在投放容器底部投放口处设置有可开合的密封件为弹性件,包括相互连接的固定端和密封端,固定端与投放口外壁固定连接,密封端封闭投放口并能在投放口 处的粉末挤压下弹性变形从而打开投放口。
进一步的,密封件的密封端面积大于投放口,贴合在投放口下方,在密封端的外周的局部设置有一个上向延伸的固定端。
进一步的,在投放容器顶部进料口处设置有可开合的密封盖通过旋转轴与投放容器可转动连接。
进一步的,在投放容器及密封盖上还设置有相互配合进而使投放容器及密封盖锁合的卡扣与凸起,卡扣及凸起设置在投放容器及密封盖上与旋转轴相对的一端。
进一步的,卡扣为片状结构,上端与密封盖固定连接,下端悬空,在卡扣上设置有孔;凸起为板状,一端与投放容器外壁固定连接,一端悬空,在密封盖扣合在投放容器进料口上时,凸起的悬空端插入卡扣的孔内,将密封盖与投放容器锁合。
进一步的,凸起的悬空端的上端设有倒角。

具体实施方式
实施例一
如图1所示,本发明一种粉末投放装置,包括投放容器1,在投放容器1顶部进料口处设置有可开合的密封盖2封闭进料口,在投放容器1底部投放口5处设置有可开合的密封件6封闭投放口5,在投放容器1内设置有送料装置将投放容器1内的粉末定量从底部投放口5送出。
在投放容器1顶部进料口处设置有可开合的密封盖2通过旋转轴3与投放容器1可转动连接。
如图1、2所示,在投放容器1及密封盖2上还设置有相互配合进而使投放容器1及密封盖2锁合的卡扣7与凸起8。
卡扣7及凸起8设置在投放容器1及密封盖2上与旋转轴3相对的一端。
卡扣7为片状结构,上端与密封盖2固定连接,下端悬空,在卡扣7上设置有孔23;凸起8为板状,一端与投放容器1外壁固定连接,一端悬空,在密封盖2扣合在投放容器1进料口上时,凸起8的悬空端插入卡扣7的孔23内,将密封盖2与投放容器1锁合。
为了能在卡扣7与凸起8之间卡合时更容易,凸起8的悬空端的上端设有倒角9。
在密封盖2下方设置有凹槽13,凹槽内设置有密封条14,在密封盖2扣合在投放容器1上后,投放容器1的顶部边沿嵌入密封盖2的凹槽13内并挤压密封条14,使密封盖2与投放容器1密封更好。
如图1、4所示,在投放容器1外部的下部设置有支座4,用于将投放容器安装在洗衣机上。
在投放容器1底部投放口5处设置有可开合的密封件6为弹性件,包括相互连接的固定端21和密封端22,密封件6的密封端22面积大于投放口5并贴合在投放口5下方,在密封端22的外周的局部设置有一个上向延伸的固定端21。固定端22与投放口5外壁固定连接,密封端22封闭投放口5并能在投放口5处的粉末挤压下弹性变形从而打开投放口5,粉末从投放口5投出。粉末投放完成后,密封件6在自身弹性恢复力的作用下,再次密封投放口。
结合图4和图5,投放容器1内设有相互隔离的投放容腔15和防潮容腔10,防潮容腔10顶部开放、底部封闭,防潮容腔10内设置有吸潮剂11及加热模块12作为防潮模块,隔离形成防潮容腔10的部分壁的顶部低于投放容器1的壁的顶部,在密封盖2 扣合在投放容器1进料口上时,防潮容腔10顶部与投放容腔15顶部连通。通过放置在防潮容腔10内的吸潮剂11及加热模块12,通过防潮容腔10顶部与投放容腔15顶部的连通空间,对放置在投放容腔15的粉末进行吸潮,防止粉末吸潮结块。
在投放容器1的投放容腔15内固定设置有电机16,电机16的输出轴连接输送螺杆19的上端,输送螺杆19上部设置有刮片25和螺旋叶片18,用于将投放容腔15内的粉末向下输送从投放口5内投放。为了使投放容腔15内的粉末更好地聚集和压实,在投放容腔15底部设计为漏斗腔24。
投放粉末时,电机16动作驱动输送螺杆19转动,输送螺杆19上部设置的刮片25和螺旋叶片18将投放容腔15内的粉末刮落并逐渐压实、向投放口5方向输送,由于输送螺杆19的外径与投放口5的内径配合,故利用输送螺杆19的螺纹能定量输送粉末,实现投放,在输送螺杆19末端,由于输送螺杆19的不断转动,由输送螺杆19输送的粉末挤压密封件6的密封端22使其弹性变形从而打开投放口5实现粉末投放。粉末投放完成后,电机16停止动作,从而使输送螺杆19不再转动,密封件6在自身弹性恢复力的作用下,再次密封投放口。

    防潮容腔顶部开放、底部封闭,在投放容器内部隔离形成防潮容腔的部分壁的顶部低于投放容器的壁的顶部,在密封盖扣合在投放容器进料口上时,防潮容腔顶部与投放容腔顶部连通。
